We used ChatGpt to find us a “Smash Burger “ place and this was #1 on its list and was it right !!! We drove 40 minutes to eat here and were so happy we made the drive. The owner was very nice , clean restaurant and food AMAZING !!! We’ll be coming back ! Thanks
Been all around the world, LITTERALLY and honestly the best burger place I’ve ever been to. I coulda added avacados, I coulda added cheese sauce 😭😭
During the time we went by, there was absolutely no wait in line. The food was good, and it came out fast. I loved how the buns were so soft. They have great burgers. Also personally love how the grilled onions were.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place was actually insane. It’s so good.
Super nice place! The service is extremely fast and their burger buns are so fluffy and delicious.
I ordered an extra hamburger with meat and fried egg, I have to say that it exceeded my expectations! Besides, the boys receive you with good energy 👍
My first time trying wulfburgers and this is an awesome experience. The food is really good and the service is great! They have been real nice showing us hoe the ordering works with the app machine and making us feel welcome this first tume here. The coca cola mexicana is so delish!! Love it!! Me encanta!
This place was recommended to me, and I went today with my boyfriend. Everything was great. And the service we received from Alejandro was the best. I highly recommend this place.
When almost everyone else in Dallas was shutting down well before 9 pm last night (Friday), Wulf Burger said “come on, we’re still grilling up delicious food!” This was our first time trying this place and it will definitely not be the last! I ordered a Wulf Classic and had mine prepared with grilled onions. Wow. The flavor combination of this burger was fantastic. The two men working inside were more than kind and made sure we had everything we needed, even though they were likely eager to close up for the night like everyone else. The overall vibe of the place is relaxed and we felt totally comfortable during the short wait for our burgers to be prepared. Upon the first bite, it was obvious we’d found a new, great place to grab a quick meal made by people who care about the quality of the food they serve. I was already planning what I’d order the next time before we left, and I’ll definitely have to try those sweet potato fries when we visit again.
A very clean and welcoming environment with great food! The staff is very friendly and helpful! The truffle lime aioli matched with the seasoning on the fries will knock your socks off! This place is all around AMAZING! If you haven’t tried them yet you MUST give them a try!
On a cold damp night when every other business chickened out of serving food and didn't even bother taking down their "Open" signs, Wulf Burger was there for us. Ordered a special burger with 3 patties and a fried egg, oh my god. In a world where every egg yolk runs like all of the other restaurants did tonight, this egg was as solid as the night I had here. The meat was delicious, and the sauce was there to compliment the taste, not over power it like many rely on. The buns are red which is awesome, they use a modern tap to pay interface which I don't see too often on this side of the atlantic, and the vibes are industrial but extremely clean. If you haven't been yet, then you need to change that. #FeedYourPack!
Today was my first time there and overall it was pretty good. I had a father daughter lunch date. I ordered take out and her and I both were surprised on how good it was. We both heard about the place but we never experienced their food before. And I tell ya my daughter tore that burger up it was so good!!!! Her and I are burger lovers and we really enjoyed the flavor of our food. Dope place to go for the burger lovers out there and to hang out and kick it a little bit.
The place was close to our convention. We already were full of great inspirational food for thought and this place was the cheery in top. I had the classic burger and added avocado and had some sweet potatoe fries. It was all amazingly delicious! The Guy who took our order had great service n got out gods out fast and hot.
Wulf Burger is honestly so good. The burgers are juicy, full of flavor, and you can tell everything’s made fresh. The fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly, and the service was fast and friendly, Wilmer will for sure make me come back he made my experience a lot better than expected. Definitely a spot I’d return to!
360 Brunch House was like striking brunch gold—and yes, I’m still thinking about it. We stopped in after an early morning of community service with the Hotcake Hustle, already hungry and tired, and this place absolutely delivered. From the moment we walked in, the energy was right, the service was on point, and the food did not come to play. Shoutout to our server, Jewel—friendly, attentive, and let’s just say… easy on the eyes. Service with a smile always hits harder. Food-wise? 🔥 Kaleah and I ordered the Cowboy bowl—steak bites, scrambled eggs with cheese, and potatoes. Let me be very clear: this was real steak, not that shaved mystery meat trying to pass for beef. Seasoned well, cooked right, and hearty enough to recover from volunteering and living. Another friend ordered the French Toast, and honestly, the picture tells the whole story—golden, fluffy, and tasting exactly how it looked. Someone else went with the Chicken Ranch Wrap with fries, and that plate was cleaned… which is always the real review. Now let’s talk drinks, because brunch without cocktails is just breakfast with responsibilities. We had a French 75, an Old Fashioned, and a Classic Margarita, and every single one was crafted exceptionally well. Balanced, smooth, and poured with intention—not heavy-handed chaos, not watered-down regret. Respect. Overall, 360 Brunch House checks all the boxes: great food, strong cocktails, solid service, and a vibe that feels celebratory without being chaotic. If you’re looking for a place that understands brunch is both a meal and a mood, this is it. I’ll absolutely be back.
This is what I'm looking for when I'm looking for brunch. Great menu... strong and creative drinks... a chill vibe! Check...check and check! The staff was attentive and friendly. The vibes were great and it had a food and cocktail menu that is perfection. I had the hot honey chicken and waffles with the whiskey sangria and I was very satisfied. Love this place and would come back.
The food and service was top tier! My party stated the hot caramel latte and espresso martini were a must try! The food was fresh, hot, and large portions. They were super busy at 1045am on a Sunday, but no wait time. As we left at noon we heard there was a 45 minute wait and the line was super long, but people were willing to wait. Jessica was our server and her suggestions were spot on!
This burger was awesome. Same for the fries. I would definitely eat here again. They did lose a star for the way you order. I don’t mind the computer screen but it made it very hard not to tip. They don’t take the order, they don’t bring you the food, and they don’t service the tables… why would I tip? And for the screen to automatically add it… then make it hard to remove it. Seems scammy. Pay your employees correctly.
First a disclaimer, I had only fries and my family ate burgers and as per them it was delicious and tasty . It’s advertised as Halal burger.
Burger and fries were top notch! To be fair, it’s a little impersonal. You order, pay (and of course tip) on a screen before you see any employees. Then when your order is ready they call your name from behind a counter. Not sure if this is all locations or not but I’d definitely go back for the burgers!
We came here for our Christmas brunch and had a great experience! We arrived early on a Monday morning, so the restaurant wasn’t crowded. The space is a decent size with a nice atmosphere. Our party of seven received excellent service—our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious with plenty of options to suit different preferences. They also have a great cocktail menu (though I didn’t try any this time). The only downside was the coffee—it was lukewarm, and I prefer mine hot. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place to others!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The service here was truly excellent, and our bartender Juan (the Juan and only!) was a standout—friendly, attentive, and unforgettable. The food itself was decent, though not mind-blowing. I ordered the Hot Honey Chicken & Waffles, which were okay, but the Apple Whiskey sauce absolutely stole the show. My husband tried the gluten-free pancakes and felt they were also just okay. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and had a great time. We stopped by based on a recommendation from our Dallas friends, and the vibes and service definitely made it worth the trip.
I enjoyed this food! I ordered the 2x2x2, and my food was cooked great. When I ordered they accidentally gave me bacon instead of chicken sausage, and my service corrected it without me having to say anything. The only thing I can say is there are a lack of substitutions. For example, they don’t have turkey bacon, or you can’t get all wings with chicken and waffles. Other than that the restaurant is nice, but the tables are a little close.
We tried this place recently for brunch and had a good experience. We had a party of 3 so we couldn’t make a reservation online (4 or more). There was a party of 15 that had a reservation in front of us that the restaurant wasn’t prepared for. The hostess disappeared for 10 min to get that situated while the other parties piled up at the front. Once we got seated, the service was good. The food came out quick. The Baja chicken breakfast bowl, 2 egg breakfast and chocolate chip pancakes were all great. The portion sizes were great for the price. The food came out before my wife’s mimosa, but only because it sat at the bar for a bit. Overall, we had a good experience and we will try it again when we are in the area.
I ordered the Wulf Special and added bacon, fried egg, and Mac & cheese. Good burger with quality ingredients. Average environment but is a modern diner feel, more like a fast food setting, self ordering kiosk was malfunctioning and didn't produce a receipt. I contacted the owner through e-mail several times and still no response.
this was my first time here so i had high hopes. i didn’t expect it to be kind of like a fast food type of vibes. But they had two touchscreen order machines when we came in so that was convenient. I ended up getting the classic burger, and my girlfriend ended up getting special. We made some adjustments to the burger to fit our taste buds and that went very smoothly. I got sweet potato fries and she got regular fries. The fries were on the saltier side. As someone who does enjoy a little bit more salt so I was not mad, but my girlfriend was unimpressed. The specialty burger does come with a garlic aïoli. My girlfriend did not think that it paired well with the ingredients on the burger. I wasn’t the biggest fan of it either, but the classic burger was very good. it was very juicy and very seasoned. Almost too seasoned. my sweet potato fries were good paired with the classic sauce. the Hispanic man who took our order, offered us great customer service. He asked us how the food was, and when we told him, it was a little salty he offered us two free fries for the inconvenience. Overall, a great experience, I would come back. But since we live on the other side of town would have to be if we’re already on this side of town not sure if we will go out of our way to come here again though. Overall 3.5/5 I would recommend.
Everything was good!!! The manager tho, not professional whatsoever!!! I'm Hispanic and he is to. But never did he stop at my table. He did stop at all the other tables where "white couples", and "black" couples sat. IT IS WRONG AND DISRESPECTFUL AND STEREOTYPICAL!!!!!!! Me being a service supervisor at a very popular store and have more than 25 years in hospitality, would never do such a thing!!!! 1st and last time I visit this establishment.
This was definitely not the best experience for our monthly cousin brunch. First the atmosphere: the restaurant is dark and moody, but well lit. It's not the largest location and the waiting area is tight. There is seating outside, but you then have to contend with the heat in the summer. The table chairs were comfortable and I didn't feel like my knees were at my ears. The tables are not big enough to hold the food and drinks (we bought the mimosa flight) and it felt like we were crowding each other at the table. Side note: At 5'9", I'm always critical of seating. Next, the service: Gabriella the hostess was god-awful. She was rude and very unfriendly. When we walked up and gave the name the reservation was under, mine, her immediate response was, "there's no one under that name." She didn't ask to repeat it, spell it or even attempt to try to find it. She just kept saying we didn't have a reservation until someone else came over and asked for the telephone number it was under. Voila! There's the reservation. The girl NEVER smiled. She treated everyone that came through the door the same way because we watched her. Now our sever was great! She was gracious and made us feel completely welcome and comfortable. She didn't smother us with attention but made sure we were taken care of. A perfect balance. The manger, Cliff, needs to get a new hostess or get Gabriella some training. Lastly is the food: three of us had the chicken and waffles, while one of us just ordered the simple breakfast. The cheddar waffles were just the right amount of crispy fluffiness. And the chicken was dee-lish-usss! The perfect seasoning with crispy skin and juicy meat. It came with watermelon sprinkled with tajin. The only downside was the mimosas didn't have all the juices advertised. They were out of the mango and pomegranate so we ordered the basic: pineapple, peach, orange and cranberry. All in all, this was not a totally bad experience, but the hostess ruined what could of been a great one.
The ONLY thing holding me back from giving a 4 was the service. Let me begin with the positives. The food was excellent! Hands down a 5!!! Very good portion sizes and everything tasted fresh including but not limited to the fruit. The service was not very good. You walk in and the host has his back to you and you have to walk around to get noticed and greeted He also wasn't very welcoming. Oh definitely get onto the waitlist as we did and for a party of 2 which we were it was nearly a 75 minute wait on a Sunday at 1. Next the server took a very long time to take our order. Our order came and the eggs were supposed to have potatoes and toast but they didn't have either. I was unable to inform my server because I never saw him again until we were done eating and it was time for the check. The place is very very loud and is difficult to have a conversation. The seating is very European as the tables are very close to one another which personally I don't mind but with it being so loud it just added to the noise. Bottom line food is spectacular service is sub par and atmosphere is very loud
Calling 360 Brunch House “busy” feels like a complete understatement! I dine out frequently, even during peak hours, but never experienced a restaurant this chaotic. Our group made reservations for a weekend morning brunch. The food tasted amazing but the atmosphere felt frenzied and the service definitely suffered. Even with the manager/owner checking in guests and setting up tables and a robot bringing orders to tables, our group waited for about 30 minutes past our reservation time before we got seated and we consistently needed to remind our server about what we ordered… it made for a less than ideal and unnecessarily long dining experience. While I encourage you to try it for yourself because even the best restaurants go through “off days”, our group will likely not go back to 360 Brunch House anytime soon.
Ordered at 11:19am and they did not have any mobile order for me one guy took my name went back to get another guy he got my name took a picture of the receipt on my phone. I asked him if I had to wait another 10 minutes he said yes. I asked to get a refund and speak to the manager he pulled out his phone to call them. There was never an apology or hold on a minute I’ll make this right, he remained silent until I requested to get my refund once more. Terrible customer service and terrible business management. The manager was not even there for me to speak to and also not a single crew member was able to speak or express concern even the one who gave me the cash refund NEVER said sorry they hardy speak English the employees could barely understand English and told me his name was William I asked him to spell it he spelled out Wilmer. Beware of this location extremely unprofessional from start to finish not a single person was empathetic. Worst first experience had to happen during my lunch of all days
I’m honestly very disappointed with this place. I had high expectations, but the experience was terrible. There was hair in my food, and instead of taking accountability, the cook tried to blame me for it being there, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. There was not only just a hair in my food but there was also a hair in another plate at our table. I refused to be blame for these types of accusations. On top of that, the service was slow. I waited about 10 minutes for my food while everyone else at my table was already eating. For a breakfast restaurant, that’s unacceptable. The food itself was overpriced for the quality. Nothing about it justified the cost, especially considering the hygiene issue and poor service. I expected much better, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
Today was our 2nd time at this place. 1st time was great so we returned and took our son for his bday. Everything was great until we started eating our $22 Flaming Apple Whisky Toast and saw there was a long dark hair on the caramel under the bottom toast. We commented to our waiter and he took the plate and check with payment at the same time and said "I'll take care of this" and never returned with a response. Anything. We weren't looking for a free meal! But an apology would have been great. As we left we noticed a few females with dark hair color in the kitchen. Maybe hair nets should be worn when handling food. Not sure that we'll be giving it a 3rd try!
Zero out of 10 — I do not recommend. I left this restaurant feeling nothing but disappointment and frustration. If you’re looking for flavorful food and an enjoyable ambiance, this is not the place. My sisters and I were shocked by a heated and completely unnecessary exchange between a customer and multiple staff members — including the server, the manager, and ultimately the owner. The situation escalated simply because the customer stated her food was undercooked and she did not feel she should have to pay for it. To make matters worse, the owner stood in the middle of the restaurant arguing with her in full view of every guest. It was disruptive, unprofessional, and extremely uncomfortable to witness. What was meant to be a joyful celebration of 18 years of sisterhood was overshadowed by this display of poor leadership and lack of customer service. As for the food, it was basic and clearly contaminated as one of my sisters became sick after eating the chicken and waffles and a few of the lamb chops. Overall, this was an awful experience from start to finish. Zero out of ten. I do not recommend.
Horrible Service, Mismanaged Waitlist, and Rude Manager We had the worst experience here. Booked via OpenTable, showed #5 on the waitlist, but were told it was “wrong” and the restaurant uses a secret internal list. No wait time given, multiple guests complained, and the manager Frank dismissed everyone. When we were finally seated, our waitress was rude and our mimosas looked spoiled. When I asked for a remake, Frank said there is a “strict no refund, no remake policy.” When I asked where this was communicated, he said “it’s by the bar” and admitted it doesn’t need to be visible on menus or entry points — which means customers are set up to fail. He even compared us to another table, dismissing our concerns. As African American lesbians, we felt ignored, mistreated, and singled out. Frank then raised his voice, refused to accommodate, and even had our food removed from the table. Absolutely unprofessional and humiliating. This was not just a bad day — it’s systemic mismanagement, lack of accountability, and outright disrespect to customers.
BEWARE of this place - if they mess up your food, guess what no return or exchange and you are paying for it too! My hubby surprised me today by taking me here for a Mother's Day brunch. I ordered the whiskey apple French toast and steak bites. Hubby got the lamb chops and waffles, and our boys got the chicken and pancakes. Our meals took a while to come out, and when they did, the baked goods did not come out hot. The waffles, pancakes, and waffles were hard and difficult to cut. In addition, flavor was lacking. When the server finally came back to check on us, (one row was missing of my French toast as I let my son's try a bite first and then I took a bite), I let her know that my French toast was really hard and difficult to cut through and eat, which she agreed with me that it wasn't cooked right based upon my demonstration. It was as if they didn't fully dip the toast in the egg batter nor cook it long enough - it was completely dry and hard toast. When the manager came over, I told and showed him my French toast, and he offered a "great discount" for the poorly cooked and inedible French toast. Then asked me if I wanted a box, which i was taken aback as i just complained about it being inedible, did he think I was complaining just to get a discounted meal...I didn't want it. I'm a foodie and know from experience that any great restaurant with great customer service would have offered to remake it correctly, completely remove it from the bill, or provide an alternative. Thankfully, the steak bites were good as that ended up being my Mother's Day meal. 😥 Service was slow, food was way overpriced for the quality provided, ambiance is cute, but layout is awful and offers limited space, especially in the front for people checking in for a table. On top of all this, they gave graciously gave themselves a 20% gratuity for a table of 4 and this was not communicated in advance. Paying $160 for low quality food and mediocre service for a family of four is ridiculous. I do not recommend this place, and I'm surprised it was so crowded. We will not be returning and will keep our business at The Brunch District in Colleyville, where we get delicious food, great service, and a lovely ambiance for half the price of this spot.
