Sonic is my favorite " go to" place! 2-4pm cherry limeade at half price is great! Breakfast..lunch ...or dinner..this is my "feel good" place.

This Sonic is consistently one of the best Sonics we have ever stopped at. Our orders are always super fresh and correct.

So I had the cheese steak and having recently been in Phillie, I wasn't expecting much. Sonic hit a home run on this!!! Unfortunately, I think this is a limited time menu item.

Great service and once again the twins was working and excited to see them. There always so chipper and bubbly. A true pleasure talking with those young lady's

Always fast and the staff is friendly. If they are not busy, they will carry on a conversation with you. One of the perks of small town. If you need to order food, pull into a stall. Save the drive thru for the quick orders. 😁

Food was hot and excellent. Best sweet tea around. Friendly service always with a smile. They still use skates which I love. I've been to the Sonics in Granbury and this Sonic blows them away. We always get exactly what we want. I love Sonic in Cresson!!

First of al when you pull in, it’s well maintained and clean. They are quick to get to you and the service was quick. All y food was hot and fresh... I hate paying $2-3 for tots and they come out cold.... No no no. Staff is sweet and always lovely and warm. My fav.

Service was excellent. When I informed the manager the bathroom had an issue with lights being out he quickly gathered a ladder and replaced the fluorescent tubes before I even left the location. Kudos to the entire SONIC Team in Cresson.

I like this one because they have a drive up. You know I don't like going to McDonald's ordering a Coke and have to tip for it. And you just feel the need to do so since you got a server that's not making but 3:35 an hour

I'll update my review, still never have issues after all this time. I almost always order ahead and always get quick service. Never had an issue with the food either. (Old review) Probably one of my top three Sonic's around DFW, they always make my food correctly, just be careful if you order easy ice, you will get basically none.

The young lady working the drive thru tonight made a great impression. She was pleasant to order from didn't miss a beat very nice and made me feel at home she greets everyone the same and made it a nice drive thru experience. I work in the hospitality industry and know that you don't have to ask for bad reviews people will gladly give those regularly. So I thought i would give a good review for you because you are doing a great job.

I frequently visit this location because I commute back & forth to work in Fort Worth. I'm glad it's there, because otherwise there's nothing else in between Granbury & Fort Worth. I have always received prompt and friendly service, especially from a young lady named Skye who has worked there for some time. I have asked for fresh French fries when I visited in the afternoon and would probably get whatever was in the warmer. They fulfilled my request. Who can deny Sonic has the best drinks?

We frequently stop at this place. We usually place a mobile order and sit at the tables because the work truck doesn't fit. They are fast and polite. We have yet to receive a wrong order and the food is always good for what it is.

I work in Cresson and I come to this Sonic often. Sky is an amazing employee, she has an infectious smile when if it's been a rough day. However this morning prior to noon I went on my break just to get a drink and planned on ordering through the app for happy hour. Since I can't order my customized drink through the app I beeped in for help and was told by another employee that the app was down at their location and I had to order through the stall in which I didn't get the half off discount. Normally not a big deal for me but this week I was counting coins to get through the week. Will it stop me from going again? No, but maybe make an exception on pricing if the app is down and the intention was to use the app?

Love going to Sonic, like being able to sit in the vehicle and enjoy a meal. Everything offered on the menu is delicious. A favorite drink is the Route 44 Cherry Limeade Slush! Their staff is friendly and they make sure ask if there is anything else we might need. Like salt, ketchup and the like.

Love going here in the summer! They have friendly staff and are always really friendly. The prices are fair. You can sit in your car or sit at the tables they have outside. I would recommend this Sonic. We used to use the app . Witch is also easy to use. And you can let them know your on your way and check in when your there . You usually don't have to wait once your there . Unlike some places you order on app.

Fast, efficient fast food. They forgot to include ketchup for my fries, but it was late when I ordered. The speakers on the kiosk was blasting me out of the car, I had to put my hand over it.

The only chain restaurant in town. The food was actually better than recent visits to other Sonics. It seemed to be quick service even though the place was busy. The burger had flavor to it rather than the mundane average of other Sonics. All of the menu items showed the caloric level for each thing they offered. 😆

Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious except for the onion rings. They were way too thick with batter. And I forgot to ask them to cook the tots a little longer cause I like mine golden brown and extra crispy.

This is convenience at its best. We love the ice cold slushies, drinks and ice cream. They are a great and cheap way to cool off. We don't buy food at Sonic, so we can't speak for the taste or quality inn that department. Will we be back...yup.

This Sonic has it's moments. Sometimes they are good. Other times they argue about the onion rings being burnt and saying that's how they're suppose to look. Black on the sides is not how they're suppose to look. I don't care who you are.

Food was not great, service at the location is horrible the person taking our order was rude, we were not finished ordering when she shut off the speaker so my husband had to push the button again to finish ordering. Will not return.

We had teo orders of the No.1 cheeseburger, tots and drink. One order was to cut the cheese, but there was cheese, oh well, the rest was good.

First, I want to go to the taco stand across the street but it was closed. Went to Sonic instead. The food is way too salty. The employees use a very very large planter box for their own cigarette butt recepticle and it smells. The other thing is employees are smoking on the patio right where people are eating their meals.

Cheddar peppers could have been hotter as in temperature, no napkins at all in bag. (I'm sorry but I do not think one should have to ask for napkins on drive-thru orders.) Cherry cream slush was good.

The food is good and the service is good but not sure why the shakes have a sour milk taste and have for quite some time now. The best part of my visits is the service and smiling face of the car hop names Jessica. She's awesome. Best server I've had in a while. Keep up the good work Jessica, you'll go far.

My Dr Pepper had a weird taste LIKE the Pipes or Bad Well water... Didn't drink it... Anyway however I am still a Sonic fan just not for a drink at this location... It's probably well water and might need a way better Filter or something... At least the staff were nice...

While not the best fast food, my wife and I love Sonic for road trips. Their best known for their plethora of flavor combinations. We like the diet cherry limeade. But you can create your own crazy combo. In addition we like their snacks. So while not perfect it's a great quick stop while traveling.

Convenient, especially ordering with app, but we got something on one of the burgers that we asked to be removed. Happens a lot unfortunately at fast food places. Not all the world eats cheese on their burgers! They weren’t busy but the car hop was too quick to be friendly.

They need some help. Took 20 minutes +. To get 2 Route 44 drinks.

Good food but SLOOOOW service. Literally 2 people there and 10 minutes for a Coke and a corn dog. The Granbury one is so much faster.

We ordered at 11:50 they brought bag of ice out first. Really. Then when we got food it wasn't all there had to go back and it took till 12:25.

Rarely get the orders correctly. Paid extra for bacon and headed down the road. 15 miles later I find no bacon. This has happened with many other orders I've gotten from here....

I got a breakfast burrito. Eggs are cheap and for what you pay there should be more of them! This burrito was half the size of what I got the last time I was here. The flavor was there and the tater tots were tasty but I expected more. I was dissapointed.

Went to get blue coconut cream slush and just for a med. They are 3.25 but the sign doesn't say that it doesn't say anything at all how much they are . But they do say that slushes are 219 big difference. Don't you think ? Put the prices on the menu

Look idk what’s going on with this place, but for being the only chain restaurant within a few mile area they absolutely suck, onion rings are always burnt, orders mixed and matched, I mean you name it!!! Now all that being said once it is brought to managements attention, he does do everything in his power to correct the issue.

One star is to much to give the sonic in cressonTX it takes over 30 minutes to make a burger. I went there today for lunch and I only get 30 minutes for lunch and I had to go back to work with out luck because the could not make my order on time

We ate there on Monday evening. My husband and I have been sick since then. I have tried to call the store several times but I guess they are having phone issues.

It wasn"t as I expected. I ordered a plain hotdog with relish and mustard on the side. I received a cold hotdog without mustard and a large side of relish. My other order of a #1 on the order that I received, did not have ketchup with my tater tots. Which was requested. It really sucked for a short lunch! Sorry! I"ll I probably not eat there again.

Really the worst sonic ever.The food for some reason always have a strange taste.I keep trying to give this sonic a chance because it's literally the only fast food near but it's always a disappointment.I went to get a ice coffee and it tastes like a cup of spoiled milk🤢

Who is the general manager .. this place can b empty and not a sole can answer the phone after making my food wrong .. then I guess I'll hear an attitude when I complain about it after driving ten miles back to get it fixed .. double cheese burger with bacon is a one patty burger with no bacon..or tator tots like rocks cause they don't want food waist n can't recook fresh food ...

ive been going to this sonic 3years, and its safe to say i wont be anymore. This place has gone down hill with it's customer service as well as food. Everytime i order anything with gravy its gravy water. And most recently my drink had dirt in it. So just a heads up, you might want to inspect your food before you eat it. now that the subway is closed here in Cresson there arent many options. I guess i will just start bringing my lunch.

Horrible location! I live in cresson and they have messed up my order too many times, I will never go back. Today I ordered 1 chocolate shake and 1 smores shake. When I get to the window he says 2 chocolate shakes and a smores. I tell him that there is only 1 chocolate shake not 2. So he took off the second chocolate and the smores shake, hands me the 1 shake and closed the window in my face before I could correct him again.

This used to be the best sonic. I bet we spent 200 or more a month on drinks and food (five kids and lots of sporting events) for years. Since Felicia and the other girls have left this place is horrible. We only go when we want to see if things have changed but sadly no. Never fails. If we try it is is terrible every time. The tea sucks and they can never get the order right. I pulled up yesterday for the first time in months and the guy watched me pull up and I sat t the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes with no one responding on the mic. He could see me and I could see him in the window. I finally gave up and pulled to the window. I sat there for 3 minutes with the guy 3 feet a way from me but ignoring me. Then he opened the window and tried to hand me a drink. I said I hadn't ordered yet and he said oh. He Took my 2 drink order...i paid 4.95 and both drinks were screwed up. Diet coke was coke and sweet tea tasted like unsweet pee . I just poured them out and vowed to never go back.

I went to the Sonic on Forest Lane and 75 today. There were only a few cars there. The drive-thru was closed and the stalls said drive-thru only. I do not know what is going on with this particular location. This is the second time in two weeks that I have been here and they were closed. They need to get it together because I know there were a lot of upset customers.

This is bad this place dose what they want. Me and my mother ordered LG drinks and got 12 oz cups, not 32 oz like we ordered. This place is definitely going down hill.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. They can’t take an order to save their life, even if you force fed it to them with a spoon. Then, they probably don’t even have the item you ordered. Your best bet is to go 10 miles down the road to a real restaurant!

Extremely slow service. Ordered drink with extra ice - did not happen. My husband used to stop every morning for a drink but it got to where he just did not have the time to wait for as long as it takes them to make one drink. So he quit stopping. We were thristy so we stopped today. Waited close to 15 min for 4 drinks.

Ordered a large meal and a sonic blast, person read back to me my order, and I received a medium meal, and I say medium meal because the soda that came with meal was a medium, missing side order that comes with meal, waited 15-20 min for a burger and sonic blast due to an item missing, got me for 18 dollars for three items, only nice experience was the nice attendant that brought out food

Don't bother. They rarely get your drive-thru order right. After 2 years of this BS from them, I wrote their headquarters. Never heard back from them. To me, that tells me they don't care. Well, now neither do I, which is why I will never purchase from a Sonic ever again!

Took 30 minutea to get 2 drinks and 3 shakes and there were only 2 cars in parking then not only that one of the lids to the ice cream came off and spilt all over my car and the employee just walked off and acted life she hated her job and life. Horrible customer service

There was no one else here when we ordered our food and they got my order wrong! Not only was it wrong but it was old they did not make the food fresh. Absolutely horrible experience definitely will never eat there again.

Really disappointed with my food and service. I usually come and get bad service but I normally don’t hold that against them. However today was different. I was patiently waiting for my stuff. (Over 20 minutes), they were not busy as I was the only car and there was no communication with me about my stuff. It was a drink and some popcorn chicken with sauce. They showed up, didn’t say hi, all they said was “here” it was a guy in a purple shirt with a hat. I opened my bag, got no sauce and the majority of my popcorn chicken was tiny fried leftovers, only about 3-4 pieces of chicken. I am probably not gonna come back again because I do not feel welcomed here.

I get food here ever other time due to having kids and how close it is to me, and literally every time I get food, I'm always missing upwards of $20 worth of food. My kids are especting something and even when I state that I don't have my stuff, they still manage to mess up a simple order and my kids are out of what they wanted. You're better off passing by here and taking the time to get better food and customer service, the people working here are incompetent.

I can't give less than one star. We stopped to grab breakfast at 8:45 AM. Pushed the button. There is NO other cars. We were the only ones around. Husband wondered if they were open at all, pushes the button again. 2 mins latera car pulls up 2 spots to our right, hits their button almost immediately & it was answered as fast. Then to our left another car & answered just as fast. They never answered our call, the board showed be right with us. My husband was mad by then. Said they didn't want our business so we left & our call button still had not been answered. Very unhappy.

Place an online order show up 7 minutes later and the ice cream is soup. You really can’t teach common sense to some people even the ones who are so called managers. Won’t spend a dime at this place ever again. I’ll drive to aledo if I want sonic that bad.

My sister and I got a shake from here and it had spoiled milk and it tasted sour, we called and told them and then went back a couple days later and it still tasted spoiled. That’s going to get someone sick

I ordered a medium strawberry limeade and was the only one at the stalls. It took them 5 minutes for them to take my order then took over 8 minutes for them to make a single drink. I have been there a few different times and it is always the same experience, I will not be going back.

Ordered a a strawberry cheesecake blast. And literally got just strawberry ice cream in a cup. Called and the man I spoke with told me that he made it himself and that it had strawberries and cheesecake chunks in it, I dump it out into a bowl and still was just strawberry flavored ice cream, he then caught an attitude with me and was rude trying to tell me there was nothing he could do about it. I told him I want it replaced and he said okay. Waiting to see how it is now.

Okay first off, we have had problems with this location on multiple occasions. Once we found a roach in my sons wacky pack and the second time we got 3 drinks and it took 20 minutes. And this today the last time im ever coming here we had a very rude male carhop and we waited 32 minutes exact. And they forgot our burgers. And on each time there was only about 3 to 5 cars there my mom is very allergic to tomatoes we told them 3 times no tomatoes she is deathly allergic and still gave them to her. im so done with this location. If i could give it 0 stars i would.

Tuesday night. Pulled in, was the only vehicle in the drive through. Waited roughly 15minutes for someone to talk to me at the stall... no one did, the vehicle that pulled in behind me finally left.... I pulled around to the window... waited about 5 minutes no one came over.... I circled around again and a worker outside smoking saw me circle and ran inside to tell the others there was somebody in the drive through.... as soon as I pulled up someone answered the stall but the first thing out of there mouth was. “Welcome to sonic please wait a second”.... to which I waited about 5 minutes before they took my order. Everything else was normal... just weird how long it took to get served with 4 people working inside and maybe 2 cars in the stalls and me in the drive through....

Ordered the Buffalo chicken bites. Wayyyyyy over cooked crust was burnt ang a fee had no chicken in it due to over cooking and had to wait 20 minutes for a drink and Buffalo chicken bites. Worst sonic I've experienced ohhhh and my drink was not made correctly.

usually come here cause it's like the only food place in town where i live. well i ordered online coming back from granbury and i've gotten the 1.99 double cheeseburger from granbury and weatherford and they come with everything on it, i order here and it's just meat cheese and pickles. Every other time i've gotten a drink here it sucks and tastes like they need to clean out their soda machines. very disappointed excpecially since i tipped

This place keeps you waiting for 20mins even though you're the only customer in their lot. They'll get your order wrong after all that time. When you tell them you can't order through the app, they'll lie to you and tell you it works just fine.

Unscrupulous owners/operators. They would not honor a BOGO deal clearly listed and in effect on the Sonic app. I’ve had problems with Sonic service and pricing before, but they were completely unapologetic on their refusal today. Won’t be back, perhaps to any Sonic.

The amout of issues this place has is insane. From terrible customer service to cold food. No napkins, no nothing. Just heres your food , bye. It's insane. I ask for jalapeños on my chili coney. I got literally a whole cans worth on it. Poor establishment. Called the 800 number twice, and was hung up on both times. Won't be back.

This is a disgrace! This is supposed to be a BLT lol. As you can see there was maybe a half of piece of bacon on it! I absolutely couldn't believe it. The food was so bad we couldn't even eat it. This place deserves negative stars, it's the worst Sonic in the state of Texas. No joke.
