The food was outstanding. The service was even better. Ashley was phenomenal. She was extremely attentive, especially to my 90 year old mother n law from China. Her natural ability to effectively cross the cultural barrier provided an excellent dining experience for all three of us. Her outstanding performance is an example of the quality and traditions that I have come to expect from Logan's Steakhouse. I would even go as far as to recommend her for a managerial position should one become available.

Javi was our server very efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. Gave us ideas and checked on us. We were sat by the arcade was a lil loud but the kids were enjoying themselves.

Logan's Roadhouse was the perfect spot for a celebratory dinner during our visit to town for a graduation. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at home. Our server, Javier, was fantastic - he was friendly, attentive, and had a great sense of humor that added to the overall enjoyable experience. The highlight of our meal was definitely the steak. Each of us ordered a different cut, and they were all cooked to perfection. The flavors were incredible, and the meat was juicy and tender. We also tried the brewsky style prep, which added a unique and delicious twist to the dish. The atmosphere at Loagan's Roadhouse was cozy and inviting, and the service was top-notch. We left feeling full, satisfied, and grateful for such a wonderful dining experience. We will definitely be back the next time we're in town. Highly recommend!

I came for the rolls, stayed for the ribs, and left with enough leftovers for breakfast and lunch. It was great all the way around! Our waitress was helpful, and everything was perfect.

I have had a great experience almost every time I have been here. I love the shrimp stacked salmon, I have had it a few times and the flavor and quality is consistent. Nothing is better than their homemade fresh rolls either! Their drinks are great too.

So we went to lunch on valentines day at Logan's and everything was great. My girlfriend and I had been out to eat every night that weekend and had been very disappointed until we went to Logan's. We were seated quickly and our server Daisha(I hope I spelled her name correctly) was awesome. She was friendly, down to earth and on top of everything. Then there was the food I ordered tri tip cooked medium and my girlfriend ordered chicken tenders to share with my son. I must say that tri tip was cooked perfect. Inside pink...and holy cow was it juicy and tender...no lie bomb af. The tenders were plentiful. Like 5 or 6 tenders and 2 sides so there was some left over. I mean for the cheapest meal out all weekend it was the best. Plus usually I don't brag on waiters to their management in person because I have found it lacking what I intended it to do. But I had no choice but to tell them Daisha was fantastic along with great food made for an excellent valentines lunch out.

Absolutely delicious! Our Waiter was super sweet and right on top of drinks! The Anything and Everything Salad is a MUST try! They have so many toppings and the ranch is so delicious! Not to mention the Roadhouse shrooms and Rolls! The sweet potatoes are out of this world! So happy I gave this place a try! My Husband said the catfish is wonderful!

Morgan is why we come here. She’s the best bartender always friendly, quick, and just makes the whole place feel more fun. Great drinks, chill vibes, and she remembers what we like. Logan’s wouldn’t be the same without her!

The food is what you would expect for Logan’s but my wife and I love seeing Morgan! She’s always the server we hope to get when we go in since she’s, friendly, good humored, she gives fast service even when it’s busy, and always gets our orders right the first time. We will be back because of her.

The super soft, fresh rolls with whipped butter really was melt-in-your-mouth delicious!! (We asked for more and got four more!) I couldn’t wait to get the Mud Pie for dessert ($7.99), but they DON’T have it anymore! 😩 They need to take it off the menu. We got the brownie marshmallow sundae thing which was delicious! Hubby an I were in town for a workshop, decided to give this place a try since so close to our hotel. So pleasantly surprised! Service was great, dinner was wonderful. We each had one of the salmon options, moist, tender, delicious! And cinnamon apples as a side dish???!! In our opinion, considerably better than the “fanciest” place in town we tried the previous night. To top it off, a service member was eating dinner alone and we wanted to cover her meal, however another diner already had, so Logan’s is great, and apparently so are the guests! A must try!

Visited November 18th..see receipt as always. This location is in Chico. NOTE: It is NOT inside the Chico Marketplace! ( it took me awhile to find it). It is quite large inside with comfortable seating along with bar seating. Full bar. I got there about a half hour after opening ( they open at 11am). I ordered the cheeseburger with fries. The cheeseburger was really good ( couldn't eat even half of it) with crinkle cut fries. I like the flame broiled taste on the meat! I also tasted the fresh rolls with some kind of butter...very good! Fun atmosphere with plenty of tvs to watch sports. They have a ton of specials...lunch..dinner..happy hour. You can actually watch the cook through the glass window. Good experience but very slow service. Would go again! Ps. I PAID CASH!!! DON'T CHARGE ME A CREDIT CARD FEE!!

I got two drinks while waiting for my food. It’s was a hot day. Ended getting a second of the first vid before I left. The ribs were a little over done in my opinion but I’m a meat lover so I love meat cooked any type of way, the broccoli was amazing. I also love my veggies a the broccoli was so juicy and buttery. The coleslaw was so good I asked for a second side also before I left. The place was great. Price is also reasonable considering the the quality of service and the food. Definitely worth it. No complaints at all. 4.5⭐️

Went in to this restaurant with a large group for a birthday celebration on Sunday and were promptly greeted by the host who took us to our table and made small talk with my kids along the way. Our server, Kelli, greeted us very quickly and was attentive to our needs. To start, I had a tropical tea, and my wife and kids had soft drinks. The other families who joined us were impressed by the beer selection and the kids especially loved the Shirley temples and variety of appetizers. The arcade kept the kids pretty busy while I were able to visit each other. The bread came out nice and warm along with our mozzarella sticks and onion petals. Food didn’t take too long and Kelli was very attentive to detail and made sure that all of our picky requests were taken care of. It was pretty busy for a Sunday, but there wasn’t a time where we felt we had to wait or track anyone down. The managers, Cliff and Josh also ran food and brought extra ranch and drink refills when needed. We split the bill three ways, which was no problem. I’m glad that I asked, otherwise I would have assumed that gratuity was included for such a large party. It’s important to know if you eat here THEY DON’T INCLUDE GRATUITY for parties. As a former server, I always tip well over 20% when the service is good, but I’m sure a lot of people just sign the ticket assuming that it is on there so if you do eat here—don’t assume that gratuity is included and make sure you tip your server!

First time ever going here on April 20th 2023 and it was absolutely amazing! Calamari was seasoned perfectly and the dipping sauce was was a great pairing but you should ask for extra. The porterhouse meal was absolutely delicious, so tender and cooked exactly how I wanted it. The onion to rings and fried green beans were a little greasy and tasted like old oil but everything else was on point and worth the price. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, was a little nervous about the music but thankfully they didn't just play country music; like some steakhouses do, they actually have a great variety! Drinks were spectacular and not weak either as many places drinks can be... Would highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back to try something else.

I had the brisket sandwich with fries (sorry my pics don't have the fries but I was hungry and I eat the fries first before they get cold). My room mates and I heard Logans great steaks to try. So last week we tried it was great. Steak cooked perfect I had hamburger with pulled pork. As usual slogans does not disappoint. Food was good steaks were made as requested the buttery rolls were fresh and hot. The ribs were truly fall off the bone and your choice of either beef or pork. Had the pork with honey barbecue sauce thick sticky and tasty. We were a group of 5 and was seated quickly and served in a reasonable time the service was good even on a Saturday early evening it was busy. Good family and friends atmosphere can't find much better in Chico.

I go there for the mesquite Salmon which I enjoy and look forward to. I wish the Ownership would pay attention to the up-keep of the place, the Floors especially is so dirty and seems like it was never cleaned. It woud be nice instead to just paint the floors, it's so black.

The waitress was friendly but it took around 40 minutes for our food to come out. My medium rare sirloin was more medium than I wanted, but tasted decent enough. The broccoli was amazingly good. The mashed potatoes were fine, nothing special. My strawberry margarita was also fine. Overall the experience was decent but not spectacular. The price point is pretty average so I will probably come again.

The food and service were top notch great the first time so last night at the end of our stay we thought we would end it with a good meal. The meal & service was a little disappointing not sure why or if it was the staff working or just an off day for everyone. We ordered the shrimp stacked salmon it was overcooked & so dry the blackening was as if they poured it on after cooking and they added a small 5 shrimp skewer burnt which isn't how I've gotten it in the past, normally it's got 8-10 shrimp atop the salmon the meal was cold .the burger was dry and overcooked when it was ordered med rare no condiments or utensils for any of our order the Carolina shrimp plate should have had 14 shrimp as in description and fries were ordered it contained 10 shrimp no fries again no condiments the calamari was greasy. It was disappointing enough that we probably won't choose this restaurant location.

I love coming to eat at Logan's Roadhouse (Chico) and have always enjoyed my meal. Service is excellent; I always ask for Zee to be my server. She has a great sense of humor and always makes me feel welcome. The reason for four stars is because they stopped selling their gift cards at Costco so you either have to pay cash or get an additional charge on your bill for using a credit card. Lastly, an upgrade to the womans bathroom wouldn't hurt.

Went here for dinner with my wife they sat us in the bar which I wanted more of a restaurant feel, well anyways where they sat us was 85 inside no air blowing no fans nothing i said it was a little hot the First Lady just asked me to move which I was sat down had water at the table I didn’t want to move our actual waitress shows up and asked if everything was okay her name was Mac as soon as I said well not that great a little stuffy in here she was concerned she knew it was hot and took our order for drinks along with bringing rolls to the table she immediately said I’ll go ask the manager what I can do, this amazing grace ended up getting the A/c on and a swamp cooler as well pointed in my direction I was overheated and a lil irritated at the beginning of my meal by the time the two porterhouses we ordered showed up I was comfy she went above and beyond for us while the others just wanted us to move out of their section i would go back just because of her she made our date night much better! Btw the other customers were a lil upset at the heat as well listening to them bicker before the a/c was on was a bitter subject I also watched as kids left the restaurant a few times to cool off its 79/80 degrees outside and to have to go outside to cool off is insane to me what kind of place doesn’t cool it down for their customers before someone has to complain. Mac you the MVP there you showed compassion and kindness as the others show no remorse and empty hearts

This was my first visit to Logan's Roadhouse. I'm happy to report they have some very good gluten-free options. We didn't want to wait for a table so we ate at the bar. The waitresses are very nice and knowledgeable. I had the grilled salmon which was a little tough for my taste. But it did taste very good. The atmosphere was nice and I enjoyed my visit.

As far as chain steak houses goes, this is nominal...because it's the only one in Chico. Gone are the days where sawdust and peanut shells littered the floor, which was part of this establishments ambiance. My wife and I went on Friday to partake of the 2 for $50 12oz Prime Rib special. She got the loaded baked potato and broccoli, I got the roasted corn and side salad...both of us got the Prime Rib rare. The Prime Rib arrived and was exactly how it was supposed to be, same with the sides. This restaurant is a prime example of how a chain should be run...efficiently and without strife. Could it be better!? Yes, just like most chains. Did we get dessert? No...too full to go down that road. Are there better steak houses in Chico? Again, yes...but you will spend more. Logans Roadhouse is exactly what it needs to be in a town that definitely needs it.

Logan's is always a hit or miss for my family of 5. We go very rarely, but when we do there's always some kind of hiccup. The last time we went, my food was luke warm and I had to ask for them to put it on the grill for a little longer. My sister asked for her burger well done and it came medium rare. Once we waited over 45 minutes for our food on a Thursday night (I'm pretty sure they might have forgot about us) However, the staff is always extremely helpful and always fixes whatever problems we have once we say something. Overall the experience in our case was always just okay. The food is fine and the atmosphere is clean. A little too pricey for the experience however

.I've been very disappointed. The last couple of times we've gone in there, my daughter's porterhouse steak was burnt. Everyone else's food was okay. She sent her steak back twice After that the rest of the party was Finnish with there meal and ready to leave. The manager did take her meal off the ticket but this was not the first time that we've received at least one meal out of 6. That was not adequate.

Food was 'meh'. Salad was fine but tasted like the lettuce wash set for a bit. Medium burger was cooked to very well done. Plate handed to me for my kid was burning hot, which waited noted but then handed to me and so hot I dropped on the table. A plate that temperature had no business being on our table.

Ordered a filet med rare. It was raw. Cold in the middle raw. Broccoli was great. And sweet tea was good. The filet was tough despite the fact that it was raw. Waitress was nice. Place was clean. Next day I ordered a burger...fire. I'll go back for the hamburgers.

Half a rack of ribs was a lot! No probable on quantity. The ribs were good, nothing spectacular, just good. The Chipotle BBQ sauce was pretty tasty, haf some heat to it as well. The roles and creamy butter were very good they brought out in the beginning as well.

I had some really good experiences here a few years ago but I haven't been as happy with it lately. The staff are nice but it seems mistakes are somewhat common based on my experience and others I have talked to. The menu also needs to be updated because some of the stuff listed may not actually be on the menu anymore. I was really disappointed with the prime rib sandwich because it sounded so good (piled high prime rib) but it was thin slices of overcooked prime rib that were basically roast beef. I also got a burger and it was okay but it was a little dry and underwelming for a burger from a steak house.

Food is so so. Nothing special just like every other chain restaurant. Restaurant is cold heat wise and waitress's seemed bored.

Great staff but not great food. My spaghetti was so bland and tasted straight out of a can, someones shrimp was under done, and steak was tough and extremely chewy. Got some baby back ribs they were good but nothing to write home about. Though I will say the loaded baked potatoes are actually pretty good. I won’t be returning.

Food was good once it finally arrived after waiting over an hour. And the happy hour drinks/menu need to be clearly marked. There should be a separate menu specifically for the happy hour menu. And they have a million menus. Waitress didnt clarify anything or informed us of what was actually on special or happy hour or anything. I feel like I was taken advantage of and the restaurant wasn't even busy.

The steak was over cooked when I ordered it medium rare. I could barely cut it. I'll never order a steak from Logans again.😕

It's a real shame how far the quality has dropped. I ordered the catfish and it tasted freezer burnt and under seasoned. The batter was bland and soft. The fries were stale and chewy. The only thing that tasted as you'd expect was the slaw, which tasted like the premade stuff you buy at Cash and Carry. The menu calls it "1/2lb" filet, but was more like 4oz of fish and 4oz of batter. My wife got the "chicken tenders" which imply breast meat but is most certainly that pre battered, formed meat you would find in the freezer section of a grocery store. This place used to be a great place to chow down, but I suspect with the drop in quality it will end up another vacant commercial restaurant space for lease in the shopping center parking lot.

Thank you McKenna for making our experience more pleasant, we almost left because of the AC not working and air being too stuffy but because of your bubbly personality we decided to stay. How they fix soon!

First off, service was great. Cannot complain about the servers. They do a phenomenal job. But we heard the new owners are no longer offering Catfish. The whole reason we went there. Secondly, instant mashed potatoes are not what we expect to be served alongside quality proteins. I ordered a full rack of ribs, they were made from quality meat. I didn't care for the preparation, but I knew they wouldn't be slow cooked in a smoker. Just wasn't expecting them to have char like they did. I do recommend the potato skins, they were great.

Average food but the service was horrible. The bartender "Red" spent more time flirting with the regulars, than taking care of the rest of the customers. Multiple errors and issues with my order. Many customers seem to have an issues with service at this location.

Waitress seemed to be uninterested in helping our party of 16. (We had made reservations 1 month ahead) drinks took forever to come out, our meals took even longer. 1+hours. Blackened chicken was extremely dry, wings didn’t have enough sauce, my potato skins were over cooked. It was the first time I couldn’t finish my food and didn’t even bother with a take out box. When we were paying our bill, somehow the lady messed up, and someone else paid for my ticket. I didn’t have to pay, but it’s still uncomfortable and an inconvenience. I’m not even from Chico but the whole experience was disappointing.

I called a month ahead for a graduation reservation, called a week to confirm, and when I got there they seemed so annoyed we were there. No active waiter so we didn't get any of our drinks until 15-20min out, didnt get our food order taken until 40min out, having to wait longer because they were helping another large party, so our food took forever to get out and all my guests said their food wasn't good. I chose Logan's for my graduation because I honestly liked the energy and the food there, but the service was terrible today. It's graduation weekend and they didn't seem to have enough staff overall, kind of sucked because I was excited for this day for awhile and it was just bad.

Table that came in after us was almost done eating when our food finally arrived. Food was barely warm. My husband's steak was over cooked and one of the meals in our party took an additional 5 min to come to the table. This was a half way point to meet friends and was disappointed because Food is usually good.

This place is awful, save yourself the money and just buy a TV dinner, it will be better. Place is dirty, silverware was dirty as hell. Nothing is homemade here it's all fryer food or frozen food, no love. They are about outta everything here's a half of the beer you asked for free 😂. Place is a joke and you should run.

we went for birthday dinner and we received the worst customer service ever, send us to a table where they forgot about us, soda was just carbonated water, food took long to get at table and then they brought us the wrong food! one of the waiters looked like in a bad mood, when she brought food didn’t even say a word, just placed plates over us, fried fish was more batter than fish, don’t wanna say this is not a place for Hispanics but it felt like, other tables next to us where better attended

The waitress seemed like she was in a bad mood. The steak was crazy, the folk wouldn't even go through it. The Manager said I can take it off, but I can't let you take it with you! I said okay! I was just going to see if the dog could eat it anyway. I was asked if the zucchini was good, I said I was afraid to try it with how bad the steak was. Not a place I take out of town company to, as service, and food would not be a win you any points! Hopefully this was just a bad night for this place and it's not their usual state of affairs!

Me and my boyfriend came here to eat. Overall, the waiters and the drinks were great. However, the food itself was terrible. My macaroni and cheese dish looked like it came from KFC and the mashed potatoes I got were very runny and tasted like vinegar. I also got a sirloin and it was alright, not very flavorful though. After this experience, we will not be coming back, since the food was definitely not worth the price.

Ribs were burnt and so was the YAM(not sweet potato) waitress was very nice and the Mac n cheese was good! Probably won’t be back!

We found worms in broccoli. We ordered a salmon with broccoli from side and finishing eating we noticed this worm. I’ll never come back again to this place.

We were sat in the bar area. The bartender was also our waitress. Not only was she responsible for making all the drinks for the whole restaurant, but she had to take care of the people seated at the bar and the surrounding tables. She took our order and our food arrived 45 minutes later cold. My mashed potatoes and steak were room temp. I told the waitress that brought the food and she goes oh okay I’ll warm it up. Brings back my steak Nuked in the microwave for 5 minutes and potatoes cold still. Steak was rubber after that. Said they took 25% off bill. They took a total of $7 off my $60 bill for bringing out two $26 microwaved steaks. No one there to complain to so i just paid so i wouldn’t have to be there any longer than i already was.

$104 dollars for 2 NY strips and 3 drinks It was late about 1.5 hrs before closing I asked if it was too late to order steak and they said "No" The steaks did not resemble any NY steak that we had ever seen, we ordered medium this was good.. Problem is they cut sirloin to resemble NY and it was grisly and tough through out. Pretty disappointed..

Don’t bother ordering online. I got a nasty chicken that wasn’t edible it was freezer burnt or just expired it tasted like old hard rubber. The store couldn’t help me and the online “help” service never responded. Waste of money and this could’ve made anyone super sick.
