Took a very good friend of mine here for a casual dinner. Food is good and consistent no matter which location.
Good food didn't wait too long. Everything was good place just seems small and pretty packed
Came for fathers day very organized and clean place waiters and servers were very helpful since we entered the building came with my dad brothers and sister a party of 14 people checked in 2 hours before they get your number then text you when your ready to be seated have to have your mask on but when seated can take them off but the food and drinks were very tasty love coming here even after the quarintine this place is very clean hand sanitizer station on the entrance as well as in the restroom waiters all with masks will be returning again and again recomend anybody to come and eat here
Went in for a slice of cheese cake had a bad pregnancy craving. Monica, the person who served me was the best! Delicious recommendation, beautiful attitude, hilarious personality. To bad I’m already married, jajaja.
One of our go to spots! My wife and daughter love coming here, love the atmosphere and the service. Carlos A took extra care of us!
The staff and their service were awesome, the food was ok. I ordered chicken and waffles. Waffles were fluffy and the syrup was delicious, but the chicken tho it was cooked well it had no flavor.
The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints, well only when you have to wait a ton but that means that a lot of people agree that it is a great place. Great food and offerings. The menu is too much but there is always something to discover; make sure to ask your server before ordering something new, they always know best. Prices did go up a bit but the value is worth it. Definitely ask for wheat bread only, it is addictive.
I went to the restaurant around noon, it wasnt busy for a saturday. They have a display fridge with their different cheesecakes in their waiting lobby. A good time for you to decide which looks mouthwatering. There were only two of us so we got seated quickly. Theres outdoor seating, so you can enjoy a sunny day. I ordered their lunch cobb salad. It was pretty big and delicious. I guess their dinner salad is bigger! My mother ordered the bang bang chicken and shrimp. It seems like a curry type of plate. You can choose between white or brown rice. It was pretty good. The sauce has semi sweet and savory taste to it. Our waiter was nice and pretty attentive. Kept apologizing cause the bread w/ butter wasnt ready. Something out of his control. Too full for a cheesecake. Overall good lunch date with my mom.
I’m currently dining at The Cheesecake Factory in Eastlake with my buddy Lester, and I have to say—our server, Sheri, is absolutely one of the most impeccable servers I’ve ever encountered. From the moment we sat down, the experience was seamless. Sheri brought out our drinks and bread quickly, and the bread was warm, fresh, and served with perfectly salted butter—it was immaculate. Her attention to detail and ability to memorize menu items made everything smooth and easy. Our food came out on time and piping hot, and throughout the meal, Sheri was attentive without ever being intrusive. Her professionalism and warmth made this visit truly stand out. Highly recommend stopping by this location if you’re in the area. And if you’re lucky enough to have Sheri as your server, you’re in for a great dining experience.
Always an amazing experience at this location, but tonight was truly special. A manager, Daniel, saw us gazing over the cheesecake display and gave us a rundown of the creation of the cheesecakes in stunning detail. After we were seated, our server, Julia, treated us incredibly well. She was receptive to our specific preferences as guests and was always available for us. Daniel later came by to check on us, which we appreciate immensely. This location is IT. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as we have.
My husband and I LOVE the Cheesecake Factory. The first thing I liked was that we didn’t have to wait long. We walked in and was greeted and seated less than 3 minutes. We asked for a booth. The servers were nice and we ordered this warm crab dip for an appetizer. We also ordered the kids some spaghetti with meatballs. The appetizer came in and it was delicious !!!!!!! I ordered the Macaroni and Cheese Burger with fries because I wanted to try something different and it was pretty good. The fried macaroni and cheese on top gave it a kick of flavor. I have no complaints at all. The location is great as well.
Absolutely delicious food. And the mai tais were to die for. Our server was excellent. The drinks took a while but were worth the wait. Food didn't take long and was cooked to perfection. Will definitely go back when I am in San Diego again. Oh and let's not forget the cheesecake....so many options to choose from. I love the cinabon one the best. We were so stuffed after our in meal we go it to go lol.
The Shepherd's pie was OUTSTANDING! The waiter did a great job and was fun. The restaurant was full of folks which is a great sign of the quality of food served.
I will be honest, I don't go here to often, because of the prices. But when I do show up. I enjoy it. =) The Food is high quality and delicious. The staff is very friendly and even though my little girl dropped her juice, they did not have a problem with it. They just offered us a different booth and off we went to Enjoy mothers Day. Also they gave my wife a really nice Mothers day desert for free. It was a small token but it looked cool and it made us feel like we chose the correct restaurant to celebrate it in.
My first time. Good was very good. We had an excellent waitress. Great birthday celebration
Cheesecake Factory Chula Vista location is incredible! My visit at this Cheesecake Factory was an experience that I haven't had in a very long time in a dine-in restaurant. The menu selection is loaded with pretty much any and everything you can imagine that you would have a taste for, it's on the menu. The cheesecake was phenomenal! It's to die for. But what made my dining experience breathtaking was the level of service I received. The servers were extremely knowledgeable, extremely courteous, welcoming, and made sure that I was taken care of. Not sure what Cheesecake Factory is doing with their training, but it speaks volumes. So if you are planning on dining at Cheesecake Factory at Chula Vista, ask for Justin or Robert and you will have a great experience for sure! As I arrived, I immediately noticed how clean and inviting the restaurant was. The ceilings were impressively high, which kept the noise level comfortable despite the hustle and bustle—it was a Saturday on a holiday weekend, after all. My group had already secured a large booth that comfortably seated six. I'm a bit bigger than I used to be, but almost like magic, a manager appeared—right there on the floor, actively helping out alongside the servers. He looked at me and said, “Oh, instead of just grabbing an extra chair, let me move a couple of things around. We’ll make sure you’re as comfortable as possible. It’ll just take one minute—I assure you.” And he meant it. I was made to feel completely welcomed and accommodated without hesitation. Jackie was our server, and she was absolutely delightful. We were celebrating a friend’s baptism, and she made the occasion feel even more special. Jackie was friendly, attentive, and super knowledgeable about the extensive menu—I had no idea Cheesecake Factory offered thirty-eight kinds of cheesecake! For dinner, I had the shrimp scampi, and I also sampled the chicken parmesan pizza-style dish (which I will definitely be ordering again—maybe even via DoorDash, if that’s an option!). Of course, no visit would be complete without dessert. I brought home a slice of chocolate tuxedo cheesecake, and so did my newly baptized friend Benjamin. God bless Jackie for making an already meaningful day that much more memorable. This was my first Cheesecake Factory experience—but it certainly won’t be my last.
It's a fairly typical restaurant as far the ambiance. At this particular visit our serverJoe was fantastic. He alone made the experience very nice. Thank you Joe. You're a very good server and all around great person.
My daughter and I had lunch today. Our server Joshua was amazing, attentive, kind just overall the best. And the food was delicious. Thank you Josh
I just had the best experience at a restaurant basically ever! JOE is the man, make sure you request his section when you go in. He was nice, had great recommendations, and was so friendly with my daughter. They also didn’t really have a drink I wanted so he went above and beyond and GOT ME EXACTLY what I wanted. Also the host said it was an hour wait and could tell I was thinking “oh that’s a long time” and she suggested the immediate/outside seating with heaters and jt was more than comfortable in the cold weather! Our new go to spot and the happy hour menu looks lit!!
Thank you so much to Melinda and Betty, managers who helped me with my daughters 18th Birthday on 11/1/25 at 6:30 pm. Also, want to thank you to Jeff and Trent who were our servers yesterday because both did an excellent job with our group. I also want to thank you Ashley, GM for allowing my special request. It was just perfect. The service and the food were excellent. I hope this can be shared with corporate because all of these people need to be recognized for a job well done. My family are loyal customers of Cheesecake Factory and giving my 18year old daughter a special memories that happened yesterday, she will always remember. The ambiance and table settings were all ready when we got there. I did my decorations and it was beautiful and received a lot of comments. Our guests enjoyed their time too. Thanks again Cheesecake Factory at Otay Ranch mall on Birch Road! Gerly
It was the busboy David he was amazing. The waitress went on break mediocre service. I was surprised that David is not a waiter great energy , manners, and attentive to his work. Thank you David and I hope your company acknowledges your hard work. I’m a business consultant so I spot talent asap. David would rank amongst your best waiters.
Great family friendly restaurant. Little on the louder side for a restaurant but you can still carry a conversation. Place was clean, staff was friendly and food was great. It was about $15-23 a plate. Menu had a huge variety so there is something for everyone. We took a cheesecake home. So delicious. Wait times were a little on the longer side especially when your hunger and it smells so good in there.
Update 12.2024 Enjoyed hubby's birthday from friends from the way, way past. Not only was company super special, but Cheesecake Factory tops it for a place of celebration, laughter, and yummy 😋 food!! Gotta have that Thai salad! Thanks"Joe" for being an amazing server!!! ***** If you wanna have a late night run for some amazing coffee and cheesecake, ya gotta make a stop right here. They have excellent food. Their appetizers are wonderful too. My sister and I did a spontaneous snack run . YUMMY!!! 😋 Their coffee is to die for. So quality, smooth and loaded with rich flavor.☕️ I ordered the stuffed mushrooms (Fontina and Parmesan cheese, Garlic & Herbs in wine sauce). OH YEAH! (Yep, that's what I'm talkin' about). My sister ordered the Chicken Quesadilla, abundant sour cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo. (Of course mine tasted better! 🤣😂) Anyways, I ordered the Fresh Banana Cream Cheesecake. Yes this comes with fresh sliced bananas and topped with Bavarian cream. Eating this slowly and intentionally is a dream. Then sipping the fresh brewed rich and smooth coffee sends you to 7th heaven. My sister got the Mango Key Lime Cheesecake. Sweet and the crunchy crust even sweeter! What a delight it tasted! (Guess what? Yep. Mine was better! Giggles😆🤣) Can I tell you that the server Diego made the evening delightful? He was attentive, kind, and such a gracious host (Table top at bar area). And he did it with a sweet smile.😁Ya gotta have him serve you! If I could rate 10 stars I would! 💯💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💯 Did I tell you how good the coffee is there? Yeah, well letting you know again. It's worth it. Thanks sister for a Divine Treat! (Of course she took care of the tab!) We went back 6/11 (missed Diego like tons) But the cheesecake was amazing!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our waitress was excellent, the food was incredible as usual. It was our first time trying the Cinnabon cheesecake, I have to tell you it was an Out of This World experience! It's definitely our new favorite flavor. My steak was perfectly cooked. However I did not like the way the green beans were prepared/ served, they left a little ends on the green beans instead of cutting them off I personally find that tacky or unprofessional or lazy I'm not sure which one best works in this situation but I would never serve green beans with the little wispy ends on them. The mashed potatoes were a little cold and hard on the surface like they had been sitting on the play for a while, but they weren't that bad. We will definitely be returning
Great meals. Photos are of the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp specialty entree and the fish tacos entree. Rave reviews on the BBC&S and the fish tacos were delicious. During the week and we didn't have to wait long. Parking was still at a premium but we parked by the theater. Service was great.
This visit last night was amazing! My husband and kids brought me to eat here for my birthday. I ordered the salmon with red skin mashed potatoes and my kids & husband ordered quite a few items. The only thing we disliked were the fries. Dry and warm. Didn't taste fresh for sure. We were missing quite some things a few times but what wowed me was that at one point my son wanted a burger and had been waiting for our server to appear, which we understand that she was busy multi tasking, then suddenly a male approached us asking how can he help us. We were weirded out but he explained that he noticed we had been needing help for a while and that he was the manager(it seemed he was dining near us and his friend pointed out we needed help) he actually took time off his dining to help serve us which is something rare to see. He took our order, he even noticed we needed refills & did that as well. We LOVED it! He definitely went above and beyond even though he was probably off the clock. It made any little inconvenient moment PERFECT!! we will definitely be back in our next special occasion ❤️❤️
The wait time was supposed to be 30 minutes but we were seated earlier. Our server Michael was nice, attentive and on top of everything. The drinks took a while to get there due to the bar being backed up but they were super good and worth the wait. Food on the other hand came out just on time. Great experience over all.

We always go to this Cheesecake Factory when we are in the town. Food and service always top notch ...even with out babies strolled they accommodated and enjoyed out time there. Will be back!
My 1st time going here ! Not my type of food ! pasta to dry and not seasoned to my taste ! Only thing I did like was their appetizers : Korean Fried Cauliflower , Stuffed Mushroom’s, Grilled Asparagus were very yummy to my tummy😋Service was very good though😜
The greeter was very nice, she put our names down and said it would be about 15 to 20 mins. We were seated and our waitress came over almost immediately after. Our drink order was taken. I had a mai tai. It was made with the perfect balance of mixers and alcohol. The bread was nice and warm. My issue was dirty silverware. My first set the spoon and knife still had food on them. The 2nd set the spoon looked questionable the forks and knife were okay. To eat I had the spicy chicken chipotle pasta, it was delicious. Not too spicy or sweet. Since it was my birthday they sang and I had a candle in whipped cream, ice cream with fudge. I was bummed they no longer have the white chocolate macadamia nut cheesecake. I got the banana instead.
The service was terrific and better than the Fashion Valley Location. However the food wasn’t as tasty as that location. The Shrimp Pad Tai had no flavor but the KFC chicken was good! Our service was very charming and attentive.
Food was good. Service could be better. Waitress was in a hurry. Between waitress shifts. 2nd waiter was much better.
I recently visited The Cheesecake Factory and overall had a good experience. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options that were well-prepared and flavorful. The service was also solid—friendly staff and quick attention to our table. That said, the prices felt a bit high for what you get. While the quality is there, some dishes seemed overpriced, especially for a casual dining spot. If you're okay with spending a bit more, it’s a great place to enjoy a meal and of course, their signature cheesecake.
It was overall a good experience. I got food to go and my birthday cheesecake but they did forget my drink and utensils. So I had to go back to get them.
Cheesecake factories are awesome. This was no exception. We had the bbq chicken salad and the chili crunch shrimp pasta. Of course had to add a red velvet cheesecake slice to go. Our server was prompt, friendly and helpful. Our only gripe was its soo dark to be able to properly read the menus. My boyfriend had to pull our the phone light just to see what we were looking for. Our decision was great after reading rhe options. Portions are large and we took quite a bit home to snack on later. We certainly will be back to this location.
This was really hard to choose how many stars to give. So I had a gift card that I wanted to use, but I didn't want to have to sit down and eat, so I ordered it online for pickup. It was super easy to order on the app easy navigation and understanding. I ordered the club sandwich which comes with freshly roasted turkey breast, bacon, lettuce and tomato on three pieces of toasted white bread. (The standard club comes with two kinds of meat usually ham and turkey.) You get a choice of fries or a green salad: mixed with vinaigrette dressing or any kind of dressing on the side. I opted for the green salad with blue cheese on the side. Then I got two slices of cheesecake as well. The ultimate red velvet cheesecake and Adams peanut butter cup. It was definitely a tough decision they have so many to choose from. After all it is the cheesecake factory... I love the club sandwich, I get it all the time everywhere I go Denny's, Subway, Jersey Mike's, I prefer it with roast beef and turkey but it's just a personal preference. Denny's cali club tastes better and they add avocado and cheese to theirs and it's about $5 more. I was disappointed in the cheesecake factories club sandwich, for $20 I expected something more tasty. The salad was a mix of the Romain lettuce, a little triangle of tomato and a little container of blue cheese It was really good and fresh. I also received two different chunks of bread, one was a brown bread baguette with little seeds or oat flakes on it. This is apparently a famous and signature food for them yet it looked and tasted a lot like Black Angus brown molasses bread and a sourdough baguette. I don't know if I just didn't read that it came with bread or if it doesn't say, not that it's a huge problem, It was a nice surprise. It doesn't say anything about bread coming with the meal... They should tell you what you get with the food that you're ordering. You think they'd want to sell it more by saying Oh and it comes with a piece of brown baguette and a piece of sourdough baguette. The brown baguette is so popular they apparently now sell it in grocery stores. Now let's talk about what they're actually famous for their cheesecake. The ultimate red velvet cheesecake was delicious, Rich in flavor with fluffy and moist red velvet cake. Tasted freshly baked as opposed to stored for a while, And they are pretty large slices you could probably share one It took me 4 days to eat two slices of cheesecake It was that rich and pretty big slices. Now the Adams peanut butter cup was so good, but with all the peanut butter, chocolate and peanut butter cup toppings on there you couldn't really taste the cheesecake until the very end when all the toppings had fallen off. And then cheesecake there was obviously just as rich and delicious. Even though it was really good cheesecake and large slices I think $12 a slice is a bit steep but it has the name cheesecake factory so that's what you pay for. I would definitely come here again for a slice of cheesecake to share but not to eat food or for any kind of special occasion. The food just wasn't worth the $20 and up a plate. It cost me $50 for myself only to eat a club sandwich a salad and two slices of cheesecake.
I had the grilled salmon with broccoli, Cesar salad and calamari as an appetizer. My wife had chicken Madera with Asparagus and mashed potatoes. The salmon was delicious, the broccoli was a little hard, ok though, but the Cesar salad tasted funny so I didn't finish it. I almost forgot the calamari was good too. Overall good meal.
Had a chance to try just cheesecake. My colleagues ordered lime, oreo amd pumpkin. Hosnestly I don't like much as lime a bit too sour and oreo is too sweet for me also weird taste of pumpkin. I don't even feel the richness of cheese and milk as I expect. Service is a bit slow, maybe because of so many people.
Shout out to Jaden for the excellent customer service. He had multiple tables to serve and he still greeted us with a smile, provided us with some menu recommendations, and was on top of our food and drinks. Thank you! The food was good, the cheese cake was excellent, and the ice coffee was okay. Overall great experience!

The overall experience was fair. The salad that was brought to us was unacceptable. It was wilted and very unappealing. Then he offered me some other patrons' salad because they didn't want it. I really had to parse my words. I also didn't like the fact that the server argued with me when he was in the wrong. He didn't pay attention when we acknowledged him asking if we wanted our glasses of water refilled. I still tipped him over what the maximum was on the receipt. Paying attention to the customer should be key if you expect a decent tip. I know the job is hard, but don't expect or assume you will receive a tip when your service isn't good.
The family and I love to go to this Cheesecake Factory. Once you get seated the service is good and the food is always well prepared. However one the shortfalls of this restaurant is it is too dark. WAY TOO DARK AT NIGHT. Why? The darkness lends nothing to the overall aesthetics of the restaurant. Outside of the darkness however we recommend this restaurant to everyone in the local area.
Hot food temp was unacceptable. Ate it didnt care to complain, don't suggest anyone to eat lukewarm gumbo it did not sit well. Cucumber lemonade was good a refill would have been nice. Nice spot but food is so so, its more for the experience I suppose. Won't be back for a while
Unfortunately my last experience wasn't that great. It was a party of 8 and we went to have dinner to celebrate a special occasion. Drinks were great and the staff was amazing. Unfortunately my food was not. My steak was more than well done, and I had ordered medium rare. The manager was really nice and offered to get me a new plate out as soon as possible. However it turned out to be about 25 minutes. Everyone on my table had finished eating, except me. The server came out and apologized and offered to put my food to go. Needless to say my meal was not compensated but instead they credited two pies I had ordered to go. I plan on coming back just because of how nice the staff was. I will change my review on my next visit.
First experience(last year) the steak was burnt and I complained. I was given a e-gift card that I never used. The latest complaint was on 03/01/23 the meat was raw on both chicken Madeira that I ordered. Both orders went to trash. I was asked if I would like to have the orders replaced and I declined as the food might not come out right again. I will never recommend this Otay ranch location to friends and family.
Hate to do this since I do like this place, but what a let down. I go to the go to order section put in my order and was told “15mins” waited, waited 45mins later got the food and took it to my nieces and nephew. Food was super cold no flavor no utensils and the bread was cold. So much for quality food at this place. It wasn’t even that packed. What a let down of quality and service.
I was really disappointed with my visit. When I was seated, I didn’t see a server for about 10 minutes. After finally placing my order, I waited 45 minutes and never received my food at the table—I ended up having to ask for it to go, and it was cold when I got it. I came in hoping for a nice dining experience, but instead received poor service and left very unsatisfied.
They have messed up my orders more than once. The last time we went, for my birthday, the server actually argued with me whether the salad I ordered had the correct dressing. I've ordered this same salad before, and this was the second time they put the wrong dressing on it. If you have food allergies, like I do, beware. They are not careful, and it was very upsetting to have to argue with the server to get what I ordered correct. Horrible service received more than once. Long waits. Loud atmosphere--the restaurant echoes, especially when crowded. Also, long waits for food often, even when going during off-peak times. The only thing they have going for them is their cheesecake. Order to go, and save yourself the trouble.
About a week ago I ordered the shrimp scampi. A few minutes after I left I started to feel nauseous . I threw my left overs away. I know it was food poison because my symptoms lasted 3-4days. I don't think I will order that again. Just FYI make sure the staff that's handling seafood have some sort of food handling training. We wouldn't want to serve anything like that to a CDC Agent.
Been here a handful of times; what you can predict is that the food will consistently come out the same each time. What is variable is the service; sometimes the servers are attentive and MOST of the time they’re FORGETFUL, slow, and rude. We had a few waiters who sat us, took our order, and would walk right past us multiple times even with our hands semi raised trying to flag them down. The cheesecakes, as everyone knows, are large to share. This location does not have all the cheesecakes available though. They do have to go boxes. None of their food is memorable though

Ordered the spinach dip, it was cold and had absolutely no flavor. I also got the fettuccine alfredo but no amount of salt and pepper could make that taste better. My boyfriend ordered “medium” steak and it was super overcooked, like WELL WELL done and the sides were cold. We thought it was hilarious, like the food had to be a prank…??!! Unfortunately, it wasn’t a joke. I wish we had just went to the McDonald’s drive thru. That would’ve been much more appetizing than this meal!!!! What a huge disappointment after a long day. At least the server was nice and we didn’t want to intimidate him but we really should have asked for a manager because that was soo so bad.
My boyfriend ordered to go for us. My mac & cheese was extremely burnt. You could literally smell how burnt it was as soon as I opened the package. Very disappointing, especially with how expensive The Cheesecake Factory is. If we had been at the restaurant, there’s no way this would have been brought to the table. They phone line keep hanging up on us.
Horrible service. First: Our drinks took 25 minutes to arrive. Then, at the 40 minute mark, our plates arrived, my partner’s eggs were cold already. I received something else, they told me they can bring what I actually ordered. At the 60 minute mark, they plate never got here. We left.
I’ve been here a couple of times and it just seems like the places is becoming worse and worse every time I understand because of COVID everything is at a certain capacity and they no longer have reservations available as they use too but despite the 45 minute wait and everything else that I don’t mind is just the food quality is was so bad that it’s pretty much why I’m writing this review, Ive ordered biscuits and Gravy from here before and is was really good so I’ve always had this good image from Cheesecake Factory biscuit and gravy, sadly this last time this is what I got… it was so horrible I had to take a picture , please tell me if this doesn’t look like a frozen meal from any grocery store instead of a 20$ meal.
Review for The Cheesecake Factory - Eastlake, Chula Vista: We’ve been loyal Cheesecake Factory customers for over a decade, typically visiting the Fashion Valley location. This time, we decided to celebrate my wife’s birthday at the Eastlake location since it’s closer to home. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. From the start, the service was subpar. Our server seemed overwhelmed, and it took an unusually long time for even simple requests. We ordered coffee, but it arrived without cream or sugar, and we had to get those ourselves. When we ordered our meals, one dish didn’t meet the usual Cheesecake Factory quality, and the replacement took so long that I ended up eating alone while my family waited. Additionally, when we requested refills, the server took our cups away instead of bringing fresh ones, which was quite unusual and frustrating. We did speak with the manager, who offered a discount, but our main intention was to have a pleasant celebration, which didn’t happen. Overall, it was a letdown, and we left feeling disappointed and frustrated. Hopefully, this feedback helps improve their service in the future.
I usually don’t mind tipping fairly for good service, but my experience at The Cheesecake Factory left a bad impression. The suggested tip is calculated on the total bill, not just the food and drinks purchased. That means you’re effectively being asked to tip on taxes and added fees, which makes no sense. What’s even more frustrating is that it feels like you’re being charged for tax twice—once as an actual tax and again when the tip percentage is applied to that taxed amount. Tips should be based on the cost of the service and food, not on government taxes or extra fees. This practice feels misleading and unfair to customers who already tip generously. Transparency matters, and tipping should be straightforward—not inflated by charges that have nothing to do with service. I hope they reconsider how tips are calculated or at least make it clearer to guests.
This was an online order that I went in to pick up once it was ready. It’s Mother’s Day, I was craving chicken and waffles. We have no other decent breakfast/brunch spots around this area so I ordered from here. I think the pics speak for themselves. The chicken was probably about 30 seconds away from being burnt if left in the fryer. Also tasted like nothing but oil. No salt, no pepper, nothing! The waffle was flavorless and soggy. Lastly, they forgot the syrup. I tried eating it. I added some salt and syrup at home…didn’t help.😒 Please train your cooks to use seasoning.
DO NOT ORDER CURBSIDE/PICKUP at this location. Filtering the reviews for curbside, it looks like it has never improved over the years. I should have checked the reviews before I wasted my whole hour waiting at curbside. When I arrived I called and I waited 20min before going in to check in on the food. Bakery had my cheesecake ready and I received them and proceeded to the car. About 40min has passed and nothing. When the food FINALLY came, no apologies, but they were going to get me my cheesecake, (that I already have gotten) I had to remind the guy that he already gave them to me. I'm not that type of person to take advantage of the situation. They are not proactive nor apologetic. I hope the lady that was helping at the bakery today was not the manager, because she was not professional and is in need of some serious sensitivity training. A simple apology could have gone a long way instead of stating that you guys will be getting an app soon....how does that help the situation for today....There were THREE people behind the counter...all THREE looking at the SAME screen. One could have been going outside apologizing or calling people letting them know their orders will be delayed. The line for curbside was going out towards where California Pizza was....thats how slow curbside is. The other employee could have been checking on the food and the other helping people at the counter. Why does it take three people looking for one order on one screen? Fix it and do better!
I was expecting much better service. The staff seemed stressed and overwhelmed. It was my birthday, but unfortunately there wasn’t enough staff to make the experience special or even acknowledge the occasion. They also forgot to bring the bread, and my dinner arrived incomplete because the tortilla was missing. For a family bill of over $100, the experience was disappointing. That money could have been better spent somewhere else.
This review is based solely on our experience with the reservation process. I made a reservation for 11 people a full week in advance and even called earlier that day to confirm. The person I spoke with confirmed the reservation, so the restaurant was clearly aware that a large party would be arriving that evening. Our group arrived five minutes early and checked in with the hostess, who confirmed that we were checked in. Despite having a 6:30 reservation, we were not seated until after 7:15. I checked with the hostess three separate times, and while I was told repeatedly that no table was available and that we would need to wait, there was never an apology or acknowledgment of the delay. When I mentioned that we had a reservation, I was still told we would have to wait. This was truly disappointing. I completely understand that unexpected issues can arise, but with a confirmed reservation, our party should have been one of the most anticipated arrivals of the evening. That said, our waitress was fantastic, and the food was very good. A simple apology or a small gesture—such as an appetizer or dessert on the house—would have gone a long way in improving the overall experience.
Just had the worst experience at this location. We were told (by the manager) that it would be a 20 minute wait, and we waited for over an hour. When asked about an update after 30 minutes, the hostess said we were next. They then proceeded to seat about 6-7 groups in front of us. When asked for another time update, the hostess, again, said we were next (not sure if they know what that word means). When we were sat, we had no silverware. We waited for about 10 minutes to put in a drink order. When the bread came out, we still had no silverware. I was eventually able to wave our server down to ask for silverware, and they were extremely rude. We eventually left after being seated for 20 minutes and not receiving silverware or a drink. This place is awful, the staff (managers included) are incompetent and despicable.
We recently had a lunch date at Cheesecake Factory. When it was time to order we waited over 10 minutes for our server to come back. There were also no straws for our drinks so we had to wait until she came back to take our order before we could drink anything. When our food arrived, both dishes were missing items. My salad which I asked for the dressing on the side had no dressing. My husband ordered a plain cheeseburger with fries. His order came and it had no fries. They said they were waiting on them and there was also no cheese on his cheeseburger. Both of us started to get frustrated. The dressing and the fries came but they had to take the burger back so they could add cheese. So now he had French fries but no burger. He had wanted to enjoy them together but that wasn’t the case unless he wanted them cold. Then they brought the cheeseburger back but the slice of cheese looked like it was just taken from the fridge and placed on it. It wasn’t melted like it should be on a burger. More like a slice of cheese for a deli sandwich. Completely in shock this would even come to the table like this, we proceeded to tell our server how it just looked like they just put it on there. She said they did put back on the grill but my husband said well it should be melted and not the way it was. How as a server would you even bring that the table. I have worked in restaurants and retail for over 15 years. I couldn’t believe the lack of concern she had for the situation. Then she brings it back and doesn’t check if we need refills on our drinks.
Not sure where to begin… We walked in, got a table after 10 minutes, and the hostesses were great. After sitting down, we waited 10–15 minutes before our server showed up to take our drink order—and then she never came back. After another 10 minutes, I finally got up to find someone who could help us. The server I approached was wonderful, extremely kind, and clearly doing her best. She let us know our original server wasn’t feeling well and had gone to the back. No big deal—things happen. The real issue was the female manager, named Elodia. Instead of checking on the tables or stepping in to help, she spent most of that time chatting with the male manager and one server, having a grand ole’ time. Then she suddenly started running around in a panic, as if she had no idea what to do. When the manager Elodia eventually came to our table, my wife politely began to explain what was going on. Rather than apologizing or taking ownership, she cut her off with, “Okay, yeah, but I’m here now so what can I get you?”—delivered in a rude, condescending tone. Not joking, you can’t make this stuff up. From that point on, she was our server, and every chance she got, she tried to hand us off to someone else. I worked in the industry for 15 years. This was an incredibly simple situation to fix, but she made it worse at every turn. Then our food arrived absolutely soaked in grease and room temp (clearly had been sitting in the window for some time). At this point, I was shocked—this is our regular location, and we come here often. As a business professional, I can say confidently: this is the opposite of who you want representing your restaurant. If this is how she speaks to guests, I can only imagine how she treats the staff. And I didn’t have to imagine—I went ahead and asked. Not one staff member had something positive to say about Elodia. Every single one of them apologized for her behavior and admitted it’s pretty common. They seemed exhausted even talking about it. That makes even me feel embarrassed for her and the staff.
100$ + agree with most that the restaurant in general in good but this location, was not. Saturday night our waitress was nice but was overly welmed. Our food… potato’s were cold and the chicken and sauce was very obvious plate had been made and then just sat for 15 min. Not cool for charging 28* for a meal especially sit down served. Will not be returning or recommending. 😢
