Mil gracias.
A very well-stocked café at a super affordable price. Good service and they even have gluten-free options. It was busy, but we found a table right away.
I've been going to this place almost every day for over two months. I usually get the cookies and cream smoothie, and I've always loved it. The waiters and waitresses are usually really nice: friendly, attentive, and they make the smoothie with care. They always added a little Nutella without hesitation, and it was a nice touch for regular customers. One day, a new waiter (short, with a hoop earring) served me and told me he had to charge me €0.50 for the chocolate. I didn't mind, I told him that was fine, as long as he poured a good amount, and that day he did, everything was fine. But from then on, every time he serves me, he barely puts any on and still charges me €0.50. Once, one of his colleagues was pouring the chocolate, and he took the container away from her to put less on. It seems like he doesn't like serving customers, and honestly, it really makes me not want to go back. Also, one day I ordered a chicken and vegetable sandwich in the afternoon and he served me with a sour face, as if he was annoyed that I was ordering at that time. The rest of the team is fantastic, especially a guy with tattoos (I think his name is Mauri), who always serves with a good attitude and a smile. I wish everyone were like that. Honestly, I wish this waiter wouldn't serve me anymore, because every time he does, the experience becomes unpleasant. It's a shame, because I love the place and the smoothies, but his attitude is incredibly discouraging.
We went there twice for breakfast when we were in Cuenca. It was located next to our hotel. The waiter was very friendly and the service was quick. The second time, we had to wait a bit because it got crowded. We had coffee with milk and a tomato muffin; in my opinion, toast that had been cooked a bit more would have been better. The price was reasonable.
its best
Nice place
Nice coffee
Nice place .
Amazing
Super
Nice ambiance, good service, well priced ... overall very nice cafe, good service Both inside and outdoor sitting Easy accessible by wheelchair Just in 2.5 € you can have desayuno (breakfast) Recommendation- Masala Chai ☕️ Just outside the autobus (bus) station and railway station.... so if you visiting Cuenca, you can start your journey with a warm coffee or tea (masala chai) at this cafe A perfect start
Went for a cola, no problems
Food and drinks ok. The service is inefficient and not very kind
I was with a Brazilian friend and we experienced xenophobia from a waiter who said he didn't understand Portuguese. The food wasn't very good either; the bread was dry, the hot chocolate was too sweet, and the coffee wasn't very good.
I really like going, but you're adding less and less quantity and making it with less care, and let's just say it doesn't end up being cheap. A Norwegian muffin (cream cheese and salmon) has no cheese to show, and you end up adding the salmon because they put it all together without any enthusiasm.
We came for breakfast and ordered two chicken molletes, each with a super-thin strip of chicken and lots of lettuce and honey mustard... you can't taste the chicken, which is the main ingredient in the mollete... the bread in the mollete was very good... a shame because with a little more quantity, it would have been a great lunch!
Terrible.
The waiters and staff were incredibly unprofessional, working on their phones at the bar while shouting the bill to customers at the table… I don't know, there are many details that make people leave with a bad impression of this place, especially those who have been here before. It took 30 minutes for some toast, then they brought the juice and 25 minutes later the toast itself. I find it shameful that places with staff like this are still operating… I think his name is Vicente, because I saw him mentioned in other reviews as the one who does things badly. The only guy I can't fault is a tattooed and polite guy (appearances can be deceiving).
The toast was good, the coffee bad, and the herbal tea (which they claimed was special) was no better than anything you'd get at a supermarket. On top of that, they charge extra for it (without prior notice), and when we mentioned it, they rudely told us it was on the menu. I won't be back.
We went for afternoon tea and it was a bad choice because of the waiter's poor attitude. I understand he's busy, but that's no excuse for treating customers badly. Maybe it's because there are only two people working, or I don't know. They made mistakes with the order twice and showed no interest in providing good service. In short, I don't recommend it.
