I'd never been to a Chili's before but I can say with confidence that this one has good food. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, boneless wings, some sort of Cajun pasta, and one of their cookies and ice cream in a tin. Everything tasted good for a restaurant of this caliber, and the staff was very kind. Frequent check ups on our table, never had to ask for additional items, etc. For having gotten so many items (including 4 drink refills), the pricing was good too.

Seriously they're amazing. The servers become like family and are super sweet. I had Elizabeth today and was greeted so warmly and she was excited to see me as it's been awhile. Made my day. You get great service and food with it. Great place to go for any reason or occasion if you want to have a good time android food

Nice experience however my fajitas were flavorless & very thick cut chunk meat & veggies was cut chunky & thick. Definitely was a waste of money.

Kaitlin and Seth are two of the best servers and the bartender Jessica is super knowledgeable and handles the entire bar like it's no problem on her own! Highly recommend!!

Our waiter Derrick was very hospitable and funny. He was able to be attentive to all his tables while also making tables feel individually special. He made sure the service was good and whenever a colleague brought out a meal or drinks he was sure to thank them showing his ability to be a positive coworker. This was my first time going to chilli's in general since before covid the food was amazing I also think it was a better value than most fast foods these days. They had a couple of good deals we all took advantage of. The cooks do outstanding job cooking the meat.

Huge shout out to John in the bar. His service is exceptional. He sat us and git our appetizer right away. He let us know the kitchen was short two cooks and it may take a while for the food as it was a busy night. Our food was quite a bit of a wait buy John made sure we were refilled on our drinks & chips and salsa. He was very nice and not stressed even though he should have been. He provided excellent service and when we did get our food it was cooked perfectly and was hot and fresh. Great work tonight guys, especially you John.

I love going to chili's. This restaurant has just about everything from hamburgers to chicken sandwiches to salads and also really good drinks. You can sit at the bar or you can sit at a booth. This restaurant is open every day and always has delivered very good food. It is also located in a really nice area of Chino Hills in gateway village.

That 10.99 deal can not be beat! Honestly, its probably the best restaurant deal around. This was place was great for a quick bite on date night!

What person doesn't enjoy the triple dipper, came out freshly made and the server was amazing even when he was overwhelmed he made sure everyone was taken care of.

Services here are exceptional! Derrek, Sean, and Isaiah provided me a very enjoyable dining experience. Derrek was very knowledgeable and recommended dishes / beverages that were so delicious. Isaiah was very attentive and did a good job seating me at a cozy, comfortable place. I can see him being a good food-runner or waiter. Sean was very accommodating during my visit. You can’t beat Chili’s great food, great service, and great atmosphere for a great price. Today I was served by Alexander Justin and he went out of his way to make sure my experience was a good one. Always alert checking to see if any of his customers need anything at the bar. Always eager to serve with a friendly smile. Makes you feel at home. That’s why Chili’s has become my very spot to chill. Hence the name!

We came in last minute and weren't expecting them to take us (we arrived an hour before closing). I was a manager for a restaurant and I know how annoying it can become when people come in so close to closing. The greeter was super friendly and reassuring and gave us an option to wait on a booth or choose a bar table for no wait. I wish I remembered her name. Our server Vanessa was absolutely amazing, as well! I was celebrating my daughter going into first grade this year and allowed my kids to order whatever they wanted. With random add-ons and a very last minute lava-cake, Vanessa never even batted an eye. She was truly amazing and made sure to include my 6 and 3 year old in the conversation. She didn't rush us or make us feel pressured to inhale our food. The cooks made my salmon PERFECT and even my 3 year old was stealing broccoli off my plate. Thank you to all the staff that made our last minute visit a good one. Your management is lucky to have you all.

We just had our 41 Anniversary and decided to go to chilis. Just to have some fun. The Service was excellent we ordered fajitas combo. Do you share with each other and a rainbow margarita. Oh, we got full couldn’t get dessert but less satisfied thank you to all you over there for being so kind on our special day.

Quick service, you can tell good teamwork. Had 3 for Me meal and you can't beat the price. Pay at the table speeds up transactions and helps wait staff focus on service.

This location has really friendly staff. The food takes a little long to come out so don’t come here if you are starving already but it tastes amazing!

Love the Chicken Enchillada soup and wish they would bring back the unlimited bowl. With that said, last time we went in on a Monday early evening with 6 people in our party. The host sat us quickly, which we appreciated, even though our whole party wasnt there yet. Our server, young male was attentive, cheerful, and helpful. Our food came out quickly and our drinks were refilled quickly as well. Great experience at this location. They still have the 3 for me deal, but the prices range from $11-$15+ for a drink, I dont recommend the Ribeye elsewhere on the menu, but they've got great appetizers.

One of the best Chili’s locations we’ve been to! The food was flavorful and arrived quickly, and we were seated without a wait. Our server, Shaun, was attentive and friendly throughout our meal. The food runner—whose name we didn’t catch—was a standout. He not only brought a joke of the day for our kids, but we overheard him doing the same with other tables, spreading good energy and laughs all around. It’s rare to see that kind of genuine, consistent interaction. The entire team was warm, inviting, and clearly worked well together. Delicious food, great service, and a truly welcoming atmosphere. We were in for dinner on 6/28, a busy Saturday, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Our drinks, appetizers, and dinner came out quick and fresh. We were extremely pleased with the service from our waiter, Cole. This young man deserves a raise for how attentive and kind he was. I never thought I’d be saying this about Chilli’s (no offense) but he provided the best service we’ve EVER had, anywhere. He was professional, thoughtful, and just on top of it!! He went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. He even walked to the front to open the door for my sister who was carrying out her 2 month old baby in a heavy car seat! I'm not usually into chain restaurants, but I had a craving for a good burger, and Chili's did not disappoint. Their “3 for Me” or “3 for Lunch” deal is a steal—$11 for an iced tea, chili, and a crispy chicken sandwich? Way better than McDonald's! My partner generously shared her burger and chips, making it a perfect meal. Our server Caroline was incredibly sweet and attentive, making sure we had all the condiments we needed. The ambiance is a cozy combo of American and Texan diner charm. Overall, a surprisingly delightful experience!

I am in love with their 3 for Me deal that is available all the time. A crazy deal where you ordered an appetizer, main course, and beverage; price is cheaper than a Bigmac meal. I ordered the Double Oldtimer burger with cheese. This thing was so big, I call it the Humongosaurus or the Ginormotops. I think I will get their smash burger next time as I was not able to finish one I ordered.

Great food and service. They are accommodating enough to void the 3 dollars my neice used to play games on the tablet. Food has improved from the last time I've eaten here. JM the manager did a great job taking care of our table and made sure the food came out quickly. The free salsa and chips are really good and fresh tasting. Took 5 minutes to get our drink and food order in. Started off good. My husband and I had a long drive back home and decided to stop and get our favorite meals from chilis. We waited 24 minutes for our food to be cold to the touch. We told our server which took about another 5-10 to finally.come over. We spoke with the manager dene I think that's how you spell it and she was wonderful. At first we misunderstood her but she keeps calm and very professional. After she took over everything was on point and the chef even came out and gave us free dessert 🍨

Not too crowded. Paige worked the bar and was very attentive to our needs. The strawberry lemonade was very watered down, so we just got a regular lemonade. Other than that, everything was ordered and delivered within a reasonable amount of time. Food was tasty.

Ordered a Ribeye and a sirloin steak. Ribeye had very little flavor. The sirloin was pretty good. Service was good but server took much too long to take our order. Have been to this Chili's many times and this was by far the most disappointing.

Happy hour specials are for drinks only. Sunday evening- no wait for a booth in the bar area. Plenty of screens all around with whatever sports event of your choosing. Assuming they're short staffed because servers seemed really busy for how many tables were filled. Regardless, they were very good at being attentive with food & drinks orders.

I normally don't choose Chili's, but a friend wanted to go. We got our food very quickly, it was prepared well, and all of the wait staff we encountered were incredible! They were so friendly, personable, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. There is a great team working here.

Serving A&W +a scoop of vanilla ice cream or ginger ale+ a scoop of mint ice cream would bring back the 80s, it is called the Float.

Had an awesome experience at Chili’s! Our server was attentive and genuinely kind, and the food came out quickly even though it was busy. The margaritas were excellent, and the portions were generous for the price. The restaurant felt clean and comfortable, and the whole visit was smooth from start to finish. Ok so we arrive and the place isn't packed but limits on capacity is why people waited almost an hour to be seated. So ordering good quick. 55 minutes later our order arrived. It was a green salad and soup. OMG. It arrived as we were ready to leave and say to heck with this. The guy said it took so long because he was waiting on my shrimp fajitas. Really......!!? Place shrimp on skillet and they done in 4 minutes maybe 5. The food was great though and we sat back down ate and paid and left. Food was good. Wait was not worth it. Never again will we go there.

I last visited this location in July 2022. Had a perfectly fine salad in and a tasty margarita. Our server was perfect--I gave him a 20% tip--but complained about the lack of cleanliness in the men's room. It's a bad sign to discover a filthy men's room before you order. I blame management for this. If the manager can't figure out how to keep the restrooms clean, then this place needs a new manager.

I am just going to say it. I'm not a big fan of the food here. Tonight I had the rib and brisket combo and both were dry and hard, as opposed to juicy and tender. The brisket, instead of being slices of fall apart goodness, I got something that looked like pulled pork. The meat, however, was stringy and crispy. The overall meal, though, looked nice and arrived on time. But don't get me wrong, I do like this place. I come here and their other locations from time to time to drink. The bartenders are always friendly. The wait staff are always attentive and friendly. No complaints here. On wikipedia, Chili's is considered a tex mex restaurant and they started off making burgers. Maybe I'll try their burgers or fajita plate next time.

I visited this restaurant to try the sampler, especially after hearing so much about the viral mozzarella sticks. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the service I received from my waiter, Derrick—a tall gentleman with glasses and dark hair. He got my order wrong, and when I politely pointed it out, instead of correcting the issue, he suggested that I simply order extra burgers from the kids’ menu rather than receiving the ones that were supposed to come with the sampler. He even mentioned that he didn’t think his manager would want to fix the mistake, which was frustrating. When I declined to add extra items, he responded, “You probably don’t understand what I’m saying,” which came across as extremely rude and condescending. At first, he seemed pleasant, but this interaction made me feel unheard and dismissed. Good customer service is about ensuring guests feel valued, and in this case, I left feeling the opposite. I would encourage some additional customer service training to ensure that guests receive the experience they deserve.

We have been going to this Chili’s for a long time. The last few times we have been there, it has been dirty. Our server was nice but slow because she was covering a lot of tables.

I ordered chicken wings, barbecue, and a house salad with the watermelon lemonade, i received my salad and my wings at the same time. I wasn't expecting that I really wanted my salad first, then by the time I got done with my salad, I noticed the wings. Looked and smelled, spicy. I can't do spicy, so I had to wait for someone to come by. So I could explain to them. I ordered barbecue, then when they brought me the barbecue ones, they were saturated with barbecue sauce, to much, could barely eat them, took half of them home, gave them to my daughter, everything was just okay. Actually, the salad was pretty good. I think my server was new. I'm an ex server, I felt sorry for him so I did leave him a tip, even though I didn't want to, but he would have gotten more if everything would have been better including the service and the understanding of my order, it wasn't difficult

The employees and servers are some of the nicest and strongest servers in chino hills. We had an hour wait for a table and for food. They were clearly under staffed and needed much help. Even though the night wasn’t the best our server kept a smile and was apologetic and fixed every mistake. She made the nice good even though we were all hangry. Management do better!!!

Food was ok, 2 waited 10 minutes past when others got their food. Waitress came 4 times to table with 4 people with empty drinks and did nothing. Poor poor training on Chili’s part. Update took it from 3 star to 1 star. The manager on duty 4/23/23 @ 3 pm came by 25 minutes after wrong food sent back, tried blaming other manager, and 10 minutes later we are still sitting here with all empty drinks. The upper management obviously needs to train their managers. Update, manager came back and got mad when I questioned the bill, $15.99 meal was somehow $28.00 and she tossed the payment device on table and sulked away all huffy. I questioned the server on the bill and I asked how $15.99 is now $28.00+, she went and the other manager came. The other manager was much better trained, and did not have an attitude, she asked try us again and was very nice so I brought it back up from 1-2.

Went for dinner yesterday, was greeting well by the hostes, I ordered a half stack of bbq ribs that were cook good nice flavor the loaded mash was decent and well as the fries ever was good over all ,, as we ordered our last drinks a Old Fashion I we received no cherries or bitter first concern as I was checking my drink I noticed lip stick smeared on the rim of the cup it as pretty dirty , i address the concern to our server Maddison who was great btw and it was replaced with cherries and bitters ?! The bartender didn't know the basics. For that I rate this place a 2 unfortunately

Our friend had their purse stolen from right behind her just moments ago and this Chilis location has NO CAMERAS!!!! police report is being made but they have no proof. I understand “privacy “ but owners could invest in external cameras

I came ask for a table of 8, gave my info that the hosts asked, the gentleman told me it would be a 34 minute wait. I have waited for 20 mins in the car, I went in to ask to see how much longer, the gentleman again told me another 30 minute. I see table available for my group and they’re giving it to couples. This is not right, I have see three families came in and leave because nobody want to wait 30 minutes to hr.

Cold food, poor service, five different people for a 2 person seating. Hostess sat us, introduced our server (Karmin) who did nothing more than take our order. Our drinks and meals were served by another young man, had to flag down our server, who never checked in with us, to warm food and another woman presented our bill and to-go box. Won’t bother with Chilis in the future…so disappointing.

Chicken is too dry, Beef is like chewing gum. Only the Shrimp is all I can eat. That is my leftovers. Will not recommend this place.

I had the worst experience at this restaurant, if I could like 0 stars I would! I experienced extreme racism! Being the only minority within the establishment I was already given “dirty” looks as if I did not belong there. I was very uncomfortable. The bartender JOHN was very unprofessional. I was there to have a drink during happy hour and I wanted to enjoy a shot of alcohol with my family member and the bartender kept denying us. Well, the bartender got really irritated with us decided to come to the table to “address” us. He came with a very hostile attitude. We told him we were very understanding but he continued with a very aggressive demeanor and tone. We felt very attacked and we did not ask for any of it. He continued to insult us and aggressively trapped our dishes from the table. We asked to speak to the manager but KARMIN denied coming to see us. We were told that she was helping in the kitchen and we decided to wait but after 30 minutes we became impatient. She never did come to address us to tell us that she was busy and she would be right with us. She totally DENIED coming to us all together. The manager didn’t think it was important at all to hear us voice our concerns for 2 minutes at the most. No one cared about our concerns or how we were treated in the restaurant. It was an overall horrible experience.

Im actually really disappointed today. The few times when we come to chillis we have a pretty good time. Today not so much. The food runner came to drop off our appetizer and didn't give us time to scoot a plate away he just shoved passed us and set it down on the table pushing the plate and cups to the side aggressively and just walked away without a word. Then when the food came out both of our steaks (and my chicken) were soo dry along with the chicken being very bland. I asked for steak sauce that never got brought out. Lastly while we were boxing up our entrees I was busy trying to box my food and the server without asking takes the tortillas and side plate of cheese, guacamole and salsa. It just seemed really rude and like he was trying to hurry us out. Usually servers ask before taking a dish especially if it still has food / they're in the process of boxing items.

Horrible customer service. I was seated and then ignored. Not even greeted by any server let alone got a drink. 4 different, bigger parties came AFTER me and they were greeted immediately and received drinks. I got up and walked out without even being noticed. I did go to the side takeout entrance and speak to a manager, who was apologetic but gave an excuse that MY server had a party of 20.......so why seat me there? My party was two. 2 people who sat for 15 minutes being ignored. Unacceptable.

Our party of 4 was seated promptly but after that nobody came to get our drink or food order after 15 minutes I flagged down a waitress and she took care of us. Was a little annoyed. Maybe hangry 😂

I went here on Wednesday evening on 10/9/24 sat at bar and asked for a menu. I waited almost 10 minutes and again asked the bar tender for a menu. She responded ok and never brought me a menu. I left after drinking one beer. I gave it another try on 10/11/24 once again I sat at the bar. 2 other people sat on each side of me and promptly received a drink. I asked for a menu and ordered Chili and a salad. I waited almost 40 minutes and never received my food. I asked for the manager and the bartender said no problem. I waited 15 more minutes and the manager never came by.

Some of the saltiest food I have ever eaten. We got Nashville hot tenders and mozzarella sticks. My blood pressure spiked.

Went to this restaurant 07/25/2025 to celebrate our grandsons birthday. We were a party of eight, including two infants. The hostess seated our party literally at the restroom door stating that it was for the safety of our group. Although upon entering the restaurant, there's a family with an toddler literally crawling across the dining table seated at the entrance of the establishment. Yet we are seated at the restroom in the rear of the restaurant. I don't believe this is policy, this was an act of RACISM. Period. To seat guests near the restroom because they have two infants is horrible and so was the service. Needless to say we won't return to this location. Racism is never acceptable, nor is racist behavior, although this restaurant thinks it is. Our celebration was ruined by the experience at this restaurant. We can not relive celebrating grandsons birthday on this date. It was ruined by this staff

10/18- we decided to come to eat we had about 15 including a baby in our group, four of us came inside to use the restroom. We saw servers getting our table ready for us there was a high chair at our table. We went back out then we got called to be seated and the hair chair was gone. A server came to us and let us know that they only had a small amount of high chairs they were all being used at the moment. They had told me that they would keep an eye out for one to bring to us, said that was okay no worries. Maybe ten minutes go by and this family gets seated and they got a hair chair quick. I asked the manager if there was an high chair open he went and checked and told me there was none I did get upset so my husband has to go get the stroller from the car. The manager sees that we had the stroller and out of no where he brings a hair chair? Like really?? You see we have the stroller why bring the high chair. AND to make things worst that family that got the high chair never used it, their baby was sleeping the whole time. If you have kids that use high chairs don't bother coming to this location, only four high chairs. Do better!
