It's Panda. Great orange chicken. This one has great service, friendly staff and a nice clean establishment. Just double check and make sure you have your teriyaki sauce if you get the teriyaki chicken.

Panda Express has great food. My complaint/problems is with Uber Eats. Since company doesn't come up for a review, I'll state this; Company gave driver order long after he was out delivering other orders. My order was over an hour being delivered, everything else was fine. Several orders through company the last couple of weeks, were problems, company need to get their services in order or will find another company.

This place was great. It was a busy location by the highway, but the drive-through moved quickly. I noticed the food, or at least the vegetables were better in quality than they used to be. Panda is stepping up their game

Love this place. I eat here about 5 times out the week. I enjoy the Orange Chicken ,Fried Rice,Chow Mein Noodles & Honey Walnut Shrimp. I can never seem to get enough here. I highly recommend this place.

As usual great food I was taking a step back with the Is up beat energy of the people behind the counter and the manager walking around, I was asked if I wanted to wait for a fresh pot to come out I said yes took a step back with my receipt and waited shortly after the manager walked in asked what I was waiting for and promptly went to work to try to make it happen sooner the customer service here is great Everyone's in a good mood you can see it in their body language.

Traveling through the desert and decided to order through the app and run in to pick it up. I got there earlier than I thought I would, and when I arrived, the place was busy, but an employee came right over to help me anyway. I explained that I ordered through the app and that I was early and would wait. She said no problem and then went over and checked on my order. It wasn't ready yet, so she dished it up and brought it to me (and smiled). The customer service was amazing and well above anything I'd expirenced in a long time. I'm so glad I stopped here. I can't wait to come back!

Excellent food. They were in the middle of a little rush and everything was coming straight out of the kitchen and had no time to sit. Incredibly fresh and flavorful. They also had a special on their "Family Feast" which includes 3 large entrees and 2 large sides served in the large boxes together in a convenient carrier plus sauces etc for only $29. Normal price is $35. We usually order 2 or 3 meals anyways so we just decided to do this for this time. If you are feeding multiple people, the Family Feast is definitely the way to go.

I placed a group order to be delivered by Door Dash. The Door Dash driver “Diego” never delivered the order and marked it as “delivered” on the app. The app showed that it was delivered to the very store from which we ordered. I created a case with Door Dash customer service. I then drove to the El Centro Panda Express and explained the situation to a gentleman named “Jesus”, who was extremely polite, professional, and punctual with resolving the issue. His fellow staff worked very quickly to prepare the order again and keep their customers satisfied. The restaurant was clean and well kept, and the food hit the spot. This location definitely exceeded my expectations and I appreciate how they did business today.

The fooood was super good, the service was excellent. Thank you so much to the supervisor who made an exception of letting me order just steamed broccoli because I’m vegetarian. The vibe was amazing from the employees, interacted with me on a personal level of asking how I was doing etc. also I noticed they clean the tables right away as soon as a customer has left after eating! Super clean! Will definitely come by and eat here again!

So, I hit up Panda at 2380 S 4th St, El Centro, CA for dinner tonight. I don't know if they just finished a big order, but I had a slight wait. I asked if they had Pepper Chicken & String beans w Chiicken. They didn't, but they would make it for me. Food came out hot and fresh, and I was given 2 spring rolls for my wait. The gentleman had sincerely apologized to me for the wait, and for that alone, I give 5 stars all across the board.

Food was good; hot, flavorful and quick. Honestly though, highway fast food restaurants need to make sure their bathrooms are clean, especially when they lock them up to their patrons. I am tired of having to wait to get a 6 digit code only to find a dirty restroom.

If you have a bit of extra cash I would easily suggest the Honey Walnut Shrimp with fried rice. It's a delicious combo and gets even better if you ask for some teriyaki sauce to dip it in.

I went in for fried eggplant and tofu, but this location does not serve it. While in the restaurant, I noticed that it was very clean, on both sides of the counter, the staff worked well to keep the line moving, and the food looked fresh and adequately stocked. If they get the fried eggplant and tofu on their menu, I'll become a frequent customer.

I was expecting a less than pleasant experience however I was wrong. The place was super busy. Some customers had placed several large orders, so they were a bit backed up. The employees were hustling and getting the orders out as quickly as possible. My food ended up being so fresh and tasty and my wait time was less than 5 minutes. As far as the atmosphere goes, well the setup of this location is not very good. They have a few booth tables that take up a large amount of space. It would be better if it had a more open concept like other Panda locations.

No brown rice offered. The teriyaki chicken is pre cut here and the sauce now comes packaged. Otherwise a nice cool place to get out of the 114 degree heat while charging the car.

This is my go-to American-Chinese food place. Service has always been pretty quick. I love the food here but there are things that keep me from giving it 5 stars. 1) Depending on the worker, I always have trouble getting condiments and chopsticks. I either order it and they simply forget to put it in the bag or the cashier hurries me to take the food and go. 2) I get it. Food service is stressful especially in rushes. I've worked food service before. But the cashier's can sometimes be rude and they'll try to rush you out before you can get your last extra bit of things. (Like I said, on most orders I like to get packets of teriyaki sauce and chopsticks and I'm usually hurries out or I order it and they forget to put it in the bag). 3) The quality of the food and the taste especially always changes drastically. I don't if this has to do with the cook or maybe the restaurant HQ keeps changing the recipe but their was a time when their Teriyaki chicken was slapping (really good). It was one of my go to entrees, and lately it's been really lack luster. The chicken can either be too stringy or rubbery and it has barely any seasoning to it. The sauce also can be very plain now. The orange chicken depends on whether or not you get a fresh batch. Sometimes older batches don't taste as great which is not something you can do much about, but the chicken sizes, that is definitely something that can be change. Sometimes the orange chicken pieces will be the size of the entire chicken breast (obviously I'm exaggerating) but the pieces can be too big at times which I have noticed it doesn't cook the chicken very well. I used to get their fried rice but it got to a point where I felt like a balloon every time I ate it. Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars and not 3 is because I have been a recurring customer for many years now. I still like the food here but overall the quality of the food has gone down drastically and the quality of the service could have some minor improvements.

We came here on a Sunday afternoon and ordered 1 plates and 1 bigger plates...the food was good as was the service. I really dig the dining area seating arrangements and the bathroom had a combo of towel and heated air for drying hands (a rarity for SoCal). Not sure of the drive in but our experience was a decent one.

Under staff. Gentlemen who eventually took my order was kind enough to ask if I wanted to wait to get a freshly cooked teriyaki chicken which was appreciated considering what was left in the pain. However, once I arrived home, it was discovered that the teriyaki chicken was under cooked.

The portion size of Orange Chicken for a Panda Bowl was to small compared to other Panda Express locations I've been to. Also, they didn't ask if I wanted sauces so I had to drive back and ask inside the restaurant. Other than that the food tasted good.

It was ok; ordered two exact plates; however, the server/cashier forgot the main important item on the plate; the orange chicken! Luckily we decided to dine in; otherwise, it would have been a major delay in our already busy day of plans; As soon as the error was noticed, the same person admitted the mistake and served the orange chicken. An apology was admitted, nothing to given or said to make up for the mistake; that's why I gave a 3 star, not the worst or best place.

This place can be hit and miss. Sometimes it's amazing sometimes it's barely passable. The super greens are definitely worth getting even though those are also varying in quality. Sometimes flavorful and good sometimes bland.

The food is consistently good. However, the wait time for the teriyaki chicken was 15 minutes at 1:00 pm. There is almost always a wait for anything you order during the lunch rush. This is poor planning.

Walked to this Panda Express today as my vehicle would not fit in their parking area if I tried to drive there and I was glad to see multiple signs on their windows stating face masks are required to enter inside which indicates people are allowed inside for take out as it says on google , well I walked in and immediately was turned away and told I cannot be inside although I was wearing a mask and was told I have to order online or drive thru , I asked if I can walk up to their window like the other food places have been doing for us truck drivers and she said NO . So I thought ok that’s fine I go outside ordered online waited for the time it dated my food would be ready and a guy came out and handed food to a guest parked in a car and since it’s was now 4 mins after the time it stated my food would be ready for pickup I kindly asked the guy about my order and he said he will check and most likely it’s ready so I waited a couple mins and walked inside again with my mask and was treated very rude as if I were a homeless person begging them for free food and was yelled at to get out . So my question to the Panda Express management is why not put signs letting people know they are not welcomed inside or why not just simply lock the door ? Also why not take in mind the wait outside in this heat and at least serve the correct portion of orange chicken? I should have gone across the parking over to In n Out they have ALWAYS had much better customer service .

Seems like the portions get smaller and never have food prepared. I waited 15 minutes for teriyaki chicken and meanwhile my orange chicken and rice was sitting at the counter. I got up and asked for my food. Anyway this is why I only eat here rarely .

Drive through is always a nightmare. Dine in, that way you know what you're getting. Never go the last 30 minutes before closing, the staff will be very annoyed. There should be a sign saying they dont serve food 30 minutes before closing. Makes no sense. I get they have to clean but that's why you have hours of operation.

Not the best one I've visited. Staff was rude and even though got my food quick and order was correct the food wasn't great. Noodles were kind of uncooked and brocolli was hard, beef was chewy. Honestly it didn't have enough flavor.

I am currently doing the Ketogenic diet, after I asked the manager if they had anything that wasn't that sugary. Said that there was nothing, they pretty much add sugar to all the things they make, even veggies have sugar and cornstarch in them. They said that they only follow their recipe. After realizing this, now I know that Panda Express isn't as healthy as I would of thought. The staff is very friendly but I can't sustain on a diet while coming here. Whether it's the Ketogenic or the lowcarb.

been to Panda Express quite a few times. This one was kind of a letdown. The teriyaki chicken which is a staple was lackluster and not very flavorful.the other items were just as bland. Service was good and the place was neat and fresh. I was a little disappointed by the food. They offered to replace it but I had kind of lost my appetite at that point.

I was driving by in the parking lot and I saw about 5 workers gathered around in the parking lot. I drove past them and notice one of them was smoking from bong of some sort. They all were in their uniforms whether they were on break or off work. I did however see one of them head back inside the building. I don't believe that looks good at all and is unacceptable. There is a time a place to do those things and it's definitely not at your job. This happened on 2/3/22 @2:24pm.

Ordered online for a certain time, had to wait 15 mins, ordered 2 orange chicken bowls one with rice and one with noodles, since I was in a hurry, which why I ordered online didnt bother too check my order since it wasn't a complicated order, well I get all the way home and both bowl had noodles, which were very greasy no flavor. I've been a Panda Express customer for a few years now, and some of them are good and some aren't, this day I bought a plate and a bigger plate wich are always enough for me and my family, but today they gave us very limited portions of everything, not to mention that broccoli was raw, and rice had too much raw egg smell. I expected a lot more.

Service is beyond horrible. Waited at the drive thru for over 10 minutes to take the order and then at the window the employees were just joking and talking to each other. At least acknowledge and say it will be this amount of time. When I got there, there was one person in front of me and when I left there was a line blocking the driveway.

This place was a mess. The food was cold old and not good at all.dining room was limited on seating as almost every table was dirty. Bathroom was horrible. The worst part was a staff member walked in looked around walked out. As we sat there for a hr eating no one went in to clean it. Will not be stopping here again. So I guess if you order teriyaki chicken. Your supposed to specify that you want them to put teriyaki sauce on it. Lol. That makes sense. It's like if I order a cheeseburger I'll have to specify for them to put cheese on it. But I feel better because when I called right now. Drive thru. Ordered a plate w/orange chicken, mushroom chicken & 1/2 steamed rice 1/2 super greens. Had to repeat & correct order a few times. Got to window & paid cash. She handed me back change & receipt & then immediately handed me my drink. So I shifted hands & took drink then proceeded putting change away, in wallet that was on my lap.And she immediately shoved order sack at me. I said wait a minute honey. No one’s in that big a hurry here.There was no one behind me.The look she gave me was pure disrespect attitude.I said nothing else to her. When I got home with order there was one brown napkin wadded up on top. Plastic fork/napkin & fortune cookie OK. Inside. All orange chicken no mushroom chicken. All steamed rice no super greens. Either pick better employees and or train them better. This was unacceptable on several levels.

Server was rude and they don’t have the eggplant tofu vegetarian option. Barely anything I could eat, wouldn’t go back. The chow mein wasn’t even cooked well sone of the noodles were still raw and uncooked.

Service is decent. Place is clean. Food is very unhealthy. Sodium in food increased my blood pressure. I ordered a plate which consists of chow mein, orange chicken, and kung pao. This plate has about 3000 mg of sodium. No more!

Given wrong order. Restaurant took wrong order back into restaurant and kept it, did they sell food after being out, I surely do not want to be given food that might be exposed to contamination or done who knows what by customers. Also, no compensation for time lost since I had to come back after driving away. Luckily I checked order when I was still nearby. Not asking for free of anything but yes I want to be feel that I am being taken care of. Also, they run out of food very often and make me wait. I like Panda's food a lot, but I will stop going to the only one that exists in el Centro Ca.

Food tastes like tap water, ordered something that was almost done cooking. Waited an additional 10 minutes for it, when I got the orange chicken it looked like it was a day old. All soggy and oily. Also, why do these girls get upset when you can't hear them? It's not my fault the drive through speaker is on that side of where all the traffic is passing by.

Waited an additional 15 minutes for our online order for vegetables to be done only to have to throw them away. They were extremely salty. Rest of plate was already room temperature by the time we got home (less than 5 minutes away).

I would rate it lower than zero if I could. We always have problems with Panda Express getting our orders correct. Especially in this location. This time I preordered my food so I could get my food on time without having to stand in line. I placed my order at 4:15pm For a pick up time of 5:20pm. I got to the location at 5:30 and asked for my food. They kept saying I didn’t place the order. When they finally found it, they realized they didn’t even make it yet and it was for 5:20pm. They didn’t have the string bean chicken so they asked me to substitute. I said whatever (I needed the food fast because I had to work at 6pm and feed the family) so as they were packing the items I asked (is there orange chicken?) the lady replies in a rude tone (you didn’t order any) I go on saying please open the containers and check (they have a tendency of messing my order up) she refused and forced me to go onto the app (taking additional time) to review what was there when I clearly made it a point I had to leave. If I didn’t spend $50 And had a car full of hungry kids, I would have just left. Faby continues to state it’s not her fault and that it was mine, further infuriating me. So I tell her is it my fault my food was not prepared at 5:20? She goes on by saying I just got there (6:40 at this time) but I’ve been there for 10 minutes) to someone that isn’t in a rush that is only 10 minutes, for me it was between being late to work or not. She also gets a customer involved in the situation by speaking about me directly with me still there. Very unprofessional and lack of respect. I didn’t get out of Panda until 5:58! To top it all off, I paid extra for shenghai beef and what I got looked nothing like shenghai beef. Totally not worth the mental frustration and if you need something quick for the family I would not recommend this place especially a place that would hire someone like “Faby”.

Service was good but food was horrible. The noodles tasted stale and unflavored. The rice was as if i was eating cardboard. My teriyaki chicken was slimy and some parts not fully cooked. The orange chicken was the only thing somewhat edible.

I can’t even begin to describe how many times they have made me wait over 40 minutes for ORANGE CHICKEN and TERIYAKI CHICKEN. I’ve had to contact corporate twice already. The second they tell Me to park at the front I just know they will have me waiting forever. Also zero apologies for all those times they have done that to me.

I ordered the broccoli and beef and it was horrible. They exchanged it for teriyaki chicken which was good but not worth the price. Our group spent over $70 for 5 people and 2 people got sick.

This place is usually 5 stars in customer service and quality of food however yesterday was a horrible experience. Melissa, the line staff was so rude, impatient, had the worst attitude. We came so close to leaving and canceling our order. They need to reevaluate the staff they have working with customers when she clearly hates her job and people in general. It got to the point where her colleague was apologizing for her actions.

In the drive thru I was encouraged to join pandas rewards club. I did and received a 25% promo. I was told to pull to the front of the store to wait for my food but not given the chance to scan my code. Paid cash, but store would not refund items and recharge them to honor their discount. Cheap store. They don’t want your business, don’t go here.

Went in for take out tonight and they were out of Orange Chicken, Lezlie... said that they weren't going to be making any more tonight so pick something else ... I did and then asked for Beijing Beef...another girl said it would take 8 minutes to cook ... I decided to wait. After 15 minutes I asked Lezlie...who was serving food and cashiering with the same blue gloves... if my order was ready. She said No , it's not , with an attitude. I went back two more times and after 40 mins , she said , "they haven't even started , so, move out of the way"...I asked for a refund and she told a customer to come in front of me and the customer was rude to me along with her... both telling me to move out of the way. A manager came over and asked for my receipt which was inside the bag over on their side and told me the Beijing Beef had been ready for a while. She said , I'm so , so sorry. I will not be going back just avoid Lezlie.

My daughter wanted to have lunch from panda since today was our parents and student lunch at her school. I ordered at the drive thru and they had me wait at parking lot. After waiting 20 minutes in the car and seeing numerous customers go in and out with food. I went to see what happened to my order, well they forgot to make my order and had me wait longer inside so they can make my order. A quick drive thru order turned in to a 35 min order. Unfortunately I tried to surprise my daughter with some special. It did not work out. It was to late.

Ernesto the manager needs to be retrained when it comes down to customer service. Has no ambition or customer service. Really rude and uptight. The environment felt really off. They need new management. Horrible

My experience was absolutely terrible. Feels like human decency no longer exists. Even here of all places by the border of (Mexico) I expected better service, especially with all this political crap and yet here we are; hence my disappointment. I will seriously need to speak to someone in corporate to understand how you would advise your employees to treat your customers in such manner ei not to service someone in your small town that is literally a thru for semi trucks. Please advice how I may fit my 18wheeler in your drive thru? How dare you refuse me service after I had to park, and walk to your establishment or staying at the hotel next door, while your hours were listed as open. And yet I was still refused service at the window. Please advise as I would love to understand this. Absolutely terrible. I understand this may be a small town and they may not know how the real World works but come one now. This will not be the end. Train your employees better, Be Better I literally payed the next customers meal as they were willing to place an order me since they were in a car. How nice were they to be willing to help and yet your employees couldn't even take my oder as my semi truck wouldn't fit in the drive thru. Absolutely terrible. Where has decency gone? Absolutely terrible.

The treatment of the cashier named Danitza was rude, impatient and filthy. When I asked for an extra fork, she handed it to me with her hands dirty from handling money and taking it from the picks. I will not stand there again. Poor portions and cold food!! Super disappointed that the manager Ernesto does not have the ability to manage his staff and restaurant well.

Month in advance we talked to the Assistant managerErnesto about a huge catering order for our company, we even went over yesterday to confirm we would have to just be there for pick up at 3:30. IT TOOK THEM MORE THAN ONE HOUR TO FINISH THE ORDER. We had our event start late today due to them not doing it on time. It was something planned ahead of time. I am so mad and embarrassed for this situation. WOULD NEVER AGAIN order there.

We order online: when I came to pick up my order, they stated they have already “pick up.” I had the email and reservation # but they did not care. When asked to called to corporate they PRETENDED they did it. when asked to see the cameras to see who has gotten my food they denied it. Then they decided to “make the food again” I waited about 50-60 minutes for my food that was already payed for. Do NOT order via online/app.
