Our waitress Abby was great, along with good food, drinks, and prices.

Stopped in for an order to go. Very friendly ladies up front. My order came out quickly. The cold plate was very fresh and the hot food was hot and perfectly cooked. Great queso dip as well, generous portion.

Went there with my mom and grandparents for lunch and had a great time! Our waiter Josiah was great! He held conversations with us and made sure we were very taken care of. Will definitely go back!

Kinsey, our server, was fantastic! We had a small problem with our order but she made it right very quickly. The food was good and came to us hot and fast. This was a good first-time experience. I will come back next time I'm in Texas.

Nice food and great service. The salsas are great. We had them with Nacho sauce and Guacamole. Both tasted delicious. We had a bunch of food and everyone was very satisfied with their meal. We had margaritas as well and they tasted very nice. Not too strong but also not watery. I can definitely Iguana Joe‘s for a good Tex-Mex.

I have not been to this location in about 10 years. I had no expectations going in as it's been so long. Our waiter Drake Checked on us often and made sure we had what we needed. Very respectful and attentive. I was a little nervous to eat there as its been so long, I didn't know what to expect. He made such a great impression! The food and all was great, but these 5 stars are for him!

A large party of us went for an event and used their party room. Service was amazing and food was delicious. Stephen our server was fast and kind! Would definitely come back again!

So at this particular Iguana Joe's...it was the first time to eat here... The food was really good and hot and the service was extra good. The manager came by the table to check on us... they seem to really have a good team here... meaning the people that work here seem to be happy and enjoy their job... that really impressed me. Highly recommend bringing friends here to eat and enjoy

Not being familiar with the menu, I asked our waiter Lane for recommendations. Lane's recommendations were perfect, for both of us. His service and mannerisms were professional and much appreciated! Our food was served in a timely manner and delicious. Thank you Iquana Joe's and Lane!

It was a great visit & our first time at this location. We usually go to the one on Beltway 8 up the road as Crosby is such a hit or miss with their restaurants. Very friendly & attentive staff! Best service we have had at any restaurant for a while. Margarita was very yummy with the Stella Rose. Food was good but could have been a little better IMO. I did really like their rice, though. Nice outdoor area & it wasn't too hot for a Friday evening in this heat. I just don't think we can keep eating out with these prices though. Goodness!

We’ve been coming here for years. Back in the day they were mediocre but convenient if you had children. The past several years they stepped up their game tremendously. The food has gotten so much better and we are always craving their Amazon tacos (we have to request them since they are no longer on the menu). Every-time we come, Devon always goes above and beyond to take care of us and even if he’s not our waiter. Tonight we had Ashleigh, first time we ever had her and she was awesome! Best place in Crosby to eat hands down! The staff here is fantastic and the children love coming here. Can’t beat great drinks, food, & a place for the kids to play. I don’t normally do reviews but they deserve this shout out! Great job guys! Keep being awesome. Devon and Ashleigh deserve a raise!

What is happening with the music at this restaurant? I love it (10/10) but I don’t think it’ll be everyone’s vibe. Country, 90’s alternative, Spanish, back to country then outcast comes out of no where! All bops but so random 😂 Food was delicious and came out relatively quickly. Iguana Joe's in Crosby is my spot for Mexican food. My favorite is the seafood Enchiladas with Cilantro Rice. The waitresses always take good care of us. Not a long wait at all and the food is hot n fresh! I would highly recommend this location.

The kids love this place. I have eaten here so much that it's hard to say anything bad but maybe the price. The Chili Con Queso is the best around and not to mention great drinks! The staff is really friendly and the service has always been really good. One of my favorites in town.

I think this may be the "red-headed stepchild" of the Iguana Joe's family. Their food is on par with the other locations, but the interior of this restaurant just doesn't live up to the other stores. It just doesn't seem as clean and fresh, so I tend to avoid eating here--which is sad considering their Amazon sauce is one of the best sauces of all time. I wish they'd get a remodel. It's past time.

Pretty dang nice. They have good food. Service was great. It was a cool spot on a hot day. Good atmosphere, great company and good food. The only problem was it kind of smelled of gross mop water from time to time. But not bad.

The waiter was a very polite young man and kept our drinks full! Didn't get my order right but that's ok I believe he just misunderstood me, no biggie. When we sat down at the booth the table could've been wiped down just a bit and there was green sauce on my wrapped napkin and silverware. The waiter replaced it. The food is always delicious! I have stopped here several times on my way home from Houston. The service was lacking on this particular visit though. The waitress was lax in checking on us and we had to wait a considerable amount of time to get take out containers and the bill. They weren’t busy. That said, we have always had excellent service at this location, maybe it was just an off day. Don’t skip the queso and that green sauce! Seafood enchiladas are delicious and so is everything else I’ve tried here.

The staff is friendly and made sure our drinks were always full. The food came out quickly, looked great and the servings are a large. My husband was not happy with the tortilla part of his enchilada and the manager quickly came by to take care of it. The atmosphere is lively; the high ceilings and windows gave an open space feel. The tables were easily joined and seperated to accommodate small and large groups. Overall a nice place.

Love their chicken fajita taco salad, the green sauce makes a great dressing. Always good.

I love the food! Service is generally good. My only issue with the restaurant is when it rains. Water pools near the entrance, sometimes even flowing into the entry area, and causes very unsafe conditions. The water gets tracked in onto the tile which becomes extremely slick. Please fix this issue.

This was a unique place for starters it's very spacious .The food was good and fresh .The salsa was ok but I've had better. Overall it was a joyous visit,but I must say the portions are very big as you can see.

Food was ok, and place it a bit run down compared to other locations. Building can use some attention. Walked into dining area with buckets and water all over the place. If the eating area has drips in the roof, how is the kitchen? I’ve been here before and didn’t have any issues, but on a day after a major rain, this place was very different! Could have been the storm?? But not sure they should have been open (5/10/19) with that many roof leaks!

Food was good as usual. Was not happy with the waitress dropping the F bomb in front of my 7 year old as soon as we walked in the door. Not that she hasn't heard it before, but it's not professional to talk like that at a restaurant in front of your guests no matter where the restaurant is located.

Food was great but 5 out of my party of 6 were served and the last person got to watch everyone eat awkwardly while her shrimp tacos (of all things) took an additional 10 minutes to come out. So with 2 small kiddos it was not a great experience since all of the people at my table were almost finished, some getting ansty while last person was feeling rushed.. took it to go. I think it had something to do with the waitress not writing a single order down.... I will just stick with to go ordering. But you have to double check that food before you leave! Awesome red and green sauce as always

Pretty pricey for just okay food.

The food was pretty good as far as Tex-Mex goes, but the service is terrible. We had the unfortunate experience of having Sierra as our waitress. I was there for my birthday with my family. Sierra never checked on us and everything we needed her to do took forever. We had to continue to grab other staff to find her. When we tried to complain about our service, they didn't care. We're never going back. I do not recommend as far as service goes, but the food is a billion times better than the Pesos across the street.

Great food! Terrible waitstaff. I've gone multiple times to see if it was just a bed day, but no. They suck. Sometimes we'll order and our waitress will just disappear? And the take out counter sucks too! All I can say is the food is good enough for 3 stars.

The food here is just okay, but it's still one of the most popular restaurants in the area. I've been to a couple of the other Iguana Joe's locations (Wallisville and Atascocita) and the food quality was a lot better.

Hmmm.. Cheese inside the enchiladas was not even melted. Nacho coverings had slid off the chips into other items on my plate. Charro Beans were Luke warm and almost tasteless. Seafood Enchiladas were cold in the middle and flavorless. All this and the plates being so Hot, one didn't dare touch them out of fear of getting burned! The Green Salsa was very tasty, whereas the Red Salsa was very tomato tasting, otherwise bland, and I found it to be too hot for my taste. Neither of us completely finished our meals due to it being sub par. The fact we were constantly buzzed by and landed upon by flies was disturbing, as was the music and noises eminating from the open kitchen! The waitress was congenial and attentive.

The food was ok but definitely have had better especially from the same franchise at other locations. I ordered the T-dawg and it came out within 5 minutes and looked like it was reheated from the day before and didn't taste fresh. The Service was good. The atmosphere was good. My son loved the playground out back. Overall, it was ok.

Place used to be great with amazing service and now its just a randown establishment thats barley making it, you take the bar away and the place would shut down.

The restaurant smells of cigarettes when you walk in because of the attached bar. The womens bathroom HAD NO AC!!!!! And the manager just shrugged his shoulders when I let them know. A fire Marshall warning of violation on their door. Basically only ate here because it has a good kids menu and a playground and happy hour and sof serve ice cream. There is the good and the bad.

Really disappointed in the service this afternoon. We have been occasionally eating at this place for several years. Today when we went, the crowd was small but the sevice was VERY slow! We waited ,at least ,30 minutes for our food and when it did arrive it was room temp. My rice was hard around the edges. When our server was told, she seemed a little upset but took our plates and said she would have them reheated. ( so my rice can be harder,I guess) We won't be going back any time soon.

It was my first time visiting this restaurant. My company had a meeting g there. The food was ok, which is no big deal, it could have been better if the service was better. Our server was attentive, but meh. After we paid that was it. She never came back and no one even acknowledged us afterwards. We were there for about 3 hours and the shift changed and no one asked if we'd like our drinks refilled or if we wanted to order anything else. We were completely ignored. I was super thirsty and not being able to get a drink was pretty aggravating. Definitely will not be back nor have a meeting there again.

The other Iguana Joe's I have eaten at were great but this one was terrible. Food was way below average and the restroom ar this place was tiny. I mean, two people is one too many tiny. Customer service was great though. Waitress was top notch.

If you drive to Crosby and go into the restaurant, you're going to find good food that's slightly more expensive than it needs to be, weak alcoholic drinks, okay service, and tea and sodas that never have enough ice to withstand the constant heat. This place is never comfortable. Always hot inside. They're always busy, which I used to think was due to the quality of the place, but have since found is more because there's no other place to eat without driving. They offer none of the perks other locations offer. Can't order online. No one will deliver from this location, and good luck getting them to answer the phone so you can place a pick up order that way. Get with the times, Crosby location. Modern technology has zoomed right past you.

After 8 yrs of coming here off and on, I'm finally writing this review on their service; totally deterred.. The other Iggy Joe's, on point on service, but Crosby Iggy Joe's service has let me down once again. Hence this review. Hopefully the owners can do something/anything to change the service here.

Food was great and our waitress was awesome, but I don't enjoy sweating while I pay over $100 for a meal with my family. We would have been better off sitting outside with the fans blowing on us. I was here a couple of weeks ago and it was the same thing...hot and stale air.

Avoid this location. Walked in with my family of 5 and didn't even get greeted when we walked in. The hostess looked at us walked away and kept coming back without saying nothing just kept looking at us then another worker finally got us seated. Once seated I literally had to get up and ask for my waiter after sitting for some time. Food was warm at best when it came out. I got the sizzling fajita/chicken platter and the plate was hotter than the meat itself. Adult beverages were also terrible.(Margaritas) Bad experience all around.

Food was way too expensive for what you get on your plate.... We paid $75.00 for 3 people at lunch. That did include 2 house margaritas but all of us ordered off the lunch menu and drank water. They didn't even come with rice and beans.... We will not be back.

Date of visit was 08-01-2023 we paid our bill at 6:05 PM and below is what I sent them in their feedback section of the website. I am 100% honest with this review, Google has a total of 15 stars available for Food, Service, and Atmoshere, I gave 9 out of 15. That averages out to 1.7 stars rounded up so I will round that up to 2 stars. I would like to start on a positive note... Our server Blair Tilman was phenomenal, she was very polite and her attention to us was undivided. She knew the menu and seemed to be very happy to suggest the Birria Nachodilla to me as I could not choose. We will only sit with her from now on as the sevice we have received in the past has always been sub par. We go to this location only when we have to, other wise we go to MB or BW-8. She deserves recognition for for a job well done. As mentioned she recommended the Birria Nachodilla to me and my wife ordered the T-Dawg. The food came out in amazing time, and was great. However, the Nachodilla had no toppings on the nachos, it had slid of the chips onto the plate, not a big deal just dissapointing to have to make them yourself when thats what I paid for. Now for the negative... #1Climate Control- I understand it is hot in Texas but if you are going to operate a business that should offer a comfortable dinning experience, then AC in July is a must. This is the second occasion where the AC seemed to be struggling. My wife and I were to the point of sweating during our meal, the people behind us were faning themselves with the drink coasters, and the wait staff looked like they had just ran a mile. This combined with the poor house keeping made us not order our usual 2-4 mixed drinks, and we dont buy house Ritas either! #2- Cleanlines!!! The floor in that place was disgusting, I mean GROSS! rice was all over the floor at 3 different tables, no one cleaned it during our meal. The floor at the ice cream cone station was sticky, which is probably what caused a server to stumble and spill a drink tray. The mens restroom was in dire need of cleaning, pee was all over the floor in the stall and around the urinal, the trash bin was over fowing with pape towels. I realy wish this location would clean up as we live only a couple minutes from it, the lack of AC and cleanliness are deal breakers for us, which is sad because it has always, for years been one of our favorite Tex-Mex places. The only reason we will ever return to it is to have Blair as our server again, we WILL CALL 1st to make sure she is working. If not for her this location would never get our money again! Please try and do better, Iguana Joes was the best resturant in Crosby, make it the best again. Thank You.

Changing my review because this restaurant has quickly went down hill. Took my boys here for spring break and my chicken in the tdog was so hard I couldn't even finish it. The boys barely ate too. The salsa was at least good but $50 for 1 adult and 3 kids to eat trash food wasn't worth it. Could of went to taco bell.

Food is great, BUT the service could definitely use an upgrade. When we waked in, there was no hostess present and it took about 5 minutes to get the attention of someone to seat us. When we were seated, the waiter seemed great at first, but that was soon proven untrue. He gave us no straws for the drinks, added an extra meal to our order, and never gave my father silverware! My mom, my siblings, and i all finished our meals before my father was brought a fork! Absolutely ridiculous! He refilled our drinks only one time, so they were empty for most of the meal. When we finally asked for the bill, it took forever! We probably wont be going back anytime soon

What happened to the service? No complaints except the service. Love the food. Prices are reasonable. ........ but as a 20+ year restaurant veteran, standing at the door with 6 other individuals for 10 minutes, unattended, at 4:30pm on a Friday when school is out is utterly inexcusable, professionally. Servers and bussers walking by with their heads down. If I was still a FOH manager, I'd expect to be on the job hunt for that kind of incompetence.

This afternoon after Church we decided to go to Iguana Joes for lunch and let our 5 year old play on the playground. The food was great as usual, but a group of teenagers(high school age) took over the playground, climbing/balancing on top of the playground equipment and then daring the younger kids(5-8-year-olds) to do the same things and blocking them from using the slides. When confronted they stated that they had every right to be there, and when management was called, we were told there was nothing that could be done except talking to there parents. When we left they were doing the same as before with no supervision. Someone is bound to get hurt.

I usually have acceptable experiences at this location, however it seems as though tonight was not the case. I called ahead just to be sure my party of 12 could be accommodated and to check what the wait would be, no wait was great. Once I arrived I stood there with absolutely no acknowledgement as the hostess was too busy chatting with another employee. It wasn’t until a different employee brought it to her attention we were waiting. I gave them the number in my party, she then looks over at a server/waiter to let him know we were sitting in his area. Very blatantly and right in front of us he said “I don’t want to take it, there’s too many people”. I understand he’s young, although that doesn’t justify the unprofessionalism he exhibited. Even the kids in our party knew how rude and unnecessary his attitude was, they were even a bit shocked of how bold he was to say that while we stood there. Kudos to our server Carly though, she may not have wanted to tend to the large party but did it professionally and without being offensively rude. Service was a bit slow for the restaurant not being too busy. Some food came out almost completely cooled. They seemed to have been short on plates for appetizers as well.

My first bad experience here. Kudos to our outstanding waitress, the service was awesome. The two stars today is because the AIR CONDITIONER IS BROKEN. Get it fixed! Reviews mention it being out as far back as a month ago. Don't tell customers it is working but can't keep up with the heat outside. Call a service company. It was hot in the restaurant and flies were buzzing all around. Not the best food today either.We ordered two Especial Dinners and got guacamole that was turning dark and tacos with cold meat.

Friends really talked this place up. Boy was I disappointed. The entry was very small. The bathrooms were right at the entry as well. So people waiting for a table would have to shuffle to let others pass to get to the restroom. The service was not very good. Food was boring and overpriced. Atmosphere was awful. Bad bright lighting. The vinyl on booth seats were peeling, table was unsteady and small for a table for 4.

The food was fine but the service was horrendous. It took fifteen minutes to even see a waitress to order drinks and when our food was brought to us one of the plates so hot it burned my hands, the server had to take it back to the kitchen for a not-so-hot plate. Our waitress never checked on us and we sat waiting for her for twenty minutes after we finished eating to get our check. The dining room was hot and the only thing cooling it was a single mini split. Overall, a disappointing meal.

This place is ridiculous I've been wanting to try it out for a while now I take my son in and he sees the playground outside. Awesome right ? Until the rude host tells me we can't sit outside because there is a wait ... not even half of the tables are full outside and not a single one inside I will never return here its 2pm on a Wednesday there is no wait they just really seemed like they didn't want me and my son sitting on the patio . Try telling your child he can't play when he sees all the other kids playing .... horrible experience yall need to get it together

Tip default is 18%. I was served food that was clearly heated up in a microwave and maybe only the guacamole was made fresh. Poor service, bad attitudes, & sticky stables make this a place to avoid.

June 15 2018 I went to have lunch with my co-workers as we do for our hour lunch break. We were attended By Ivan who from the start rolled his eyes when one of my co-worker ordered a water. The other was on a business call and he stated “Is she ready or..?!” Didn’t think much of it and moved on having a good time. Ivan came around to take our order and one of my co-worker was indecisive looking at the menu instead of assisting her and putting her at ease..with an attitude stated “Are you ready!?” Making us feel rushed/ uncomfortable. Never smiled, asked how we were doing today etc. We felt so rushed and not welcomed we let him know the situation and we didn’t feel like a tip was well deserved. If he was having a bad day or not it shouldn’t be taken out on your customers. Let him know he had no patience and he stated “Well it’s rush hour!” That doesn’t sound like the customer’s problem and even more customers notice when it’s busy and you still take the time to make your customers experience an exceptional one.. you get the tip you deserve... that wasn’t the case. Lastly, we got up to leave he blocked me and stated “I am going first!” And as he walked in front of me hit me with his food tray and stated “And don’t come back!” Regardless if you got a tip or not you keep your customer service intact and professional. As an Assistant Store Manager my priority is EXCEPTIONAL customer service and dealing with very difficult customers with numerous personalities but how you go about approaching it has the biggest impact. This situation was brought up to GM Gina who instead stated she’s never had issues with Ivan. Gina, when customer is telling you they got HIT by a food tray that’s a red flag and I hope you follow your word on reviewing the cameras with this incident which will be passed up to corporate. Blessed day!

Can’t rate the food since we never received it. I have been to this location twice and the service is horrendous. Tonight we were there for an hour 15 minutes and everyone around us got food but we didn’t. Our waitress was MIA. We finally mentioned it to another employee and all we got was a sarcastic sorry. So we left. Avoid at all costs.

My food was served cold. I asked them to reheat it. It was brought back cold again. The ac wasn't working, so it was hot and stuffy. The tables and chairs aren't nice. It isn't space far enough to sit comfortably. Their bathroom is awful. It smells and the one stall that had a changing table was out of order. Avoid this location at all costs. Even the one in Channelview is nicer than this location.

Me and my boyfriend got food poisoning And I know it was from this restaurant because it was the only thing we ate all day. Diarrhea, vomiting, aches and pains in our guts starting in the middle of the night and all today

This is 2024 and we were not aware you could smoke in the restaurant. I’m good with my one and only time at this restaurant.I can’t help but wonder about the employees that have to work in this environment. Would you think if a pregnant lady would be working in this establishment the rules would be the same. I’m still just floored that this is allowable in an indoor establishment in this day and time. With A.I. or just simple analytics will tell you a smoker will still dine here if unable to smoke.

Food was salty. Paid for a side of rice but they didn't feel the need to put it in our bag with the rest of our take out. Didn't include the ranch that came woth rhe sampler I ordered. I could have spent $73.00 somewhere else. They got me this time. I won't be spending that kind of money there again though. 😡

We have always enjoyed this place. This visit went all kinds of wrong. We were seated and took 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us to go find our waiter. We were seated by the patio door which kids ran in and out constantly without supervision. My chair was hit by them running back and forth. The area didn't have fans and the heat from outside and the kitchen made it miserable . Flies were continuing landing on our food. Womens restrooms were dirty. I'm afraid this experience was not good.

Ordered 200 dollars worth of food. Didn't get all of it. Didn't get any salsa at all, 4 bags of chips though. Was told "I don't know how people eat their food". Didnt get any silverware. Was told "we don't put it in every bag". I guess they just listen to the voice and decide whether they are cavemen and use their hands or if they use silverware. Asked for the manager and was told, I am the manager. I asked for the remainder of order to be delivered. Was told "yea, no. That's too far, we shouldn't have delivered that order anyway"(shouldn't they have said that when we ordered?). Needless to say AJ the "manager" was completely useless, and needs some training. P.s. after further review, the chips were stale and chewy.

Biggest issue is the cleanliness and upkeep of this place. The entire building is in very bad shape. This includes the physical building, all seating areas and tables, restrooms… It just doesn’t make sense that this facility in its entirety is in the shape it is. There aren’t many options for dining in Crosby and this place always has a healthy amount of customers so you’d expect them to have pride and bring their A-game. It is disappointing and really feels gross in here. We do try to not make it a routine to come here because of this but again, there’s not much else to choose from out here. We’d hope the management/owners would step it up on this environment but every year that we go to this place it looks and feels worse and worse.

Come on iguana Joe's, do better. Went in for dinner and sat for over 10 minutes after being seated before anyone acknowledged us. Then someone only came over because I asked for a manager. We watched 4 servers standing around the hostess station and they kept looking at us, but none of them came to the table. Not only that, but flies were everywhere. After having spoken to the manager, we decided to leave and the servers very sarcastically shouted out have a good day. This would not have happened at the one in Mont belvieu, that location is on top of the ball at all times maybe whoever runs that location should go clean up the Crosby location. We won't be making the mistake of trying to stay close to home again, next time we will make the drive to Mont belvieu.

Horrible service and management. Ordered online but their app glitched still charged my card but order never went through to the restaurant. Was able to show the manager the funds being drafted from my account but he refused to honor the order, leaving me without my money and without my food. Will never visit this establishment again. Word to the wise if you choose to order from here don’t order online.

$15 and this is the size of our salad?? When you go in and eat this salad is huge. What a disappointment.

Food was cold and cheese not melted inside, beans very little seasoning very bland and cool not hot, We had flies swarming table and us. Server was excellent.

Just an fyi they have rats and one died in the wall they lite candles around the restaurant to cover up the smell

The service was absolutely horrible at this location. Now I know why the place looked so empty on a Saturday night. My 5 yr old niece could hv served me better. Here’s a helpful tip if your costumer has food left that they packaged up them selves you should at least bag it for them . Especially when I’m holding this rocken ass busted table with one foot that has drinks on it.

I will say previously I have never had a bad experience at this location dining in but, they have definitely lost my business from this to go order. I ordered stuffed avocado’s and one looks fine and the other is dark super hard and taste like they fried it last week. I also understand this is a cheesy dish but they could have a better solution for packaging because cheese was everywhere including in the bag and in my kids chicken tenders.

Went to the location in Crosby Texas. Wanted to sit outside and was actually screamed that by the GM that we could not sit at the tables that were told to us that we could sit at. Said that they were all reserved. I did ask where we could sit and then he said sit anywhere. The two hours that we were there no one sat at those tables. The customer service at this location is actually the worst customer service I’ve ever received. We are new here to Crosby and really wanted to love this place and I will tell you the GM that let me know that he was the GM multiple times was the worst GM and the service I’ve ever received at a Establishment. We will be taking our business across the street to the restaurant pesos. So if you’re looking for a place with good customer service do not go here

Didn't get plates. When I asked for them, I was given an attitude saying I didn't ask for plates? So we had to eat on napkins. After she came and picked up the plates( where the food was) spilled the ranch next to our table and never bothered to come pick it up. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he was gone and nobody to talk to.

I would never eat here again. All the food got dropped as it was coming out and after it was made again it did not come out all at 1 time. The Cheese Sticks came out and did not have cheese in them the cheese was fried out of them the waitress did not even notice it. we sent it back. The shrimp was over COOKED. After all that I still paid the bill and told the manager on the way out and she told me she did not have a clue on what was going on about everything and she passed by the Table a couple of times and did not even say anything to us. I added a photo of the shrimp that we got. I would never eat here ever again.

Normally, I like to go here, but my parents went last night. The queso was like water and clumpy, dads chicken wasnt cooked all the way, and my little sisters plate had guacamole put on it and then scrapped of with someones fingers(you could see the finger prints) . They notified the waitress who was amazing and she got the manager. The manager Teresa was not very friendly at all. She seemed upset that my mother showed her how the chicken was still pink. Will be calling to speak with Irma on monday.
