The coffee is amazing here, I’ve been getting lattes and the shots of espresso are always pulled well and never taste burnt

My absolute go to coffee shop! The only problem with this place is that now I can’t get coffee anywhere else because it just doesn’t compare.

Best coffee shop in the 315 hands down. Seems like there is always something new and cool going on here. The employees are so nice and truly care about you. It’s very nice and clean inside. If you reading this make the trip it’s 100% worth it.

Love the vibe of this new Cafe. The staff were pleasant and the pastries were phenomenal. I thoroughly enjoyed the almond danish ( not too sweet, fresh, flaky crust!). The pistaschio latte was a nice surprise as well. Thank you for a great start to the day!

I was excited to stop for a treat while in town. I opted for the ices caramel apple cider with whipped topping with caramel drizzle. The young lady who waited on me was the sweetest to assist me, as I am not a coffee drinker. The only regret. I got a small. And I definitely should have gotten a large! I won't make that mistake again. Ps I loved it so much. I stopped and bought ingredients to mimic it at home. Not as good as theirs. But will suffice until I get back out there again. Nice little new shop. A lot of coffee options and a few pastries, as well as a collection of local items like candles, honey, etc. Very friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere is very simple. Plain white walls, not overly decorated, plenty of seating including basic tables, high tables and chairs, and window counter facing the highway. Great prices.

We went out of our way to hopefully find a good java fix...and we were so pleased with the quality and flavor of our espresso drinks @ Serendipity. ☕️

Barista was knowledgeable and pulled a perfectly sweet and balanced shot of espresso. The filter coffee was also delicious, clearly a specialty coffee that was extracted well and not over roasted

This is what Chittenango needed!! 😍 I love this cafe. I ordered a Honey Cinnamon Iced Latte with almond milk and I bought a shirt that says “BRING ME AN ICED COFFEE” this is where I’ll be going for now on. 5 stars all the way.

I stopped in for a latte. I am glad I am able to request exactly what I want added to my drink, such as, non dairy options as well as half the amount of syrup added to make it not as sweet and less calories.

An absolute asset to the area, it has quickly become a regular destination. Simply put, there's nothing not to appreciate at Serendipity Café.

Delicious coffee. The cortado was exactly what I wanted and their pb&j chia breakfast pudding was great too. Some cute items inside for sale too so worth a visit

The drinks are not only fun and delicious: it’s evident that the baristas making them know what they are doing. They currently use Salt City coffee which is a local Syracuse-based coffee roaster. I had the pistachio milk latte which was both unique and the perfect balance of sweet but not too sweet. I also tried the Nutella mocha and it will be my next order.

I ordered an iced latte with their brown sugar syrup - it was AMAZING! Such an authentic flavor, it’s my new favorite caffeinated drink. I’ll definitely be back for plenty of coffee dates!

Slow production process

Service was slow and not friendly at all. The drink I ordered was OK but not great. The environment is so warehouse feeling and not comfortable at all.

NOT GLUTEN FREE. This is another place I had bookmarked to visit for a long while because they were bookmarked and reviewed for being gluten free. Only Lenka Bars. Do not come here if you want to eat, someone else’s review has listed them to show up in GF search results. Drip was fine and if they find a way to unlist themselves as accommodating dietary restrictions I think this is a really awesome treat for coffee in the middle of Chittenango.

Limited food choices. Croissant was cold - wasn't asked if we wanted it warmed up. Would go to grab coffee again and be on my way; atmosphere was bland.

This is also after I tipped $3 on top of the $8 latte. I could put up with the stale and old pastries and the mediocre coffee, BUT the blatant disrespect, I cannot. To say I’m disappointed doesn’t even cover it. 😢
