I had a patty melt with order of French fries , my husband had regular burger , French fries and a drink. We both loved the French fries they were hot and crispy. The patty melt was very good , highly recommended. We both had dessert , I had Oreo , Peppermint shake , so good a chocolate shake with plenty of Peppermint crunch and some pieces of Oreo. He had a strawberry Sunday , also very good.

We had never been to Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers so we tried it out last night. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly and efficient and the food was to die for. I had a burger with onion rings and my love had a patty melt and the matchstick fries. We split an order of their fried pickles and she proclaimed them to be the best she's had. Our go to burger place is Snapka's on Weber but Freddy's was great. Couldn't leave without trying the frozen custard and holy hell, it was amazing. It's located at Weber and SPID in Corpus and we'll definitely go back. The whole atmosphere impressed us, it seems to be a very well run store. Scarfed the custard too fast to get a pic but here are a few of the rest of our dinner. Highly recommended if some of you have never been. Definitely get the french fry sauce, we tried both and really liked the jalapeno version.

I went through drive thru a week ago and was given the wrong order. I called and spoke to the manager Gilbert to explain the situation. He told me to write his name down on the receipt and next time I went in they would remake my order for free. We went in today and Gilbert remembered our order and remade it free of charge. Everything was made to order so very fresh and we had zero complaints. All the staff were very nice. We'll definitely be back.

I don't often come to Freddy's because of service here is really crap. I'm waiting in drive through the car's pull ahead and no one acknowledges the drive thru for at 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cars are backing up behind me. I finally get to put my order in and the girl was as friendly as a rock. I pay for my food and she just have it to me without a word. I even said thank you and nothing.

Tried Freddy’s Custard & Steakburgers and the food was just okay. I ordered the chili cheese fries, but they honestly tasted better without the chili. The chili had a strong onion flavor that I didn’t like, and even the cheese was a bit flavorless. The fries themselves are extremely thin—so thin they’re hard to taste. The burger was decent, but overall the meal didn’t feel worth the price. There are better options out there.

Love the desserts/HATE the burgers! What's in them? Soylent green? YIKES! (Google it) The texture seemed to be beef with mystery meat. Like they add shredded toilet paper. Definitely 2 textures

We had a drive-thru order. They forgot 2 items. I called them and Hugo apologized and told me they would make the items fresh if we came in tonight or the next day at 1pm. That was nice, however we haven't had time to make it over there again. The portions where small. They make all drinks Pepsi when my daughter ordered on Dr. Pepper. It was an expensive fast food meal for very small portions(which is the company). I would hope they realize people expect to get what they pay for. The milk shake was delicious. If you order regular size anything here expect it to be kid sized.

It was my first time going to this place and I went through the drive-through and I experienced the worst customer service ever. I went there because I saw a viral TikTok of the CEO enjoying a burger so I was like hey you know what let me give it a try. I never been like interested in Freddy’s, but that gave me a reason to but this experience going there through the drive-through was the worst ever the person didn’t want to recommend anything on the menu. They’re like well we have burger and chicken and I was like OK but what’s your favorite thing and then the person just stayed quiet the whole time and then I was like hello and no one wanted to take my order after that so I’m never coming back here ever Again

I spend good money at this restaurant atleast once a week since it’s my family’s favorite burger place, but after my recent experience I will never go back and if you’re reading this you might want to spend your money elsewhere. The service is completely unhelpful and unprofessional. They wouldn’t offer a refund after I drove from almost an hour away after not receiving part of my order. They have no communication within this place because it was not an issue with a burger, I never received my food at all and they will not offer my money back for something I didn’t receive, which to me is basically stealing from me. Not to mention the burgers we did receive were all made incorrect for my picky eaters. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. Customer service should be number one to running a successful business and this obviously is something they seriously lack. This is the reason Corpus cannot have anything nice. For over priced, bland burgers if I pay for something I expect to receive just that. Not this run around and offer a free custard instead of my refund when it was their mistake to begin with. The General Manager even accused me of LYING and offered nothing to resolve except their disgusting food. I just wanted a simple refund, but these greedy people can’t offer that after all they’re making off of us. They can Keep the that money and shove it!! I will never spend another cent of my hard earned money on this place and no one should. They won’t make it in Corpus with that attitude.

HAIR IN MY FOOD The customer service was standard, we did order a drink, but it doesn’t look like it was put in. My friend waited in a line that is now long to reorder a drink. We get our food and the Pattie’s looked like hash brown, they were burnt at the end and clearly sticking out of the buns. After a few bites I discovered this hair in my burger. The first hair I found I hoped it was mine, because that does tend to happen, but the second hair I found after a few more bites was undeniably not the color of my hair. The hair was white. My friend said that there was an old lady in the back flipping with white hair. I added some photos of the hair I found in my food. Me and my friend both got food poisoning. We had bad tummy aches and diarrhea. The Fries were also cold, and the food did not meet my standards. I am never eating here again.

I've been a staunch defender of this Freddie's location, even when they've made mistakes on our orders in the past. At least they were polite about it, and the corrected food was still good. Tonight was different. Every element of our experience was awful. To be fair, when I get bad food but the service is good, I go out of my way to recognize that. No need for it this time. The brunette girl who was handling our transaction was annoyed when I asked what came on the jalapeño pepper jack burger, barely said two words to us when we drove up, slammed the drive thru window shut on us after taking our payment, and thanked us with a terse "here" when handing us our food. The saving grace should have been the food, but it was pretty much inedible. The burger patties were dry from being overcooked and were so salty, I couldn't eat more than two bites of mine. The container of cheese curds was half empty and they were cold and mashed into one greasy lump. The fries were cold and chewy. I honestly wish I was exaggerating. I normally don't post reviews, but I had to speak up this time. There was nothing redeeming about this experience.

This is the reason my expectation when going out to get food is so low. I used the drive thru and ordered 4- California double meats. I did not get what I ordered. When I got home I realized I got 4 patty melt meals. Horrible looking sandwiches and my cheese curds that I was charged extra for were measly. The cup wasn’t even filled up. What was in their was a soggy greasy mess. Sad quality of food for $60.
