Chipotle is always good for a quick bite that isn't your typical fast food quality. I don't go often but when I do I'm always satisfied by the portions, quality of food, and price. They tend to get large lines but it goes relatively quickly. And the service is fast and friendly. Would recommend

I always get the bowl meals. They look small but, I cannot eat it all in one setting. I usually take the bowl home and it actually tastes better from sitting in the fridge, heating it up and sitting in front of the tv. Great comfort food that you will want to get more.

When Chipotle first came on the scene I wasn't impressed. The meat seemed dry and the vegetables didn't have much flavor. I thought "this place is just a fad". Fast forward to today and things have changed dramatically. I absolutely love their product. The cost for what you receive is well worth it. The taste is only matched by those who have the capability of crafting it themselves. Time is money too, let these guys do it while you enjoy the fullness a healthy meal can deliver.

My work ordered catering for Cinco de Mayo and it was fantastic! We did the Build Your Own Double for 25 and we had plenty of everything. Everything was packaged well and very easy to stop and pickup. Would definitely recommend for catering.

I come to the DeWitt location for lunch 1-2 times a week and I always have a wonderful experience. Monica is always friendly and she’s great at keeping the lines moving and Bero is always efficient and friendly at the register! Thank you both for ensuring a great customer experience.

We walked in and it started to get busy. Zhanae was killing it knocking out orders, and her coworkers were efficiently supporting her when she said she was low on product. Another team member jumped on as the line got longer. They both kept a great positive attitude and worked well as a team. 10 out of 10 would reccomend.

Food and service were both good. Staff was friendly, and portion sizes were good. The store itself was a bit dirty. Tables and floors were dirty, and the 1 bathroom was in usable condition. The sink had both a rag and a cup wedged under in, maybe to stop a leak. Also, the toilet didn't fully flush unless you held the flusher down.

This was the best-run Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Food was extra delicious (including no yucky bits in my chicken) service was great, they actually had iced tea and agua fresca available, and the service was great. Staff stayed on top of cleaning tables and emptying garbage.

I cannot give these hard workers a high enough review. At this point, I think they have fed me more than my mom did back in the day lol. I'm so thankful for all of these workers. The food is delicious, always on time, they are always polite and helpful. I cannot thank them and recommend them enough. 10 STARS!

Can be super busy, especially Friday nights. But there is a reason for it- they make the most consistently good food of any Chipotle I have been to. I always order online for pickup and it is perfect every time. They made me a weekly repeat customer. Unfortunately online orders aren't available as often anymore, but I have to let them know how awesome they are.

One of the nicer ones I've been to, line moved quickly even during peak. All food options in stock, utensils and napkins stocked, waste receptacles not overflowing. But! The specialty drink circulator was frothing due to being 99% empty for an unknown amount of time, almost perfect!

The staff was super friendly and listened well when I would ask for light or heavy ingredients in my bowl. There was quite a line when I went in, but they helped everyone quickly and I didn't have to wait long. I took my food to go and when I got home, everything tasted great! There's another location that is technically closer to me than this one, but I think I'll make the longer drive here instead based on this experience.

Great, quick customer service! I went at 12pm and there was a bit of a line, but the wait was only about 2-3 mins before I could place my order. My bag if chips seemed a little stale and mushy on a few, but otherwise everything was excellent! 2020 Edit: I could not order inside, so I ordered on the app, and was disappointed to not see any place for order notes. I have a gluten allergy, and I would have liked to include that in my order notes. I ended up putting it in my name area, and my order was all good, but notes would be a helpful addition.

The food was fresh and flavorful, but it didn’t quite live up to the hype. I tried their burrito bowl with steak, and while the ingredients were good, the steak was a bit overcooked and lacked seasoning. The rice and beans were tasty, but the guacamole was a little too bland for my liking. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly, but the atmosphere felt a bit too rushed. It’s a solid option for a quick meal, but I wouldn't say it’s the best Mexican food out there.

The food and staff were great, however, the lobby was dirty. There was no ice for drinks and the drink bar was covered in soda. There were napkins and trash on the floor. All of the garbage cans were overflowing with garbage. Tables and chairs were dirty. We had to clean our own table to sit down and eat. We will continue to order food but we will not sit in and eat there anymore.

They could really work on their portions at this location! Seriously the burrito was half the size it usually is. They also forgot my cheese. I felt like there wasn't much I could do about it because they're online ordering only so I just bit the bullet. Everything was fresh and very quick. I actually sat right outside and placed my order and it was ready in less than 10 minutes!

Food is consistent with expectations for Chipotle, but the service here is subpar and cleanliness only ok. At least 8 (that I counted) workers were on staff and while the line is out the door, only 1 person on the counter. I actually saw the staff commiserating over who would have to wait on the customers. That's pretty bad. The place needs better management and training.... wouldn't even be here if it weren't for the customers, have some consideration! The one bathroom that was working was disgusting.

The food was good. The place was empty at 11:30am. The staff was so loud in the dining area I couldn't hear to answer the servers question. The echo is insane. If you look behind the staff, the flat tops are filthy looking. Rice cookers are nasty looking. Made me question the cleanliness.

Typically LOVE this location, however, it was exceptionally busy today. The line was out the door. My thought, it was a new mgr. Everyone was busy and we're very patient. All was fine until the mgr started filling in and in his haste was slopping everything on. Not fond of beans dripping down the side of the salad or a very wet burrito because he didn't drain. Take a few more seconds to drain and hit your mark. Retain return customers than speed through and tick people off. Reflects on him and not on Chipotle.

I am always conflicted by Chipotle. Food is always fast and delicious. The actual store, however, almost always a mess. The 4-flavor drink fountain always has a few flavors empty...usually the one I want like watermelon-limeade

The restaurant was filthy. No one had been around to wipe down tables. A big rubber mat was just thrown under a table making it difficult to sit at. Another high top had what I believe to be the managers notebook, drink, snacks, etc. taking up all six seats. It was Friday at 5:30 PM and they were out of black beans and steak on the front counter but had it over off on the other counter for the to go orders. I asked the cashier if I could get a cup of black beans for my order and had to ask the manager twice. Next time I'll go to Moe's and get free chips with my order.

The food only got ready 20 min after I was supposed to pick it up. I could have walked in and gone through the line 4x during the time I waited. I have no idea how they could have chips so stale. I know they were not 3 days old but it felt like they were. The 2 stars are because the guacamole was better than usual and the brisket was OK, carnitas are better though.

Updated Aug. 2022: Poor accuracy with take-out orders - over and over! Repeatedly getting orders wrong. They clearly do not care about their customers, quality of service or experience. And don't bother trying to get anything straightened out with the "customer service" choices they offer - it's a complete waste of time. Nothing productive comes of using their chat-bot helper... I would not recommend you spend your time or money at Chipotle in Syracuse. They used to be a reliable place to get a consistent level of food. But it hasn't been like that for over a year now. Dissapointed experience. Spend your money elsewhere.

I only come here if I need at this point. I will always drive further to the one in Fayetteville as I never have issues there . After today and countless other issues I will not be back. I’m not sure what’s going on with customer service being super rude and not having add ins in stock. I was told today they only are serving black beans with online orders and no peppers or onions were prepared.

I’ve been going to this location over the past 4 years on a pretty consistent basis so it’s obvious that I enjoy the food. I’ve recently stop visiting this store due to the inconsistency of food portion. One visit I’ll have a decent side burrito and the next visit my burrito is so small I feel like I’ve been cheated, both occasions I’m paying full price and I don’t feel that is fair. Employees barely adding protein to your order when you are paying for it is not ok. Moes has been more consistent so that’s where I’ve been going for the past couple months. I hate to leave a bad review but I hope this issue gets addressed and corrected so I can come back but for now I will not take the chance of wasting my money on a high priced small portion burrito. Picture is a burrito with chicken beans/rice, salsa, extra cheese.

Picked up some food a couple days ago Lady at the register was pretty rude. Refused to address me for 30 minutes. Finally, I was able to get my food after it had been ready for 45 minutes. She was non stop complaining about her job. Other employees looked half asleep behind the counter. I thought this was a better restaurant than the Marshall street location. I guess not.

This place has gone so far downhill over the past couple of years. You will never see a collection of more miserable employees anywhere. There is always something wrong when I go. Either they’re not accepting cash, or their credit card machine is down, or today “our whole system is down” so you have to order on the app Or they’re out of something. The soda syrup is never changed and they’re always out of a couple flavors of soda. It’s always a mess. Garbage piling up and dirty tables. No exaggeration I used to love this place. It is very clear that the management here is a mess. Drive 5 more minutes and go to the location in Fayetteville to see what a Chipotle should be.

Went to get a bowl to go and they were out of half the ingredients I requested, the rice was undercooked and crunchy. The one staff member wiped food from the counter off onto the floor. The portion was a decent amount, but it seemed like the food had been on the line for a while, I ended up throwing out my $15 bowl. Won’t be going back to this location unless they step it up.

Filthy, I love Chipotle, but when I went into this location, both bathrooms (wife and daughter confirmed) were disgusting. Lobby was filthy, kitchen was noticeably dirty. No sanitary bleach buckets, food stored on the floor. We didn't order, we went to Moe's across the street. I like Chipotle better, but that was not a location I will visit again soon.

It's like they never clean. The floors were not swept, let alone mopped. Foodvbits were all over. The tables and seats were coated in food residue, and it was dried on and crusty, meaning it had been hours and hours since any cleaning had occurred. The trash was overflowing. The bathroom was gross, with food and paper everywhere. The sink was dirty and so was the toilet. Honestly though about walking out. Last Chipotle trip for a long, long while.

I’ve been to this location 3-4 times in the past year, every time I’ve been the restaurant is a mess. Over flowing garbages, food scraps on the tables, self service area for drinks is a mess without napkins, silverware, mess all around. Bathrooms are also a mess. The staff is seen standing around chatting and nobody is picking up a broom, taking out the garbage etc. the only thing that is reasonably ok is the food as they seem to mostly hold the chipotle standard. Check out the video- no customers, a complete mess and workers are standing around. You can do better. If there’s time to “lean” there’s time to “clean”

One bowl had so much sour cream on it that’s all you could see. This was a pickup order that was 10 minutes late so by the time I got home the sour cream saturated the entire bowl. They were late because they didn’t have any more chips…

I am very angry at what happened with my order. I had a long work day and wanted to pick up some Chipotle after work. I pre ordered my food on the mobile app…ONE HOUR before I was going to go get my food. I show up a few minutes before it was supposed to be ready, I see the line is long and others are waiting for mobile orders. 10 min I had been waiting someone finally came up to me and asked what my name was for the order and I told them and they said it would be ready shortly. I then proceed to get a notification on my phone 5-10 min later that my order was ready. Mind you this is 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. I am still waiting and nothing is ready. Another 15 minutes go by and I am still waiting…people who walked in 20 min after me already being there get into the line for their food and received it before me AND ONLINE ORDERS WERE SHOWING UP AFTER ME AND GOT THEIR FOOD FIRST. I finally went back up to the counter and asked if my order was ready and they looked up my name….THE ORDER RECEIPT NEVER PRINTED. They told me they would reprint it and make me a new one. I then had to wait another 5-10 min and finally it was ready. I had waited over 25 minutes…They did not even ask if there was anything else they could do for me. I am very very disappointed. I am a very loyal customer to Chipotle, I get all the rewards and I am very supportive of the business…but this made me so angry. It is already way late and I did not want to eat this late at night. That is the WHOLE POINT of pre order and pick up…they are supposed to have the food ready before and it is the faster option. I would really like to be reimbursed or at least receive a gift card for the inconvenience. I don’t think I’ll be going to this location again.

I hope the 50 cents they saved on the mild salsa was worth losing a lifelong customer. Yesterday, halfway through ordering my food I looked at the large container of mild tomato salsa in front of me, which I always get, and was informed by the employee that it was for online customers only. So be careful if you're a walk-in customer. Certain items may not be available to you and there are no signs to indicate this policy prior to ordering.

This Chipotle has gone super downhill. Quality of food is now subpar (rice was stale, guac was brown, etc) and the service has been terrible. Have seen multiple times handling of food with gloves and then touching other things behind the counter and touching food again. Chipotle used to be my favorite quality “fast food” because the food was very good and healthy. Unfortunately I’ll take my service elsewhere as this location is no longer reliable

Placed an online order that was suppose to be ready at 1:30pm. I patiently waited while they were busy. 2-15pm rolls around and they still don’t have my order ready. The manager proceeded to tell me to go through the line and reorder the food. It was a larger order and I didn’t know what everyone got. I refused and instead asked for a refund. The manager was not outright rude but she definitely was not helpful. She did not care nor attempt to be helpful. I’ll never return here.

Staff was miserable beyond belief. Messed up my order after waiting 20 minutes for them to finish it. Then at checkout we asked for 2 bags of chips, were charged then not given them. When we were waiting we got terrible attitude, then only received one bag that had 7 chips in them.

I get food at chipotle on a fairly regular basis. This burrito bowl was not good. Hardly any steak ( like 3 pieces), the greens were not crisp and the primary ingredient was the brown rice which made the entire meal mushy. Very disappointing.

I usually love Chipotle, but this one in particular is run very poorly. My husband and I have gone here multiple times and 80% of the time the white rice is undercooked, if not completely raw still. The cleanliness of the restaurant gets 0 stars. The staff is not good when it comes to not dropping food into other containers when putting together someone's meal and their rolling skills are not good. The only reason we still go to this restaurant is because it is the only Chipotle close to us and we have no other choice. Thankfully one is opening closer to us in the near future and we will never be returning to this location ever again.

Going to have to go to the Fayetteville Chipotle from now on. No one at this store knows how to roll a burrito. They can't manage to keep all items stocked during rushes (no black beans available at 4:30), and I have yet to meet an employee that doesn't have a smug and unwelcoming attitude. Been a Chipotle customer from the start in Denver. This location is absolutely horrible. Will not be returning to this location ever again. I always order online and it has been wrong multiple times, have come in numerous times and have had terrible customer service, and was actually YELLED at during this last visit. This location has serious issues with food quality and customer service. It’s tarnishing the brand. To the owner/manager of this store: You’re fking up one of the easiest chains to operate. Maybe go find something simpler to do since you clearly cannot handle the basics.

This location is always out of someone way to early in the day. About 70% of the time I go here they are out of 1-4 different ingredients. I usually stop by between 4-6. They close at 11:00... Stuf they have been out of. Rice, all meats at the same time, tortilla shells. That's right. A burrito restaurant with no burrito shells. It would let you like Burger King being out of burger buns, or dominos being out of pizza crust...

Ordered Food for lunch for 5 people...total was $90.00- waited for delivery to arrive to find out after an hour that the driver had left more than half of the order at the restaurant. When I called Chipotle they put me on with a manager (Shelby) who was pushing blame on the driver and didn't want to take any responsibility but she did nothing to make the experience better as she continued to blame everything on the driver. I said "you sold me the food, the driver didn't". She refunded our total bill after going to speak to her in person, 5 people 's lunch was wrecked. We have ordered from this location 1-2 times a week for the last year, we will not order or dine at this location EVER AGAIN!!!! Manager needs to be helpful and learn how to talk to a customer and take responsibility.

This is the worst chipotle location , 2nd time ordering and it’s always a bad experience. I paid $5.10 for chips and Queso and this is how I received my bag of chips , not even half way full. Literally like 20 chips inside that bag, I found this so disrespectful. I ordered extra protein on my bowls as well and did not get the portion or meats i ordered.

This place was a disaster. Food counter a complete mess, employees running around trying to find things, music blasting from one corner of the store. The condiments station was ransacked. The steak bowl was questionably edible. Woke up this morning feeling awful. I made bad decisions yesterday. Just not what I’ve experienced at chipotle before. Not a good look, chipotle needs to step up their game here. Gave one extra star because employees were polite.

Honestly I am just quite disappointed by this location. It use to be so good and so consistent but during the last 6 months to a year, the wheels have truly fallen off. I’m not sure if the owner just doesn’t care or if it’s a management issue but it’s gotten bad. The staff all seem to resent having to work. The take out orders seem to rarely be on time when you go to pick it up. They NEVER have salad dressing anymore. I went the other day during lunch after they had only been open for a few hours and they were already out of the salad dressing. And if salad dressing is limited, why is it being giving out to people who aren’t ordering salads? Literally they gave the last two dressings to someone before me who got burrito bowls. Also the chips at the end of the day seem to always be stale. Either make new chips or don’t sell them if they are stale. It’s gross to eat and greedy. Lastly, the food quality has gone down but that’s probably more of a corporate and brand issue than specific to this location. Was willing to look past that, but not with the rest of the issues. Unfortunately, we just won’t be eating from here anymore.

Was disappointed in this location. It was very busy, walking in the restaurant immediately felt dirty. All trash cans were overflowing, crumbs and trash on tables, debris on the floor, unkempt soda station. Once we got to the counter, I noticed the work station was filthy - the area where the employees are placing the food items to prepare the orders was covered in dropped food and scraps and seemingly had not been cleaned in what looked like hours. It felt very understaffed for the number of customers + online orders. Employees did not seem to take any pride in their work due to being overwhelmed. There was not a single table we could sit at without wiping it down first. There also were missing sides in one of our order- including guac which is an up charge, and they were out of several items (steak and white rice which seem like pretty basic items to run out of). I would not recommend this location and likely won’t return here. Hope the management at this location can find a way to support their employees better.

Employee tonight was lazy and didnt like dealing with the online orders because she didnt want phones in her face. Crappy customer service quite rude all they want ti do is cash people out and hold up the delivery drivers trying to feed their families. Im not impressed with this store at all.

I used to prefer this location to the one at Syracuse University but over time the quality of food has gotten worse. I ordered a burrito bowl delivered through GrubHub that was mostly dry despite ordering three sauces for it. The rice was very clumpy, and to top it off there was a strand of hair about 4-5 inches long buried in the bowl. I did not see it until I had already taken several bites. Not sure what happened but things need to improve.

I used to be a huge fan of Chipotle, but now I find myself irritated more times than not when I get food from here. Recently, I stood in line for what felt like forever, only to arrive at the front and be told they were out of rice. I get that they’re a busy establishment, so running out of items occasionally is understandable. However, it’s not just a one-time thing. On another visit, I was told they were out of vinaigrette, only to discover that they had some in the store, but those were reserved for mobile orders. To make matters worse, the portion sizes have noticeably shrunk, especially when ordering for delivery. It’s incredibly frustrating to have these experiences repeatedly. What happened to the quality and service that made Chipotle a favorite in the first place?

I am disgusted at my trip to this chipotle today. I came today at 4pm, so you could assume the lunch rush was well over and the dinner rush hadn’t yet begun. It was not busy when we were there. First of all the customer service was not good - employees rushed you through the line and were rude, as if we were inconveniencing them. We ate there and the food was cold. The rice was cold and the veggies were uncooked. The place is disgusting; tables covered in food crumbs, dirty napkins, etc, every trash can was completely overflowing. The worst part…. The bathrooms - an absolute health department nightmare - the smell was overwhelmingly disgusting, toilets covered in urine and feces, paper towels on the floor, dirty used toilet paper on the floor as well. How does it make you feel when you feel disgusting using the restroom and then you see a worker come out of there and go back to making food? Makes you very concerned what germs you are consuming. We will not be returning to this chipotle and truthfully it really should be reported to the health department. Better management … or something is needed.

My visit to Chipotle was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the staff were not only uninterested in providing good service but seemed to exude an attitude of inconvenience towards customers. None of the employees, from the person taking orders to the cashier, bothered to greet me or make me feel welcome. It felt like they were doing me a favor by serving me, which is unacceptable in any establishment. The pervasive negative attitude among the staff tainted the entire dining experience. It left me questioning if there was some collective bad day happening behind the scenes. Regardless, it’s no excuse for such poor customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Chipotle to anyone, not even my worst enemy. The lack of hospitality and basic courtesy merits a rating of 0/10.

The employees specifically on cashier are EXTREMELY RUDE. I went to pick up an order for my client and I waited for well over 10 minutes for a pick up. There was a big line but it said to go to the cashier for pick up. I had to basically cut the line and stand in front of the cash register in front of a paying customer to speak up and ask for my order. The cashier didn’t listen to the name at all and just gave me some random ladies food. I asked for the name I came for again and just got dirty looks and literally no oh I’m sorry- NOTHING. This girl just gave me a nasty look and handed me my food like I was some bother. They all stared at me for the 15 minutes as I was standing there- not a soul asked me if I needed something. Just plain rude and disorganized. These people should not be working with customers if they aren’t willing to at-least fake a smile and play nice.

So not only does your location have the worst staff, you rip customers off by giving tiny portions or just not giving them the extras they ordered, you improperly cook food which could put someone in the hospital, and the whole place is filthy, falling apart, and had has trash everywhere. I'm coming back to just to take more photos to not only submit to corporate but also the state health department. Since the managers here seem to think they are untouchable and everything they are doing is acceptable.

This Chipotle can do better. We never really get a good order here. There's always something messed up. This time we only received about 25% of the chips you would normally get in a bag and they didn't give us our free queso. The chips were also stale. Not coming to this one again.

The blond hair guy with the blue eyes who sort of resembles Kristoff from frozen seems to know nothing about customer service. It makes me question if who hired him was sober. Pro tip: if you work in customer service, it’s not really a good reflection of character to be cocky or arrogant. He should’ve learned that in training which he clearly didn’t pay attention to.

I’m a customer who visited the Chipotle Mexican Grill at 3496 Erie Blvd E, Syracuse, NY 13214 today around 5:30 PM. One of the employees treated me in a disrespectful and unprofessional way. I don’t know their name, but the incident happened near the cashier/accounting area. I felt mistreated and would appreciate if management could review what happened and ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Absolutely Disgusted! Quality in service, quality control has drastically dropped. Does no one care anymore? Guy behind counter has gloves on and actively working with meat. Stopped grabbed his phone out his pocket. Touched his face then put the phone back in his pocket and continued to work with the cooking meat. Never changed his gloves. Get my food in disgust. Get to where I’m going food is extremely bland and watery. Decided to switch to chips and guacamole. Well went to dip the chip In the guacamole and hit something hard…. Thought it was another chip… I was wrong! See pic below. I’m disgusted. We have no idea what germs, bacteria and diseases we are eating. People to care more about what they are doing and DO IT RIGHT! Train and spot check regularly. SET AND STAND BY STANDARDS!!

My rice was undercooked, ordered extra protein - never got it! Chips were burnt. Everything is always leaking in the bag. Why is it so hard to get a persons order right?? *Drive the extra 5-8 mins to Fayetteville. It’s the best location by far. They never mess up an order and they fill up your bowls!

This location has gone down hill. Ordered twice in the past month. Both time asked for double meats and other stuff for my burrito bowl and was nothing in it. Both orders were ordered on the app and both times I got chips with guacamole and it tasted off.

This location is absolutely filthy. The floors the metal under the chairs. Mold between the glass and the stainless steel serving top. Just walked couldn't bring myself to order food from this place.

Every time I order at Chipotle I'm surprised by the low quality and bad service that they have. This being a new location I was expecting it to be better but I was sadly mistaken a company that itself does not care about the quality and customer service can never deliver on both do not recommend this place at all

The staff seemed very overwhelmed at this location. My husband placed a mobile order half an hour before we showed up and we still ended up waiting twenty minutes for our food. The assembly area was messy and this led to weird ingredients showing up in unexpected places (like a chunk of dry steak in our salsa cup). The portions were good and the orders were accurate, which I very much appreciate, but we were definitely worried about the quality and safety of the food after seeing the environment. My child's quesadilla was not heated through.

Just dirty! I go here to pick up doordash orders and it is always packed and always a disgusting mess! Dirty tables and food all over the floor ! Gross! I would never eat anything from here. Sad but true. At least provide wipes so your customers can wipe off their tables if they want to dine in.🤷🏼‍♀️

The food was ok… the chicken and beans were so dried out and old looking … the guacamole was gross. Worst experience ever… the atmosphere was beyond unpleasant and not welcoming at all. Very dirty! I spent over 80$ and didn’t finish our food cause it was dried out and hard. Don’t get me started on the bathroom

Place was a dirty pigsty. The original plan was to eat in, but upon seeing that there was not one clean table in the entire establishment, and because I noticed that I was stepping in some spilled food, we took the food home. Despite having a busy lunchtime rush, our food tasted far from fresh. My wife’s chicken quesadilla look like a disjointed hot mess, and my daughter and I both noted that the white rice in our burritos was crunchy.

location is filthy. every item was made wrong and chips were stale. we got locked out of the restaurant bc the outdoor area needs a key apparently. we literally had to hop the fence to get out of the outdoor seating area. i told an employee and she said “yeah well we lost the key so i don’t know…” i said “you should probably put a sign up then because we had to hop the fence” she says “yeah i don’t know…” like who are yall hiring…

I love chipotle BUT this specific location never fails to mess something up. Everytime I order for delivery they always get my order wrong or forget something. Once again tonight I ordered chips and guac with my bowl and got NO CHIPS if I wanted just the guac I would've ordered just the guac. So inconsistent here it's annoying

Every time I go here, the grill and rice machine are filthy! Portions have gotten smaller, especially for pickup orders! I just got a pickup order, or should I say 1/2 order? Because that's all I got !!!! 8-14-2025 Employees are so loud screwing around that you have to repeat your order. WISH THERE WAS A CLOSER STORE! Don't patronize them, they could give a crap about you!

I placed an order through the app. They weren’t very busy but when I arrived they said they had no clue about my order and were confused. I showed them all the information about their store, the confirmation number, and that they entered that my food was ready and in a location. They then said no that’s wrong and they had to print the ticket and start it. So they started making my food later than requested. Every time a customer came through the line they all helped that person instead. Besides that they were too busy laughing and talking to make the food. Oh they also got the order wrong and had to make it again. They finished making the food 13 minutes late without utensils. Also “pepper” is the most useless tool on the app. All it said was my order was completed and on time delivery with no issues. The steak is dry and inedible, Overcooked and must have been sitting out for a long time since it’s cold. Also I got white rice instead of brown, so the order is still wrong and half filled. I’ve never eaten an entire bowl, this time I did and have been left hungry.

2nd time getting half cooked rice from this location. You can tell just by looking at it. As soon as we opened the lids at home. And you can't even call and talk to a person. Update ... And the chips are stale.

I wouldn’t give a star if I could. I stopped at Chipotle in Dewitt because I was in the area. I will NEVER go back. My picture is of a piece of plastic I found in my food. I tried calling to make them aware and couldn’t get through to an actual person. If I lived in the city I would take it back for a refund. SMH!

Unfortunately the worst experience ever in all the years we have loved ordering from Chipotle. The chips were mostly broken and covered in too much salt. My bowl wasn't as full as my husband's, yes I am aware I didn't pick as many items but the proportion was a third of what it usually is. It'll be a while before we return, sadly, if we return.

Got spent $40 or a burrito bowl and quesadilla. Had it delivered through their app. My bowl was missing the chicken (protein), and black beans. It contained just sour cream and rice which made everything else that actually found its way in there ice cold. Then the photo you see below is the weirdest and unappealing quesadilla I’ve ever seen. They forgot her sour cream, pretty sure they just added it my. Completely disgusting. I will be in for a complete refund tomorrow. The chat is worthless and tried to get 2 free entries like I’d eat here again?

Ordered a veggie bowl online and received a disgusting bowl. Three items missing. Went back to have it rectified and they made another veggie bowl with still missing items and brown guacamole. Instead of romaine lettuce which I requested. My bowl was heaped with spinach. They even shut down after I left. Tried contacting both the store and the app for a refund as this bowl is inedible. They offered me a free soda instead. Will not be back, and will be sending the picture to corporate.
