I come to this Popeyes often, but this visit was different. I can tell there is new management or a new owner there. Excellent customer service.
Went there late last night drive thru after work & it was maybe 30 minutes too closing and got great service from the guy at drive thru and the girls at the window. Food was hot & Delicious tasting food. Cole Slaw was good, mash potatoes & the chicken all good. You don’t get this every where you go, especially at the last minutes.

"Love that chicken from Popeyes!" It's not just a slogan, it's a reality. Their fried chicken is excellent and they have lots of tasty side dishes to choose from. The restaurant is a little short staffed so the wait can be longer than usual but that's true of so many places these days. The staff are very friendly, helpful and responsive.
My mother & I have been to this Popeyes twice in the past month. Despite being extremely busy & dealing with a long line that included a ride customer, the employees were efficient & courteous. I was very impressed with how well they held things together during a stressful dinner rush. The chicken tenders were very good!
I was really happy the way the people took care of us today. Fast and friendly. Get the spicy chicken sandwich and ask for blackened ranch!

After trying the Popeyes in township 5 and being greeted rudely, we decided to come here even tho I don't like the area. I'm very surprised because the staff was friendly and polite. The food was fresh, and the wait was not too much of an issue. Came 2 hours and 30 minutes before closing, and there was a line around the building! To the workers there, you are appreciated, and you guys did a great job!! Thanks!!

Staff was helpful and my order came out of the kitchen immediately. The fish was flavorful, I liked the sauce, and the patty was large enough that it stuck out from the buns.

My Family and I came last night and we were amazed with how fast and friendly the staff is. They have a new tender bundle we purchased and it feed our whole family. This popeyes has the best chicken around the city. From the service to the freshness of the food, I 100% recommend come trying this location out!
This restaurant has changed! We’ve been coming to this restaurant for a long time and I can tell this place is ran by a complete new owner. The entire staff is so friendly now. The restaurant is so clean It practically looks new. I will just say the lobby needs some music, but besides that this place is a five star restaurant. I would so rarely review a chain restaurant, but my partner and I went here the other day and absolutely loved it. The chicken was so hot and steamy when we bit into it, and Ali, the cashier, could not have been kinder and more enthusiastic about our order. This was the first time I've been to Popeyes in years, and Ali made it all so special. If you're in a time crunch, this would be a great place to go -- you can't go wrong with such gracious and helpful people.
I was the only customer in the store and i was standing at the counter waiting for service for so long while everyone was working just looking at me and just going about thier night ignoring me until i said something. What kind of service is this? Zero stars.
It's a great place for sur I will recommend it if you like chicken or sea food, it's all fried for sure. But you have to note that their service is not that fast ether. The atmosphere inside is boring but with the lights and the way they designed it it gives you the sensation of having a great time when you really are not
My three kids all wanted the Chicken Tenders from Popeyes specifically for the blackened ranch dip. It was my first time trying the did and now I see why they wanted Popeyes for dinner last night.
The food was good. Had to wait a few on my order, but other than that a good place to eat dine in or takeout.
Popeyes is delicious. Customer service is terrible and you might be able to fry chicken faster at home. It won't taste as good but I'm not joking. This place has SLOW service. I keep coming back and tolerating the slow service because the chicken is so good. Make sure to remind them about your sauces because they will forget. I feel like the workers just don't care or they just don't get trained. They should just take an employee field trip to chik fil A and watch how customer service is done properly.
The food was good, but the staff got overwhelmed when there were more than a few people in line. Double check your order before leaving. They mixed up the sides in my order, the people in front of me, and the two behind. They were happy to correct it, but if I drove away I would have been upset.
Let me start by saying my whole family LOVES Popeyes! Our favorites are the mashed potatoes, the chicken sandwiches and the chicken nuggets. What we DON'T like is that EVERY time we go here, there is ALWAYS something missing from our order. Sometimes it's an entire item (last time it was 2 biscuits & all the dipping sauces) and sometimes it's getting ridiculously tiny pieces of chicken for the nuggets (like 3 pieces that are so small that combined they equal a normal sized nugget) or only having 6 nuggets in an 8pc order. We've started pulling over in the parking lot immediately and taking account of what we have and don't have which is SUPER annoying with a large family of five. On the plus side, when we inevitably have to go back for the missing items, customer service is always extremely nice and gets our missing items very quickly. I just wish we didn't have to go back for it every time 😩
Ridiculously slow service! We ordered ahead online and went through the drive thru to pick it up. Line was very slow and even when we got to the window we had to wait for them to put the order together. We were at the pickup window for over 8 minutes waiting to be served. I would NEVER wait that long for fast food. I would think twice before going back there again!
Poorly operated. I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches inside, which they said would take 7 mins. Ok, no problem but it took double that and it wasn't even busy. There were at least 5 people working and less in the dining area. Napkins weren't set out for dine in customers. Still, the food was good and I'll probably go back again for that reason.
The last time we came here for take out, they left a side out of the bag. Fine. No big deal. It happens. Came back tonight to give it a second try. Ordered a LOT of food abs they asked if I could pull up and wait 4 minutes. Sure. No problem. Ten minutes later I finally went inside to see what the hold up was. Guy was just bagging the food, so I checked to be sure all the sides are there. Nope. Left one out again. Double checked my receipt to make sure. Now, it's not the end of the world, but twice in a row, over a month apart, makes me think they're doing it quite often. He went and got the other side but didn't even apologize. Just sort of frustrating.
I ordered via app and bought 3 frozen lemonade and a pie, I arrived and they told me they had none of those items and that I would have to get a refund through the app. I asked if I could just have a substitute and they gave me a large Mac n cheese but it was all cheese, barely any macaroni. Not trying to complain but I wish Popeyes could do better
We ordered for the first time today and we liked the flavor , but the chicken tenders that we got were dry and crispy. We weren't impressed but may try something like a breast if we ever go again

Ordered a family meal of 8pcs. Ordered the spicy but received regular...still yummy, just not right. Ordered the new strawberry biscuits, and they were better than expected. Also ordered a popcorn shrimp combo, and that was perfect! So, it's not the best but far from the worst.
My food was cold… I walked in and ordered 2 wraps and 2 fries. The fries were nice and hot but the chicken in my wraps was cold. When I expressed that I was told that they were supposed to be cold which I know isn’t true.

Not the first time, that my order was screwed up again. My fault for not checking before I left, but to get home to have the meal portion missing is very frustrating. While I do love their chicken, this location is not on the ball.
Food was excellent. Cashier was quick, but didn't give us the option to pick our meal size, just rang it in as a large. He was trying to put the order together piece by piece and forgot 1 set of utensils and the biscuits for 1 meal. The men's restroom was horrible. Went in about 2 minutes after an employee left it. Urinal was covered in a black trash bag. The single stall had urine all over the toilet seat, and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up on its own. If I ever have the craving for Popeyes, I will go to another location.
Had to wait a half hour for a drive-through order I placed on their app. Finally drove back to the window and wouldn't budge until they gave me my order. They were out of cole slaw! It was clearly thrown together, and not neatly. They comped me an order of fries, despite my protests that I don't eat fries. Cold by the time I got home.
Normally my order is never wrong, today on top of along wait which I understand they were busy. I received non spicy with pickle normal sandwich when I payed for spicy with cheese and bacon and no pickles. I don’t want to have to check my food every time since I need to get back to work but now I have to. I’m hope its a one time
Soda machine broke. No utensils stocked, no napkins. Bathrooms disgusting…. Orders wrong, fries cold. Staff smoking right outside the building by where customers enter… I love Popeyes but this store needs some issues fixed… speed of service wasn’t great either. -kindly from a fast food manager. Owner/district manager and In store managers need to make some changes.
It doesn’t matter what time you order, this location always disappoints. I know it’s busy but id rather wait long and actually have what I ordered. How do you give someone a combo without the side or drink? Just chicken. At that point could have just canceled my delivery.
I usually have good experiences at Popeye's. Not this time. Because of masks and barriers, I couldn't understand cashier and vice versa. Needless to say, my order was wrong. I didn't get everything I did order. And the quality of what I did get was lacking. Some items on the menu were unavailable. The dining room was very clean and the staff were helpful.
Bought chicken tenders meal today 4/12 about 4:30 and got what tasted like day old chicken, female person on drive thru mic sounded like a zombie had no energy in voice.
I ordered a 4 piece mild with 1 side. I asked for an extra biscuit because I did not want a drink. After paying I was told I had to wait for the biscuits because they had none. The cashier tried to give me a drink after I said I did not want one. After waiting 15 minutes my order finally came out. I got home to eat it and I had 1 piece mild and the other 3 pieces were spicy.
Food is always good if they get your order correct the first time that is. Drive thru is a total mess and inside is even worse. You either have to stand there for however long until they decide to notice you or you can choose to yell and snap em into motion but the employees seriously don't give a care at all if you get your order or not and the "management" cares even less. If you can deal with all of that then yes the chicken is usually good though.
I had placed an uber eats order for pickup. Upon arrival at the restaurant there was only 1 staff member working the register, 1 staff member at the drive thru, and 3 in the kitchen. There were about 4 people waiting in line. I ended up having to wait 20 minutes for my uber eats food, which should have been ready by the time I arrived. This establishment is clearly understaffed and it is negatively affecting their business. Several customers walked out since the line was moving so slowly.
Ordered 24 ghost pepper wings, fries and mac n cheese online about 45 mins before I planned to pick it up, just to be sure it was ready to go when I got there. It wasn't I had to wait another 12 minutes before it was done. I don't think they were looking at or keeping track of online ordering. It was ridiculous that I had to wait - which was the purpose of ordering ahead. But, as usual, Popeyes food was delicious.
Food is great. Service is super slow inside so use the drive through. I watched everyone working there have animated conversations about everything, except serving three customers in line. I ordered on the app and waited 10 minutes before they acknowledged me and “found the order”.
Update 8/5/23 Has gone downhill. Employees were nice but everything is very slow. Not wearing gloves while preparing our order. Granted most was done with tongs, but still placed the wax paper our food sits on in the box with bare hands. Chicken seemed old and not very tasty. Regular biscuits tasted slightly of strawberry, which means they aren't washing the pans after making the new strawberry biscuits. Floor was sticky. Soda machine and tv are broken. Worst if all nothing inside indicating the 6.99 2 piece big box deal. My wife and I both got 2 pieces with one side for 10.99 each. On the window they advertise 6.99 for 2 pieces and 2 sides. Felt like we were ripped off. Also heard one of the workers being rude to a customer saying "you placed your order lady, I didn't place it for you". Whatever that was about, it was unprofessional. Will not be going here again.
While the food was good, we had a couple of issues that I feel would be beneficial to review 1. The people taking our order were mumbling and we couldn’t really understand them and then they raised their voice a lot at us to try to get us to understand what they were saying but it was done in a non-friendly manner. 2. We were told that we had to pull up after ordering to wait for our food and the next 3 cars behind us honked at us, they should probably have a better waiting area allotted for those who order food that takes longer to cook. 3. We ordered an apple pie and they forgot to put it in our bag even though we paid for it and it was on the receipt. 4. When we called their customer service number to ask about the missing food that was charged, the number was non-functional. 5. We ordered a chicken sandwich that was good, but there was way too much mayonnaise on it and it was not centered at all in the bun which made it almost fall apart upon opening the bag it came in.
Excellent chicken tenders! Except 3 tenders for 1 person cost more than an organic roasted whole chicken from Wegmans. And you are still hungry and there are no leftovers greeting you when you open your fridge. (God forbid you order another helping for a friend!)
Terrible service!!! Waited a total of 45 mins for 2 orders if tenders!! 4 other people's orders screwed up at the same time! Another customer had placed an order, and when he came to pick it up...he was told that his order was given to another customer. When speaking to the manager about being comped for the 45 minute wait....she offered me a biscuit and told me thats all she could do!!! While standing inside the restaurants I witnessed a cashier boldly lying to 2 customers who called her on it and then she walked away. No one inside Popeyes was wearing gloves except the man breading chicken. When I spoke to the manager about the delay...she stated she didn't know what the cook was doing and promptly walked away from several disgruntled patrons wanting to talk to her ..and hid in the back. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE!!!!
So I placed an order for a two piece wing and breast. I got a wing and drum. There was a hole in the sweet heat sauce and when I told the drive thru cashier oh my!!! Nasty attitude. She slammed the sauce in my hand and snatched my card I couldn’t tell you the restraint it took not to snatch her out that little hole and cook her chicken. I reported her on 7/4/2021 6:45pm approx. bad customer service!!
Ordered the new wings. Soggy. Overcooked. Over sauced. 12 bucks for 6 tiny bad wings, a small handful of room temperature fries, and a flat soda. Huge waste. I assume the wings are pre-cooked and pee sauced. And were just sitting in a hot tray getting soggy. Do yourself a favor. Eat elsewhere. Lady at the window was rude and dismissive.
The manager put my order together I got no straw no fork and he refused to give me hot sauce when i asked he said he didn't want to get it and said I can have ketchup the coke was out so I had to get Dr pepper the food is Luke warm so it's just been in warmer for a unknown time
Stopped in to Popeys today for an 8 pc chicken and 6 biscuits. Did not get the biscuits. I hate going through the drive thru as they never get it right. Even the one time the doors were not locked and I went inside to order they still messed up my order. I caught it and had them fix it. My advise is never leave the window or counter until you have checked your order.
decent food, love the chicken sandwich! however the fries tasted like they had been sitting in old/unclean oil for a bit too long. but the real killer is the staff. i've been here a handful of times now (thinking that it's just an off day) and every time without fail we've always gotten snotty remarks... the last time we were there while, we pulled up to the drive-thru. the woman said, and i quote, "what do you want?" in the snottiest, most abrasive tone i've ever heard. i always try to be super polite and kind because you don't know what they've been through previous to serving us and it's important to show compassion. i work in retail and know it's not always easy to shove down the day's feelings. however, this behavior on almost every occasion is unacceptable. during this specific experience, when we ordered we realized we had misspoke and told the cashier (while still ordering) to correct our order. she asked us multiple times what it was, we spoke clearly and as kindly as possible, correcting ourselves. she finally got all angry and we heard the headset drop and another woman took over and read off our corrected order. when we pulled up to the window, we could clearly hear whoever took our order having a temper tantrum and repeatedly insulting us to her co-worker. she laughed when she realized the window was open. find some professionalism. truly the worst experience i've ever had.
Woman who took out order was rude. Order was incorrect and cold. Worst of all, I realized they accidentally kept my card and have tried all day to reach them with no one answering the phone. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Ordered via mobile app. Arrived and sat in line for a good 20-30 minutes. Once at the drive-through speaker let them know I had a mobile order. Took them a couple minutes to find it and they told me to pull up to the window. Once at the window the first thing the employee says is "You need to call corporate and tell them to take fish off the menu because we don't sell it anymore." I get it certain things aren't available but 1.) Don't charge me for it if it isn't available, and 2.) Don't make it my job to instruct your corporation on what is sold, tell your General Manager or Franchise owner to get it handled. They proceeded to inform me that they no longer have the apple pies we ordered either. At this point, between them charging me for the items they didn't have, and being rude about the fact they didn't have those items, I asked them to cancel/refund the order. They told me it was impossible to do that and that they could I my provide substitutes. Needless to say I drove away with no food and no refund. Thankfully a nice person at corporate was able to reverse the charge and refund my money. Will not return to this location as I have tried a few times previously and had similar problems and interactions. Don't get me started with their stinginess with the sauces and honey situation where they state the manager of the location does not allow them to sell or give out sauce unless you get order tender in which case you are allowed one, no matter how many you ordered. One other thing, their storage container in the parking lot where they keep napkins, utensils, cleaners, buns and other non refrigerated items looks like a bomb went off I side of it, food and supplies just thrown all over and pulled on too of each other, and their yard is covered in used oil. Look down at the ground by their drive-through speaker and you will see the whole yard is filled with rotting used grease and is covered in flies and maggots. It's all you can smell clear over to the next business(AutoZone).
The food is flavorful and filling but two of the meals ordered were not correct. Make sure you check your meal before you leave. Update so after giving them another try I have learned they still cannot fulfill an order correctly. I got the wrong meal and then I went in to get it corrected they gave me a second incorrect meal. I doubt I'll give them another chance. So I gave them another chance about a year later and if u want to wait in the drive thru for twenty minutes before ordering this is the fast food restaurant for you.
Not a single smile. Very rude workers. There was a pile of garbage on the floor swept but not cleaned. No napkins, no Mac n cheese when I ordered it. Said "we ran out of carry trays" I said "oh that's not them right behind you?" (It was a stack of them) ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals and 1 extra spicy chicken sandwich received 2 reg chicken sandwich meals and no extra sandwich. And for some reason the girl on drive through took my credit card around the corner from me and out of view. (I have unaccounted for charges I will be having her arrested. Yall should try to be more like the Popeye's in the south where they actually hire people who care about their work this is grotesque.
No parking at all. Had to go about 100 ft away. Drive thru was backed up to long blocking the Entrance. Went inside, waiting 10 minutes and the line didn't move? This was a 3:30 not even meal time. Finally walked out. To sad, either no Staff or Manager. Darn and I love Popeyes but not this location for sure.
I arrived at Popeyes 9:00 pm nobody was taking drive-through orders and I waited for 8 minute and next a lady toke my order and i asked why you guys taking forever too take my order she was a old lady I came too the window she start giving me attitude she giving me attitude out nowhere just because I asked why are you guys not taking my order and I didn’t open my mouth or say anything because she was a old woman giving me attitude so I just left hungry and didn’t order anything for my kids
Absolute trash. Don't eat here. Food came out cold and flavorless. Food tastes like it's been sitting out for a while. Just spent over $70 on food i wouldnt fed a dog. My feet are sticking to the floor. The entire restaurant is disgusting. The drink fountain was warm and all of the soda was flat. Even the water tasted disgusting like the lines haven't been cleaned in a very long time. Do not recommend unless you wanna over pay for garbage food.
First of all 2 5 piece tender combos were rang up @ 43 dollars. We caught this and corrected the situation. Throughout the refund process and getting the order straight the manager spent his time being disrespectful, because after the 43 dollar charge we had to pay 27…I am supposed to be getting a refund tomorrow…at this point my 2 combos have cost me around 70 dollars. They attempted to change another customers 1.20 up charge to 4.68. Last time any of my money will be spent at any Popeyes.
I ordered an 18 piece and an extra side. I actually received 9 pieces of chicken and charged for about extra side. I should have received a 16 piece and 3 sides for less than I paid. I am not a math magician but I can count to 18 easy enough. I received a single box with 9 pieces if chicken. A single box can't fit 18 pieces of chicken. Maybe 12 pieces but definitely not 18. That's how I know the young lady knew she didn't give me 18 pieces of chicken.
Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes, had 3 cars in front of me the entire time. Not sure if they’re short staffed or just incompetent, regardless it shouldn’t take 15 minutes for the restaurant to figure out the two old ladies orders in front of me just for them to to through it item by item and complain and send back. Don’t waste your time coming here
I arrived at Popeyes yesterday at 8:00 one white lady giving me the attitude on the drive-through and there was a another lady came and just looked at me and giving me the attitude what happened too y’all old people they were nice more then those new people Popeyes and just because I ask for a cup of water y’all new people giving us the attitude y’all need too bring y’all old people and fire those new people because they doesn’t know how to work and take care of the business
I arrived at Popeyes 8:00 pm and my order was messed up and there was a lady telling me that she made the order and that my order is not messed up and there was a guy I think he was the manager he was so nice too me and he fixed my order and the lady was just standing over there looking at me so weird like my order was messed up you need too come and look at the receipt and see what is going on why you just talking back saying no the order wasn’t messed up but thank you so much for the guy that he fixed my order and he was so nice to me and I really appreciate it
Ordered a 16 piece family meal. Waited for 27 minutes in the drive thru for dark meat and I got 12 pieces of white meat 4 drumstick. They didn't get my fries and only 2 of the large sides. Please get your staff to stop being high and focus on the service and getting the order correct.
They didn’t have products that they advertised. The total for a small coke was over $3 and when I took a sip, it was absolutely disgusting. I asked for a refund. I typically would not do that. I would chalk it up as a loss and not go back but I was appalled at the service, the price, and the product.
Raising minimum wage has ZERO effect on quality and service. Very dirty establishment inside and out. 3 Workers including manager. Drinks were flat and no ice but the manager didn’t understand that flat means no CO2. This store always has extremely slow service. The only person that had any idea was the cook. The owners really need to get it together.
I arrived 1 minute to 10pm and found the doors closed on 1 side of the store. I could see another customer entering the store from the other side so I walked around and tried entering but I was rudely and abruptly told by a male employee that the store was closed. I had to beg him to allow me in. I complained to the manager about the awful customer service and she only rolled her eyes and walked away. The same rude employee who is hispanic was very friendly and cordial with another hispanic customer shortly after he was rude to me. I dont need to put up with this aweful service to eat awful food.
They act aggravated that we went there to eat. Not worth paying what they want for food and have them treat you like scum. We spent most of our day at the children’s hospital after my daughter was struck by a truck. This made our day way worse. Just plain awful people that could care less. There is no Popeyes where we live. We were happy to find it, but not anymore they can have it and keep their chicken. Not worth the extra stress. We chose this Popeyes that was further from the hospital because it had better ratings. The food was great, but not worth it.
To anyone giving this food/location more than 1 or 2 stars I BEG OF YOU PLEASE GET OUT MORE!!! My tenders were cold, they're out of coleslaw(at 12:15pm), got Mac n chz instead had to go back in to get it because they forgot it open it up and it doesnt even cover the bottom of the tiny container its only half a scoop! $17 for cold food and 1/2 of a side is DIABOLICAL!!! First ever and LAST visit to Popeyes!!
So ofcourse there's a wait with noone in there. After 10mins of them taking all drive thru orders. The lady who was to take my order kept ranting about how she quits ,yelling etc. A worker tells her to take my order she said idc about her still yell8ng and ranting. Finally get my order and everything is wrong the guy says I have wrong order gives me another whole wrong order finally get order and get home and its still partially wrong smh. Please get NEW WORKERS. unacceptable when im spend8ng my money... Smh
If you are interested in eating 100% dog food, pick up dinner from Popeyes located at 3062 Erie Blvd E. The food is burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. The chicken is in desperate need of an IV. I purchase a 10 piece meal on 2/16/26 and was told not to return the chicken to the restaurant but to take pictures and come by the restaurant when I got off work to ask for and show the manager the pics. I did that but now a new story unfolded. They couldn't refund my money after I offered to return the disgusting chicken that evening. They told me to throw the chicken away and just bring the pictures when I got off work. Now the manager is saying she can refund the money without the chicken!! If the trash hadn't gone out, I would have dug through the trash and retrieved their nasty, oil filled, raw, stinky chicken. If you get food poisoning, become ill, and have eaten at Popeyes on Erie Blvd, it's the food that's not fit for human consumption!! Stay safe and well! Do not eat there!!
It seems like the staff is overwhelmed. I felt bad for them. The manager however... Was training somebody or doing an interview. Being very rude to that person. Just leaving them there and just going to have other conversations with other people. But not helping behind the counter. I had a $82 order, took 45 plus minutes to get it. And I try not to make a stink on the staff cuz it was just a manager not helping. Each staff member just keeps taking from everybody's order so no one can build their big orders. And when we got our big order, 16 piece, it wasn't 16 pieces it was just all wings or something else. I ordered six strawberry cheesecake things, we got five apples instead. But it wasn't the staff. It's the manager not managing things. He's just looking at them. And then talking to his friend. Well the interview guy is just sitting at a table by himself. And this whole place is busy as hell. So I didn't want to make a stink about my order being wrong even though it just took forever I had to keep asking about it every 15 minutes and every 15 minutes some of my order would just disappear and then have to remake it again.
Man I’m not gonna lie never getting food from here again. I asked a girl if she had tartar sauce she looked told me no and walked away completely didn’t even ask if I wanted another sauce she kept looking my way but still didn’t get back to me that was completely disrespectful. Then the guy on register with the gold chain doing everything he can to take orders but then this other customer came in and all of a sudden he gave her all his attention and completely disregarded me. I had to say multiple times “Hey can I get another sauce instead of the tartar sauce” Then the guy took his sweet time and I understand being busy but this was not no busy. On top of all that I was standing in front of the lids to get their attention to get what I needed and he didn’t care he only started telling me get out the way. Worst experience coming to this popeyes would not recommend it. This place is disgusting and half the employees are even worst than disgusting especially that girls attitude
Highly disappointed in the service I received. Most likely will not return to this location. To start, I had ordered a 6pc boneless wing meal with fries and a premium lemonade. I had repeated it twice for the order taker, and then she asked me bone in or boneless, to which for a third time i said bonelss. The wings I received were bone in and room temp. On top of that not only were my "fresh fries" cold, but so were my brother in laws fries. I was not given a premium lemonade and had to get minute Maid lemonade from the fountain machine instead. Then as we were going to leave, we found out the staff had locked both lobby doors, and we had to unlock it ourselves to get out and walk around the building through the drive through entrance to get to our vehicle.
I saw everything that happened yesterday at night and I feel bad for that Manager Ali she was yelling at him in front of me during me ordering food Ali he always take orders and he a good Manager he was in the back. She went to him and start yelling at him, telling him come help me. He was talking back, saying I am washing dishes, changing the water when you wash the dishes, I don’t open my mouth or say anything and you told the Gm you got that you can do it by yourself so why are you coming up to my face telling me you need my help now do you want to do the dishes and I can do the drive-through this what Ali was telling her she starts yelling at him telling him your fired. She said it three times like she the owner or something Ali is the fastest person in Popeyes he always Pack my food talk to me nice not like the rest you boss need to fire the lady and bring Ali back to this Popeyes I saw everything that happened and I am with Ali he was sweating washing the dishes how do you guys want him to come help her when he was saying, she told the GM she got that so he can do the dishes you guys need to do something about this situation if not then yall going too lose customers from now on
Went to the drive thru and stated my order ( a 4pc chicken combo with Mac&cheese, and a chicken sandwich combo with Mac&cheese). Pretty simple right? WRONG! I was asked to pull up and wait for my food to be ready. I waited several minutes and 3 other cars behind me got their food. Then a young man brings food to my car. Guess what...not my order. He took it back and after another 5 min, he again brought me the wrong order. I explained what i ordered to him and showed him my receipt. He went back in, and once again the wrong order. I gave him my receipt to follow. I would have left, but already paid. He finally brought the right order. Although the young man was very apologetic, i will not be going back to this place.
terrible service, ordered 2 times in a row, oil needs to be changed, food tasted burnt the first night. came again today ordered 2 combos of the 8 piece nuggets, nuggets were soggy the first time, so we asked for new food and they complained that it’s because the nuggets hold too much oil. sat down to dine in after getting fresh food, nuggets were still soggy. bugs flying all around us while eating, we look to our left and see an employee laying on the bench sleeping. very unprofessional. they need to step it up, not only that but we are in a middle of a pandemic and their employees are not wearing gloves or masks. not impressed. this location compared to north syracuse is complete TRASH!
