Food: I got red tacos, mami queso tacos, and quesadilla this early morning cuz I didnt wanna deal with the lunch rush and 45min wait time (yes seriously). They keep everything simple and yet, still flavorful! The beefy flavor, cracked seasoning and chopped raw onions tastes are all so cohesive. They make their own tortillas. The salsas absolutely burn but the green salsa just so addicting and it makes tacos tacos. Service: these ladies are absolutely angels. They are so nice even when they have lunch rushed, and 45min-1hr wait time. Their spirit is inspiring despite the difficulties of being a small business during this rising prices time. If you love their foods, PLEASE CONTINUE COMING BACK and SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS. Not just for their famous viral birria ramen, but also I suggest you venture out and try all the other things they offer! I definitely fall in love with consommé after trying theirs!

A hidden gem! My husband had seen their truck on Facebook so we decided to swing by for lunch and give it a try. They’re birria tacos are so delicious! We got the birria fries, birria tacos(store bought tortilla dipped in oil), & mamis birria tacos (homemade corn tortilla). We also added 2 consume. All of our food was fresh, and very tasty! Their salsas are also very good, i prefer the green.10/10 recommended, their tacos are authentic! I definitely want to go back and try their birria ramen!

Moving from the Valley, I’ve had a hard time finding good, authentic birria. Tacos Las Mamis truly brought me back home. The food was very flavorful and SOOO GOOD! highly recommend!! 😍

If anyone gives this place less than 5 stars, then they don’t know what good Birria is. Super cute food truck and outdoor seating, really friendly family, made fresh to order, and so so good!!! I ordered 3 of the Quesatacos and the Tres leches Cake. It just doesn’t get any better than this! 10/10

Went here for the first time today to try the “famous” Birria Ramen, and let me say it DID NOT disappoint! $10.10 and is enough to eat off of twice, which makes each serving ONLY $5.5; you can’t beat that and it’s delicious! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was a little caught off guard when I got home to find a spoon instead of a fork, but it actually worked well with it. No complaints! I will definitely be back :) Be aware that they do not serve any drinks tho, but it is right next to a shell station that has dang near every option for you to purchase separately. I did give atmosphere a 3 just because it’s outside near a busy street, but the seating was setup well if you chose to dine outside there. Lots of tables under shading.

Taco truck behind a gas station parking lot. Really is worth all of the hype tho. Wish they would bring back the fired quesadilla but I understand why it had to go. We load up on quesotaco’s about once a month or so. Everyone loves them and they’re an absolute hit. Occasionally get the quesadilla and the kid loves the ramen. The recent internet hype is real and they’ve been very busy as of late, so get there early!

There is always at least a 30 minute wait, but it is worth it! The food is delicious every time. Consistency is everything. Super authentic and you can literally watch them make the tortillas by hand. My favorites are the birria ramen and the quesataco with consomé! If you haven't been here yet you need to go!

It is definitely worth going! Delicious delicious delicious! They have benches with umbrellas for you to sit down and enjoy. They are super nice and friendly. Will not disappoint! Coming back to try the birria quesadilla and ramen.

This was my 1st time having Birria tacos. I had researched the reviews of a few places but I saw the reviews for this food truck on Facebook and Google and was impressed. I looked at the menu and prices, deciding this would be the place to introduce me to the deliciousness of Birria. We ordered the Quesataco (my husband went back 2x to order 2 more each time😂), Mami's Taco, Mami's Quesadilla, and Mami's Consomme. I highly recommend getting the fresh made tortillas. I wanted the Tres Leches but unfortunately it was sold out. Everything was delicious and the prices are so affordable. $10 will get you a filling meal. $20 is enough for 2 people to dine. We bought enough to eat while it was hot and to bring back home. The ladies were so sweet and hospitable while taking our order. Hours later we have reheated our take home items and it tastes even better! It's like the flavors had a chance to marinate, comingle and bind together even more. The orders come with limes, radishes and salsas. I will be back and hopefully I'll be able to secure a Tres Leches cake.

This food was absolutely amazing it was my first time trying these tocos and let me tell you there amazing!! There so worth the price and there so filling me and my boyfriend went one day I got 3 corn tocos and my boyfriend got the fried flour and omg it was huge full of meet and cheese was amazing you have to get the broth!!! It makes them even better iv been asking my boyfriend since we been to go again and we’re finally going this Saturday!!! It’s so worth it we like to pick it up and go eat it at home but there’s a seating area for you to eat if you want to eat it there bc soon as you smell it your going to want to eat it right away😂😂 there very sweet people as well!! So so recommend this place 100% amazing food you won’t regret going!!!

Just tried a mini mamas quesadilla and it was amazing! The meat is very well seasoned and it came with two different salsas and a lime wedge! 👌🏼😋 Will definitely be back for more soon!

The food is homemade, including the tortillas (which I find to be very important personally).. I have so far had- Birria Quesadillas, barbacoa tacos, and birria ramen. My favorite was the ramen (which was two meals worth), the consume was great with the noodles and they pack it with meat onions and cilantro! That being said, everything else is also great! The customer service is great, and I have had nothing but friendly interactions and reasonable wait times. I told my wife that I'll be stopping here every week, AT LEAST for a cup of the consume on the way home. Will update with pictures next time I go!

BEST tacos in town, NO DOUBT!! So glad when I finally decided to try them at the shell on 1431 in cedar park and now it is the ONLY place I get tacos!! The service is exceptional!! FIVE STARS!!

Wait time was an hour with only 3 people in front of us. Not sure if online orders are happening. I'll update about food after I have it. If it's cold or raining you need to deal with it as it's a Taco truck. Food is good but for cost and wait time not worth it in my opinion.

But I'm not going to lie I got 2 tacos and consume and my total was $14 and some change and honestly you can find cheaper and better and get more for your money elsewhere. Yes, I considered the kind of meat and the type of tacos I ordered.

But I'm not going to lie I got 2 tacos and consume and my total was $14 and some change and honestly you can find cheaper and better and get more for your money elsewhere.
