Tonight was my first time stopping by this KFC. I ordered 20 hot and spicy wings. Jepherson Sanchez, and Joseph Floyd (Money Mike)dropped me 20 fresh wings. They were very professional and courteous even had casual conversations with me while I waited. Them guys made me feel very welcomed in the store, the store was clean, the tables were clean also, the trash wasn't over flowing either. I was looking for a new KFC to start coming to and I found it thanks two these 2 guys. You two guys are awesome. Thank you and looking forward to stopping by again. If I could give 10 stars I would.
I really like KFC. I have been eating there since I was a kid. I have always enjoyed the original recipe chicken. I generally get the three piece chicken meal with the mashed potatoes and biscuit. There been a few times I got the eight piece though. This particular store was very clean and the staff was very nice.
I do not like these places that only have self-order kiosks. It takes all your time trying to figure it out and choose what you want, just so they can tell you they are out of certain items and then you have to choose something else on the menu which delays your eating time. All of the employees that they do have is so busy with drive thru and Doordash orders, they don't spend time with the counter. Plus every table was dirty
Food: the pot pie is AMAZING. I mean, perfect and almost nostalgic. Mashed potatoes are bland and the chicken tenders are simultaneously extremely salty and literally taste like an ashtray (I am actually worried that cigarette ashes somehow got mixed in the chicken when it was being made, it tasted like it). Drinks: not carbonated enough, rather flat as soon as they gave it to me. Price: too expensive for such bad quality of the chicken. Literally the menu prices at this location are higher than the woodlands fsr. Service: meh. They aren't rude they just kind of give you your food and shut the window. Overall: I will be back, but only for their pot pie which once again was incredibly good, the price was fair too for it
I love me some KFC but don’t come to this location. Ordered 2 orders of Nashville Hot combo with ranch dressing. They only had one order of tenders available. No problem we will wait. Saw our order just sitting in a counter and asked if the order could be put in a warmer waiting the rest of the order. Female server did not understand but the manager type person came to ask what the problem was. We said we did not want cold fries while waiting on the rest of the order. He took the order away in what I was hoping was a warmer. Finally order served. See photos. No sauce on our Nashville Hot tenders and no ketchup for fries and no ranch dressing. Back to counter to get condiments and ask for buffalo sauce since the tenders were not sauced. Manager said he wanted to see the order. He wanted to take it away but at that point we said no we could just eat the tenders with buffalo sauce. Other things were just not KFC quality such as went to bathroom to get paper towels as a napkin substitute. WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION.
Just got the worst chicken I’ve ever had probably in my life. 2 pieces of straight garbage. I literally pulled right into Culver’s next door after taking one bite.
Terrible customer service absolutely acted as if she hated taking my order and didn’t even give me my Mountain Dew and corn that I ordered extra gravy in his mashed potatoes famous bowl and he got no gravy at all and I paid $17 and money is tight. not to mention, we waited outside the window and no one came I will be returning to kfc expecting their wrongs to be fixed. I work so I can eat what I want your paid to do your job I’ve worked fast food and strongly recommend hospitality.
It was horrible. Someone named Ashley was very rude. They had someone who doesn't speak English very well(at all) working drive through with no patience. When we asked him to give us a minute we were told they wouldn't take our order because we were being rude to someone who doesn't speak English.
Everyone in this place except the cooks were absolutely 100% rude. All the mangers there at about 3pm ish were cussing at all the customers there at that time. Even that kid that was running the cashier was acting out of hand a long with the mangers. It's unacceptable and something needs to be done.
Dinning room was filthy. Old Chicken left on floor in dining room. We had to ask for someone to clean a table and employee walked around the chicken. I had to ask them to stop and pick it up rather than just walk around it! We were the only customers in the dining room. Absolutely not too busy to clean the dining room!
Had to go back inside because I received a famous bowl with 3 pieces of chicken when it should come with more. I went in to get it fixed Wasn’t rude at all Because i know how it is YET the manager accuse me of eating it and didn’t believe anything I said, and was being rude when it was totally uncalled for??? why would i come inside if i ate it. Then she didn’t believe me because the fork wasn’t in the bag when i said i went through the bowl just to double check. Someone needs some customer service training:)
I’d leave a minus 100 if I could. If you value your sanity and digestive tract, go ANYWHERE else. Think of the worst customer service at any fast food restaurant, multiply x10 and this is worse. They’re always out of something. Original ( which the recently changed ) or Krispy or white meat or dark meat or biscuits. And they don’t care. The managers are a joke. They are unwilling to fix a problem eve. When you offer to pay more. They won’t give you the KFC customer service number. You have to go online. When they finally answer, they are in the Philippines. You can’t understand them and they won’t help you. When you get a supervisor, it’s even worse. But what can expect. KFC probably pays them .10 an hour. Do yourself a favor. Go anywhere else. Chik Filet, sonic, McDonalds and even Walmart. You can try another location but if you have a problem your just SOL
This is the second time we got home and the pot pie isn't in the bag. When my husband called the manager said that it wasn't her fault, someone handed her the bag and she gave it to us. So not only can't you service the customer properly, you can't manage people either. My husband loves KFC but this will be the last time.
I ordered a pot pie and my wife ordered the 3 piece meal. To their credit, she said the 3 piece chicken was fresh. The balance of the meal was poor at best. The pot pie was primarily comprised of peas. There were a few small potato cubes. The meat was non-existent. The biscuit served with my wife's meal was rock hard. The pot pie meal was to include 2 apple desert items which were omitted. The cost cutting as a chain and location is apparent.
While waiting to pickup a door dash order I witnessed an older customer get frustrated with the staff over confusion regarding his order. As he walked away from the counter one of the employees yelled after him something along the lines of "whatever bro. I hope you stub your toe every morning," and then turn and laugh with his coworkers. This seemed like a nasty overreaction to the situation. They then told me that they had given my order to someone else and were not apologetic or empathetic in the slightest. While I sat to the side and waited for doordash support to give me my next steps another employee came up and told me "we can't remake the order for you," despite the fact that I had not asked them to. I told her that was okay I was just waiting to hear back from doordash support and she walked away without saying anything else. All in all a negative experience with a negative outcome.

When I attempted to place my order, I was told that no one knew how to cook the chicken. To make matters worse, the person at the drive-thru sounded completely out of it. After reading the reviews, it's clear that I'm not the only one who has faced this issue. The management needs to take responsibility for hiring practices and ensure their staff is properly trained. I strongly advise against visiting this Location.
Went through the drive-thru to pick up chicken supposed to have seven pieces. Made it home. Only had five pieces. Now we have to come up with something for someone else to eat or go all the way back to get two pieces of chicken. Is that worth it? There should be some type of compensation for them making a mistake like that. Horrible not the first time received bad service at this place when we called the person didn't even care
This is the third time in a row that I have ordered from this place and they always miss something or send me the wrong order. This time I ordered 3 chicken breasts and instead I received three mini chicken breasts with extra skin, which was supposed to be a meal for three people but turned into a disappointment and I had to throw everything away because of their poor service and quality. We had to go somewhere else to order. KFC has made me waste my money.
I really hate writing this review because my son that has Autism eats kfc daily. However, this location isn't the best. The drive to the kfc is 20 minutes and when I get there to place my order k3 original, all drums, fries, & a starry I'm disappointed. The meal is $12.32 and this is the type of drums we get. My son will only eat drums and they give the smallest chicken I've ever saw for a meal. It's almost as if it's old and dried out on top of being super small. All the pics are from different days. They're consistent on the poor quality of their food.
A week ago, I visited this location and the biscuits in both meals ordered were like hockey pucks! I was so disappointed, since we go there a lot, that I called the Night Manager to complain. I convinced him that I didn't want anything more than to make him aware so that he could investigate and correct the situation. Today, I returned and our order was what is expected of KFC! The employees have always been outstanding here! UPDATE: My last trip here surprised us in the size of the chicken pieces. We understand that this is not the problem of the local store, however, the chicken today was old. Our loyalty has waivered and we're moving on! In the photos, we placed a fork by the chicken leg, wing & thigh to show how small they were today. A fork can almost hide a chicken leg. Second picture shows how old the chicken was. It had discolored and dried out around the edge.
