My favorite healthy way to go! Price is reasonable compare to any other salad restaurants and taste really great. I love their mini croissant bread. Only downside is that it's not a cute salad place to go and eat. (lol)

It’s tough to eat clean in Dallas because they’re so much good food. Salata is a great spot if you’re in West Village and want to eat healthy. Your meal is fully customizable so you can add whatever you want in your salad. Parking maybe a little rough. Highly recommend. This is my salad spot in West Village

The food was good. I love the variety of options they have. A++ on all of the flavored teas. The peach and raspberry are delicious. Service was pleasant. The inside feels dowdy and almost sad. I like the location on NW Highway the best. Not sure if it’s the decor and just felt brighter and therefore cleaner.

I really enjoyed this place: Yes, the price for the wrap in my opinion is over priced for the portion size (I can admit the salad went beyond my expectation). If your exploring options it’s better suited to enjoy a salad for the price. Of course it depends on the individual preparing your salad but if the business has a standard there should be no reason this options doesn’t surpass your experience.

Although salata is a great choice for lunch online orders for delivery must do better. I paid for meat and extra croissant didn't get any also didn't get any dressing with my salad who wants a dry salad..not me..do better. This is for the location on Blackburn in Dallas,Texas. And this is not the first time I didn't get all of my items that I paid for at this location with an online order

It’s hit or miss. Salads are nice and reasonably priced. I have been visiting this place for the past couple of months. Visited yesterday and again today. Today the pita chips were stale and yesterday the staff forgot to add the pita chips to my bag so I needed to come back to the restaurant to get them. There is a lot of new staff that needs to be trained. Also I don’t think I’d ever try a call in or online delivery from here. A number of the employees do not speak any English and it’s easy for them to put the wrong food on your salad due to that. Smaller complaints that lead to big issues for folks expecting a quick and easy ordering experience. But it’s a quick salad bar chain so overall it’s fine to try out.

Salad was great but portion size of the veggies and even protein don't add up to the price. Customer service good but I had to ask for and extra tablespoon of the veggies I like such as onions and radish! The Jalapeno Avocado dressing is FANTASTIC! Not spicy at all. I got it on the side and should have asked for more than the 2 given.

Well darn…. Let me start off by saying I absolutely love Salata! But this location for some reason always seems to find a way to ruin that. Weather it be me having to nearly beg for an extra scoop of corn or the staff just not understanding what I’m saying to them. I typically don’t leave reviews but this was the icing on the cake. Yesterday I went in for my lunch and asked for carrots and the lady put in cucumbers and when her co worker told her in Spanish I asked for carrots instead she corrected it by just picked out the cucumber leaving the residual taste in my lettuce not the end of the world, but finding a hair in my food definitely doesn’t allow me to comfortably eat my meal. I’ve been to quite a few locations with this one being the most convenient but this location doesn’t seem to stand up to the Salata standard I’ve seen elsewhere.

I recently placed an order for a salad delivery, which was approximately $19.20. Unfortunately, I was informed that delivery is not available to my location. Instead, I was given the option to either pick up the order or cancel it. To my surprise, the cancellation fee is $21.90, which exceeds the original order amount. I would like to understand the rationale behind this cancellation fee, as it seems disproportionately high compared to the cost of the salad.

As someone who works in customer service and works in packing people’s online orders I am truly disappointed in salata. I placed my order online for delivery since I am having car problems and I am truly disappointed in what I received where are all my extras I payed for ? And where are most of toppings at ? I payed for extra pita strips and I didn’t know that consisted of three big pieces and a couple of broken pieces and not only did I pay for extra pita I payed for extra dressings as well and where are they ? Not with my order. Lastly half of toppings were missing I didn’t get my Parmesan cheese, apples, or my croutons and I checked to see if they were under the toppings they didn’t forget and they weren’t . This is so frustrating because this one isn’t even my go to salata but it’s the only one that offers delivery close to where I live. I called and requested to speak to the manager but he won’t be back till Monday so I left my contact information and I will be expecting that call on Monday. I will stick to going to the salata in Grand Prairie.
