I came in late in the evening this week, and was very impressed!! First off, best chicken strips and ranch ever! Even though it was late, they let me order dine in and were very friendly! The resturant was very clean and tidy. So was the bathroom. I didn't wait long and my order was fresh and ready! I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this wingstop!
Fries hot and delicious. Wings best I’ve had. All of this great service with only one visible worker. Billy is a rockstar. If he’s not a manager he’s definitely can be. I work in food and his service was impeccable.
I had my order delivered and it was so delicious! Thank you so much! And the delivery driver was so nice!! Chicken was delicious! I didn’t like the mango habanero chicken, but that’s what I get for trying something different lol. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE HOT HONEY RUB 😋. Thank you Again!! only the fries looked like they were cooked in old oil 🤦♀️☹️
We had placed a pickup order and we were very satisfied with how well and tasty everything was made and it was very neatly packaged. The new owners seem great so far, thanks guys

If you order ahead this place is great! If you don’t order ahead you will be hangry. I would rather them take their time and me not get raw chicken. I usually place the order 25-30 min in advance and it’s always ready when I walk in.
Abdul paid for my food when my card was locked and I didn’t have access to my funds I appreciate him so much I will be going to this Wingstop from now on just based off his costumer service.

This location is solid but some of the clientele were raised in a barn. Literally grown adults complaining about soda. The staff handled themselves well. Food is consistent in my experience.

Great chicken! Very busy location. The servers were hustling & working hard. Dining area is small. Like everything else, the prices seem to be going up.

The reason that people are ordering online is to pay in advance and come in and grab the order, the confirmation email that people have and their actual email with the last four of the card and the name and the information of the order should be enough if you want people to have to show the card then you need to put any of your email that you will have to show cars to pick up your order or something This time I happen to have my card on me but a lot of times I will order from my house and then show up so that is something you guys need to find a way to notify people of that’s absolutely ridiculous, especially when the money for the order has already come out of the account

Of the regular-looking wings, some had a horrible after taste. As for the rest of my order, The Voodoo Fries did not have any of the Louisiana Rub and only tasted like the cheese. The Seasoned Fries weren't seasoned. Yea, unfortunately that's for sure the last time, I'd rather drive out of my way to get it from somewhere else at this point.

35 min wait for 2 combos at $19 each. For a total of about $43 after tax. Every table was dirty and covered in ranch and other sauces. The amount of food they give you is the size of a kids meal. Boneless wings are the size of 25 cent coin. The food portions are to laugh at. I was still hungry and had to make some microwave popcorn to fill in the empty spaces in my stomach this had left me. It's really sad...
All the tables were dirty. We sat at a dirty table by the window where you can see your food being prepared. Food was slow but that's expected. As we sat waiting for our food you can see all the food sitting in the fryer baskets for long periods of time. When I got my fries they were cold to the touch. I sent them back and asked for fresh fries. While sitting at the window seat I see the lady in the back redunk the old cold fries sitting In the basket to rewarm them and send them out to my table I told them I saw what they did but insisted they were fresh. Which I know they were not. There was also a ton of chicken just sitting in the baskets which explains why my chicken was not hot and fresh as well. Do better wing stop your food is expensive and not quality and not up to par at all.
order 50 boneless wings yesterday for pickup today. Got there was told they dont have my order, I said that I do , worker said i was wrong and i must have got the wrong store ( i didnt). show my proof and it turns out they just forgot. Got my food ten mins later but they act like it was no big deal. if a customer pay in advance it should least be on time not ill get to it when i feel like it
Showed up on time for my online order. Staff member Khereen greeted me and stated my order is not yet ready. Please be advised that, the staff member did not bother to communicate with her fellow staff on the food line and had only checked the "Ready Orders" only. I patiently waited approximately 35 minutes before approaching the staff again. Another staff helped me this time and had asked staff member Khereen if she helped me previously. She stated I dont remember. Other staff member mentioned that they can complete my order in 5 minutes. I declined stating i will not wait any longer. I would not want my food rushed to be made and have a chance to be disappointed again. I have had issues like this with this store in the past but have given this them chances. After tonight's experience, I don't think they deserve any more chances.
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered to go paid cash watched several people come in and order and leave right away. One coworker asked the other about my order with no response. After 25 mins I asked where my order was... Well they couldn't find the ticket so once I asked about my order it was finally made. I should have just asked for a refund. They also didn't let people know the soda machine was down I had to tell the customers that. I will never get food there ever
would give no stars. Ordered over $40 worth of food. they shorted me one side (celery). The manager/owner called me a lair and refused to give me my side that wasn't there. $2 dollars' worth of food. Extremely rude and no customer services. Don't spend or waste your money here. Other stores around that cook better wings and don't yell at paying custo
Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ My recent experience at this restaurant left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. The service was shockingly slow, taking a mind-numbingly long one hour for a simple order to be ready. The staff seemed indifferent to the agonizing wait, showing no urgency or consideration for their customers. To make matters worse, the food quality was abysmal, lacking freshness and flavor. The overall atmosphere was uninspiring, with outdated decor and cramped seating. I strongly advise avoiding this restaurant if you value your time and expect efficient service.
If I could give zero I would. Don’t go here. The service is trash. The worker Maria will smirk in your face and be sarcastic. She will also touch fries with dirty bare hands before dumping into the fryer (literally witnessed with my own eyes) she tried to act like I was crazy when calling it out and then her coworkers ended up dumping the fries in the trash. I will never spend my money at this wingstop ever again. The manager refused to come inside to speak with me however kept calling the employees (as I’m sure they watched from the parking lot and or was possibly one of the workers) and eventually called the cops on me because I demanded to speak to a supervisor/ manager. Crazy work. I’ll take this higher as it’s one thing to be rude and have lousey customer service, but it’s another thing to put the customers health at risk by not handling food with dirty unsanitized hands with no gloves.

I had my family member get my receipt because I couldn’t handle it this isent the first time everytime I have come and she’s their this behavior happens this is the first time i’m making a bad review about that Wingstop I never will go back to this location again when she’s not their the service isent perfect but it’s not horrible she shouldn’t be working with customers period.
