I give this place 5 stars just for great customer service and how neat and clean the place was. In my opinion they are a bit pricey and I'm not a big fan of how their food tastes, to be honest I prefer the good old fashion homemade, mom and pop donut shop. You get more bang for your buck and that delicious, fresh, homemade taste. That's just what I prefer. But I would recommend this place. Thanks Dunkin' Donuts!

So glad the old manager is gone, old employees are gone! The new manager is so sweet and I love to see her take control and keep the kids on their feet! Whoever says otherwise is crazy!! Great job Jessica! Always getting greeted and acknowledged , I like how she always telling them to stay off their phones and keep busy ! So excited for the new change! Out with the old and in with the new!

I've been to this location several times, both Drive thru and in person, as well as have done orders through the app for pickup. I have not had any issues, staff is friendly, and orders are ready relatively quickly. Sometimes they will be out of certain donuts and you won't be able to tell through the app, but in those situations I've just chosen a different one when I arrive.

I actually got ice cream at Baskin Robin's. I ordered a warm brownie sundae and it was delicious. The staff was very nice and attentive. I will definitely be going back. I hope they will have chocolate almond in the flavor rotation when I go back 🍨🍫

Went through drive thru and the drinks did not taste right the caramel frozen coffee was mostly caramel. Went inside and Nikko made it right. 5 starts for making it right and this refresher is awesome

I’m definitely a regular at this location. Bring an east coast native I have high expectations for Dunkin’s and this location is always consistent and dependable. They are fast, they know my name, and the food is hot. 9 out of 10 times the coffee is perfect.

Today I went in & I asked for a caramel macchiato with extra caramel & this is the best macchiato I’ve ever had in my life. Shout out to the girly for letting me know it was 7 shots so now I always know what to ask for

I had the best service today at the front counter from Anaya. The restaurant atmosphere was nice very clean and well kept. My order was fresh and brought to me quickly. The restaurant was spotless and shows how much care they put into this place of business. I highly recommend your next donut Treat comes from here.!

Best Dunkin’ I’ve been to by far!! They were super sweet and attentive, even though my drink had a couple extras and I was trying to use a coupon through the app. One of the ladies even let me try my drink to make sure I liked it. Loved the food and experience 10/10 !

From the moment we walked in everyone waa so nice. The food is delicious and HOT which is the best thing in my opinion. I cannot stand when my food is cold that is suppose to be hot so kudos to DD for the amazing service and delicious hot food.

This review is for Evelyn!! I stop by at least 3 times per week every week and she is the most pleasant person I have seen working here in the 3 yrs I have been coming.... my coffee is almost never the same and I order the same coffee everday......but Ms. Evelyn is top tier customer service 👌

I always get a bagel with cream cheese and a cup of coffee. It was good as usual. What is disappointing sometimes they run out of bagels. And a few months ago they changed their glazed donut recipe and I don't like the new ones at all.

They have some delicious flavors of ice cream and the shakes are great as well. I get some donuts every now and then, they have their own unique flavor to them as well that I like, different than the standard donut shops. My only complaint is that the ice cream is overpriced. When Braums was still open I would often go there to get ice cream because it was less than half the price for a milkshake or sundae. But they still are a great place to go and the employees are usually friendly and attentive.

In the past this location did have an issue with consistently​ being out of stock of certain items. They recently hired a new Operations Manager and things do appear to be improving. If you visit hear often it is well worth it to download and install their app as it has very good deals from time to time and also a rewards program that provides you with a free beverage after achieving a certain points total.

Love the products but the design services and customer service not so much. I just recently ordered a birthday cake in store and was asked what colors I wanted the icing. I didn't know I had an option, but since I do let's try red, white and black. She asked where I wanted those colors. I replied Oh, I'm not sure, can the cake decorate determine what would be best. Sure, she replied. That was a big mistake. When I came to pick up my cake, the black icing, which happy birthday was writing in, had already bled through the icing. It looked horrible. But I'm was more disappointed that they would over me a custom cake like that. Because it was a small order and I needed it within the next hour, I just picked it up. I decided to use my candles to disguise it as much as possible. Little disappointed to give it to my hubby but I bought him another cake (NBC) which made him happy. Just happy this cake was for home because I would have been so embarrassed if I was entertaining. The cookie pizza was great and it was just a pickup from the fridge. Come to think about it, the last birthday cake I purchased was a pickup from the fridge. I think if I purchase a celebration cake again, it will probably be from the fridge (or another location) and not it the custom one as this was not a good first impression at all design wise. For management, customer service needs improving. Each time I entered the store, no one greeted me and actually walked by, behind the counter, servicing drive-thru as if I was not there. There was more than one person working. Even if you are busy, a simple, hello, I would be with you in a moment would have worked. This should have been my first indication of the level of service and care to expect. What I assume to be a manager, due to the crew hovering over her watching her take my order, wouldn't let me order the pizza cookie ahead of time but she said she would put one back for me (she didn't, but there were some available the next day). She told me that I could only get the ice creams that they had out as my choice for the cake. I was in store in the am and literally half the ice cream bales were empty. I continue to ask about something without chocolate or heavy. She finally said, let me Look in the back to see what we have. Why wouldn't do that in the first place? I'm placing an order that is for later pickup. If you are out of half of your ice cream flavors in the am, you have an inventory problem. Then when I picked up the order, cake, and pizza, she didn't offer me a bag. It's kinda hard to hold two oddly shaped boxes, carry it to the car without dropping it or it sliding. Nearly impossible when you have a toddler with you. When I asked for a bag, she said placed one in the counter and walks away. No assistance to place it in there. I asked if they had a bigger bag for the pizza. She replied no. So I asked could she give me another bag so I can lay most of it in. I don't want to place my food counter naked on the floor of my car. She again placed the bag on the counter and walks away. It's things like this that turns me off of being a repeat customer. I do expect a level of care and service when I spend my time and money to buy a product. I was truly disappointed in my experience. Please provide additional training to your staff to help them develop in these areas of needs. Care about the end result of your finished work. Customer service oriented. Thank you for reading this.

The cusotmer service here is subpar.. went twice in one day bec i am addicted to matcha lol and both times the person mumbled pull up to the window and didn’t have a very nice tone throughout the conversation.. second time got my order wrong and made it seem like I was an inconvenience.. I mean their large is way bigger than Starbucks so anytime I don’t make matcha at home I’ll still go to a dunkin 🤣 Good thing I don’t live in this area

I ordered a cake for my son’s birthday. The cake was Delicious first of all! And I’m appreciative the order was fulfilled in a timely manner as promised online. However, my review is for the Hispanic girl at the counter. I was polite and friendly and was met with some unnecessary “stank.” If she’s management then there should be a real attitude adjustment. If not, then I understand why she’s isn’t. I’d normally let this encounter slide, but then changed my mind because she was so uncalled for.

I live Dunkin but unfortunately my order was missing a key ingredient I wanted sausage, but got bacon instead, didn’t know if they where out of sausage patties or just failed to read and understand the order. Sadness never had this issue before or at any other Dunkin’s location

The food is what you expect. The coffee is really good. The donuts are not the best, but big chains are rarely the top quality. I enjoy being able to sit down in a comfy chair and enjoy my hot chocolate or coffee. My only big complaint is that during the times you really want to just pop in and pick up something quick, you can't do it. I cannot tell you how many times I have stopped to pick up something on my way to work but it was a 20 minute wait. It's a good sign for their cash flow they have lines like that but bad when you are in a hurry. However if you have the time, I do recommend a stop.

Less than impressed. I love the breakfast sandwiches here, but the service is typically pretty bad. This review is based off of the past four or five visits. I keep coming back hoping the next time will be better, but it hasn't been. Currently I'm sitting in the drive thru at the window and I have been for the past 11 minutes. After ordering (and payingp i was told they didn't have the milk to make my drink, then they came back and told me they didn't have the bread to make my sandwich. If America runs on this Dunkin Donuts, America is going to be late.

I have been to this location for weeks straight and the inconsistency on how my drinks are made is out of control now. One day my coffee will be made perfect and on others I end up throwing them away from how disgusting they are—money spent and down the drain! As well, I have gotten a sweet tea since the promo for summer has started and only about two times have they ever gotten it correct. I ask for a sweet ice tea with lemon and every time they have gotten it wrong but the other two times. The lack of consistency has pushed me to the point where I will no longer give this place a chance or my money again. I rather go pay my $1 at McDonald’s where I know my tea will always be sweet. Please train your staff to do better and to want to be better. I have so many receipts for a free donut with a purchase and now I will not even bother to give a bad or good review. You have robbed me of way too much already—shame on you staff of Cedar Hill!

They are almost always out of Rockstar (main ingredient in their recharge boost drink). Takes them about 20-30min to make any order, especially with drive threw. They also LOVE their microwave to reheat fried food or drink.

I’ve been here multiple times with no issues but this morning they gave me someone else’s order of donuts when I had ordered a breakfast sandwich. So since I was already at work and was definitely not going to eat the donuts I figured I’d call and see about getting it fixed, well I’ve called about 5 times in the last 30 minutes and the phone just rings and rings with no answer. And of course they didn’t give me my receipt because she said it was in the bag. This is why I stick to Starbucks.

Went to get donuts yesterday just to be told I couldn't get a dozen of glazed donuts, and they only had three. Okay...so where do they do that at? A donut restaurant with no donuts. Also, the refreshers are decent ordered the blueberry one, strawberry, and peach. The blueberry is the best hands down, and the strawberry is okay. The peach don't buy it, it has a funcky after taste, it taste like road kill.

When we walked the staff was having inappropriate conversations about politics, which made it feel unwelcoming. For each item I ordered I was told that they didn’t have it (sausage, small cups, chocolate milk) and the kolache we received tasted off and inedible. My husband ordered a coffee and threw it away, because it wasn’t mixed right. The tables were all dirty and the bathroom was even worse. Won’t be going back.

MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR CHANGE AND RECEIPT. I went to get an ice cream cone after work. The employee was nice. She even read off the flavors of ice cream but she didn't offer to give me my change. When I asked for my change she said it wasn't that much but I told her I wanted it anyway. My change was only 11 cents but at the end of the day, I give the change to my child to put in their piggy bank. NO MATTER HOW SMALL THE AMOUNT OF CHANGE... THIS IS STEALING! Please everyone... let's do better to be better.

You guys ex, do you want cream and sugar and then don't put cream and sugar in the coffee I get home and I always have black coffee.......Sometimes they are good and they seem to be on it and then other times they seem like they are rushing you to take your order. It seems to be different people working there every couple months. I've literally been going to this location for 4 years And I cannot keep up with the staff. Kaloche Is doughy..small things but i guess it's still okay Edit: i’ve lived in this area for over 10 years and still same if not worse issues my large coffee was definitely a medium the amount of liquid in there wasn’t even portioned to a large it’s beginning to be a waste of money

Not a fan of this store. This past week has had a team I’m not feeling. Usually the store is out of supplies but I can excuse it because the staff always had great personalities and standards. This new team gives shady and I swear I saw a lady eating while prepping food. The lead person didn’t even apologize just straight denied it but how could she know!? It’s convenient for me but I’m probably not going back when I see that staff

My children went on Sunday, September 11, 2022 and order a dozen large pig in the blankets, spending $31.00 and change. They were burnt and turned over in the other side and given to them instead of throwing them away. Contacted the store and was told that we can come back up and get a refund. The time was 2:11 pm. Why would the establishment even serve this to begin with. Tamara was the person at the register. I believe that the cook and the person who decided to sell this should be taught how to handle customers right by going through intensive training again. I took pictures and would like to upload but no place to do so

6/10/25 the donuts weren't fresh they were very cold and the pigs in a blanket were not cooked all the way, and after eating it me and my kids weren't feeling well

Horrible customer service. Ordered a hot coffee and it was cold and tasted old. I was going to be late for work if I turned back so I just threw it away. The ladies there where in no mood to work. Their body language gave "lazy."

I have been coming to this location since it opened. I must say that there has been a steady decline in quality and customer service here over the last year. There was one young lady that used to be the manager here and she since moved to Arlington. After she left customer service has gone down the tubes as well as the quality of the food at this location. I have visited every Sunday for the past month and every time I have been severely disappointed. The wraps that I order for my daughter only have one tiny piece of bacon. The drinks that we order are never made right. I order the same thing at other locations and the taste is by far better elsewhere. I'm not sure if the employees just don't care or what the deal is here, but this place isn't even a shadow of what it used to be. P.s please get a more personable person to work the drive thru or counter. When I visited today I was shocked at how rude the gentleman was working the counter. I've given this place so many chances and really don't want to take my business elsewhere, but today this was the last straw. This location needs a makeover starting with the poor customer service and attitudes of the employees!

We arrived about 7pm ,two couples. Looking for a banana split. Was told no boats to make them in so was offered a royal instead. That got me thinking. It's Thursday night before a four day weekend and no boats ? Sat down in the area by the half wall even thought had not been bussed . Melted ice cream on the tables seats and floors.unused napkins on the floor. Disgusting, will not be back. Was not thanked for my visit. And while we finished our treats no one was in the store all we're somewhere else. I wanted a coffee Togo and some donuts for in the morning, went to Kroger to get. No stars epic fail. Oh the lady who served us was short with purple hair.

Me and my friends came here and will never come again. Yesterday around 6, we walked in and it reeked of spoiled milk and we continue to try to get service. While we are being ignored and we’re never greeted btw.. we look for ice cream flavors. As we were looking we see little bugs that look like nats in serval of the ice cream buckets. As we try to get the attention of the worker to notify them that the bugs were in there , we were ignored… we really wanted ice cream and just resorted to leaving because 1. The smell 2. The customer service and 3. The uncleanliness of this establishment.

Went to this location this morning about 910 and didn't not recieve my food until after 1000. I ordered my food through the drive through, after paying I was asked to pull around to front and the staff would bring my food out. I waited another 15 minutes then went inside Dunkin Donut my food still wasn't ready. The young lady then told me "your food still isn't ready. You had a large order." I guess now it's my fault it is taking so long. I ordered 5 sandwiches and 5 hasbrowns. This breakfast ordered wouldn't have been an issue anywhere else. Very disappointed! Going to a fast food establishment and taking over a hour to get food is ridiculous.

Pretty horrible experience. I placed a mobile order to get extra perks points in the promotion the app had recommended. I wanted a mocha and a barbecue bacon sandwich. When I got inside to pick up my order, I was the only customer there and it appeared they had a project team or corporate - all told about 6-10 people inside and nobody said hi or anything. The store was dirty, the counters had spills, cardboard boxes and unfinished projects here and there. Several of the employees (including the very upper level / corporate-looking, pink shirt-wearing man) turned their backs on me and disappeared into phones. I waited a few minutes at order pick up while employees talked and glanced over at me. As soon as there was an opportunity I politely said I was there for my mobile order and the lady immediately said they didn't have my order or what they needed to make it. They said the barbecue bacon sandwich was newly promoted and they didn't even get any in yet. Then she said they were out of mocha. I asked for a refund because they didn't have what I was wanting, no big deal. After tapping on the computer system in frustration, she passed me off to another employee who saw an "order now" button on my phone screen and said I never even placed the order. I patiently showed her my receipt and pointed out that you can "order now" to get your same orders from months back... Do they know how their own app works? I paid nearly $10 and had the receipt on screen and she didn't barely look. They got Tara, the manager, and it became a 4-5 employee effort as they yelled back and forth. They tried to convince me they actually had almost enough mocha and they could make my drink after all. I was frustrated and not confident in a good cup of coffee, I asked for the refund again. Then Tara told me she couldn't get the computer to give me the right refund amount, it was about $0.50 off, but then she asked if it was okay if the refund was close enough. I said I'd like my full refund and she said she couldn't because the app charges taxes. In the end, she fished change out of a tip jar and fifteen minutes later I am back where I started. Awful. I'm a patient person. I've worked food, retail and call centers so I try to be kind when I'm out because these jobs can be tough, dealing with difficult people. There was no warmth, no customer service, no professionalism. I was treated like a problem from the moment I stepped into the store. I'm not coming back.

Zero stars!!! The female employee has the UGLIEST attitude ever. We entered and no greeting was given. I was looking at the menu because it was my first time here and I hadn’t decided yet. The female employee that worked today 5/19/22 at 7:30pm gave me sass and said rudely to let her know when I’ve decided. Next, turns out they don’t have much of their menu items. She then told me to get out of the way if I haven’t made my decision. This is my first and last time going to this location. Service was horrible and honestly if you don’t want to work then why be there and ruin other peoples day? I don’t even know how she has a position there. Corporate needs to do something about this because there are bad reviews here and yelp. She clearly lacks customer service and patience. She was more focused on her phone than anything. She should be let go. It’s only making people not want to come here.

I personally think this is a very unprofessional establishment. My daughter worked there about three months. The management was unprofessional and very unorganized. They did a horrible job of training her. They were constantly out of certain flavors of ice cream. The workers were into it with each other constantly, even arguing in front of the customers. Management had changed hands constantly and it still hadn't improve. They'd do better selling this place to someone with experience on operating a business cause they have lack of knowledge is hindering their growth....good location but poorly operated.

This happened three times. When I ordered online Bagel and Sandwiches . When I went to store , they said no bagel , and No bacon , egg for sandwiches . But I paid all with regular prices online. They did nothing . And zChocolate Donut.You can not see chocolatr on Donut.. If no bagel , donut, and sandwiches here anything , why do we need to go to Dunkin Donut ?

They're out of items that you can still order ahead and *pay ahead for* AND they don't get the order modifications correct. I ordered the new sourdough sandwich with ham instead of bacon. Paid. Arrived and was told to drive to the window. At the window is when a manager told me they don't have the sourdough bread. So I got it on a croissant. Then it came with bacon. Yes it was still delicious. But it wasn't what I paid for. Stores need to be able to adjust product availability per location. As for the bad communication and incorrect order... that's something that needs a complete reevaluation.

Management is poor and unprofessional. I tried placing an order that I have had no issues with placing at 2 other Dunkin Donut locations, but had a crazy experience here. The manager was rude and impatient. I left without ordering anything. I don’t usually post reviews but the service was so ridiculous something needed to be said. This is the worst location by far on the south side. I have been to Mansfield and Desoto locations and they are friendly and prompt with your order.

BAD customer service. The young lady at the drive thru is very rude and was rushing me to order at the drive thru. I said "give me a minute to look at the menu" and she kept interrupting every 10 seconds and had an attitude. I just drove off and went to starbucks instead (where customer service is superb). Also, the last visit before that she made my coffee wayyy too sweet. It tasted like straight coffee sweetener, when I told her about it she laughed in my face. Due to the customer service I will never come here again. They need real adults working here, not irresponsible kids who hate their job.

Horrible location! Very bad customer service specifically because they tend to be incompetent, rude and they disregard their customers. They do not prepare some of the food and drink items properly. I threw up immediately after I drank their iced coffee & ate their breakfast wrap. My stomach also was hurting the entire day. Please beware & be careful what you consume. I would not visit this location ever again.

I just went through the drive through. My bagel was burnt and I noticed 5 minutes down the road I was missing items from my order. I tried to call 8 times but no one answered. It keeps said the voicemail isn’t setup. I couldn’t just turn around because I live almost 30 minutes from the location and I had to get home to work. For someone that NEVER goes to Dunkin, I’m disappointed in the quality of my food item and the facts I’m missing items. There was one car in front of me and none behind me so being busy can’t be an excuse for missing items on my $19 order. I guess I’m just out the money so Dunkin do better!! I wish I would have looked over the reviews for this location because I was shocked to see how crappy the service was. I guess you needed my money more than I did and after reading the reviews I can see why.

Placed order on app, allowed extra time (as app suggested), only to get there and be met with horrible customer service - said”we don’t have your food, so ask the app for a refund” so because you didn’t have food, you can’t just not accept the order - gotta charge me and then I spend 2 days with customer service for a refund. Worker was extremely rude. Have contacted corporate - everything about this visit was zero stars.

I’ve been coming here for the last month because my mom is in a rehab center nearby. On almost every visit I’ve had to have them remake my order because it’s wrong. I stopped ordering ahead through the app because they claim to never get it. The scanner for the app only works in the drive-thru and the staff appears to be very young and inexperienced. This location is convenient, but I won’t be returning. I ordered a simple original blend and it tastes like hot water, the doughnuts are dry.

We asked for 2 blueberry donut hole and 2 glazed holes and 1 old fashioned donut. They gave us 6 donuts and we were confused and tried to explain the mistake. They did refund us but they said we can’t get more donuts from there.

This place is the worse. Customer service sucks. Girl said her credit card machine doesnt work upfront so she wants us to go through the drive-thru she doesnt have time to fix it. I look around and the place is freaking empty!!! They are not busy at all. Never ever ever will i ever sit foot in this place

Horrible customer service!! I went to the drive thru to order an egg cheese sausage croissant and a cup of coffee. Only to get to the window and told they don’t have croissants. I then got my coffee and the cup was half filled!! I asked to have my cup filled and the young lady at the window said her manager told her not to fill it. They took My money and didn’t give me what I paid for. How is that okay? Some of these businesses need to do better, we work hard for our money. I felt so defeated I just told her to keep it and drove away. Horrible just horrible!!

Every time I come here (which honestly I’m not anymore unless I have hours to spend) it takes forever to get anything!! Most recently I waited 25 minutes to get a plain hot coffee and a plain donut 😭. They had 4 people waiting and only 1 person in line ahead of me they weren’t even really busy. This is unacceptable and crazy that people have to wait that long.

Every time I come here, the service is insanely slow with very few people in the drive through (3 or 4 people at most), and my food is either never made right or burnt. I would not recommend coming to this location.

Ordered online and paid, but when I got there, they were out of 5 of the 6 doughnuts I ordered. I ended up choosing other doughnuts, but was disappointed by what was left. It would have been nice to know before I drove all the way there that most of the doughnuts were unavailable.

They completely butchered my order and when I went in to ask if they could fix my order, the employees laughed in my face, partially because they were to busy on their phones and asked for the manager to “deal with me” I believe her name was precious and she basically told me to screw off. They never fixed my order, or offered a refund. They just sent me out. Terrible customer service, terrible manager, and even worse coffee. I guess dunkin isn’t caring much about their quality anymore, and frankly customers shouldn’t be treated this way. Don’t come here it’s a waste of time and money. The staff just cares about that paycheck, and this store just isn’t worth it.

Filthy filthy place. Trash everywhere, no where clean to sit, the bathroom was horrible. Slow service, and the donuts were old and hard.

Everytime i ever come here this Dunkin is always out of something, the employees are young and act like they don’t want to work or make anything, this time we ordered 4 things out of the 4, 3 things they didn’t have (Avacado toast, snckn bacon, or cold brew coffee) the time before I was here my fiance and I got the completely wrong order, when we said we got the wrong order they didn’t want to believe her, she had to go inside from the drive thru, and no one apologized, back to todays order, we just ordered and we have been sitting here at the window for 8 minutes and counting and no one has even greeted us, or taken payment. This is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to, don’t go here and if you do, be prepared for this Dunkin not to have anything in stock.

This location is horrible! I go six times a week but it is so hit or miss. I love Dunkin coffee but they mess up the simplest of orders. I ordered black coffee and got basically water. Literally you can see thru this coffee. This happens at this location all the time. I will not be going back.

Mmmmmm who likes their bacon raw?? Had me wait 30 minutes in my car for a side of snacking bacon that came out like this. When I brought it to the employees attention his response was "whats wrong with it? We don't pre-cook the bacon" First and last time at this location.

Unfortunately the stores run by youngins and they don't care if anything is stale or not and they don't care. If it takes 20 minutes to make a sandwich. That should only take about 3 or 4 minutes. I never go there personally for myself but I do have to pick up and deliver with my job

Was there last month. Poor service, food quality was awful and the millennials working there acted like unsupervised children, rude and very not customer friendly. One employee was on his phone instead of taking customers' orders. Got an attitude when I requested service. DeSoto is not much better.

Worst Dunkin in Dfw. When this particular location actually gets a good manager and good employees they do not last there. Owner of location needs to pay their good employees well and in time to keep the good ones around. Now again you have the most worthless employees there with no work ethics and lazy. I recommend for you to drive to Desoto location on Hampton road if you actually want good service. Longer drive but I guarantee it will be much better for you and your time instead of dealing with this pathetic Cedar Hill location. Owner needs to shut it down or try it's hardest to retain good employees.

So I paid for blue colored water… no flavor at all!! Called 4 times to the one in CedarHill but no answer but the young lady on her cellphone at the window while the sweet curly haired young man was so professional! I wish I would have gotten his name. The star is for you young man!

I was here today at 11.42AM, i wanna get Dunkin Energy Punch... So, i try to order Strawberry Dunkin Energy Punch with coupon, but the young lady at cashier and the man behind her told me that the coupon for buying Rockstar Energy Drink on Can. On the Coupon said its for a Cup Dunkin Energy Drink, but the store associate said NO, that coupon for the drink on chiller. Do they have a product knowledge about this promo coupon?

Drive thru employee used the restroom and didn't wash hands afterwards. Front counter employees are not welcoming. Ordered a bfast deal and only got 4 hashbrown rounds n they were cold. Stick 2 donuts dunkin. Never going to dunkin again!

Extremely disappointed with the service today (Jan 16). After ordering through the app, the team member, Santos, was quite rude and questioned why I used the app if I was already nearby. This is the second time I’ve experienced a lack of professionalism from him. Using the mobile app should be a convenience, not a reason for a confrontation. Ordered online. Ladies and gentlemen in drive through reprimand me because my order wasn't there yet... Then, proceeded to tell me that they were out of signature lattes, and so I have to order a cheaper latte. And still get charged for the price of the signature latte... then, wanna tell me to pull around and sit and wait when there's zero people in they're drive tru... 10 min later I get mild warm coffee. I went through the drive thru and asked for a banana split, and they said they have no bananas. Then I asked for a hot fudge sundae, and he said, "We're out of hot fudge and don't have any nuts." I asked him what do they have and he said, "Nothing popular." He provided no other alternatives, so we left. This is the second time we've come here, and both times have been disasters. The first time we walked in and waited to be served (there was no one else in the store except us and the two workers). We waited for over 10 minutes and we just left. We will never be back, and suggest that no one ever go there. Go to the YummiBerry at the Hillside Village Shopping Center. Great service and a healthier option. I used to love Baskin Robins until coming to this store. This store has literally turned me off to this franchise. And Dunkin donuts by proxy, lol...

I wanted to report an upsetting experience at this location. I called ahead to ask if they had the Wicked merch in stock, and the employee said yes and told us to come by. We drove there in under 15 minutes, but when we arrived, the same employee claimed they’d sold out 20 minutes earlier, which didn’t make sense. Then he started laughing loudly so other customers could hear, and when we asked about it, he said he “wasn’t laughing at us,” even though it was clear he was. It was embarrassing and unprofessional. I understand if items sell out, but being lied to and mocked is unacceptable. Please look into this so it doesn’t happen to other customers. Also they need to get it together on when they’re going to actually be selling merchandise. Some stores sell stuff early and when the actual release date comes out they don’t have anything left.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts on the planet. They literally never have donuts. I moved to this area 1 year ago and I’ve never been able to get a donut from here in the 4 times I’ve tried. It’s sick. Why are you even bothering calling yourself Dunkin’ Donuts if you don’t ever have donuts in stock? It doesn’t matter if I come morning afternoon or night it’s always the same thing.

To be completely honest, this is by far one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts locations I’ve ever been to. I usually stop by a Dunkin’ wherever I am, and I’ve given this one plenty of chances—about ten visits now. But after this last time, I can confidently say it was the worst experience yet. I placed my order ahead of time because I know the wait here is usually worse than Whataburger’s drive-thru. Still, I was told to pull up and wait for my food. Keep in mind—there were no cars behind me, no customers inside, nothing. The employee inside seemed to be having the time of his life just standing around, sipping on his own drink, completely unbothered. To top it all off- one of the drinks I ordered was not even complete full. What a waste of my time and money.

Every time I come to this Dunkin it's an issue. First time hair was on my donut. Second in the drive thru 5mins still hadn't taken my order. Then the next time, no of the items I attempted to order was available. After that my sandwich was over cooked and they gave me someone else's coffee. Today in the drive thru 5 mins still hadn't taken my order, kept telling me to wait with only one vehicle in front of me. I drove offfffff.

Terrible service there, and they are always out of something. This is my third time coming and I will never return again, I try to give the benefit of the doubt when returning but this is my last straw. They gave be a completely different order then what I asked for.

August 2nd at 8:30 PM I came by with my family around 8:30 PM on August 2nd, and unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. A young male employee at the drive-thru was incredibly rude from the moment he started speaking to us. His tone was dismissive and made us all uncomfortable — the way he kept saying “Anything else?” came off as impatient and condescending. The location itself looks nice from the outside, but his attitude completely ruined it for us. It honestly made me sick to my stomach. We didn’t even feel comfortable placing an order because we didn’t trust that our food would be handled properly. If someone dislikes their job that much, they shouldn’t be interacting with customers. We ended up leaving without ordering. Extremely disappointed.

First time at this location and it will be my last. We came in the evening time around 6pm there was no one in the drive thru line so we decided to go inside to check it out. Store was clean I give it that however their customer service for these 2 young adult workers need some adjustments or extra training. We were not greeted or even asked what we would like as we just came in for a quick ice cream it was like if we were a bother to these 2 staff members , they didn’t offer any spoons , napkins etc. As we get checked out there was still no type of energy coming from these staff members , as she rang my order up she didn’t even tell me my total no give me a receipt and the walked off to start making a coffee , I had to ask may I get a receipt and her reply was are machine is down. Ummm okay 👎 customer service sucked here.

Customer service. 1 out of 10 Food. 2 of 10. The employee only goes for her check she does not like her job. I know it's a coffee shop but you should always greet the customers, and help out specially when it's a first time customer, her as an employee should know who is new in the restaurant like myself this time. First time and last time for me. Also clean your oven once in a while so I won't get burnt crumbs from the last sandwich yall reheated. Just horrible.
