Very nice group of young people! I walked over from the QT and it was a very good decision (I forgot to order my drink)! I didn't get "his" name but he was as tall as I was 6'2/6'3..."thanks again Nephew! Keep that positive "young man" attitude!
I hope I’m remembering her name correctly, but Ms. Sherry was incredibly kind and welcoming last night. I usually feel uncomfortable going to places so close to closing time because I know how it can be, and I often get an “ugh” attitude. However, I went in just five minutes before closing, and Ms. Sherry was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much!
I ordered from the parking lot (so I could get my drinks half price), pulled into a stall, and the food came quickly, just as ordered, fresh and hot. Essence was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean.
I was having a rough day today. I had just gotten back from the vet, I’m pregnant and I was really hungry. I had parked at the very first order booth when you drive in and someone had come up to me and told me it didn’t work but I had just received a call from my doctor so I sat there for a while a on the phone. When I moved to go to another booth one of the employees came out to tell me that that booth didn’t work either, that they had noticed I was sitting there for a while, and offered me a free meal. I told her it was fine that I would pay and she kindly declined. The food came out hot and perfect. I felt bad because I had no cash on me to leave a tip, so I figured I would leave a good review to try and make up for it. I wish I would have gotten that employee’s name as she was very sweet. Thank you for your service Sonic. You really did make my day so much better than it had been going. It lightened my mood and I really appreciate it.
Very sweet night manager always makes any mistakes right. I love that. Wish McDonald's made it that easy. Lol
I ordered from the drive through! Check your orders cause they will get it wrong more times than not! Disappointing for sure

Everything about this was terrible. I place my order and when I get there I entered stall 15. Ten minutes pass by and it says Devin is on the way with the order, another 5 minutes and still no order. I press the red button no response I pressed the button for a second time again no response. I called the restaurant no one answered I waited another couple minutes called again, again no answer. Finally drove to the drive thru and told the girl by this time I’ve waited a total of 30 minutes for a mobile drink order all for her to go grab the already made drinks from the countertop and say “sorry.” If this is how y’all run your establishment I don’t want to purchase from here anymore.
No service at all! My parents went this morning and everyone was too busy decorating. No time for customers, I guess. They decided to go to Lytle instead. Horrible service.
Ugh stopped by on my way to San Antonio. Ordered a Bacon egg and cheese toaster only. Girl asked if a burrito smh anywho I know it’s lunch so I expect a wait. My ordered is scanned for delivery. After 5 minutes I buzzed in and the guy said oh yes it’s sitting here and would have it right out. 5 minutes later I decided to drive off. I will go to my local Alamo Ranch location 45 minutes away. I’m sure it will be worth the wait. I hadn’t been to this location in 8 years. Now I remember why.
3 rd time we ordered food first two times. Was double charged manger gave wife voucher to off set amount came today. And server said. Machine not working outside sometimes double charge customers and take payment inside. Was upset at process and told server trashy service so she told owner Silvia and she came out and was not professional and I expressed to her what happened in the past and she said there was no way I showed her on my bank statement where it does and she told me basically, if I didn’t like it, don’t come back she doesn’t need my order so just want to make it clear and I will forward this to corporate very unprofessional if she is really the owner, but would never come back to this location again
Honestly this place does not even deserve one star! They are disgusting I went a few days ago and asked for a tender snack wrap and there was instead popcorn chickens in there. The tea always tastes a week old. Basically I will never go there again. Could never compete with Lytle sonic. If u want fresh food and drinks go to Sonic in Lytle is all I can say.
Food took forever, order was wrong, they misplaced my card and had me waiting for 15+ minutes, order still came out wrong.
Long story short, I come home from a long day of work. I made the mistake of not checking the food but I assumed it would be okay because this location is fair. But come on. What is this. And the worst part is they did not give me a receipt because they were in the wrong the manager was helpful but did not believe me so I made this post to show them what I received. I was replace the hotdog but seriously the original tots were cold but I did not believe I had to mention that to get meal replacement like I was told I just was giving a hotdog replacement this is ridiculous.
Was one of just a few customers here and they still couldn’t get the order correct… Nothing complicated, just asked for no onions.
They can’t make slushies for nothing like the staff here is so incompetent it’s mind boggling. Going to contact corporate this is sad shut down if your not willing to train and hire good staff
I thought just the Lytle, location was bad about screwing up an online order, but I was wrong. Waited over 30 minutes for a shake, paid for extra banana and it didn't have any banana at all.
I use the app when i order and everytime it takes so long to get my food. Like tonight it took them 25min after my pick up time to bring me my food my milkshake was completely melted, they did remake it, my food was cold when i got home the meat in the burger and the chicken in the wrap tasted old the chili cheese dog ice cold was so salty i couldn't eat it. And when I got to Sonic I was the sixth car and there was no drive-thru line other people got their food before I did they got there after I did at least they remembered the cheese on our Burger this time. And this is not a one time event they don't prioritize mobile orders the food is never ready when you get there you have to wait forever to get your food I don't remember the last time I had hot food from there their quality is horrible and it's like they don't take any pride in their work or move with a sense of urgency and sometimes there's fries or tater tots or so greasy that it's clear that that they have re-fried them to heat them back up at least one or two times instead of wasting them because they're old and cold. If I had to wait 20 minutes to get hot fresh food that was made to order even though it should never take that long when it's not busy I wouldn't care about waiting but to wait that long and have ice cold food some of it was inedible unacceptable
