The beef and cheddar sandwich was excellent and the crispy fried. The Dr. Pepper float was very flavorful.

You know for the longest time I wasn’t sure about arbys. I never thought i was gonna give it a try until one day I saw they had a crispy chicken sandwich. It looked so good so I gave in and I tried it. It was amazing. Very unexpected, i could not believe it because for the longest time I didn’t think it was that good but If you have never tried this place. 100 percent recommend it!

First time ordering the #1 I think it was the Smokehouse Brisket, curly fries, and a diet Dr. Pepper. My 11yr old and I both tore it up within 12 minutes. Great service, and fast service too.👍🏼👍🏼 We will definitely be back.

My wife and went here for lunch. The staff greeted us as we entered and were very pleasant. The crew seemed to work efficiently and had our food out in just a few short mins.

Arby's really up their game. A brand new look on the outside. A beef brisket that I wish I had cooked delicious. Root beer floats and Reuben sandwiches are outstanding. They're orange shake is great.

Amazing quality on my last visit, went there instead of door dashing. Same order through door dash is 52 bucks!! Drive myself and it's only 23.95!! Food was hot, correct and was handed to me with a smile and have a good day!!

Arby's.....you get Arby's every time you come. It's reliable, the food is good for fast food and THEY HAVE THE MEATS* *MEATS may have been a congealed ball wrapped in saran wrap prior to baking, but you knew that wasn't actually roast beef when you ordered.

My Father-in-law and I stopped at this Arby's and weboughty the Roast Beef and cheddar sandwiches. They are delicious! I reside in Marysville, so, whenever we have business in Chico. CA, then we eat at Arby's. The restrooms are locked. You have to get a secret pass code to get in, but they were nice, and clean. The dining area was nice and clean. And the workers?Very polite, and helpful. A very good place to grab a bite to eat. Try it.

For the 2nd time ordered the #1 added extra meat, used a coupon for a free mint shake however the receipt showed we were still charged for it.🤔The food was good though, and the Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip cookies were BOMB.COM

Authentic 1950s/60s food, for very cheap, affordable price, always have coupons available. They cook all meat on site, so it's fresh, and boy, do they know how to make a sandwich. Very popular location with the more senior portion of the community. Love eating here! Their dark chocolate turnovers are a buck, and to die for!!!

Arby's has been a life saver during my pregnancy. It always hits the spot, AND if you make an account with them- the rewards are amazing.

I love me a Meat Mountain, not technically on Menu, but a must have if you're into meat, also great place for different than chocolate or vanilla shakes, great service too most the time, remember to ring the bell!

I never eat in. Years ago, Arby's was not the place to eat. Lousy food. But the was twenty years ago. Now they have some GREAT sandwiches. Got to check it out.

The french dip is the bomb. The au jus is a good flavor. Not bad for $7. Or you could grab a llb of roast beef, some au jus, pepper jack and make dinner for the entire family. Im sorry but you fast food joints have done nothing other than decrease customer service in the name of electronic menus and yet, it's still $5 more for anything.

I haven't been to Arby's in forever but it was convenient and I was in a hurry so I went thru the drive thru. I had the Reuben, fries n a soda. You know... the sandwich and fries were pretty darn good. Something I'll have again. So, if it's fast food you need, this Arby's at least, is quite good.

Obviously has been renovated since the last time I went inside. Beautifully done. Very clean environment. The couple that came in after us were treated rather rudely because they needed to use the restroom first before ordering. They ended up having to give the cashier $20 deposit in order to get the restroom code. They really need to step back just a little bit on that end. The cashier didn't even really apologize, just made the excuse the Manager is watching!!!! We were going to eat there, but decided to just take our food home with us.

We were in a hurry, and I regret not taking photos! Very nice, clean and fast. The staff are amazing and good-natured. There is a bell in the restaurant that you can ring if you love the food and atmosphere. I took a bite of the delicious fries and happily rang the bell as I was leaving. The employees yelled ,"Thank you and I yelled back ,"thank you!"

Greek Gyro brought me here. Place was very nice… modern and very clean. My Gyro was excellent!! Went traditional style with the shaved lamb/beef 👍excellent!! Normally I’d have to go downtown or near campus to score a good Gyro. Hit the spot 👏

Super quick drive thru, I go here 2-3 times a week on my quick lunch at work. They take your order and get you out in no time. Food is what it is at every Arby's I've ever been to. In the hundreds of times going there, I can count on 1 hand the amount of times they've messed up any part of my order. Super solid quick lunch choice, assuming you like Arby's typical food.

My boyfriend and I got the beef brisket sandwich and it was delicious!! We are hoping they keep it on the menu. We also love their fish sandwich. It's better than any fast food place we have ever eaten. But for some reason, it's only available during certain times of the year???? Why do places do that? Especially when they get such a positive reaction from the public.....

It is what it is. Fast and slightly the more expensive food option. The staff is normally apathetic at best but what more can you expect from fast food?

Every restaurant has its specialty, and I would say Arby's specialty is their curly fries. If you are ordering curly fries, just order a slider to go with it. Plenty to eat. Clean restaurant, good experience.

I love their sliders (the regular chicken one and their Buffalo chicken) and the 2 for $6 beef and cheddars with some sides of arbys sauce! Good service everytime I've been there and the food has been good and hot!

Food is just what I need for a lunch break and they move through the line quickly enough. The 2 for 6 is something I rely on when it comes to a good price for a filling meal.

I've always enjoyed the roast beef sandwich at Arbys. I like both the Arby sauce and the Horsey sauce on my sandwich. I'm not particularly fond of the curley fries; I just prefer regular fries.

I thought that this place had seafood sandwiches, but it did not. I still got a salad that was very filling. Husband and the kids got their usual chicken strips and beef sandwiches.

Best experience I've had at an arby's drive thru. They gave good customer service, were fast and the food was fresh. I had 2 chicken sliders and 2 roast beef sliders. All 4 came out very tasty.

The pecan chicken salad was totally wirth the price. Very filling and great flavor. The combination of chicken, pecans and grapes were a perfect ratio mix, ensuring a piece of each in each bite. Sad to say the season for this great sandwhich must be over, even though there is no sign stating so, since they have been out for awhile.

I've eaten at Arby's for years, trying about every sandwich known to the menu. Today, I tried the Meat Mountain. Every meat possible on a single sandwich, plus cheddar and Swiss cheese. While it didn't look like the sandwich I've seen in reviews, the pictures do it justice. It is thick, heavy, and meaty... at sometimes its difficult to differentiate the different meats, but at a whole the sandwich WORKS. It's more than enough of a meal, and difficult to conquer if you aren't hungry. I was, and DID. Granted, I used multiple sauces and a 1/2 hour, but it was well worth the $13. Thank you Arby's for making this "Secret Menu" item available to all. What, though, could make this better!? More BACON...everything can use more bacon.

Arby's offerings seem dated and limited to high carb, high fat, high calorie, low fiber.and low nutrition foods. Arby's sauces still taste great (traditional Arby's sauce and horsey sauce), but they too are high sugar, salt, vinegar and spice combinations. In conclusion Arby's low nutrition comfort food is a once in a while indulgence in a dingy fast food diner that has seen better days.

I try out Arby's every two years or so. It's always 3 stars. The orange cream shake gets 10 out of 5 stars though, so go get one of those!

The Chicken Nuggets were kinda thin and a little bit over crispy , I think it will work out better next time I get there for a few weeks.

I'd give it a 4 for the food, but the high prices are what makes it a 3. So 100% of the time the prices are high, well then the food should equal that in excellence 100% of the time, but it doesn't.

Knocking down stars. Service here has been bad. They keep leaving out items and or giving wrong orders. I ordered 8 regular roast beef and got home to find 8 roast beef with nacho cheese in it. Didn't taste good at all with the nacho cheese. Wont be going back any time soon.

Service and food were fine but their "apple crisp", which was why we went, was not apple crisp. It was more apple strudel and though okay by most standards, disappointing. I was looking for an apple crisp akin to my sisters and had high hopes. Oh well, I'll just have to keep looking.

It's hard to give more than a two when you don't receive the food you ordered and we're charged for. Check your bags people! Not the first time I've had this happen, just irritated me today.

One of my favorite places went downhill FAST. I haven't had an order right the last FIVE TIMES I've been here. All they offer is excuses and arguments. I'm about done.

Restaurant is hard to find if you don't already know where it is. Ordered a sandwich with a large team and jalapeno peppers did not know that order in the peppers was going to wrap my bill up $5. Will never go back to this restaurant

Just went here for lunch. It took 20 minutes to get our chicken luau sandwiches .I took 2 bites and realized it was obviously undercooked. It was so gross. I really hope I don't get sick. I exchanged my sandwich for the brisket. Was ok at best.

Arbys always seems to be under construction. First the roof falling apart, now the floors are tore up, so terrible ambiance,surrounding, but great food. Service is so-so high school starting out don't really care here for my check customer service.

Poor service, drive thru was run down...and they messed up on a very simple order. When i reported it online i never heard back from anyone. Not much bang for your buck and not much flavor either.

At 6 pm on a Thursday night only car in the drive thru. Not busy got my order really quick, however fries soggy and cold obviously been there for a bit, fish sandwich cold. Spent over $30.00. I would think that with so few customers you would have time to cook for the customer instead of volume cooking then microwaving when a single customer shows up. I am fairly confident that most people would wait the extra few minutes for hot food.

The app never sent me a verification code to sign in so I was not able to get any of the specials. The employees were rude. And on top of that they forgot my two roast beef sandwiches this is the chico branch and when I called they said they had no recollection this is 30 minutes later I'm not putting the roast beef sandwiches in the bag I ordered 34.00 worth of food! Always check your bag before you pull out of the drive-thru I don't care how long it takes or how inconvenient it is for them! They can deal with it! One very unhappy customer I still have the receipt! Angry, cuz I had to drive all the way to Magalia to discover that they were not in their!. They are 5.99 a piece and I had cheddar put on my husband's which was 50 cents I would hope they would do better and compensate me.

Worst Arby's. I will never return. My curly fries were cold and so stale I could hardly chew them. Everything else was room temperature to lukewarm. No sauce for my chicken or mozzarella sticks. My shake tasted like vanilla soft serve, not jamocha and didn't have the drizzle like other Arby's do. I was completely disappointed. And the boneless chicken just tastes like the kind you microwave from Walmart.

Tried this Arby's several years ago and it made me violently ill. Gave it another chance yesterday, even worse. Plus the sandwich was made incorrectly. Note, I grew up eating Arby's every week in Vacaville.

If I could rate this as no stars I would. Over half the tables were dirty and the workers were just standing around doing nothing. The lady who took my order was rude and tried to cut off my order before I was done ordering. She gave me the wrong size drink for my meal, and gave me a cup that they didn't have a lid size for my 3 year old then when I told her she told me she didn't know and that was what they have and just stood there with her hands in her pockets. She was over all very unhelpful. I will not be going back to this location again.

Worst Arby's I've been to in a long time. The fries were cold. The sandwich was poorly made, there was only a small amount of sauce and fried onion in the middle of the sandwich. Whoever runs this location needs to train their employees better. This was at 7PM in the evening.

Today I ordered a kids meal with a Arby's coupon for $2.99. I have ordered the same item many times before and the associates typically ask me if I want an apple juice or kid-sized snack drink. When I asked to please have a kids drink instead of an apple juice, the associate said I could only get an apple juice. An argument ensued after the female manager grabbed the apple juice out of my hand, gave me a kid's drink cup, and told me never to come in again making such demands. I raised my voice asking her why she was giving me such disrespectful attitude over a freaking kid's drink. When I asked for her name, she had no name tag on, she refused. I then asked to speak with Jordan, who I believe is the manager, and she said no. No customer should ever receive such a mean attitude from an Arby's employee. I never received a reply from management.

I was so excited to get Arby's cause I love it and I was hungry. So my husband spent $37.00 on getting us dinner. We get home and I took a bite of my cheddar cheese beef sandwich and it had a long hair in it. I can't eat it now and they won't answer. I had to throw it away. Thanks Arby's.

Gave Arby’s a 2nd chance so I went thru the drive thru, the response was as bad as my last order. Their employees don’t even care about customer service, their attitude is order your food & get out. I should have recognized this was a poor place to eat & that’s why there’s never a line inside the restaurant or their drive thru. THE EMPLOYEES JUST DON’T CARE!!

Went here today, drive all the way from yuba city becuz I miss Arby’s so much. Spent the last 26.00 I had and cried all the way home. The cheddar beef was cold and cheddar sauce ran all over everything but the sandwich and the curly fries were cold and a hair was attached to a Curley fry. Was not mine as I have caved and all my hair has taken out. But not only did I not feel up to driving that far, today why can afford 25.00 for a meal just to h have it wasted. My nurses chicken sandwich was good but her fries too were old n cold. I’ll never return to this location again, it will probably be the last time I eat at Arby’s period. I tried calling them and no answer, I tested the url that is listed in the reviews and the url does not exist. My very first job when I was 16 at Arby’s in Columbia heights Minnesota, way before they ever thought about coming to the west coast and we thrived family people waited outside for almost an hour to get a reg Arby’s sandwich, it truly saddens me that since the pandemic Arby’s customer service has truly gone down hill

I got an email stating I could get 50% off any sandwich as long as I showed the cashier my email, well upon showing them my email to receive the 50% off any sandwich the manager stated “There isn’t a button for me to press so you can receive that discount.” hahhhhhhh! What a joke! So when this store receives coupons from customers how do they use it to get the discount? cause surely you guys don’t have barcodes to scan your coupons…. This stores customer service fails, they even failed to even say “Sorry.”

I ordered online 5 for $5 for some reason it went one for 5 something and I told the manager that I paid for 5 for 5 he did not give a darn he was rude he said it's not his problem I don't like Arby's anymore and I hope they go out sad to say I asked him just give me four more sandwiches he said no I said refund my money then he said no he can't do that sad sad sad 😢

$7 for a beef and cheddar. That's the McDonald's cheeseburger of Arby's. for my $7 I got two buns, a smack of high fat beef, a squirt of cheese, and a glob of BBQ sauce with 99% sugar that spewed out of it during the first bite, getting all over me. The most absurd sandwich I've ever bought and it was $7. unbelievable. fast food just needs to shut down and go bankrupt. they just need to stop. they need to go away. it's just garbage.

I can't express this enough! DO NOT EAT HERE ITS TRASH! The main thing people want it's the classified n chedder well wjen you spend 15 bucks you get 2 lil slices of beef an no cheese. Why even bother being in business if you screw every customer over on a meal we work hard to get. Just shut this place down already.

Worse ever and I go out of my way for Arby's. . Cold end pieces of the curly fries anf 3 curly in the container. Greek gryo meet like rubber and barely any sauce. Basic roast beef sandwich was like I was eating frozen sandwich meat

I goto arby's in so cal constantly, and the one time I stop by a different location. I get poor customer service, lack of patience from the people taking my order when wishing yo add additional items. I upsized fries and they basically dumped the medium in a larger box. Under cut the meats in the sandwich. You guys are doing a terrible job and this location need shift lead overhauls.
