The manager is very friendly and always making sure everything is running well. I had a question with how to order on the new machines . She was very helpful. The restaurant is very clean and presentable.
Puts all other Taco Bell's to shame. Yes it's always busy but they are fast and accurate. There's a Wendys next door and its never busy. I love the breakfast here. Better than any other fast food place. Even the coffee is good. Even if it's busy go in. Its worth the wait.
Day and night, very pleasant during the day but at night it's a bit uncomfortable to be in the dining room, better off take out. Overall good staff, clean and fresh food, never had a problem, they are very friendly and professional. It's not their fault that the crowds at night could be a bit out of control.
Took a little while to get my food, but i think they had a lot of ubers so not really their fault. At least all the food was correct!!!!
This is a very good Taco Bell location. The orders are made accurately and quickly. The Taco Bell app is sometimes difficult to use when customizing the order. If you don't add the item in after you customize, you lose that info. And you end up with the item not being custom made to your order.
Because I'm on a restricted diet, I personally don't eat Taco Bell food. But I do go to Taco Bell once or twice a week because my son loves the food. He rarely eats at any of the other fast food places.
The food is alright, service can be better and atmosphere is great

Stopped by for dinner, first time in years. Tried the new grilled cheese burrito. It was excellent, wish I had ordered two. Wife enjoyed her meal as well. It was dead as a door nail for some reason, maybe a summer Sunday evening. We will be back.

Can't beat taco bell for speed and price A 5 dollar box is a amazing thing, 2 tacos plus a special type, they change all the time And a drink, free refills in side, if not for 20 cents you can upgrade to a large, good deal Plus if you use the app the food is waiting for you, not that this place is not super fast, cause it its Saddly no beer or wine hopefully some day
Hi, I want to report an issue at Taco Bell located at 2186 Jericho Tpke, Commack, NY. When I arrived, the drive-through line was extremely long, and I already had another customer’s food in my car with an active timer. I do believe I received the ready for pick up But. No. As a driver, I literally picked up from the other taco Bell Grubhub’s guidelines say: • Drivers are not required to wait in excessively long lines. • Drivers must avoid actions that delay other active orders. • Drivers only need to make a reasonable attempt to pick up the food. • If a restaurant causes an unreasonable delay, drivers should contact support. I followed those rules. I tried to pick up the Taco Bell order at the door before delivering the other customer’s food. When the Taco Bell order wasn’t ready, I had to deliver the first order so it would not be late. When I came back to Taco Bell, the lobby door was closed even though they were still operating. I saw an employee open the door and hand food to another customer/driver. 3rd party. But when I walked up at the same moment, the employee closed the door in front of me and walked away, refusing to give me the Grubhub order. Restaurant responsibilities under Grubhub include: • Providing access to pickup areas during active operating hours. • Treating all drivers equally and not selectively refusing service. • Preparing orders in a timely manner. • Handing off orders to drivers who arrive for pickup. Because they refused the order and denied access, I was unable to complete the pickup despite multiple attempts. Food out of eating temperature.
This specific location was very fast in taking my order amd giving it to me accurately. The one thing I found disappointing was the use of AI....again this is just eliminating jobs and making it difficult for the younger generations to find work. Other than that, I was pleasantly impressed.
I love Taco Bell and eat lunch weekly using the drive through. Lately they seem to have been short handed and only have one person handling the drive through which makes the wait way too long for any reasonable person to expect. If it wasn't for that I would have given it four stars.
I was grossed out that from the moment we entered, ordered, sat down and up until we left, not once did an employee clean any of the tables in that place. Before I sat down, I used a disposable to go Lysol wipe to clean the table and chair myself before we ate, the food tasted good, I have no complaints there, the only thing, was that when they out the nachos In the bag, it was upside down and everything fell to the bottom of the bag....but besides that the food was good, just take it to go, so you can avoid the dirty tables
Good to very good Tex-Mex food at very reasonable prices. Eating in is an option in a utilitarian environment. They have a broad ever changing selection. In person service is almost non existent. All orders must be processed via tablet. The only interaction happens when someone hands you the order. Paying in cash is discouraged by the process.
ordered ahead & no one came to counter to greet for a long time until the person at drive-through pulled herself away from her cell phone. would have been fine if item was on shelf, but pick-ups kept well out of reach behind the counter (burrito + gordita are not exactly fine jewelry). time wasted = unhappy customer. wasn't the best fabricated either.
If you go inside it is only kiosk ordering which is time consuming and kind of annoying. There should people to talk to order
i dislike this taco bell. i feel bad for the people working here, it’s never easy working in fast food. however, i pulled up to this location last night and the indoor restaurant has been closed for SEVERAL DAYS. on top of this, they stopped taking orders in the drive thru line about 8:30 last night. no one talked on the microphone. so everyone in the line just drove away no food.
Not sure what happened to this Taco Bell location but in the past month the food has been terribly. We would drive out of our way to this location because the food was always fresh and done correctly. The last two visits have resulted in soggy tacos and cold chalupas. Hope they go back to the way things used to be.
They were so slow. Couldn't even get my order right and I said it 5 times. Eventually I gave up and just took what they thought I said. I ordered nacho fries and that thing was cold as ever. I mean really cold. How could they serve that to me? I gave it back and they made me fresh ones, which is good but the news ones they gave me they didn't put the nacho cheese sauce. I already drove off so I didn't want to go back.
Same experience as below. I arrived to taco bell at 12:08am. There were 7 cars queued ahead of me. I was willing to wait a little bit but it soon became excessive. I would have left after 15 minutes but I got trapped in the drive thru. I spent every subsequent minute wanting to smash my face on the horn. I left at 12:46. I wish I was kidding. Oh yeah, and I was going to call the corporate line but they conveniently did not put my receipt in the bag. And they didn't ask me if I'd like sauce, just handed me my bag, slammed the window and walked away.
Polite staff but half the drink choices were empty. When we asked we were told they couldn't fix the problem right now. It was not busy. Lastly, they forgot to put lettuce on my daughter's taco. When she asked they told her that's the way you ordered. If you want lettuce it will cost you 38 cents. Keep your friggin lettuce. We will visit other locations from now on.
I wanted the $5 Cravings Meal but it was not on computer kiosk. Only one person in the store could understand English. After I gave up and ordered something else I finally was able to talk to someone but even she couldn't find what I wanted. All but one of the soda fountains (Mountain Dew was the only one to get soda) didn't work, they only dispensed water. I then tried iced tea but the sweetened one only dispensed water and the unsweetened one the spicot was partially broken off and useless. I had a terrible visit to Taco Bell and probably will never go back.
My experience at taco bell has never been stand out. the food is sub-par and evetime i ever eat it i always regret it. My friend and i have recently been calling this place taco smell. the quality of food is not good. even tho the price is cheap, its not worth it. Taco smell is a classless establishment to munch at. I would rather eat at a much classier place like cabo fresh. after i eat cabo i feel like a classy individual. it may be a bit more expensive but you pay for the quality, sincerely JTBJ
Absolutely. Don't come to this Taco Bell. They always forget things and then tell you. Oh, you gotta drive back there and spend gas money to get the things that they forgot. This is not right Taco Bell. You better hire a better staff or a better manager man, they suck over here.
There are frequent issues with consistency and quality of food, and consistency of service/hospitality. The employees typically seem to be unhappy. I’ve never been inside this location and seen every table clean. There is a chair placed at the drive-thru where an employee sits and takes your order, likely due to the drive-thru speaker being broken. For a company that raked in almost $2Billion last year, corporate should really be trying a lot harder to properly compensate their employees with better quality training, more staffing, better pay, and equipment that actually works. It’s no wonder there are so many negative reviews. Do better, Taco Bell.
Bought 2 crunchwrap supremes. Got home and started to eat one. There was a hair towards the middle. I thought maybe it was just my own despite my hair being in a bun. A few bites later and another strand of hair. It was blonde. Definitely not my hair, I'm a brunette.

I went there for a GrubHub delivery no one was at the counter. I made eye contact with an employee preparing an order. I watched her complete 3 orders for the drive thru then walk in the back. I ask is anyone gonna help me. Another employee from the back ask for my order. I showed her my phone and stated I'm here for a GrubHub delivery. She went in the back came back 5 minutes later with the food 2 minutes later I got the drink. No apology for making me wait. I leave I realize there is no straw I return and I hear the same employee yell Kevin Mobile order? Wow so you have to be white to get service? What's worse is I have been there 5 times before needless to say I Will NEVER Go Back there again. 🤬👎💩

The staff here is a joke! Line of cars waiting at 10pm, the staff was HIDING from the line, refusing to answer to honking horns or cars at the window. Food is ice cold, on the off chance you're actually served. Messed up my orders on multiple occasions. Clean house! This location sucks. Save your time and money, go to Northport, or Wendys nextdoor!
As has become the case with every Taco Bell, there is no consideration for customer service whatsoever. You can stand at the counter for 15 minutes staring somebody in the face and they will never acknowledge you until you YELL over their music and talking and asked to be helped. In fact even after asking for help 3 different people can walk past you at the register and completely ignore you. When they finally acknowledge you they tell you in no kind way to use the kiosk. If you're order was wrong they don't take responsibility and will instead argue with you and when you give up they say "Well I'll give you (whatever)" at which point I saw other customers leave.
I never had a problem here but the other night I use the MobileApp and I pick up my food but I realized they didn't include my cup next to it, whatever not a big deal. I open it up to find this note inside the bag saying they ran out of chalupas and gorditas. I was shorted 3 items and I was still charged for it. Nobody there cared to mention this nor did they consider oh maybe we should throw in extra items to compensate for it. Nah. Ive never ever seen anyone just put a note in a bag of Take Out saying sorry we didn't have your items and then not even offer something in return. Ridiculous
I didn't like your new drive tour application at all. Trying to talk to artificial intelligence is a disgrace. It is also another system that takes away a real person's job. stop this practice.
This location is awful! Most of the beverage stations are broken, the store is filthy, and the garbage is overflowing. Avoid this location!
Literally the 3rd time they forget half my order. Muhammad the “manager” does nothing to fix the problem. Like get your crew in order. It’s not rocket science. Like you’re Stealing money at this point. It wasn’t even busy.
The manager who is a male light skin Latino is the rudest and potentially dumbest person who has ever worked anywhere. I do not eat here often and tried to order . As soon as he started to put my order in the screen with the menu disappeared and the order showed up. I asked to get that screen back and he could not do it. I asked to cancel the order to bring the screen back and he responded have a nice day. I drove to the window to order and he was rude basically belligerent and told me i was mad annoying. He identified as the manager but refused to give his name. You just lost out on a $80 order. I know staffing is hard but to employee this guy is a bad decision and will negatively impact your business. What an absolute disaster of an experience and what a disaster of a human being who needs to speak kindly to people not belittle them fornot being a taco bell menu professional. I do drive thru with no problems. But last week i went it was like 9 at night or so and they put a cone out to block the drive thru so it forced me to go inside to get my food even tho i really didnt want to do that. What would happen if the indoor dining had been closed?? They could have put my order on the pickup cart knowing everyone who does drive thru pickup would be forced to go in and get their food but they didnt. They made me wait inside for like 30 minutes without any help. No worker asked me anything. I had to assert myself 2 times asking a worker about my online order. And they disappeared for the whole duration. The front counters were unattended. No one updated me on when my order would be finished. There were a few people who went to dine in, ordered their orders like 20 minutes after me in store, who got their food first. I was given my slushie first, but by the time i got my food, it was half melted. I thought about complaining about it and asking for another, but i just wanted to go and not be bothered any more than i have. It was absolutely ridiculous and worst experience ive had cause i really didnt want / expect to go in. And that level of service is beyond me!! My work is in the service industry - and I'd never treat my guests and clients like that when they require my attention and assistance! Wooooow. But drive thru hasn't had any problems for me...
This is the last time I will ever come to this location. Drive thru and dine-in are both equally horrible. Majority of the staff is rude, unfriendly or will just completely ignore the customers. Most of the time they leave half the order out, or mess whatever they decide to put in the bag. The dine-in area is absolutely disgusting, garbages and soda machines are overflowing, floor is so slippery, and every single table had some food left on it. The soda machines were so warm, no ice in either, and half the sodas were out.
Do yourself a favor and go to the taco bell down the road. Every night they make you wait 10+ minutes in the drive thru, mess up your order, and tonight we waited 30 mins to find out they have no beef. Just go to the other one down the road. Literally went to the one down the road and got everything in one minute.
They do not honor the posted store hours on their website. They were supposed to be open until 5 am Saturday, but were not open at 4:40 am.
I would talk about the food if it was even possible to make it to the window to order. I'm not sure if it's staffing or what, but it shouldn't take over an hour to even make it to the ordering window at midnight on a Saturday. I don't know what's going on with this location, but something needs to change. Edit: Driving past the windows, I saw that the reason for 20 cars waiting (and not moving) in the drive thru was because the workers were inside the locked building sitting at the counter talking to their friends. Great business.
I worked at tacobell for 4 years and coming to this one was by far the worst experience. I placed a order on the app and after they made me wait 2 hrs I went to ask why, no one even knew where he was so I sat and waited 30 minutes for him to come back and when I tried to talk ro him he just brushed past and i had to ask an employee to get him. When I finally got to talk to him they told me they didn't feel like making it because they were to busy. They the manager Mohammed started to yell at me that if I don't like it then leave. So at the end this tacobell stole my 30 bucks and blamed me for having a larger order. I can guarantee this is the last time I ever goto tacobell
Been coming her my whole life always been good. Food for the past 3 months has been atrocious. Management has fallen, service is terrible, guy at the drive through needs to be fired for speaking to customers. I will happily drive a mile down the road to the east nortport location going forward.
Why does every business feel the need for self checkout I'm at an eatery I have any to give a person my order verbally. Not stand there for 5 minutes then somebody tells me to use the machine. Screwed up my order anyway Went back again took 45 minutes to get my tacos. If they didn't taste so good I would never go back.
Absolutely one of the worst establishments under the taco bell name. Every single time I visit here my order is wrong. What makes matters worse is the attitude you get when you go back to have the items corrected. It's just the lack of caring. Whether I check the receipt and the order isn't what I've asked for or the times the receipt is correct and the order is just whatever the employees felt like throwing in the bag. It shows nobody cares about their job.
I frequent taco bells on average three times a week, this being one of the locations I unfortunately visit often. Of all the locations on Long island I easily have to wait the longest here. I use the mobile app to order prior to arriving every time I go. I am currently still waiting in the seating area after having checked in my order with the front cashier 27 minutes ago and this is a frequent occurrence. It is by far the slowest location I've been to and would recommend you stay away.
This Taco Bell really needs a manager. Worst drive thru experience today. Took forever to get to front, staff didn’t know whose order was whose. Gave us someone else’s order, then said our whole order was in our bag - it was a mess. Plain tacos with lettuce and cheese that were supposed to just be meat. Lettuce and meat in the bag out of the tacos, unwrapped good. Not the right amount of items. 4 staff were standing at drive thru and unsure of what they were doing. Terrible management.

The customer service here comes with flipping the bird. They refuse to take your order at the counter, insisting you do it yourself at the kiosk. Then you can't find a menu item (featurd on a full display) on the kiosk. I called an employer over and that person could also not find it. The employee then had to take my order at the counter!!! The ordering process ended up taking 20 times longer than if my order were simply taken when I walked it.
I was trying to order about 10 minutes by the counter the staff members were talking and noone was saying at least how can I can help you, and I ask for the manager and the guy answer me I am the manager, then asked I need to place an order and he said behind you are 2 kiosk , and said at least put a sign ORDER here, and he make a face and answered ye not even yes I will do it, so sorry or apologies for the inconvenience. I can't believe I am a Spanish like them and they couldn't help me . Really disappointed with the tall manager without professionalism and no manners. Staff were moving from the kitchen to the tables without saying at least hey we don't take regular orders only through the kiosk.. what kind the services 🤔 just trying to understand how they prepare the tacos.
Hair in my food, no manager around, i watched as the line kept growing since their cashier was clueless on what he was doing. I was okay with the whole tortilla shortage but i wasn't expecting an IQ shortage as well. Definitely not coming back to this store again.
Frustratingly slow service, almost no staff present. Walking in to a fast food restaurant, ordering, and walking out shouldn't take nearly 35 minutes for a $6 order. Manager is entirely unhelpful to the long line of frustrated customers, and doesnt even offer assistance to the clearly overworked staff. There's only one old woman making all walk in orders. Every single problem here would be solved by getting rid of those kiosks and hiring people to make the food orders and work a register.
I went to Taco Bell Wednesday 11/29/23 at night around 11:20pm , 2cars in drive through, empty restaurant, and still it took them 30min to prepare my order that after the staff ignored me for 20min me and other 4 guys was waiting at the cashier for they order , this restaurant is chaos

Place went down hill. Dirty. No one cares to even look at you when you go in. Wait on line for 10 minutes before anyone even said hi to you. They looked bothered every time someone walk in.

I'm not a big taco bell eater, a co worker gave me my first taco supreme just 2 months ago. So I have been to this location a couple of times all of them were good except las6 night. Why did I go at night. I usually go earlier. But it was crowded so the food should be fresh, wrong. I got the same thing I ordered the last time I was there. This time I killed 2 bugs while eating one was in my taco wrapper. The other was on the table. The lettuce tasted nasty I had to pick it out, that's when I killed my first bug. I don't know wth happens from day to night, but the manager needs to check this...it turned me off .
If I could rate it zero stars it would get zero. Absolute worse service. There are currently 17 people waiting for their orders. Yes 17. Take a look at the video tape. Not one worker acknowledges or talks to anyone or even bothers to come to the counter. I hate to leave such a bad review but it's like this all the time lately at this taco bell. I will also be contacting corporate about it.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I don’t usually write reviews but I went at 1:20 am and the guy at the window not only forgot half my order but gave me crazy attitude when I asked for it and went back, sighed at me, and slammed the window after handing me food. I was really nice and kept my cool but so rude. He was also looking through pictures of women while leaning against the window. This happened on 1/5/24. My food was also cold when I received it. Never coming back.
Absolutely awful. Takes an insane amount of time on the drive thru. This is fast food. Not Ruth Chris. What is going on? It’s been like this for a while. Can someone please correct this. This shouldn’t be too difficult.
Late night employee are rude and trying to cheat their order wait times. I come often to pick up delivery orders. When they don’t have it ready they make you pull around so that their timer thinks customers aren’t waiting at the drive thru for a long time. If you can come to the drive thru and order anything you want and get it at the window, why do I have to pull around just because it is a delivery order? Makes no sense. They just don’t want their numbers to look bad to taco bell corporate or the owners. Two thumbs down.

Lobby empty and no one came to talk to me about an order I was picking up which has been completed and on the shelf. Downside is they don’t allow you to reach for the order yourself, yet allow you to make more than necessary for a 30 second or less interaction. I do not blame the employees but I do blame the store for having only 3 people on the clock. Trying to profit by paying less employees but the result of it is less than adequate customer service.
Ordered on app for in store pickup, when I get there doors are locked...this is at 3pm. Finally someone comes to door to tell me the dinning room is closed. I told them I was just picking up and ordered on the app and they told me I had to wait on the drive thru line...the line that had 12 cars on it...no sign posted on door, still you can select option on app to pickup in store even though they will not do it. Just avoid this place. It will be better for your physical AND mental health in the long run. This visit was on 12/28/2021
I ordered through the app and once it was turned over to DoorDash, my address had been changed. I called the store, was very polite and tried to ask for help. My call was ignored 6 times, and hung up on 4 times.
This has to be the worst taco bell in America. Every single time I come here, the drive through does not move for 20 minutes until I decide to turn around and leave. This will be the last time I try to get food at this location...
Food is ok , this location shows you the future of this franchise, no interaction with the customer , they will not take your order at all u can only use the tablet to place order . No greetings no help .

Unfriendly 110% and calling the police at Taco Bell So, on 12/23/2023, I was in this restaurant waiting for my order. I went inside at 11:50 p.m. The restaurant was heavily loaded and I had to wait a long time for my order. The restaurant closed at 12 a.m. I kept waiting for my order. After another 10 minutes, that employee, the guy who usually issues orders at night, comes up and tells me that I have to leave and take a queue at DriveThru. I explain that I have been waiting for 20 minutes and ask him to give me my order. That guy starts rudely telling me that I should leave the restaurant immediately. He repeated the phrase "Go out" over and over again and it was a damn shame. I said, "No, give me my order and I'll leave." For some time he tried to kick me out into the street, and then he began to threaten the police. And he also said that he would not give me an order if I did not take a queue at DriveThru. I tried to argue for a while, but it was useless. As a result, he actually called the police and I had to explain myself to a police officer. It was terribly unpleasant, because I didn't break the law. What was that!? how is this possible? The person, instead of just giving me the order, is engaged in clarifying the relationship, calls the police, and then complains to the policeman. What was that!? As a result, I did not pick up the order and left without food. My evening was hopelessly ruined.
Update: Came in today, 5/17/24. Ordered 2 quesadillas without the jalapeño sauce. There was jalapeño sauce. When asked if they could be remade, and showing my receipt to confirm that there was supposed to be no sauce, the employee asks if I want sauce. I confirm no, I don't want sauce. As I'm waiting I have 2 other employees come up to ask the same question. Never had such a baffling experience. I understand times are tough. However the indoor dining area was filthy. Staff paid no attention to it, and when confronted by customers, disregarded their complaints. Taco Bell's new ordering system left people wanting to pay cash wait longer then normal. Several customer complaints and the manager was rude. Also they forgot items in people's orders.
Second time I asked for and paid the $.70 for extra cheese and this is how I got it. How is this “extra” cheese? It’s like they give less cheese than normal when I pay for extra cheese. I even told them they forgot the extra cheese last time. Their food is never made with care. It’s always poorly assembled with minimal ingredients. Hugely disappointing.
Dont go here unless you plan to wait 25-40 mins for your food. This establishment is a disgrace!
Very hard to leave a terrible review without involving curse words. I have to leave a PG rated comment, otherwise it problem won’t register and make it through. Just know that this establishment is horrible, and shame on me for coming here the last 3 times. I just never learn. It cannot be my fault every time I order my food. I been getting the same thing for 20 years. I move out to Suffolk and been going to this place and they’re just absolutely awful. I can probably find a couple 5 year olds that can do a better job. Thanks guys. Nothing I love more than to drive all the way there and then driving home only to find my order wrong. There isn’t a better feeling. Seriously, great job guys.
Just sat in the drive through for 50 minutes because half of the staff wants to hang out by the drive through window chatting and not doing any work
This taco bell is usually more than fine but this STUPID automated order taker has NO idea what im ordering every single time i go through the drive thru. the amount of times i leave getting just completely random items is so so infuriating
genuinely hate this location the servers are so rude when they gave me the wrong order but right receipt so we went back inside to show them the receipt and they said this is not your order. I handed the food back and they finally gave me the right order but they were so rude every time I’ve come to this location something’s either missing or the food is completely subpar. Go down the road to the other one. It’s so much better. It’s my favorite one. I never go to this one because it’s always terrible.
If you don’t have an hour to wait in the drive thru DO NOT GO HERE! I’ve been here plenty of times and each time you’re stuck in the drive thru for over 30 mins. Literally the worst location ever!
This has to be the WORST taco bell I have ever been to. It doesn't matter if you order inside, online, drive thru, or doordash. The past 4-5 times the orders took an hour for them to prepare. And I'm not even exaggerating. Tonight I placed a doordash order and the first driver canceled because of the wait. I don't blame them. Then the next driver sat there and waited for probably 30 minutes. I'm never going to this location again. And the last couple of times I went inside to pick up my orders, the employees don't want to speak to you, and they don't understand English so there is no point in trying to talk to them. Showing your name for the pickup order was too difficult for them.
i am a dasher and just for two orders, i had to stand for more than 30 minutes at a “fast food restaurant”. very inefficient as this wasn’t the first time the took long
I would give negative stars if I could! The staff somehow makes making tacos look difficult. The food is consistently disgusting, and the tacos are always filled with grease and fall apart..
had to order at the window since the speaker was broken. Okay, no problem. I ordered and paid and then was handed something completely different from what i ordered. I went inside and explained what happened and they said they’d fix it for me. I said okay thanks and waited patiently. When they brought the food i asked if i could get a refund for the original order and they told me “no it’s basically the same price” and refused me a refund… as all the staff stood at the counter as to make me feel threatened or something. Was already having a bad day so i said okay… and just left. Young girl there was so rude and nasty. They’ve messed up my order too many times at this location
I placed a mobile order and have been waiting on the drive thru line for 20 minutes! No one has time to wait this long for an order, especially a mobile order! And the speaker at the drive thru is broken to top it all off. Horrible service and I will not be back to this location ever. Don’t waste your time or money here.
It's the one Taco Bell I stop at And it takes longer than any other place I've been to. And they still get the order wrong. To make things worse apparently the Ia is out of order and the intercom is not working either. That was a few days ago, I figured let me give it a try again and it's still not working. Last time I stood in line for almost 40 minutes which is unheard of for any fast food restaurant. Claim that they have signs everywhere to let us know LOL. Last time I asked to speak to the manager and I spoke to a perhaps 23 to 25-year-old and I suggested that they make a bigger sign or they have somebody out there to let customers know or even take orders. He told me that there were plenty of signs and that they were not allowed to have any employees outside to help customers. Please tell me if anybody could have read the sign before getting yourselves stuck for 40 minutes because I didn't see the sign until I got up to place an order which was way too late like I said I was stuck for 40 minutes not doing it again. I gave them a suggestion and apparently they don't care about customers because it's a few days later and they still have the same issue. No offense but me as a business owner or even if I was a manager I would handle this problem better than this place is handling it. But what can you do when you give a young kid the responsibility of running a business. Shame on Taco Bell
Once I came here I got Food poisoning, another time they waited 20 minutes before they told people there wasn’t cards and now I’m stuck in line to find the speaker doesn’t work. All I want is some Tacos but I guess that’s too much to ask in this world. Never coming back. Go to Wendy’s next door
Placed order online. Waited on drive thru for 10 minutes and the line did not even move. Went in to get food and they told me I had to get back online. When I got back on the line waited another half hour just to find out that the speaker was broken and everyone had to wait to order their food. By the time I got up to the window, my food was sitting there for a half hour. Don’t know why the guy couldn’t just hand it to me when I walked into the store instead of making me wait online for a half hour knowing that the speaker was broken. Totally rude. Same guy handed me the food a half hour later
This location is by far the most unpolite and the most unefficient of all of the commack area, they take forever to serve you even though they have like 8 people im there.. after 12 drive thru line forget about it!!
Food is what it is but the service is horrible. They completely ignore anyone at the counter and focus on drive thru. Not a nice group of employees even when they do decide to make an appearance. Its the one place I hate having to go to because I leave angry every time
Staff was hella rude because they thought I was a Uber driver and demanded to see my code I placed an order pickup yall need to do better even if I was an Uber drivers they are still customers at the end of the day too treat people better.
I have never been treated by the staff of any establishment as I have been tonight by the staff and “manager” at this location. I placed a mobile order at approx 8:30 pm. At the speaker I requested the sour cream to be on the side for the nachos. The line, (another 4-5 cars ahead of me) took about 15-20 mins to get to the pick up window. I waited 4-5 mins for the girl to give me my food. I asked about the side of sour cream & she assured me it was in the bag. Not wanting to hold up the line for the people behind me, I pulled away & went to the parking lot to check my order. The sour cream was NOT in the bag. So I opened the box to see if maybe they had put it on the nachos. No they didn’t. I went back on the line again, not expecting it to take that long again (boy, was I wrong!). I told them at the speaker what happened & they told me to drive up. After another 15-20 minute wait, I got to the window & handed the worker my bag. He handed me the side of sour cream & went to give me the bag back. I asked for fresh nachos because the ones in the bag were now cold & soggy. He refused, & tried to push the bag back thru my window. The manager came over and the first employee started filming me on his phone as I was arguing with the manager. She refused to remake the part of my order that was wrong. She insisted the side of sour cream was in the bag (it was not). Would I really wait on that line twice if it was? I was threatened with calling the police if I didn’t leave the drive thru line. I am a rational person and in the past if there was an issue with my order, I was treated respectfully & my order was corrected. The treatment I received tonight was so out of proportion to the issue. I know it was busy, but I did wait on the line twice for over 30-40 minutes. If the staff was overwhelmed, there was no reason for them to take it out on me. It was poor customer service. And to film me without my permission! I drove away fuming at their mishandling over the whole thing. I parked in a nearby parking lot to see if the nachos were salvageable and now I noticed there was guac on them, which I had asked to be removed using the app. They went in the trash. Unbelievable!
I will never go to this slow, inaccurate, filthy location with staff who are slow, rude and unhelpful. Furthermore having to order on the kiosk is a disaster. There were no taco sauce packets for the customers and numerous tables had garbage on them...literally garbage. The Board of Health can and should shut this dreadful place down. If you want lousy food, produced slowly by rude and dismissive staff, in a filthy dining area, then this place is for you.
Don't come here bad costmer service and garbage food, I suppose to get soda cup with combo box ,the guy he didn't give and I ask for cup and the guy rudely say I gave you already and I have told him to check camera and than he believes he didn't give me cup. Rudely behavior and he look like manager. God bless this taco bell
New management needs to be considered, I almost feel sorry for the people who work here. No one wants to spend 45 minutes in a drive through, but somehow they allow this to happen every single night. People that accept delivery requests from this restaurant, whether it’s UberEats/DoorDash/Grubhub, are forced to either decline the request at the risk of punishment or idle their car for 45 minutes waiting for an order that pays $7. I’ve seen other Taco Bell restaurants serve the same amount of people in a fraction of the time.
Pathetic. I don't know who trains these people but I think putting napkins in the bag shouldn't be a difficult task. This taco bell is by far the worst and most disgusting I've seen so far. Besides the super slow service, there's not a single employee that cleans the place. Food all over the floors and on tables, garbage overflowing. and they get your orders wrong 90.percrnt of the time. I'll make my own taco slop at home. from now on..
