I am absolutely thrilled with the new location of our favorite coffee house! Having frequented their other locations, which have always been amazing, quick, and spot-on with our orders, I had high expectations—and they did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the same warm and friendly atmosphere that makes this coffee house stand out. The staff here are incredibly efficient and attentive, ensuring our orders were perfect, just like at the other locations. The quality of the coffee is exceptional, and the pastries are fresh and delicious. This new spot has quickly become our go-to place for a cozy, welcoming environment and top-notch service. If you’re looking for a coffee house that consistently delivers excellence, this is the place to be. Five stars, without a doubt!

I am so happy to have this in the neighborhood! The new space is super inviting and I love the walk (p)up window. However, I had a bit of a negative experience on my first trip: I ordered two iced dirty chai lattes and received regular iced lattes without chai. As a disclaimer, I'm not usually the type to send something back, but since I paid nearly 20 dollars for two drinks and was really looking forward to a dirty chai, I went back up to (very apologetically) ask if maybe I'd gotten the wrong drinks on accident. Most of the staff were super nice about it, but one person - who was probably just having a bad day - more or less shamed me for asking them to correct my drinks, claiming they were right the first time. The experience made me feel like I am perhaps a complete jerk? Hopefully I'll get over that and return soon. In the end, the dirty chai was great, as was the regular iced latte I received first on accident.

The coffee and tea is better than Starbucks especially the chai latte. The large served its duty for 2 hours of work time. There is plenty of charging outlets and work space. Wifi connection is good and not too many people go to this little gem location yet.

The coffee and drinks that I've tried so far have been super good! The coffee brewed her is so well done. The staff is always super nice, helpful, and quick! Last time, I was sitting outside with my pup and they not only brought my drink out to me, they got my pup a treat too! So cute. Will definitely be back. :)

I’ve been to White Rock Coffee multiple times and have not found that “one” coffee that keeps me coming back. I ordered the Sopapilla Latte today (honey and cinnamon) and had high expectations but it was nothing I would come back for. They have a lot of very sweet drinks on their menu (Adam Bomb, White Rocker, etc) which I’m not super into. But if you like sweet coffee this is your place! The historic Lakewood location has a decent amount of seating and a nice walk-up order window. I definitely need to come back and try more menu items to find something I like!

The window is open until 8PM, the seated area closes at 7. Not as convenient as the old starbucks this store replaced unfortunately.

However, be prepared to pay a premium price of around $20 for 14oz (400 grams). Despite the cost, we found the coffee to be a delightful surprise, served in ceramic cups rather than the usual paper kind. Unfortunately, the excellence ends with the coffee. The pastries leave much to be desired. The scones, for example, are not crisp and bland as one might expect, but rather mushy, overly sweet, and more akin to a soft cookie. Another downside is the atmosphere. The music is extremely loud, making it difficult to work in peace or have a gentle conversation. Ear plugs might be necessary if you plan to stay. In our experience, the best approach is to enjoy the coffee to-go or purchase beans to brew at home. While the coffee is exceptional, the café itself is not a pleasant environment for a relaxed visit.

Got the adam bomb. I don’t know maybe the workers are new here but it didn’t taste as good as the other locations.

Customer service and drinks are amazing! However, this past visit I ordered my drink with no ice (second time here). And I received this. Now, I did ask for no ice due to my sensory aversion (didn't think I had to share that), so as you can imagine I was dissatisfied when I got this half cup of coffee. Needless, to say I ordered the small one too.

1 staff member was possibly new aloaf and seemed to be poorly trained 🙄 I had to ask for napkins. The napkin cage dispenser was empty. Instead of the attendant walking her self around the counter, she asked to get it for her🤷 I'm the customer. I don't think she even asked please😧 Lazy in my opinion poor work employee manners and protocol. I might not go back. The original location has better trained and attentive staff.🤷‍♂️

It’s 7:48pm 12/12/24, the sign in the window says open, google says open till 8pm. Employees are in the store with the doors locked and chairs stacked saying they are closed through the glass by making an X with his arms. Very disappointing, poor customer service and bad business closing before your posted time.
