I don't like to cook, I often ask God, why do we have to eat? LoL. Because... I have to eat... I always go to this restaurant because its near my home. The food is so good every time everytime I go.. Yum 😋 to the cook. I have spent lots of 💰 money here and have neved been disappointed by their service. The car hops have been very nice;no, I always get my food to go but I told myself that one of these days I'm going inside to sit and eat but until then I will enjoy 😉 their take out service. I made this to go order from the parking lot and it took about 15 mins to come out after I checked in. They were on it today.

Our server Talijah was awesome and treated my granddaughters like the Princesses they are. The food was great.

I just had my first dining experience at Olive Gadsden. I order Togo-from the establishment often but from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant. The server KIMBERLY was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, making great recommendations that enhanced the meal. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Kimberly service was prompt, and she went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I can't wait to come back and enjoy another fantastic meal!

I know I only posted one picture and that's because I began eating before I realized I didn't take a picture of my food. That is how good this place is. My breadsticks my zuppa Toscana soup and my salad was gone in like 10 minutes along with my watermelon sangria🤣🤣🤣. My daughter couldn't decide what she wanted so I got her the pasta and the pizza which we ended up taking home because she didn't eat anything 🤣😭🤣

Celebrated my birthday with my family. The food was very good. We were seated in a private area. We had a fair to Midland server. He was split with our party and helping another server. Which meant he needed to be located often. We were a party of nine. THE manager stepped in and began to accommodate us. The atmosphere was great. There were several birthday celebrations that day. So it was busy. However, laughter and cheer were in the atmosphere. We left happy and satisfied.

The food was delicious as always, but the service was unique. Best Olive garden I've ever been. The waitress was sweet and thoughtful just like the manager. Loved it.

This was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had at The Olive Garden. When I arrived the parking lot was clean and free on trash/debris. As I entered I was properly greeted. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and it was super clean and had a fresh smell. Then I was seated and from there it gets better! My server came to the table and gave me a warm and friendly greeting. She was very helpful with menu choices/suggestions and through out the entire dining experience she was extremely attentive to my needs. My food came out fast and was hot and fresh. I had the create your own pasta with Angel Hair, Asiago Alfredo Sauce, Italian Sausage, & Grilled Chicken. Oh and I added bacon which gave it WOW factor! It was incredible! My server's name was Shakila pronounced (Shah-kee-la) so do not hesitate to ask for her to have the same incredible experience. Shakila's customer service was nothing less than exemplary!

I am only providing 5 Stars because of the service provided by Amaiya. My family was there 2/23/25 and the visit started rocky. The host miscommunicated and skipped our party atleast 4 times based on the information they provided. Based on their lack of professionalism we started discussing finding another establishment to visit. At that time a manager intervened. I want to say from the time we were seated and Amaiya introduced herself to our party things seemed better. She was very attentive, professional and just overall a great person. She explained the menu and represented your restaurant in an excellent manner! Her service is why I decided to give 5 Stars! I hope she is recognized for her hard work as she turned our visit around for the better. We left happy!!! In a world where you could be anything you chose to be kind! I ordered take out at their takeout counter, paid for it and within 10-15 minutes I had my food. Always make sure you check your order before you leave the restaurant. I'm not saying this place does it but other places have shorted me on food if I didn't check my order before leaving if it's take out.

Curbside pickup is excellent, efficient and very professional. Food was sealed very well to avoid spills. The attendant delivered the food to my car with a smile. Very friendly. This location is much better than the Waxahatchee location on service and efficiency. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and Zuppa Toscana soup. After the 20 minute drive home, the food remained temperature ready. I suggest this location over any other for quality and service. There was zero wait time after the pickup time. The food was ready prior to the time expired.

Olive Garden gives that small taste of Italy from the decorations to the music playing in the background. This is always a great place for family to get together and share some Italian food with love and laughter.

Take out was easy and convenient. I was surprised when they served French fries with the kids meal. My son loved that. I picked up my order at the designated time and did not have any problems.

Great tasty food. Our sever made the experience not pleasant. Had a little attitude maybe she didnt have a good day and its understandable but as a manager myself we have to leave all that negativity at home and make our clients feel special at all times. Wow! This was one of the best experiences I've had with service, food and overall everything as part of a large group. Excellent everything honestly, I am amazed at how amazing everyone worked together to make our experience amazing. I had called to ask if they could accommodate a large group of 20 people a few days before and they literally made that there was one long table prepared for all 20 guests to sit at one table on the date and time I had mentioned. Then, not only that but the server, Khyra, was beyond amazing. I have never in my entire life seen anyone wait on a table with 20 people as well as she did that afternoon. She was sweet, calm and very professional. She was discreet when my friend who graduated was making her speech and on too of that, made sure that everyone got what they needed, including all the extra things different invidivuals needed. I was literally mindblown after that experience. I could write a whole essay here about my experience but overall I just want to say THANK YOU OLIVE GARDEN AND A HUGE SHOUT OUT AND THANK YOU TO KHYRA, YOU'RE AMAZING! And you are definitely going places! You have no idea how everything you did literally made all 20 of us feel so special. Great Italian Food and Friendly Staff! I ordered, appetizer spinach artichoke dip, and traditional spaghetti meat sauce with garden veggies, I also loved their salad it's a bit tart but it good with bread, kids meal chicken fingers and fries, spaghetti, chicken/shrimps Alfredo sauce was delicious too! My family got too full and had to take togo. Their desert always delicious too but next time will order it!! Plenty of parking and waiting time on weekday aren't terrible, weekend they're very busy!!

Great food and consistent atmosphere as usual. Great service until we finished eating. We were killing time waiting on a flight out of Texas to Florida. We being my wife and i both seniors. The service ceased even though the bill was over $100. Don't pay your bill o the kiosk until u are ready to depart. Really, in general, Texas sucks. Avoid it If at all possible.

A friend an I went to Olive Garden just before Christmas. Her idea. I hadn't been in years. I had not been in years. I was pleasantly surprised. The service was exceptional. The young man who waited on us was very knowledgeable, very courteous and very professional as he maneuver around his table.

My drink was delish (apple sangria) the person at the bar is always so nice and makes awesome drinks! No complaints on the food except the last time I went, I ordered the gnocchi soup and it was very watery, as well as they tend to give smaller portion sizes when ordering out than when you dine in. The gnocchi soup usually has the perfect consistency and delish! I'll give it another try as we really enjoy Olive Garden!

Don't sleep on Olive Garden for fresh Italian Soup and the Shrimp Fritto. The Shrimp Fritto has perfectly fried and seasoned shrimp and bell peppers with a spicy creamy ranch sauce - it's an appetizer but can substitute as a meal. If you are a soup lover but have not had Olive Garden's soup you are missing out

I recently dined at Olive Garden in Duncaville, TX, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was quiet and enjoyable, allowing for a relaxed meal. Our server was attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. I tried the Toasted Ravioli and found it to be delicious, although I wished it had more filling to truly satisfy my appetite. The Tour of Italy dish was a great way to sample multiple classics in one plate, and each item was flavorful and satisfying. The Chicken Alfredo was creamy and rich, and the Chicken Gnocchi Soup was an absolute delight with its creamy texture and delicious flavor. However, I was slightly disappointed with the breadsticks as they seemed a bit off in taste and freshness compared to my previous visits. My family and I had the spaghetti, chicken alfredo, and shrimp. Normally my food is pretty good but today my spaghetti wasn't that good and my stomach became upset. My boys didn't really like the chicken Alfredo and neither did my Mom. I guess every cook eventually has an off day.

I received dinner to go from here. Usually my dine in experience is great. I ordered a dinner portion of chicken scampi and a toscana soup. The chicken and flavor was good, but my pasta was inedible. It was mushy and cut up. Not a long strand of angel hair in sight. The soup was great and was hearty. The restaurant was pretty busy, but the food quality shouldn’t have to suffer.

The food was excellent as always. 1 st time I have to wait 10 min for a server (place wasn't busy), drinks were a mess, my bottle of Heineken was warm, the server apparently was new because my wife ordered a strawberry limoncello and she brought a regular frozen strawberry margarita. She didn't check after the food arrives, she didn't ask for refills of anything, and I finally ordered dessert myself in the tablet. The service in Olive Garden is always amazing i don't know what happened and definitely the place wasn't busy to use it as excuse.

Well, the service is okay to good depending on the time of day and day of the week. Yes, they can seat you fairly quickly...for good reasons. If you want your order correct then this place is NOT for you. However, if you do not care if you get the gnocchi with the Chicken and Gnocchi soup then, by all means, dine here because you if you order that soup all they will bring you is the Cream of Chicken soup. You might get lucky and get served one gnocchi or 2. Sadly, this is not the only thing they scimp on. I have been to this location countless times and it just gets worse. Might just be the last time. Tonight, the waitstaff was incredibly rude, inconsistent, and really flighty. This is by for the absolute worse my family has ever endured at a restaurant due to the waiter. Will not be back to this restaurant.

I went in by myself at 2:45 on a Friday afternoon. The greeter asked if I'd sit in the bar area. I asked if that was my only option and was told "pretty much right now". He walked me over to a low counter for 2, sitting right in front of the bartender. I told him I didn't want to sit there and left. Horrible, horrible that a seating of 1 can't be accommodated. I'll do my best not to return to this restaurant.

Seating was fast! We arrived before a big party was seated. Our server was NOT doing his job. We had unlimited soup and salad with our meal. He gave no refills, we had to ask another server for soup and refills on our tea. We waited over an hour for spaghetti and meat balls/ shrimp scampi. We was about to leave as people were getting their food before us but they were seated after us. We wasn't rude or aggressive with him. But, a merical happened, the manager apologized for the service and give my husband and I a gift card! 👌

ZERO stars. Absolutely the worst customer service possible. Our server forgot our order, (which makes sense, since she didn’t write it down) After 20 minutes, she came and asked. Meanwhile, we watched 6 people come in to the desk to order, sit down, get their to-go order and leave. Our patience was running thin, and we asked (2) additional times. We were there close to an hour, and still didn’t receive our food. She never came to check back, didn’t provide water, and had not friendly. When we asked to have our food to go instead, she said they were working on it. Fast forward, and (8) additional to-go orders were pushed and left, and several Uber Eats deliveries too. We were beyond frustrated, and we asked to remove our items - we didn’t want it anymore. The serve didn’t acknowledge us, aggressively took off the amount - and went to tell her boss. We could hear the conversation, and the lady with white button up and slacks brushed it off and didn’t acknowledge us either. Completely mind blown that this behavior and service is acceptable. No wonder why the restaurant was EMPTY.

They made me come from far away saying the had a 10 table people available for me. And the lady outside of the door didn’t even let us in. We totally understand the situation but this lady behind the door was disrespectful and honestly after years visiting this restaurant it is the first time experiencing something like this. We’re Italian my mom is turning 55 today, we visited a different location cause we really love this food.

My friend and I went there and we’ve always been going here for years now, our waiter was rude he never checked on us never offered us refills on drinks or salad and every time he would walk our table he would ignore us act like we weren’t even apart of his section, but when he would attend his table behind us he would be nice to them and ask them if they needed refills on there drinks. To top it off when we paid we didn’t give him a tip because we felt ignored so when we walked out the restaurant he followed us outside to the parking, he acted like he was on his phone which really he was just playing it off, so I went back inside and complain to the manager about him. He doesn’t need to be following people outside when he has tables to serve. The manager was nice he offered us a refund for the bad experience.

I went inside and I ask to be seated it was only me, the front desk girl asked me to take a seat on the bar area I went and took a seat no one ever assisted me I waited 10 minutes and then a girl asked me If I was waiting on a to go order and I told her no, she told me that table was for people waiting on to go orders and then she left and came back asking me if I can wait while they find me a table, I left the restaurant feeling ignore then i called the manager and told her watch happened and she acted like she care but she didn’t bc she didn’t did something to solve the problem. Horrible waisted of my time and feeling ignored

So, I have had three bad experiences at this particular location. First off, I love Olive Garden. They have amazing food when cooked correctly. But, after visiting this location, I will not go back. The waiter was awesome! Thank you for all of your efforts to make it right. The picture of these stuffed mushrooms were horrendous I did not like the presentation of them and it made me not want them again. I am a mushroom connoisseur. I will not go into details concerning my visit, but the staff was great!

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Olive Garden that has unfortunately left a bad taste in my mouth—before I even got to eat. I placed an online order in advance and received a confirmation email stating that my food would be ready for pick-up at 6:00 PM. I checked in on time through the app to let them know I had arrived and I also called to check in, expecting a smooth and timely pickup process. However, by 6:30 PM, no one had brought the food out or provided any updates. I called the restaurant to ask about the delay, and the person on the phone casually told me that they weren’t sure why my confirmation email said 6:00 PM because their system showed 7:00 PM as the actual pickup time. This was beyond frustrating—why send out an official confirmation saying 6:00 PM if the kitchen isn’t even planning to start the order until later? The entire point of ordering ahead is convenience, and instead, we ended up waiting over an hour in the parking lot for a meal that was supposedly pre-ordered. There was no real apology or effort to make it right. It felt like our time didn’t matter to them. For a national chain that prides itself on hospitality, this was a serious letdown. I don’t usually write reviews, but I think it’s important for others to be aware that the online ordering system may not be reliable. If you’re placing an advance order at Olive Garden, be prepared for delays—and possibly a lot of waiting around for no clear reason.

Horrible food. This place has really gone down over the years. My family used to love this place, but we will not be returning. The best pasty of the meal was the appetizer- spinach artichoke dip. The soup and salad were good also. Our waiter was extremely nice, but that can’t makeup for the horrible tasting food.

My experience was not as good as I thought it would be. I had to wait almost 45 mins for my order. Overall the waiter was nice but I think she was new, she didn't know too much of the menu. My son was happy with the food.

I love Olive Garden but this was horrible everything was cold and to spend $30 for a cold meal is not ok. The bread was literally freezing and they didn’t follow instructions

The salads are nastyyyyyyy🤢🤮.. they put the rotten veggies on bottom and put some fresh once at top.. don’t know what else rotten stuff they put in my cooked food!! Throwing it all….😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

If I could put 0 stars because of the service I would. I was out celebrating with my family a birthday and our waitress ( didn’t get her name ) was very rude and was in rushed while we were trying to figure out what to get. We got there around 8 and we felt rushed like she was in a hurry to leave. When we were tying to figure out a drink and explain the drink menu to my out of town family she kept saying “ what’s the drink” we literally love Olive Garden but I was so unsatisfied with her service.She was rude multiple times I almost asked for another server. She had braids with a bit of blue I believe . When we were gonna pay we were just reviewing the tab and she got an attitude because we were looking at it and asked “ if everything was ok” we said yes just checking and she replied “ “ OH OK CAUSE I CAN CALL MY MANAGER” with an attitude when we were just going over the tab. This is our favorite spot so we thought we’d take our out of town family but never again. Everyone in the table notice how rude she was . We couldn’t ask for anything cause she would get an attitude. Won’t be here again.
