My first order wasn't to my expectation, when I went back an showed them what I was talking about, the employee was nice enough to make me a new badge of delicious wings, an gave me a small dessert thank you sir. Will definitely 👍 come back again, also I highly recommend the regular wings, with their hit sauce even better.

The service was so in Seoul, the last time that we went, it was not that nice I would have liked to ask each employee if they were nice to others or they would treat others the same way that they treat to us but since it was long time ago, I guess I'll leave it alone. I guess that if we go and find the same person that treat us the way he or she treated us last time, then I'll post the name here in this Google Maps, but since? So long time ago. I guess now you have to either go again or try to go and actually meet the same person that treated us like last time.

Very clean, updated interior. Everything was hot and fresh definitely not from under the heat lamp. One star lost just because the employee who took our order was very friendly and helpful but a 2nd employee who we asked for some sauces made it seem like we were bothering her and wouldn't really respond to us.

Ok service. Got handed flat and incorrect soda flavor once. Also got a super incorrect order. We had ordered two separate meals and instead we got a family bundle…semi burnt and dry btw. But I still go for their Famous Bowls

I was waiting 30 minutes for my order, and when they gave it to me, it was so cold. When I asked for a refund they told me they didn’t do refunds, but also didn’t offered to make my food again. Also the worst customer service in drive thru.

Went through the drive through the place was pretty empty, so not busy… they made me still park on the front and wait 10 minutes with no cars in back to attend just kids in a bad mood that decided they can make me wait if they wanted! Really bad Service, they need some adult supervision as they where all unprofessional teens. Then to top it off, I still had to go inside after seeing they attended to other cars after they made me wait for a 7 peace chicken! with no Fries as they said that if I wanted fries I would have to wait 7 minutes and still ended up waiting 13 min!! On a day that was not even packed or busy! 🫠 just Really bad customer service! And the food plain mediocre! Never again will I buy from that KFC!

I've come here maybe 4 times in the last 6 months and every time I've had to wait way too long for my food. Even with something as as small as just a 3 tender meal with potatoes, I had to wait about 20 minutes. Employees seem apathetic and just unfriendly.I'm not expecting 5 star service but coming here is just depressing. Ive also never seen any more than 3 people working there, 1 front, 1 prep, & 1 dive thru. So the lack of staffing probably contribute to wait times. People are always posting about looking for work on Facebook here, so it can't be that hard to find one more employee. Skip this place and go anywhere else. Management here needs a complete overhaul.

The KFC at 1993 Garrison St in Eagle Pass, Texas, has sadly lost the quality and consistency it once had in the 90s. Gone are the days of affordable, satisfying meals for the whole family. This decline seems to be a trend affecting many KFC locations nationwide. Although there are occasional deals, the app has proven to be of limited use. For a touch of nostalgia, the original recipe chicken is still worth a try, though the temporary promo items can be hit or miss. Recent visits inside rather than through the drive-thru have highlighted a concerning lack of cleanliness. With local and chain alternatives offering better quality, prices, and upkeep, it’s surprising this KFC location remains open.

horrible service! The employees there are rude and don’t give you your exact order right! Or either they charge you wrong! Need to fix those employees attitude’s.
