Usually go for the biscuit and gravy, but all the burgers are good as well. Staff is friendly, and I've never had a bad experience there.

Order was done quick and right, restroom was clean. Condiment tray was offered to us to take what we needed. It was a to go order placed inside. Whataburger is hard to knockout!!!

Very clean, all the workers are hard workers & very helpful. They are also really fast, we had 3 orders and everything was fresh. It was very busy and they even came out with my chocolate shake within a couple of minutes with it being busy. The entire lobby was full of families eating and enjoying Whataburger. Really good service here! Got to wait only minimum of 3 minutes before our orders were finished and they are very flexible. They have around 4-6 people taking orders outside and coming back within that 3 minute time frame. The employees who bring your food are also very nice and make sure you have everything you need before leaving.

I ordered the 10 cheeseburger box with 3 orders of family fries and a gallon of sweet tea on the mobile app, and the order was ready in a very expedited manner. The food was hot and juicy.

Placed my order and sat down. Within 3 minutes I had my shake. No more than sat back down and my order was ready. Granted I was the only one in line at that moment but still. It was quite fast in my opinion for what was ordered.

I went through the drive through and didn’t wait long at all. Shout out to the person running the drive through because of my clumsiness when he handed me my food I accidentally dropped it on the floor, and the employee didn’t hesitate to offer me a replacement, plus I didn’t even wait 5 minutes before I got my order replaced thank for the great service!

We had never tried Whataburger before but were highly impressed with this store. From the moment we walked in it was a great experience. The girl who took our order was helpful and friendly. The dining area had lots of room and was pleasant, the music was not too loud to visit and there was enough room the customers were not crowded. Our food was brought out and someone brought a tray with catsup, napkins and salt and we could get what we needed. every staff member had a smile and a friendly greeting. The food was very good, a BIG hamburger in this day and age. the fries good and the onions rings were terrific, real onion rings. Thank you for a super first time experience

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a difference! I hadn’t visited the inside of this Whataburger in Eagle Pass for a while because lines were too long and it was getting to be too dirty, chaotic, and noisy. But today? Wow… The whole place was clean & calm. The place looked great. Every staff member was actively doing something—cleaning, wiping down tables, taking out trash. No long lines, no mess, no stress. It felt really good to sit down and enjoy a great burger in a clean, welcoming space again. Big shoutout to the manager and team working today at 4PM —whatever changes have been made, they’re great!

I always make a point to stop at Whataburger whenever I'm in Eagle Pass, and the one on S Bibb Ave is a great example of what makes this chain a Texas icon. The service is always friendly and the food is consistently delicious. On my last visit, I ordered a Patty Melt and it was fantastic. The two beef patties, grilled onions, and creamy pepper sauce on toasted rye bread were a perfect combination of flavors. My fries were hot and fresh, and of course, the spicy ketchup was a must-have. The atmosphere is laid-back and clean, with a definite community feel. It's clear they take pride in serving their customers. It's a great spot for a classic burger and a true taste of Texas!

We ordered two cheeseburger combos, and the price was $24. It is a good value for money. If you order a combo, you get a medium-sized cup, but the drink cup size is usually the Large or X-Large size of other fast food restaurants. Whataburger‘s hamburger is 5 inches in diameter, which is a very large size compared to McDonald’s hamburgers which are 4 inches in diameter. The burger has a lot of mustard sauce, so it has a strong mustard flavor. If you don‘t like mustard sauce, I recommend asking for easy mustard when ordering.

Too much drunk people at night on the weekends, but it's normal. The service is pretty fast and the fries are hot and ready.

OK so this is a review for water Burger which is a huge national chain and always has terrific tasting food. But this goes out mostly to every chain restaurant that I visit in the last 6 months. You walk in and you must have on a face mask come up there is usually antibacterial gel to clean your hands before you get to the counter. There is a young lady or young men waiting to take your order and take your money. They are usually wearing gloves and a face mask . However they take your money put your money in the drawer give you change back from who knows who has touched that money then, They grab your cups and usually put 2 fingers inside the cup to place those cups on the counter. Then they grab the lids and straws and a stuff those down into the cup. Someone please explain to me how that is sanitary. Please what a Burger Taco Bell Wendy's popeye's chicken every fast food place I've been to in the last 6 months please stop letting your cashier's touch my drinking cups.

We have eaten at other Whataburger’s and the food at this one wasn’t as good. Burger was only warm and the fries tasted old.

The dining area and restrooms are to dirty and dining floors are too slippery or else too greasy. Plus employees way out of control. Management need to put more attention on what is going wrong in the fast food restaurant.

The asst manager, Marisol, had to fix the problem that arose with my order. When you order you a have yo make sure the cashier took your order correctly. Also when you receive the order you HAVE to check your order again because they tend to do your burgers wrong. The manager in charge of the grill should be more vigilant. Thanks Marisol for fixing other peoples mistakes.

The drive thru is so slow. Waited more than 10 minutes for 2 milkshakes. It's been a problem for a while now. I hope they can find a solution soon, because I love whataburger.

The food is decent enough, fires are typically cold, this includes either drive thru or dining in. Service is hit and miss, just depends on who is there to manage. Burgers are alright, also typically cold, I don't think I've gotten a hot meal at this location since I have been going. However one good thing is that it is open 24hrs, I believe there's only one other restaurant that provides service 24 hrs a day. I think if there was competition and another location offered a different option for food 24 hrs a day it would be good to elevate the service and food.

I love Whataburger, but this experience was disappointing. I order my burger and to my surprise it had no meat.. my taste just couldn't believe it. Other than that, Whataburger is still one of my favorite restaurants.

Got there at 11:00 pm and the done was close. So I got in the drive thru a big mistake(the first lane) it was very slow on the order. On the second lane there was a customer that got there the same time and they got there order and left. As for me I wait and wait the other lane move 5 other vehicle before I left that very slow service. I thought Whataburger was a 24-hour dining

Barely any lettuce, asked for grilled onions but most were just cut up onions amd the drinks have a salty taste due to the local drinking water. They had sufficient personal to be able to present a much better meal combo but it's in a small town and the only whataburger location in eagle pass so it is what it is sadly. Well never return.

This Whataburger location has terrible service they take anywhere from 45 mins to 1.5hrs to get your food out to you in the drive through. They need to retrain their employees and change management because this location has so many issues.

I just finished getting into my office with my wife and opened up our Whataburger meal and found out, after expressing to the lady who took our order how they should have breakfast all day. She suggested we order the chicken fajita taco and so we did. Along with coffee and a Monterey burger meal. We went along with paying the order and also asked what type of ketchup, I said spicy... So all that happened and now we're stuck with dividing the burger meal. She's having her coffee but no taco! On top of that ... NO KETCHUP FOR OUR FRIES!!! JAJAJIJI all that we can do now is only laugh it off and enjoy what we got. So, never again... at least here in town. Jiji wow!

Offered only cans of soda. One per meal. Diet coke and regular coke only. Ordered and payed extra for bacon in 2 burgers. Was charged but didn't get it. Received wrong order. Went threw the drive through around 5:30 am on my first visit after working all niight and i was the only one in the drive and it took about 18 minutes at the window before i got my food. On my secound visit i walked in and stood at the counter ant there was one guy in the back that kept looking up at me there was a few othere that looked my way but no one would wait on me. I stood at the ciunter for about 6 minutes. Aparently they dont care for white people there. The restraunt was half full of spanish people with no white people and now i understand why!

I'm a truck driver and I parked at the Walmart for the night specifically so that I could go to this Whataburger for dinner after a long day on the road. I walked to this location only to discover that the Dining Room was closed. Google showed this restaurant to be open 24hrs with Dine In Carryout and Drive Thru available. I drive a semi, so I couldn't use the drive thru, which is apparently the only option that's available 24hrs at this location. I'll not be counting on going to a Whataburger while I'm out on the road again as I can't be confident that I'll be able to eat there when I park for the night.

Service was horrible. Our order was large, so we justified the long wait thinking our food would come out just fine and we could eat quick. Sadly, when our food came, it was really cold and the hamburgers weren’t made correctly, they had missing or extra ingredients we didn’t ask for, and it was annoying to ask so many times since they couldn’t get the order correctly even after showing them the ticket almost 3 times, and we had to ask for them to bring our fries and treats other 3 times. We paid almost a hundred dollars for our orders, so it’s disappointing that the service and food were so bad. If you’re hungry, there’s a bunch of other places in which i think the service and food would be better and cheaper.
