The food and service were great because of the manager. Alicia was very helpful and friendly and made sure I was taken care of. She made sure my food came fast and that I was satisfied. Overall a great, memorable experience, and I would return.

One of the best restaurants I have been to the employees are nice and very helpful especially Alexis and alica they’re the best but also the food is made freshly and comes out warm and full of flavor I recommend this too all 🤤

Service was amazing . The managers are very friendly and always checks up on you asking if you need anything. The cashier is very friendly and smiled at you, she always repeats back the order and the food is ready fast, hot and delicious.

I had a big order and there was a line in front of me. Line did not too long and Alicia was very welcoming and informative. Meal was great ready before the time given.

The wings here are always great, but max really takes things to another level. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and never sloppy. Definitely deserves praise.

Amazing service, servers came up friendly and fast not only the servers but my food came out decently fast even i was shocked with the young adult in the back with glasses looked like he was putting in all his effort efficiently getting orders done and food was stellar definitely will be returning.

We have been coming to this wing daddy’s since they opened and honestly it’s the Best in El Paso. Every time we come the food is freshly made including the fries, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. We have never had a bad experience at this location. We been to 3 other locations and they did not meet the same expectations. This is the same reason we never go anywhere else! Keep up the good work wing daddy’s staff! First off, the employees were the sweetest. They were so genuine and the service was amazing. We got so much food (24 pack combo) for an awesome price. Everything was clean and the wings were massive! Would go again and I recommend the raspberry chipotle and the pecker reecker flavors. Just a note, Google doesn't clarify that they are a wing daddy's EXPRESS- there aren't any burgers at this location and you have to order at a counter.

Visited on 12/19/25, I just didn't have time to write the review. We ordered our food to go and sat on a booth to wait, but my husband's name was never called. When my husband went over to check the bags that were on the counter, the employee just said they forgot to call out his name. We arrived at 5:10-ish PM and ended up leaving at a bit past 6 PM. We went home and the boneless wings were tiny but good, just a bit dry. After visiting this place a few times, we agreed we won't go back for a while. Maybe it was just one of those days, but still. 🤷🏽‍♀️

They hooked me with great customer service and flavors. But lost me with such a tight table set up. Had to do the old shoulder tap to a gentleman at the table next to my lady and I’s. He decided it was cool to hover his rear end over her drink, plop down on the bench, and chill with his elbow on my table. So I politely let him know what was and wasn’t gonna happen. Other than that everything was great.

First time here. The location is smaller than most. My wife and I attended a Friday night and it was packed. 45 minute wait for a table. We had to sit at the bar. As you can image wait for food was longer usual. The drinks were good. I tried the watermelon margarita. It was tasty and a cheaper option. The tenders were hot delicious and the fries freshly fried. We also tried the chips and queso but we were disappointed. The cheese was clearly put in the microwave but not long enough. The chips were cold definitivamente not fried fresh. We always get the fried cookie dough no mater what Wing Papis we're at. It did not disappoint. Great service from our bartender Liz. She was sweet kept cool even though she was under stress. We spent $60 not including tip.. Thanks!

We are not strangers to the Wing Daddy’s franchise. My wife and I secretly claim we are silent investors due to the amount of money we spend here. This location opened a month after we moved to a different part of town. The first impression we had about this “express” location was sub par. Good idea but obviously someone didn’t do their homework. This location has enough traffic for a full size Wing Daddy’s. That being said the manager and staff here are VERY friendly and know excellent customer service. It was an extremely busy Friday and we were WELL taken care of. They were one person down, full lobby and customers barging in. Customer service was still their top priority.

This is what i got for house nachos. Paid 15 dll for chips. The time before this i was told Guacamole its not included because El Paso customers dont like guacamole UPDATE So after my las bad experiences her Stephany the manager contact me. She when ahead and offered a refund for the bad service and for just giving me chips for nachos. ( door dash had already taking care of it so i refuse) and also she offered to remake the nachos which she did her self and turn this around. I really appreciate her good customer service. If she is the one responsible for this location and continues with this actitud she will make this one of the best locations in El Paso

Spending $80 for dinner is OK for a family. What's not OK, is being hassled for Ranch Dressing, after spending so much on food. Checking this place off of my list, and will not be back. Place was dirty and tables were gross. Will spread the word, that employees here own Ranch Dressing, and you need to pay extra after spending $80 on food.

I was very disappointed with my recent order from Wing Daddie’s. The delivery took quite a while, and when it finally arrived, the wings had an unusual taste. This was the only meal I had that day, and later that night I became very ill — experiencing chills and vomiting, which I believe was caused by the wings. Unfortunately, the food quality was much lower than expected, and I’m concerned it may have been unsafe to eat.

This restaurant is absolutely horrible. The service is beyond pathetic. I ordered a combo and the girl handed me my food but didn’t bother to give me the fries that were supposed to come with it. When I went back to ask, instead of fixing THEIR mistake, they told me they had to serve everyone else first. That’s ridiculous, especially since I watched people who ordered after me get their food while I was still waiting for fries I had already paid for. The staff are dumb, rude, and clearly don’t care about customers. Every time I’ve come here it’s the same attitude lazy, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Save yourself the frustration and take your money somewhere that actually values basic service and common sense.
