I always stop in on Wednesdays for the deal of the day sandwich which is turkey with all the fixins and the staff is always courteous and welcoming. I look forward to my Wednesday visits.

Been here a few times and it's always quick to order my sandwich and go. Now with COVID, I've used the order online and curbside pickup, and even that is quick; I hope they continue to offer curbside pickup after the pandemic is over.

This subway is one of the only subway's I have seen that genuinely know how to serve the condiments. At a lot of subways I have been to the mustard and mayo get squirted right down the seam of the sandwich so that you only taste it when eating that portion of the sandwich. At this specific subway, my sandwich "artist" used a diagonal pattern to make sure that there was condiment in every bite. It's the little things that can make the biggest difference.

They suffered through making 7 different foot long subs for my entire family (which is a LOT) and they did it with a smile. Very impressed! I always feel bad ordering for my zoo but they made the experience pleasant as always. Thank you!

Even though they were closing up shop they were very helpful and polite. They were extremely patient with me because my card was acting up and once I was in the clear and made the purchase they were very understanding. No dirty looks just great customer service. Thank you!

Hit or miss. Best time to come is around 1pm since thats when fresh bread finishes cooling down for fresh crunchy soft bread.

I like their sandwiches & specials. Problem sometimes in the evening it gets busy & I notice only one person working & two on their lunch break. Maybe only one on a break at a time should be implemented ?

I ordered two Tuna Sans, worker placed new gloves on, no Tuna in the counter so worker goes in back room for new Tuna bucket and started towards my bread to make my Sandwich, I stopped him before handling my Sandwich, I asked him to Change his gloves because I don't know what he handled in the back room...he said Excuse Me, I said CHANGE YOUR DIRTY GLOVES! He did but Reluctantly, this is the Third Time this has happened in the same store. ?

I recently visited the Subway on Stewart and Gray Road and Paramount Boulevard. It’s a small shop but very clean and well-kept, with a Grade A rating. There’s plenty of parking available, so it’s convenient to stop by. The food quality is up to the usual Subway standard, but I did run into an issue when I ordered through the app, the staff didn’t follow my customization instructions. That was a bit disappointing, but overall, the staff is polite and the experience is generally positive. I’ll continue coming here, but I might just stick to ordering in person to ensure everything’s right.

This place did not have guamole or chicken soup.their commercial lied about they serve guamole.

They relented and allowed use of their wash basin. Does this mean that if their soap dispenser runs out of soap, food will be prepared by dirty hands? Or is it that the employees didn't want to put forth the effort required to refill the soap dispenser in the bathroom, and in the same vein, didn't want to refill the spinach? Hmm...

I ordered online and when I got home the items that I payed extra for weren't on the sandwich let alone the vegetables I had ordered to be on the sandwich. Such a shame. Don't go to this subway they can't even make something as simple as a sandwich right.

Terrible service from both people who were there, I ordered my food online and arrived 10 minutes later and even then I had to wait another 20 minutes, more people came in and they gave them priority over me, the service at this place was terrible

I don't know how many times I've been to the subway but the staff always seem to be rude not courteous and it seems they're doing you a favor when they're doing you sandwich. I don't know if because they are paid the lowest wage possible but the customer service is horrible.

The workers made a wall of chair so students from Warren can sit down after a long day and is not fair we have to bye some thing to sit down but when you don't have money you have to stand up or sit in the concert outside and even if it's raining they won't let you in if you are a warren student

I ordered thru the app and the sandwich was not made whatsoever how I requested it. The cookies were like cement, no telling how long they been sitting out. My sandwich roll was stale. Horrible experience at this location. The only thing that saved this horrific meal was the vitamin water I got...yum yum.

They make the sandwiches extremely sloppy. One of the employees not wearing a mask was chewing gum with her mouth open while making a sandwich, that's so disgusting! I absolutely don't recommend this subway!

Just went there, Sunday, May 3 @3:45. The gentleman wasn’t pleasant or friendly. It just seemed like he didn’t wanted to be there. No greeting, as I walked in, as he was doing something. I waited for him to acknowledge me. There was no one else in the store. I asked for Jalapeño chips, he gave me hot Fritos, had to correct him. Then he asked what type of cookie? I said double chocolate chip, he gave me chocolate chip. Didn’t want to deal with him, so I just took it. In these difficult times a lot of business have lost revenues due to the new normal, but you would think you’d wanna keep the little business you have.

The lady named Maddie or Madi, not sure how it was spelled, was very rude to me and yelled at me when I couldn’t hear what cheese I wanted. I was nothing but respectful and she was very rude.
