Great place to eat. The food was absolutely delicious. Bernie was an absolute star looking after us. Helpful friendly and attentive. Credit to the place. Would highly recommend.

We had a very large group of 35 volunteers have dinner at Thunder Road, and thanks to our incredible waiter Alberto, the evening was a great success! Alberto was so patient and helpful as we worked out who had ordered what in our group and kept us informed of when the next round of dishes was coming out! The food was great and our volunteers really enjoyed the vibes, music and seating arrangement after a long day of working with us! Thanks so much 🫶🏻

American bar at the near heart of Temple bar. Amazing food and drinks, all requested by turning over a device that alerts staff to you needing a service. Buffalo sauce was good and the ribs were some of the meastiest I've had.

We visited today... 2 adults 6 children, and nothing was a problem! Seated in a family suitable area. Bernie served us and looked after every element of our requirements, from dietary, to 2 spare cups knowing we are separating desserts etc. Kids can't wait yo come back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Served by Bernie, a couple of great burgers. Piping hot. Nice drinks to go with it. Good music and a really nice atmosphere especially seeing as its midday on a Wednesday. Will defo return before we fly back home.

Wow what a place absolutely fabulous. From the front of house to the service. Such a great time. Such great location. At the bar I had the pleasure of meeting Emre such a delightful person full of smiles and laughter. Couldn’t recommend enough the food was great and honestly when the bill came out we were surprised.. in a good way!

First time here from NY. I asked our waitress Bernie for her suggestion on what to eat. She did not disappoint. She was very friendly and amicable. Would recommend Thunderroad. Food was good and so was the Guinness. I had the Dubai chocolate brownie for dessert and it was really good. Loved the music 🎵.

Brilliant style. Food is very tasty. Service is impeccable. Outdoor seating available as well perfect for that after meal coffee or tea and fine cigar. Say hello to host Eathan, he's a proper lovely lad!

In general GREAT experience The food was outstanding I visit the place with my girlfriend and she recommended me to try the ribs But we being people that like to try different things we order the “plate to share” with fried chickens,ribs,nachos and spice chicken wings And two tostadas with pulled pork The Ribs where immaculate the bone where ripping apart without even trying I eat the ribs with just a fork VERY nice The fried chicken where very nice the crust was crisp and well seasoned The spice wings where good but they where a little to overcooked but very good And the nachos where the ones in the simple side but I really liked the chilli on top very spice and flavourfull The tostadas where very nice they have a sweet to it that gave a extra kick very nice After that we still hungry for more and we order a cheese bite from the starter menu and I order another tostada for my self but with chicken this time The tostadas where very was good but nothing that impressed me BUT… The cheese bites were SO SO SO GOOD they were crispy,salty and where follow with a spicy jelly that was right on the spot. If someone go to thunder you have to try this starter they are perfect just perfect. When we finish all that food we decided to go for desert and we choose the cookie in the pan And all I can say is marvelous the cookie was so hot that the ice cream melted when you mixed together and the cracker with the ice cream and biscuit was so nice Definitely coming back for more

We had a wonderful meal at Thunder Road Café. The atmosphere was absolutely fab. The food was delicious, but what really made the experience stand out was the service. Our server, Paulina, was exceptional. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. She had the perfect balance of professionalism and kindness, making us feel well looked. Her lovely attitude added so much to the overall experience. Thunder Road Café is a place we’ll definitely be returning and a big part of that is thanks to Paulina. Highly recommend!

Natasha was our very helpful and kind waitress. She was very solicitous and made as all feel comfortable and welcome. The food was also incredible and even with a busy restaurant, it didn’t take long to arrive.

I was greeted by the FABULOUS Renan (icon) he made me feel so welcome and excited to dine within the establishment, I was then brought to the table by the very kind Kevin who was really interested In how my day went and to top it off the incredible Giovanna and Burcak were my waitresses. They were so beyond attentive and made sure my food experience was perfect, definitely a power duo! 10/10 experience I WILL be back soon!

Thunder Road Cafe is such a fun spot with an energy that hits you the second you walk inside. The vibes are fantastic—loud music, lively atmosphere, and a music selection that keeps the place feeling electric all night long. If you’re someone who loves a bit of volume and a great playlist while you eat, this place absolutely delivers. The interior design is impressive, too. The place is too hip! You can tell a lot of thought went into making the space visually exciting. The arrangements and layout feel modern, creative, and very well put together, adding to the overall experience. It’s one of those places where you look around and appreciate the aesthetic as much as the food. Speaking of food—it’s great. Tasty, well-prepared, and works perfectly with the atmosphere. It’s the kind of menu where you can order confidently knowing you’ll enjoy what you get. My only real issue is the pricing. The menu is definitely on the expensive side, more than I think it needs to be. The experience is great, but the cost can feel a bit high for what’s offered. If they could adjust the pricing or add more value-friendly options, it would make the place even better and cost effective. Overall, amazing vibes, great music, solid food, and a beautifully designed space. Fix the pricing, and it would be close to perfect.

Decent and quirky restaurant and bar, Walked in and gut seated straight away, food was good and the staff were friendly, Had the hot wings and a burger with loaded fries, Tasted good but the atomic wings wasn’t that atomic 🤣 but have been told I have an asbestos mouth!! Wife had the hot dog and enjoyed it, the decor is very interesting and quirky, not what you’d expect in Dublin 😁. We missed the live entertainment so the atmosphere was a little quiet. Definitely worth a visit if you like your burgers and American food.

I recently had the chance to stop by this restaurant while I was in the city center and decided to try their smash burgers—and I have to say, they were absolutely delicious. The double smashed beef patties were perfectly cooked, juicy, and tender, with a rich, flavorful bite. The chipotle sauce, grilled onions, and melted cheese brought everything together beautifully, making for a seriously satisfying burger. I also ordered the chicken tenders with chips, which were exactly what you’d expect—juicy, well-cooked, and reliably good. Nothing groundbreaking, but a solid choice if you’re in the mood for something simple. To finish off, I tried the Oreo cheesecake and coconut cake. While both were enjoyable, they didn’t particularly stand out—just your typical diner-style desserts, satisfying but nothing exceptional. Overall, if you’re looking for a great smash burger experience, this place is definitely worth a stop. The flavors were on point, and the burger alone makes it worth the visit!

Live music was nice, remember to check if they are playing later. Food was american style, pretty good wings. Harley davidson interior.

A nice restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and decent cuisine. We also appreciated the perfect Halloween costumes of the staff, which only enhanced our pleasant experience.

Our server, Natasha, was awesome. Very friendly and engaging; gave us great advice for our trip here in Ireland. The restaurant was definitely good, but I'm stopping short of saying "great". We were in on a Tuesday evening, and it seems from the photos and videos they had up that other nights are probably more lively. A cool feature is they give you an illuminated device that changes from white to red when you flip it over. This signals the wait staff that you're ready to order or otherwise in need of assistance. No hovering waiter, but also no abandonment. More restaurants should adopt this. Might not be the first place we pick next time we're in town, but it will be a place we pick.

Come to Ireland and see food from the US. This place is more of a statement of how much America is stating its claim on the Irish pub experience. It's Temple Bar, not downtown Dallas. They serve pints at least, probably because its the imperial system and Americans understand that.

Sat for near an hour waiting for a table and told it would only be 15 min then waited never showed up so we left. Also as an aside a poster on the wall with all their Americana decorations wasn’t the greatest vibe evoking sundown towns
