Delicious! Got Jersey Mike's signature sandwich and the Cherry Pepsi

Everyone there is great! Attentive to their customers and makes neat sandwiches! Have been there over a dozen times this year and I haven’t had a bad experience or disappointment.

I didn’t get the names of the servers but they were all polite. It’s a small location but the service was definitely a 10/10. I was in and out in under 7 mins, which was nice because I was on work break :). This location serving fresh meats and toppings and worth your money, not stingy as to some locations. Thank you!! I most definitely will be back soon!! 🥪👍🏼😋

Although the place was packed the customer service was great! The owner and the staff were super positive showing teamwork, not allowing the pressure get to them. The sandwiches were done well 👌 thanks guys!

Made a two-star review around two months ago regarding inconsistency. Decided to give them a try today and I will say please keep whoever you had on the grill and making sandwiches on 1/5/26. Good portions, accurately made and actually good looking sandwiches, which I've never seen from this location.

First time ever at jersey mikes. I was nervous because I didn’t know what’s what. The staff was super patient with me, smiles and just amazing customer service. No one gave me the “hurry up and order” vibes if you will. I didn’t get any names even tho I should’ve but everyone that was there today was nothing short of awesome. And the sandwich was fresh, top tier and made with love. I certainly will be back!!

I just tried this location and the food tastes fine and the staff are nice. But they give WAY less than any other Jersey Mike’s. I wouldn’t come here again because they charge the same for half the amount of food every other location gives. Pretty sad because we were excited to try a location near us and would have been regulars! There is really no atmosphere because there is no seating but it is clean. Save your money and go to another Jersey Mike’s or just any other deli.

The food is good but the staff needs to wear hairnets, I found a hair in my sandwich.

Inconsistent portion sizes. Sandwiches were sad on a Monday during lunch time. Tiny meat portions and bread was hard and stale like it was left over from Sunday.

Both of the two sandwiches I got were so skimmpy on the the protein and squished flung together. I was like whoa they Are going downhill and then I checked my Uber eats order information and saw it was from this location. Makes sense now bc fresh meadows is so much better. Disappointed and dissatisfied in this location otherwise I love Jersey Mike's. Bad experience go to fresh meadows

We told them to give us a philly chicken cheese steak with out pepperoni we don't eat pepperoni and pork is bad and we told them they had bad service 2 years ago they did not tell us if our food was done 2 years ago do not go here I'm an honest person

I found a fly in my sandwich, right in between the meat. Absolutely disgusting. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they were completely nonchalant about it, which made it even worse. No urgency, no real apology, nothing. This was at the Forest Hills, Queens location. Please be more careful with people’s food. Open your eyes and take food safety seriously. You get no stars from me.

The customer service was very disappointing. Most of the staff could benefit from retraining on how to greet customers and take orders professionally. Portion sizes also seem inconsistent I ordered two of the same sandwiches , and one was noticeably smaller than the other. There’s definitely room for improvement.
