Who knew there was a B-Dubs in college point?! Not me. Well, I was hungry, bordering on hangry, while driving on 20th Ave on a Saturday afternoon..and this fit the bill. Friendly staff. Well, at least the bartender was (where I sat). Enjoyed the mini corn dogs. Got the boneless wings with Hot BBQ flavor, which was ok. Not very hot, not type of BBQ sauce I like (more vinegary, Carolina-style).

Server was awesome. We were there on Thursday 2/13/2025 at around 5pm. When you walk in we were seated to left first booth in corner by TVs. We ate in, and had a take out order under the name Jared C and she helped us with it. My apologies for not remembering the name.

I’m giving this restaurant 5 stars ONLY for the service. I’ve been here several times and every time I’m lucky enough to have the same server. Amil is great at taking our orders correctly and ensuring we have everything we need. Truly exceptional, if every restaurant had someone like him they would be the best! Came here with 2 friends on a Saturday night to watch UFC 235 and was blown away by the food. The service was good too. The bar area is pretty cool and there are plenty of screens to see from many angles. Cant go wrong with a giant plate of delicious chicken wings ;) the location was very chill. It was kinda packed but the plaza it is located in has a bunch of other stores like Target and BJ's and a star bucks and McDonald's nearby. The area has a huge parking lot too. Overall great experience coming here and hope to return for the next UFC fight !😁

I love places like this so it was perfect for me. The waitress was nice and changed the television twice for me. Basically inexpensive and the place had a very New York sports atmosphere. Jerseys from all NY teams. The food came out hot and was very good. Lots of variety when it comes to dipping sauce. The neighborhood was nice. Lots of shopping around here. Parking was easy. Big parking lot. Nice place to have dinner with family.

Very delicious wings and flavors. My favorite place for chicken wings. Lots of great deals through the week! I highly reccomend the Asian Zing wings. Nachos were delicious but rated 7 out of 10 because the guacamole didn't have any flavor.

Staff is always friendly here. Like any BWW great place to catch the game and get wings and drinks with your friends. Having a greeter always makes you feel welcomed right away. Waiters always seemed well trained and pleasant, which makes your visit comfortable everytime. This visit I ordered the Hurricane with extra passionfruit... AMAZING! Coupled with spicy garlic and mild wings.

The thing is, their work ethic is questionable. American food as good as can get, but we were waiting for table while the stuff had a conversation on side, we asked of we should just take a seat and they said ‘we gonna be with you in a minute’, get get back I the conversation. In my opinion, we could be sated and look at menu while they have this chat🤷‍♀️ Next thing their online ordering system wasn't updated and I wasn't able order the sauce I wanted even though it was on stock. But after explaining it to nice waitresses, we got extra chicken pieces with the sauce for free. That was really nice.

Food is really great here. I usually get the wings and I drink a tall strongbow cider since they got it on draft. This time I got the mango Habenero wings which are super spicy but they taste AMAZING. Especially when you cover them in ranch. So if you're into really spicy things get that. The service could be a little faster, they need few more waitresses. The food was ok, I tried the teriyaki and the honey bbq wings and they were ok. The teriyaki was a no for me , for some reason the teriyaki wings were salty. Since the add the sauce after the wings are cooked this come a little dry. The French fries are good. They have space, a lot of screen so you are able to watch the games from every table or the bar . They have a lot of drink options.

Just went for take out. I was in the car, husband and son went inside. Waited about 5-10 minutes because no one was there. They had to go find someone to bring it their order. There were only a handful of tables being served, so it wasn't like they were busy. Very odd no one was in front. Wings were good, service was non-existent. This was at 8pm on a Sunday.

Pretty good food for the price, waitress was friendly and attentive. Some flickering light bulbs and flat soda were really the only 'issues' we ran into. Something about the atmosphere here that lacks character and reminds me of eating in a hospital cafeteria, think they need warmer lighting in the place. I could also smell bleach which made things unpleasant, I went about 30 minutes after opening so I guess they were cleaning to open but really killed my appetite. I think next time I would just get this to go rather than sit in.

Order the food plus pretzel bites. Food came in but the pretzel bites didn’t make it to us. I waited about 25 minuted and asked the lady for the pretzel and she went to check. She came back and told us that the cook burnt them 🤣 and that she was bringing new ones. Well I think she forgot. I asked the manager for the check and by the time I got the check the new pretzels came to the table. At that time I didn’t want them and asked to be removed off the ticket. They took it off. The staff needs training. NEEDS TRAINING! Corporate needs to come in and train the staff. Food is ok for a place like this. I mean, it’s finger food. But be ready for some really bad service. Genuinely the worst experience at a restaurant ever. This was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings and my friends and I went to have a good time and enjoy the endless wings deal but the service was so terrible I couldn’t even comprehend what was happening we arrived at 3:30pm and left at 6:00pm. We got seated quickly yes but then our waitress “Desire” takes our order gets it to us and is gone for like an hour we had finished our food in about 20 minutes and she was nowhere to be found not even roaming the floor there was like maybe 3 other tables it’s the middle of Monday they aren’t busy so things shouldn’t be this slow. She finally comes back and we ask her can we get another round and refills on the drinks and sauce the table was essentially empty. Then 30 minutes go by and she’s completely gone we have no drinks no sauce no food so we ask another waiter if he can get us the drinks and he just looks at us and says “sure”, he never took action or anything just stood around. She comes back with the food and my friend asks “may we get the drinks please” and she caught an attitude and said “WHAT!” and I somewhat snapped and said firmly we want our drinks and she goes in a normal tone “okay”. Some other waitress comes and gives us our drinks and is super friendly and nice, I wish she was our waitress. Then we finish the food and again she’s nowhere to be found, 30 MINUTES GO BY we ask the same guy from before if he can get us the check and he asks another guy to grab “Desire” she comes and has the audacity to say “omg I totally forgot about you guys I thought all my tables were closed” what does that even mean… she gives us the check and we wait ANOTHER 30 MINUTES FOR HER TO COME BACK checks us out and finally we’re free from being hostage. But if I leave because they’re taking too long I’m wrong right? I understand people have off days or bad days but this is ridiculous. I DO NOT recommend coming here and I WILL NOT be returning such a terrible experience. Do better.

I'm disappointed to say that this BWW location has diminished their service and friendly attitude towards customers. For example, our waiter didn't verbally communicate with us about our order or greet us when we arrived. Instead they used hand gestures most of the time,for things related to our order. I like visiting this BWW location after shopping at the mall area, but it's been a few times that I've noticed a delay in getting seating, ordering and receiving our food Lastly, another underwhelming notice is that we ordered 30 wings but we only received 25. Hopefully, Buffalo Wild Wings can fix these things that way customers have a more positive experience.

My wife and I agree, Delores is 5 stars. The wings are fair, hardly edible. Looks like a combination of freezer burn and sitting around. The wings were hardly warm. Owner take note. My visit here at Buffalo wild wings was not the best ,I was excited to visit a new location while on my trip to NY on Jan 18, 2026, this Bdubs was near my hotel. The food was ok , a few things I noticed is that not all the wings were coated evenly with sauce and weren't hot , more like warm but this wasn't the problem , the food was good. The service is were the experience fell apart for me . I ordered an appetizer first buffalo chicken dip with chips and then ordered wings and a order of potato wedges as the entrée but everything came together. The waitress forgot our straws ,drink refills brought only two small dips , one of blu cheese and the other ranch. When we decided to finish and pay ,the waitress kept ignoring us until I asked a runner to bring our receipt in order to pay for the dinner. I also witnessed a couple come in to dine and requested a different table and the hostes/ waitress gave them a mean face because of the request and told them they were short staffed. Well that may be but no need for the attitude. The restaurant manager here should not allow such bad service to their costumers. These are the experiences were it happens once and I'm done , I don't recommend anyone to come dine here if this is the experience they'll get.

Really awkward experience. As we sat down, someone came over and immediately offered us a coupon if we left a review. Decided to order first, and I’m glad we did since the service was lowkey kinda hostile. We ordered 10 wings and did BOGO 10 since it was Tuesday. 40 wings were brought out, and we informed the server that we only wanted 20 total. We apologized if there was any confusion, and after some back and forth the server quietly grabbed the tray and brought it back out with the corrected amount. Our drinks were never refilled and sat empty for most of our time there. Also, our check was brought to the table only halfway into our meal, and it fell on the ground as the waitress immediately turned to leave… it definitely wasn’t even busy enough for that kinda attitude. 😭

We came to this location at college point NY, nobody approached us or even look at us. We stopped a waitress who said her name is “Elizabeth” (cuz nobody has a name tag on) and ask her if we can be seated, she said no and told us to wait by the door for 15mins since there are only two servers. I asked her again that can we get seated 1st then wait for them to server. She said no because it will be the same thing then she left. So we waited and after 15mins there is still nobody showing up to help us. More and more customers came in and standing behind us but the servers just kept ignoring us. This is my first time ever coming to Buffalo Wild Wings and the experience is just speechless. Will never recommend this place to anyone or come back again.

My mother, father, and I stopped here to eat because we were hungry and traffic had been getting worse. With how long it took to get our food, we probably would've been able to sit in traffic and go somewhere and gotten better food in the same amount of time. worst service ever first it took her forever to even take our order, then it took her forever to even bring us our drinks. she got us our drinks but didn’t bring straws after waiting for her for like 15 mins we finally got to ask her for straws. On top of that the food took forever, i guess they were short staffed so all the plates they were cleaning out the table they put it next to us and that’s how we ate our whole meal, usually come very often first time i’ve had an experience like this before .

We are just waiting to be served and let’s see how long it’s gonna take. We sat down 20 minutes ago and we haven’t be able to talk to anyone yet. Will updated later to see how long we need to wait to be served. Oh did I forget to mention that the dirty dishes and tips from the last customer has been there for the entire time? Update: we got served. After nearly 50 minutes wait at the table. Severely understaffed. We felt bad for the staff.

Came here yesterday with my friend and the service here sucks. First, the servers do not know how to properly introduce themselves. Second, majority of the staff are young adults who'd rather flirt with each other or hook others up?. Something of the sort I heard from three of the servers while I was waiting to be served. Third the server got my order wrong and when she was informed of the order she was huffing and puffing claiming I wanted what I was served. Lastly, me and my friend were left with stomach aches since last night. Save your money and go get yourselves Korean friend chicken down in flushing Queens.

Quite frankly the most abysmal Buffalo wild wings I have ever set foot in. Since the dawn of this horrible establishment I have made the mistake a few times of coming back here but never again. The televisions went out 10 minutes into our visit. No sense of urgency from any of the staff members to correct the issue as they only stated it was out of their control. The group I was with and I feel like we were robbed as the entire unique selling proposition of this business is to be able to watch the games which we weren’t able to do. The food was cold and took over an hour when they stop serving people once this TV snafu happened. I have complained multiple times and there seems to be no effort to change. This restaurant is poorly managed poorly run and quite frankly is an embarrassment to the brand. The bathrooms were disgusting with urine all over the floor.

Waiter was really nice and professional, but wings for AYCE took way too long. Had to wait around 30 minutes for 6 wings and the table next to mine had been waiting for 20 minutes with no wings. They also forgot to make the wings for my friend. We also had to ask them for another round. They didn’t ask us. 2nd waiter was very rude and wild. Slammed all the food down and didn’t even show 1 bit of goodness. Seemed like she wanted to have a fight. Every other waitress is good except the small middleaged hispanic waitress.

Very rude I stand at the take out area for 15 mins no one took my order I spoke to the manager John who said he would take my order and still waited another 10 mins. Very unprofessional he should not be a manager. That is not manageable. I will report to someone higher.

Terrible service. I told the waitress what I wanted and she didn't want to bring it. She invented that I didn’t ask for anything. My daughter's fries were burnt.

Very horrible customer service. This is usually our go to buffalo wild wings location, however, this is the second time that we have arrived around 23:15 and were denied service by this location. The website clearly states that they close at midnight, I've called and was advised that the last call is at 23:30, yet I've arrived at 23:15 only to be told by one of the servers that there are no more servers available that they've all went home and they are no longer taking anymore customers, meanwhile we can clearly see there are servers in the restaurant, as there were a few customers seated in the restaurant. Very horrible customer service! This clearly drives customers away from your establishment!

Ordered some wings and a burger waited more than 50 mins. Also Ordered the nachos as appetizers and gave us some really old nachos and the Guacamole forget it... no flavor at all

The night bartender yesterday took forever to take our orders. Then when she did take food order she took forever to make drink orders and then when she gave it to us. Never checked on us or asked if we wanted another drink. She looked like she didn’t want to be bothered or be there. The receipt said her name was Jayka

Boneless wings were dry and salty but thats pretty typical, the surprise was a couple of flies and some green thing in the cup. It's too bad we found out after we drank the whole thing.. :')

I came with my boyfriend for dinner around 7ish pm 4/19/24 and we very disappointed. When we arrived we felt highly uncomfortable because the host was ignoring us, he saw us standing there for a good 6 min (mind you it’s not busy) and not say anything, then went to take an order with another table (the people who were in the table even told him to acknowledge us first before starting their order). He came with an attitude and we noticed but decided to ignore it. After being seated we got a server who was kind but is completely clueless her name is Karima. We ordered 20 wings with a side of large fries two drinks and two waters. We got the wings within 15 min but decided to wait until we got our fries to start eating, 10 min pass still waiting on our fries and the water that we asked. 15 min pass and the table that arrived 5 min after us got their order and we saw they had fries while we were still waiting. 10 more min so we asked Karima, which honestly is ridiculous because as a server if you don’t see a customer eating it’s common sense to check up if everything is ok, she didn’t. Another couple minutes pass so we tell her we want this to go because we were upset that we still hadn’t gotten our fries when there’s clearly fries for everyone else. She brings us the containers for our wings and then brings a little box of fries… . We originally ordered a large but she said she didn’t hear that even though we clearly said large fries with a side of ranch. All that time we were waiting for a small amount of fries. Also we didn’t get our water until we left. As you can see we didn’t even finish our drink’s because we were waiting on damn fries for an hour. This place needs better training or better workers because waiting an hour for our fries which she also got the wrong size is insane, and the hosts ignoring you when you enter is lame and rude. Not sure when this will change but it’s clear they don’t care for what I see in the reviews.

I ordered my food to go. My wait time was supposed to be 20 mins. It took over 40 mins to get my food. The wings were over cooked and dry. My tenders were also over cooked and they gave me a bunch of fried batter scraps.

Karima was outstanding she was on point. Very nice young lady. As for the manager I cannot say the same for him. I complaint 4/5 times about the place being cold. My daughter sat on our table shaking. The manager needs some training in the customer service department. He could of shown face and at least apologized. The food was salty as heck. The wings were horrible dry as can be and I bet the bill will be insane. This place needs to gets new manager. Because the one that it has now had no experience what’s so ever. We called to see ahead of time if they where showing the fights and they said yes. We walked 40 minutes from Mets stadium to come eat and enjoy the fights. My girlfriend and myself arrived at 9 10pm for them to tell us they are basically closed and are not taking any names or sitting anyone down. I asked for manager and told him we called and no one told us there would be a wait list or possibly be one or a chance of them stopping people from coming in. They didn't even tell us we can reserve seating. He didn't care for our story and told us to wait until after the fights. The main even starts at 10. For a business to deny people is one thing but for them to not proactively warn people about the potential of them not allowing people in or even recommending to reserve is beyond me. Poor customer service and a bad look for the organization. The worst of it all they have seats and tables closed everywhere. Unbelievable and what a way to treat guest especially with the circumstances. I didnt even ask to be seated i even asked to let us wait in lobby seated until the wait list ended and nothing. Way to treat people like garbage. Update i watched to tables leave and them not replace them with customers. 1 was a table for 2 and another was a booth. Even with a wait list if there is no one waiting for table for two they still not allowing people in. Basically they are closed. Look at the first picture i added and now the third with the table empty. 1028 the manager came around and finally sat us down after someone else called for him. I appreciate him doing it but you guys need to come up with a better game plan or make sure customers are aware of the potential of this happening. Thank you for finally sitting us down

Can I get a refund? Do the owners eat in their restaurants? Do not order from here. Order took an extra 28 min at pick up than originally informed AND missing item, my fault for not checking bag before leaving. Missing motz Stick for my kids, their dinner. Had to drive back to get it right and replace items missing. I ordered with enough tome to make it back to see NLCS Game 1. Sadly didn't get home until the 4th inning uGh ugh ugh Got home, opened my order. Come on. I work hard and no one deserves the nachos I got. Stale chips and light sprinkling of the toppings not even on the side so some were soggy. But then again i did eat 45 min + after my first trip to pick up. Don't get me started on the wait. I had to go into the restaurant twice because no one is in the take out order section. No one wad around. Honestly such unprofessional management. It's a shame. The couple behind me said its always like his horrible customer service no one is around. But they said its the only place near in queens. A damn shame ppl come because they feel they have no other choice. I'm done with my rant. What i get cause I wanted a break on a sunday from cooking dinner.

All the girls were on the phone , at the bar. Not one worker was on the clock . They gave my delivery driver wrong food. I waited at the takeout station for 20 minutes and all the girls were on there phones, not paying attention to anything. It wasn’t until i started going up to people and bothering them that one lady gave me her attention and fixed my order that was already messed up. She was nice but still gave me the wrong order . AGAIN.

This place needs a name change. Can not cook Sysco bag food properly. What is suppose to be chicken is so over cooked is is really mistory meat. This place gives Buffalo Wild Wings a very bad reputation. This is the 5th place I have been to. There is no form filling out. As the food is totally not fit for human consumption I will never eat at any Buffalo Wild Wings coast to coast. The food is that bad. It has been a few months. I see this post has been ignored. If you really like the feeling of being ripped off, eat here.

This is absolutely disgusting. The whole bag came a mess of sauce. Wings were completely frozen and thrown in the box and dumped with BBQ sauce. I want a refund, I can see why this is a 3.1 star. Don’t waste your time ordering here!

I don’t recommend coming to this location. Just two employees working. Our waitress Sarah was unprofessional, did not come to check up on us. We had to go look for her to remind her what we needed. She kept saying “give me a second”. She gave our table attitude. She looked like she didn’t want to be there and that’s not our problem. We saw her give a good dinning experience to a family who had just came in , settled them quickly, got their drinks before us, knowing we had told her about ours a while ago and reminded her about it. I found that not only disrespectful but discriminated. Everyone should get an excellent dinning experience. We came for my dad’s birthday. Absolutely sad experience my dad was excited to come celebrate his birthday to his favorite place ever. I’ve never had an experience like this where the customer service was significantly degrading. Definitely more locations just not this one to go.

Terrible food terrible service. Avoid this place. Waited 10mins to get seated at the front, and 15 mins to get order, 20 mins to get utensils, 30 mins to get the check. The place was practically empty. Not sure why it took so long. The chicken wings are heavily sauced and waaay too salty with little meat. And I don’t know how but all these ended up costing $30???

The food was good, but the service sucks. Ordered an appetizer, wings, a sandwich, 2 glasses of soda, and potato wedges. The appetizer came on time but the rest of food was a disaster. The wings came in for my wife, so half way, we were still waiting on soda. One of the servers helped us get it, because our server forgot to ring it. The proof is that we only got one. My wife finished her meal without potato wedges. We called another server because our server was not even there. She didn't even bother checking on how we're doing throughout the whole meal. She didn't even apologize or drop the check, and her section was not even busy.

Where do I even begin about my experience at this location in college point. What a disappointment that something that’s considered a newer location is already complete garbage. We walk in to no one greeting anyone at the front desk. We waited there for 10 minutes for someone to even look our way and when they did it was the most rude & coldest welcome ever. I felt like I was at McDonald’s. The place was a mess, the bathroom, forget about it… might as well just hold it. I felt like I was in Penn station. We sit down to a dirty table. We never received napkins or utensils. Waitress took about 40 minutes to even take our order. The food took another almost 45 min to arrive, we were contemplating leaving in the midst of waiting. We order a margarita and it tasted like straight tequila. The marg took an extra 15 minutes to come AFTER our food came. Everybody knows drinks should come first. The wings comes and they were so dry they looked like they were cooked yesterday. We all know the wings are pre-made and all it takes is to throw some sauce on them and heat them up. So what are they really doing in the kitchen for 40-60 minutes ? We had to ask for extra sauce on the side which honestly the waitress should’ve taken the wings back and have the kitchen mix them in the sauce the right way. TVs we’re going on and off, just nothing was enjoyable. What I thought would be a quick enjoyable dinner was instead a stressful annoyance. Honestly I don’t want a reply to this comment saying to “fill out a form” and “thanks for my feedback”…. I want people to stop supporting this location until they actually fix their service, cleanliness, and food. Some waiters looked like they could care less about serving customers and others looked so overwhelmed bc they were doing everything. Terrible management especially for a company this big. Undercover boss needs to show up and fix this place. And this is coming from a person who used to love this place.

Service is conducted by a bunch of kids. They have the hostes but seem not to know what her job is (to welcome seating the guests). She makes us wait for 5 minutes, while they are plenty of empty tables, and when we ask why she didn't seat us, her answer was "I am waiting for the server to be ready! - Ready for what?? The server is taking the order on one of the tables. She just stands doing nothing by the hostess counter! Food is taking almost an hour to come out! Charged us an extra dollar for wedges fries, but it comes as regular skinny fries. Overall experience, I will give maybe 2 at the most!! So disappointed!!

Came in to watch Hockey playoff game. First 10 mins no hockey game requested twice to put on the game. No game until third time requested. Qrdered 15 wings 3 flavors of BBQ, Asian Zing, & Orange Chicken. The Orange Chicken wings were extremely hot as taken & attached in these pics. After 15 min of watch all the tvs went blank & dark screens as shown in the pic taken. Constanly This is by far one of the worst dine-in experiences I have ever had. I will unlikely ever return to eat & dine-in eat here again.

First, let me start by saying that as soon as we walked in, we waited a good 10 minutes to be attended to. Several workers were just standing around, looking at my family and me. Afterward, the waiter finally sat us down and took our orders. When she brought out the tray and drinks, I had to request a tray change twice, but they still brought me a dirty one each time, when I confronted the waiter on the dirty tray she stated that that how they come sir.That’s when I decided to leave and find somewhere else to eat. Oh, and how could I forget—the bathroom was horrendous!

Absolutely empty on a Monday night, but even then it took about 40 minutes to be served. We asked multiple times for the Rangers game to be put on TV and all we got was the Sports Mix on a night when 4/6 of the mix wasn't showing sports. And even that took 20 minutes after the third time asking. The manager was unavailable because her friends came to eat so she was goofing off with them the entire time we were there. I ordered all drums but the waiter didn't enter the order correctly and didn't want to tell the kitchen about his mistake so he told me the kitchen was backed up to convince me to keep the wrong order, which I did because it has now been close to an hour since I walked into the restaurant. We came here for 5/7 of the Rangers-Devils series but left after the first period of game 7 and don't plan on coming back ever again if luck determines if we get a decent crew working that day.

Three staff members kept walking pass us repeatedly- ignoring us. After a while my husband decided to see if we can just sit by the bar, kind of of self service & we were informed no, that it was closed. We understood and kept waiting by the door. Eventually they sat us down, we waited for menus for 10 minutes as we did ask if we can do it though the app as per the advertising on the table and once again we were told no, that we had to wait for a server to bring us menus and take our order. When finally Justin came over to our order, we waited more than 45 minutes to received 2 out of the 3 items we had order. Justin informed us he took long because there was something going on in the kitchen therefore he had to do the nachos himself. When the burger came out, we waited so long for a waiter or waitress to come back so we can ask for ketchup , since no one came to our table, my husband got up and went to the bar area to ask for ketchup and they stated they had no ketchup in the whole building, as well as no utensils in the bar area. We were really confused by this comment. Still we kept waiting for our wings which never came. At that point, we asked for the bill and that itself took a really long time. My husband gave a tip as you can see in the attached pictures but honestly, this restaurant and staff do not deserve it. Besides, this issue with food, there were other issues as well. I honestly never seen a restaurant so messy & disgusting in my life. All the empty tables, had food on them from pervious parties. & yet they were sitting guests right next to all this junk and dirtiness. Also, between staff they were auguring and yelling across the restaurant. So unprofessional. Honestly, this whole experience was awful. I would love a refund back, because this is just not worth my money. I've tired reaching out to you guys multiple times & ways but nothing seems to work.

February 11, 2026 – My wife, our newborn, and I arrived at the branch around 5:00 PM. The place was almost empty, and no one greeted or assisted us upon arrival, so we looked for seats on our own. We waited for nearly 20 minutes without anyone approaching us. During that time, one employee was vacuuming while another appeared to be on phone. We even heard one employee tell the lady who was vacuming to assist the customers who were waiting for menus. Eventually, the employee who was vacuuming approached us, but only to inform us that no one would be serving us in the area where we were seated. After waiting for almost half an hour without any proper assistance, we decided to leave. It was disappointing, especially since we were there with our newborn and simply hoped for basic customer service and accommodation.

First of all, it’s stinky in there. You walk in and it’s like stinky stale carpets or something actively smells BAD throughout the whole restaurant. Then the food came out fully cold. Likeeee I ordered hot wings, and I got spicy, cold wings. Apps and fries were also cold. The bathroom was a disaster. The best thing was a nice crispy fountain soda with a plastic straw and unlimited refills which is truly a special thing, I’m dead serious when I say that a great fountain soda is splendid. Also the ranch is great. No knocks at all to our server, she was just the right level of attentive and she did great with us. But it’s a yucky place with bad food.

Bad! Please stay away! This place used to be very good just a few years ago. Full of customers, busy, it had a great atmosphere, service and food. This time I left without leaving a tip for a waitress who had to split her time between the bar and the table. Because of that we got our wings after a long wait and needless to say they were COLD. Veggies were untouched by us, because they brought them probably right out from the freezer, we weren’t able to bite through the ice. 🧊 Waitress again, was nowhere to be found, to ask for extra napkins and for a check. Anyway, this place has gone from good to BAD, and I am not looking to spend my money in where anymore. Plus, it has become very expensive.

I paid for a pick-up order and the take-out manager didn't take my order out of the kitchen until four other orders were ready. My order was ready 15 minutes ago, but she didn't take it out until the other orders were ready and brought out together. Horrible service. My food was cold, and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes.

I came in to Buffalo Wild Wings on a Saturday night, they weren’t that busy. Our host Marco was really on point with everything he really took his time and cared about our experience while we were here. While we were there our host Marco accidentally put in wrong amount of drinks which he had already told the bartender about and told her not to make them, she still made them even though she was told not to. After that is when the experience just went downhill the bartender very rudely and loudly was yelling saying how “Marco is giving away free drinks” “my liquor count is going to be wrong because of them” she even gathered the other staff around telling them the same thing and we were getting looks and it was just so uncomfortable and unprofessional feeling to feel at a restaurant when you pay. I was always a regular at this place but I don’t think I will be coming back until they bring Marco who was originally the bartender here ever since they took him off the bar the quality of drinks has been horrible my girlfriend ordered a blue Hawaiian last night and it was literally just pineapple juice and all my strawberry margarita had syrup in the bottom that wasn’t even mixed. If your looking for a professional high quality restaurant experience then this location is not it.

I had to re-edit my post. I went on a Tuesday night and it took 1 hour to get a takeout order done. There were only 10 people inside and it took 1 hour. I do not understand how it can be this bad service and the food quality was absolutely terrible. The burnt Mac and cheese. How is that possible?? I would not recommend coming here.
