Smells great as you walk in and got seated very quickly- even during lunch. Meals came out quick and were exactly as ordered. Our waitress Destiny hooked us up and was a cheerful delight to meet. Would definitely return to this location.

Big fan of this place, and their staff. I'm pretty sensitive to gluten and REALLY appreciate how seriously they take gluten-free menu options. I'm usually a takeout person, but tonight we decided to eat dinner at the bar, and it was a great choice. Jacobo was an excellent bartender and server, and the dragon margarita was extremely impressive. We spent some time discussing upcoming birthdays with him, and he made ours extra special by helping us celebrate with a very cute gluten-free dessert. I'm not sure there's enough money in the world for me to have to talk to people for a living, but most of them aren't as personable as this young bartender.

The service at P.F. Chang’s in The Fountains was outstanding thanks to our server, Arturo. He was extremely welcoming from the start and made us feel comfortable right away. He was quick with our drinks, made sure our food came out just as we ordered, and was always attentive without being intrusive. His friendly personality and professionalism really elevated our dining experience. If you’re dining here, I highly recommend asking for Arturo — he truly makes the visit memorable!

I had an amazing dining experience at P.F. Chang’s at The Fountains in El Paso. Our server, Arturo, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was very attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the whole meal. He checked on us at the right times, made great recommendations from the menu, and always had a positive attitude. The service really stood out and made our evening even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back and ask for him again!

I had a very difficult day and I stopped at PF Changs for some comfort food. I sat at the bar as that was the only seating available quickly and was met by Sabrina. She was very kind and really did what she can to try to make my day better. She made a great cocktail and held great conversation and I can truly say because of her I left the restaurant feeling so much better.

I love PF Changs and this is my second time dining at this location and this experience was definitely better than the last; our waiter was exceptional and the guy who brought us our dinner had great customer service and was friendly. All of the food was fresh and we didn’t have to wait long our entrees came before our appetizer. 10/10

This place is awesome. The moment you walk in the environment is so serene and welcoming. The fried green beans are so delicious with the sauce. The shrimp dumplings are savory! I had the miso glazed salmon with mushrooms on a spinach bed. Soooo good!! Our waiter was kind and helpful.We definitely enjoyed our dinner and will be coming back.

I went with my kids and we had an excellent time. Our server was very attentive from the moment we arrived, recommended a drink that was delicious (their organic margarita). I eat at PF changs in many cities. This PF Changs has the vibe of a fast food chain without fast food. With the location very empty, our party of six was left waiting about 15 minutes. Then once we were at the table no one came to take care of us until we chased down a waiter. Their spicy tuna roll was not good. All ther food was adequate . Plates were brought out at different times over a 25 minute timeframe with one person getting their plate after everyone else was half finished. Tea refill with warm tea that left no ice in the glass. Several requests for siracha before it finally showed up. My padthai noodles were poorly prepared compared to other places. They mixed my ladies pad Thai (no egg no soy) with mine that was normal. Requested their signature cake for my daughter’s birthday but they “sold out” over the weekend. Poor management planning and stocking. They seated us in front of of the door where every time the door opened cold air pushed across our table. The crispy shrimp appetizer was excellent. One plate out of five was correct. Severely disappointed in what used to be a treat. I do not recommend bringing someone out for a special meal at this place as it is currently running.

First the good stuff, drinks are good and sushi rolls are good. The bad, the old PF Chang model is gone, no more family sized portions for sharing, no more table side sauces made to your spice level and my favorite dish, spicy eggplant is gone too. Not a lot on the menu to make me want to go back unfortunately.

Very nicely decorated. The server was a bit overwhelmed, had too many tables and was very busy. We were a larger party. The hot and sour soup and lettuce wraps were good. Food was good except any chicken that is fried, it's basically dough. I ordered the orange chicken. Don't recommend The dinner special was very few pieces of chicken compared to the stock photo, not worth it.

I love PF changs but this location fell very short. The server was super nice but didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing and you couldn’t even make the excuse for him that it was busy. Messed up our order, had to ask a number of time for items even plates. Food was cold, the lettuce wraps looked like the lettuce must have been getting old so they cut it to save what they could. Ordered dinner sized pad Thai, (no shallots or scallions) kung pao Brussels sprouts, kung pao rolls and chicken lettuce wraps (with romaine lettuce) off Uber Eats. Price was about $75 before tip, no delivery fee. About 45 minutes from the time I ordered did my food arrive. Driver did great, PF Changs did not. There were no sprouts, cilantro or lime in the pad Thai which left it completely flavorless and it was totally cold. Brussels sprouts were heavily overcooked and soggy, also completely cold. Lettuce wraps came with iceberg lettuce instead of romaine. I didn’t even eat those, gave them all to my husband. The only correct/ decent part of our order were the rolls which were great. I took pictures for Uber Eats but they didn’t auto save to my phone. Oh well, won’t order via Uber Eats again. Disappointed.

Went 5 times to this place since I love P.f. Chang’s so much in florida. It was to standard 2 times mid par 1 time and not at all to standard the recent 2 times, food I leave in the fridge 4 or more days taste better. The hostess ignored me 3 times walking near by no hello nothing, it must be that hostess because the other two I’ve met were kind, Had to walk over to the bar tender to assist she was kind enough to get my takeout that was sitting there. Worst P.f. Chang’s been to best one on Biscayne Florida. I love this brand it’s just this location needs total training on service and food standard.

First of all, Me and my friends had arrived, and there were many open seats available, but they sat is next to the kitchen doors, where it was loud, and honestly just overall uncomfortable place to sit, but it’s fine. Whatever then our waiter came up to us much later, and asked us what we wanted to order, and I had a question about the prices, and he had told me that the chef feast was for two people and cost in 19.99. Therefore, I ordered it for me and my friend. Our food came out super cold. My rice was overcooked, and barely had any meat in it considering how expensive it is, also had egg shells in the rice. We ate our food but our waiter never came by and would just walk past us and only refilled our waters once . we felt super ignored, and I’ve tried to get his attention multiple times, but he would constantly just walk by and I would get ignored. Then I proceed to tell him that it was my friends Birthday, and he gave us an option for the free dessert. But when he brought it out, he just dropped it on the table with the bottle and left. It was a very awkward experience and even worse was when I got the bill and saw that the total came out to $20 more than I expected. I realized that the chef feast was charged $40. When the server told me That it was 19.99 for 2 people. I spoke to the manager and she politely addressed that it was per person if I would’ve known, I would’ve just ordered a side of rice instead of the whole feast. I was planning on leaving a great tip. About 20%, but after the night we had had and the service that we were given, I only tipped a small amount(7%). I understand that we are teenagers and that good services are mostly given to people that appear with higher class. But still there is no need for all the negligence and overall bad service. I understand when kids and teenagers are a nice restaurant it can be a bit obnoxious and you might not expect much but you never know. Like I said I was going to tip well over 20% because I am an adult with a hard-working job. But you judged a book by it’s cover and therefore I left a tip that I didn’t want to give, but that was deserved.

Ordered from uber eats and the food got here super late and it was cold when we got it. The food itself tasted good after we warmed it up, but I’m extremely disappointed in the portion size. I ordered the Mongolian beef dinner special and it was literally half the size of my wife’s beef and broccoli dinner special. (both meals were the same price) If I knew how to post a picture of the difference in sizes I definitely would.

PF CHANGS more like PF BLAND The food was mediocre Panda Express beats it by a high mile and if you want a good Asian place this isn’t it bland rice, mid chow main terrible fried rice, tasteless crab ragoo, and the dumplings fried where almost raw god forbid someone got steamed they might as well be raw at least the drinks where good anything else is an absolutely waste of money

Overcharged my card!!! Turns out someone at the restaurant added 20 dlls to my total and even wrote the amount on the ticket i guess after we left the restaurant. My fault for leaving the space blank. Will file a complaint with the FTC and BBB. The person i talked to stated that that kind of situation was hard to believe since they had known the involved personnel for 4 years but immediately offered to give me a gift card. Which seemed kind of strange if there wasnt any wrongdoing. We had been to the restaurant a couple of times before and we had had a pleasant experience until the last time we visited the place on the 28th. Food was okay but the service was not. The server took too long for everithing to the point that the hostess had to help us out. The other thing was the language that the server and a coworker were using (very colorful language) when talking to each other right behind where we were seated (kitchen entrace) and it is not like ive never heard those words before. But my 7 year old daughter was there listening. I didnt appretiate that. And lastly, they overcharged my credit card. Ive been calling the restaurant since 9 or 10 in the morning and was not able to get a hold of the manager until past 4 in the afternoon. Ive talked to her twice about this issue and she keeps making me wait until she has time to find the receipt and verify what i told her. (I still have a copy of my receipt) They didnt wait to overcharge my card but now i have to wait to get a reimbursment. Not coming back ever.

I was really disappointed with my experience at PF Chang’s. The fried rice was overcooked and bland, and the chicken was far too sweet with an odd flavor. The drinks were also too sour for my taste. I do appreciate that the staff kindly removed the two drinks I ordered from my tab, but overall, I left feeling let down. I had really been looking forward to trying PF Chang’s, only to be disappointed by the food. The only item I actually enjoyed was the BBQ short rib. .
