I pulled into the drive through this evening for a shrimp burrito and must say it was A+, service was great and food delicious. My go to is a bean and cheese burrito with extra onions and red sauce (aka inferno sauce ) . It was my first trying the shrimp burrito and it didn't disappoint. Definitely will return for the shrimp burrito during lent. !!!

Took a bit to order, but I got my food faster than I expected. It's really roomy and clean. Didn't expect to see a tip jar at a fast food place. Saw a rodent outside, which provided entertainment while I ate. Will come again to see rodent.

I go every Tuesday for taco Tuesday. And every time the taco shells are cracked and stale. Only reason for staleness is expired product. Also. About 50% of time. Im told to wait at ordering box. They also have me park on side to wait for my order. It’s inconvenient and I don’t understand why.

They took 4 minutes to say hello in the drive thru then had the audacity to give me attitude with an accent smh

Coming down the 5 south thinking I could get some grub and take a piss. They are open 24 hrs but apparently their restroom clocks out at a certain time because their toilet is close during the night.

I've been dining here whenever I have a class nearby and I have to say today's experience I felt disgust. I was standing at the counter for way longer than I've shouldve and only realized there were kiosks to order from instead of workers when 2 other people walked in and asked why I was just standing at the counter waiting. Not a single employee even noticed me and said how to order or even glanced at me. Sure the kiosks "efficient" but I wasnt the only one who walked in and stood at the counter waiting for someone to come take my order. I didn't get a greeting or smile I just felt disgust ordering after standing around like an idiot not knowing employees don't take orders anymore. Sure corporate maybe more robots is better than actual employees. Even with the christmas decorations place felt so empty so definitely not coming back thank you.

We came in and waited for minutes to be helped before noticing two kiosks to place our orders. No one greeted us. There were no helpful hints about the new ordering system. They were also out of Coke. I appreciate the Christmas decor since it adds a personal touch, but what good is it without human interaction? This is the last time I will be eating here or at any Del Taco if they insist on touchscreens. At least give me a discount since I'm now doing the work of placing an order.

My order was completely ruined. I ordered from the drive through and after getting home my order was wrong. I was the only car so it's not like they were swamped. There is no excuse for being careless when there is no pressure.

I love del taco. One of my favorite drive thru places. But this location was horrible my kid usually get the soft chicken tacos and there was one one piece of chicken and a whole bunch of lettuce. And it was like this for every chicken taco. When it came to my spicy chicken burrito it was the same thing, I probably tasted about 2-3 pieces of chicken.
