Chipotle as a company is going downhill but this one always seems great, good staff, decent portions, food tastes fresh.
I had a mishap with my order. I called the location and they remade my order apologized and gave me something extra which they didnt have to do but I fully appreciated. I spoke with the night manager Cathy and she was a delight. The food is always good but the customer service makes a business. Highly appreciated them for it.
Ernesto was great - very accommodating to my sister and I. He was friendly but not overbearing with his friendliness. Hope to see him again soon. It was closing time so I know everyone was ready to wrap up lol but even so, 10/10. Food was alright not too shabby
6/2023, this place hands down is the best and set bar high for their other chipotle places. Folks serving to register are spot on and super accommodating. This Chipotle Location is Fantastic. They give you right portion, very accommodating and clean. Food is always fresh, and temperature is always good.

1st time here my daughter begged to go. The line was very long place was busy and didn't seem like they had enough staff to clean up the table of people who left and the garbage area. BUT the food was good better than expected, service was good and line moved quickly.
Came here to order out for the first time and was very impressed but the service by Lisa. Food was very delicious and ordering was quick and efficient.
We actually accidentally ordered our pick up order from the wrong location. We re-ordered our food here and then called their customer support team. The process was so quick and easy for them to cancel the order we accidentally placed, and start the process for the refund. They said 3-5 business days. Only took 3 days. Food was delicious, chips were a little overcooked. Very satisfied!
It’s a great new spot, but definitely not a place to eat at especially when the kids get out of school. It was a disaster in the afternoon. Trash everywhere and no space to even move. Staff was good though and needs some time to settle in.
For the location being fairly tiny to other Chipotle’s in the area the food quality and service still packs-a-punch! The workers are very friendly and the food is top tier, exactly what you’re expecting when craving that bowl or burrito from Chipotle

Food was great! Friendly staff. I would've appreciated if she had let me know the guacamole was 2.50 though. I'd probably get it anyway. But I would've had the option to not pay that much. That price is ridiculous. For the portion they give you, not worth it.
The workers were friendly during this last visit (I do not always have the same experience), and moved more quickly. However, the customer seating area seemed a bit messy which is why I took my food to go.
Chipotle has really good food, always fills me up whenever I grab a meal from there, the atmosphere isn't so bad either. The main issue I have is when I order online. You would expect the food to be prepared by the time you have it ordered but multiple times I had to still wait for my food. If it was just a bit quicker service, I would bump up their ratings by a star.
Only complaint the rice and the steak was a bit hard
I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent experiences at your location. While the service here used to be quite poor, I have noticed a significant improvement lately. The new staff members are friendly and much more effective than the previous team. Additionally, the food quality has improved noticeably with these changes. The location is excellent and clearly stays busy. It seems that with the right management in place to help the team run more efficiently, the establishment will continue to thrive.
I ordered my food and requested for them to cut my burrito in half. The young lady who attended was very polite but wasn’t sure and asked an employee named Angelo who was very rude “No, you can get a knife and cut it yourself “. This was a simple request that didn’t merit such an impolite response. Please have this employee trained on customer service. Overall the cashier was very polite and recommended chips which I also added to my order. Thank you all ! Again, please have Angelo learn proper procedure and learn who to address customers
It's Chipotle, food is good and consistent. But definitely one of the slower ones to go to. Always seems understaffed.
Keepin it real out here in Elmont Visited this place 3 times in the last 2 weeks, the food was really gooooood that 1 random time, and pretty average the other 2. Very regular basic customer service, not that I expect amazing service from Chipotle but the experience just falls a bit flat, only thing making the place decent is the somewhat consistent food.
One add on item sautee pepper & onion are out, Server say it will take few minutes to refill, but didn't suggest how long or whether to wait. Inadequate 2 server in front. Senior server need assistance during lunch /rush hours
It was pretty good. The food was really good and fresh the location. I don't know if the air conditioning was broken or whatever, but it was so hot in there, especially with the ovens and the grills on. I'd rather sat in my car in 95° weather. It was horrible like eating conditions
The food is fine, but ordering ahead and arriving when it's supposed to be done, and you will wind up seeing people enter after you, order on the regular line and leave before you get your food. If you're ordering for delivery that's fine, but if you're picking it up yourself best to skip the app. Hope that helps 😃👍
This restaurant is constantly hiring people who dont speak English. There always a communication barrier which is unfair to the customers that speak & understand English fluently. Change workers often
Went around 3pm. Customer service was fine. The containers barely had food in them. The barbacoa meat was cold! Tables weren’t clean, had food crumbs. Soap dispenser in bathroom was empty when I went to wash my hands. Will not be going back to this location.
Food was made but nobody greets you or even addresses you when you walk over to the pickup area. I stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge my existence or even make eye contact as I did not want to interrupt someone else’s service. A simple “we’ll be with you shortly” would’ve gone a long way but nothing I took the chance to stop someone who was washing their hands and told them I was there to pickup my online order.
This place is lowkey not it. 3 stars because the service wasn’t bad, but the food…check out hot peppers and thank me later.
Portion sizes are just not good to be honest. Jericho tpk chipotle is way better with their sizes. The foods still decent and fresh though. Just hope the person that runs the place works on the portion sizing.
I ordered a Chipotle bowl and was impressed with how generous the portion size was,it really felt like I got my money’s worth. The only downside was that the steak portion was noticeably smaller compared to everything else. Still, the ingredients tasted fresh and the bowl overall was enjoyable. I also ordered a quesadilla, but it wasn’t as good as I usually expect. It was really hard and didn’t have the usual flavor I’m used to, which was disappointing. Overall, the meal had some good parts, but there were definitely a few things that could have been better
The food is always good, but the service at this location was slow and weird during my visit. When I asked for the salad, they only put a few pieces of lettuce in my bowl. I told them I wanted a salad and wanted more of a base, they added 2 more pieces of lettuce. After adding in my protein, veggies and toppings, there was barely anything in my bowl. I asked if they could add in more chicken, knowing I would have to pay extra, and they gave me attitude and said "you know you have to pay for that". I looked at them and nodded saying "yeah, I know..." in the end I paid $20 for half a bowl of nothing. (I got guac as well, which added to the total. But apparently a salad really isn't a salad at this chipotle. It's just toppings with a side of lettuce...)
The atmosphere was good, the place was cleaner, but the service was horrific…I felt discriminated by an employee. Here is my story. I was in line and she attended the man ahead of me, when it was my turn to order she started to clean the countertops(which I thought it’s good) then she went to talk and laughs with some coworkers(I’m not against a break or relaxing, but not when there is a client waiting after some long enough a period time). When another person (a men) came behind me then she started to take the orders again. Is it discrimination? Or not? What do you think about this situation?
Used to be a good place as an alternative to McDonald's or Wendy's. However , the quality of the food and service (at least at this location) has gone down the drain. It will be a long time before I eat chipotle again. There are better alternatives like hot peppers and guaca-time..
Over $10.00 and after eating you leave hungry. I mean how much do they pay for rice to only get 2 small spoon full this is after several times of going in and trying. Understand meat they give you one full grab and a half ( if that much ) of the next . Must have big over head but will get bigger as I will not be visiting this place ever again. Plus not everyone eats spicy ( hot ) more options would help.
Pleasant staff, but lacking cleanliness and supplies, in the lobby. When asked for a napkin, they informed us that they aren't allowed to go into the lobby, from 4-6:30! Hence the reason it was a mess by the drinks, and not exactly as clean as you would expect throughout the entire lobby. Plus the food was very good, but you could tell some things weren't fresh or looked after. Burnt onions in the peppers and onion topping, browning lettuce, etc. Not up to the usual standards.
Came to get food with a gift card. Ordered like usual, but at the register they told me that gift cards weren't working, could I pay some other way? I have a gift card, that's how I wanted to pay, but they had no signs or notifications that it was broken. I left without the food they'd already made because I couldn't use my gift card. If such systems are down there should be a sign at the front door or the beginning of the line. Wasted my time and their food.

It's clear that there's a gap in the process that needs addressing, whether it's related to the timing of preparation or the effectiveness of the heating equipment. Even more frustrating is the unreliability in terms of order readiness. I've lost count of the number of times I've been promised a specific pickup time, only to arrive and find my order isn't ready. The waiting times, ranging from 10 to 20 minutes, are unacceptable, and it's disheartening to see a lack of improvement despite repeated visits. Adding to the frustration is the management's inability to rectify these issues. There seems to be a consistent disconnect between what's promised and what's delivered. On multiple occasions, I've been told my order was ready, only to arrive and either face a lengthy wait or be informed that my order had already been picked up by someone else. This level of disorganization reflects poorly on the management and raises concerns about the overall efficiency of the operation. Equally disappointing is the customer service, particularly when I've had to wait for an extended period. Instead of empathetic communication, the staff member in charge often resorts to an impatient and somewhat rude manner, repeatedly saying "hello" as if I am an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. While I remain a fan of Chipotle's food, the consistent issues at this particular location have pushed me to explore alternatives. I sincerely hope that Chipotle addresses the operational challenges at this store, as I believe improvements in service and management are crucial to retaining loyal customers

Poor management. With 10+ years of food service experience , it’s a disappointment to see such inadequate service especially to mobile pick up guest. The line was long which wasn’t a problem , but there was 1 person on the line. While 6-7 people were walking around doing their closing task I rather. 7$ extra was charged for a double scoop but turns out the literally be the same as a single. Very disappointing, this place has so much potential.
I made my orders online. When I picked up my order, the food was in a bag squished on top of each other. I had to repack the orders. The dishes had very, very little meat, basically BEANS & RICE.
Yesterday I placed a pick-up order at the Elmont location and was disappointed with the quality of my meal. I ordered half steak and half chicken, but both were incredibly fatty and filled with gristle, making it nearly inedible. This is the second time I’ve experienced poor meat quality with a to-go order at this location. Interestingly, when I order in person and wait in long line, the quality of the meat is much better, so this issue seems specific to pick-up orders. I would appreciate it if this could be looked into, as I feel I’ve wasted money on food I couldn’t eat. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Worst experience ever! I ordered an online order had someone pick it up and they completely forgot my drink. I called and asked for a refund because i am not going to come ALL the way back for my drink. The front girl just hung up the phone on me and didn't answer when i called back. I will be calling corporate and she will be finding a new job.
Whether I pay for double protein or get a reward for it, the portion is so ridiculously small. Why should I waste my money? Bowl filled with rice and then sprinkles of meat. Not worth $15!
This location closed the doors at 9:30 when they close at 10 pm. The employees proceeded to tell customers that they closed the doors because they wanted to go home. Seems like there’s an issue with management, customer service and the entire operation is flawed. Uber Eats drivers were trying to pick up order and were turned away until a customer opened the side door. They told customers they ran out of utensils. Pretty much saying anything get us out.
As I'm waiting for someone to ring up my order, A cleaning man comes with a wet towel rag to wipe off the counter. He took that same towel rag to clean in between the areas where the food pans were placed. The cleaning rag had excess fluid that was dripping in the vegetables. This is ridiculous to even be cleaning close to the food without putting the food pans aside. I will not be eating at this restaurant anymore. The department of health need to come check this place ASAP.
The food was good because, Chipotle. But the service was exceptionally slow and the staff couldn’t have been less concerned that we were there. I hope they get it together.
Really disappointed that they raised prices and cut back on items. Ordered a chicken bowl, the server put the chicken into the spoon and placed some into my bowl and placed the rest on the spoon back into their container. I asked for the rest her response was I put plenty in your bowl.
And totally agree with most of the comments. I was so excited to have a Chipotle in the corner of my house, but it’s useless. The table were they serve the food it’s always dirty, with lettuce and cheese all around it. The tables are dirty as well. They serve the food so fast even if it’s empty and by doing that they don’t know how much portion to put. It’s not the first or second but the 3rd time I order online to pick up and I end up waiting 15-20 minutes. So what’s the point of putting a certain time to pick up??? They can only say.. Oh I’m sorry..!!! Like it’s that going to fix the issue. I’ll rather eat at the mall then ever going back. Oohh and the food it’s really salty, specially the chips. Totally disappointed
Sold out of most meats (which would be nice to know before starting an order) & what they did have looked old (i got spicy steak which was cold & definitely not fresh). THEN... The cashier tried to give me a FAKE $20 in my change & i had to wait close to half an hour to get my correct change- THE ONLY GOOD EMPLOYEE WORKING THERE (polite, attentive, & genuinely trying to do a good job) was the new guy training, possibly his first day. If i could encourage this company to promote that guy immediately to manage that location i would. The manager was acting like a tweaking meth head, distracted & totally careless, & all the other employees had the vibe of a bunch of teenage degenerates cutting class & hanging out in a bathroom (not cool in a food buisness). I took every bite praying that i wouldn't get sick or find something in my food. My options were to eat there or not eat at all for the day so i really wish i would have had a better experience.
Very rude and unwelcoming. They are also liars, they lie about the vinegrette. Everytime I ask for one they say, they don’t have it. When I asked a friend working there, she checked the back fridge and got one for me. There needs to be more responsible management. Shame on them.

they added new workers and they have been scamming me i order a regular bowl which is around 13 dollars and today i went and they had charged me 19 dollars. i didnt get anything special just a normal chicken bowl

I honestly love chipolte, but this location has some rude employees. The other day I had forgot to get my drink because I didn't know that they put the cups in the bag. I had my sister call back just to tell them, and the girl on the phone was extremely rude. She also put us on hold and never came back to the phone. We called twice after and nobody picked up. We were extremely uneasy, because we gave this location a lot of business.
This is by far the worst chipotle i’ve ever came too. They barely put rice or protein, and this is coming from someone who doesn’t eat a lot. I paid for double meat, and they only added like 5 pieces of steak. I also got tacos, which i requested the shells be separated and the toppings / protein in a bowl… instead they gave me the little plastic containers that you put hot sauce in or guac.. how can this little container of chicken be filling for 3 tacos ??? Every other chipotles i’ve been to has never done this.
The food is still good but the people make it not worth going, it wasn’t always like this. They’re just straight up rude with an attitude from the second you walk in. I don’t know how these people were hired or what process they went through, but I HIGHLY SUGGEST going an extra few minutes out your way to a different Chipotle. Placed a pick up order. Order was getting prepped when I reached. Person forgot to add guac to my bowl and wrapped it up, I reminded him and the person behind handling the cash register gave me attitude. Like I’m paying for my food, I politely asked him about the guac. That chubby guy is lucky I didn’t sock him in the face right there. Terrible, terrible staff.
Honestly it’s the most unprofessional chipotle I’ve ever been to. The staff is always playing and chatting loudly about their personal lives in front of customers. The employees are very slow and take their sweet time. The tables are always dirty when you want to sit down. I mostly avoid going to this one except it’s closest to my house. I always hope the next time I will get better customer service, but It’s never Just a one time bad experience, it’s EVERY time. Honestly, my last straw was when I asked for chips and queso and was told there were no more despite the huge tray of chips sitting in the back of the kitchen WITHIN everyone’s field of view. I thought they were kidding but they were dead serious. No one wanted to bag chips. So I am wondering why five people are tending to the bowl and burrito line and one person couldn’t bag 1 bag of chips. Fire them all bro. No one actually wants to work.

The line tends to be long, but the staff does a great job serving quickly. The food is great, and this particular location tends to not skimp on the portion like so many other locations. Edit: I don't know what has happened to this location since opening, but it has really gone downhill. The past 2 times coming here have been horrible. They never have enough people staffed; the line is out the door; they have a line of online orders they say they can't fill on-time; only accept exact change; get upset when someone doesn't have exact change; don't have chips, veggies, guacamole, etc.; significantly under-fills the containers with food. As an added bonus, they re-opened my container at checkout to re-check (moving around the contents) whether my steak was garlic or not despite me telling them it's regular steak all because the guy on the front line was "sure it was garlic steak." Last time coming to this location.
I got a burrito and the lady doing my food barely gave me anything. I had to constantly kept asking her to put more food. When I would constantly kept asking for more food due to the fact that she barely gave me anything she had a rude attitude and gave a nasty look. Then another worker took my food and she was nicer and put the right amount of food without me having to ask.
I go to this chipotle all the time, but this guy whose name he refused to tell me was working today around 4pm. He was the only one serving and he was Hispanic. He was very rude and was giving only little food. I told him please add more yet was adding little. It’s not like he is paying for my meal. If this chipotle is going to be cheap with their customer then I rather start going somewhere else like subway for me to eat good enough healthy food. I usually like this place but this Hispanic dude was not good. I was even kind still he was rude. If chipotle wants customer to stay then need to teach their employees to respect and not be cheap when serving food.
Update: This is two years after my previous review. This store refused to honor my Chipotle reward yesterday evening (6/30/25)...just flat out refused, even after I showed them my receipt from the app, saying that their manager wouldn't let them give out any dip 🥴🥴 Submitted my issue on the app, but that's also useless and Chipotle just said they'll give me a free bag of dry ass chips for next time. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Also the only location that still can't ever seem to make me a burrito that isn't busting open and leaking through the foil for some reason. The Elmont location is truly trash. ------- There is a consistent weak link on the evening weekdays shifts. Please fix it. Or at least stop letting them make the burritos.
The tables are dirty and unmonitered, the servers barely show care when schlepping the food out and the fresh food containers do not come out in a timely fashion causing them to serve from the bottoms of containers that just sit there. I personally got sick shortly after eating a chicken bowl from this location on 4/29 and am just now fully recovering. Idk if it was the chicken bowl itself, the lettuce, "the organic lemonade," or the combination of it all, but my body instantly rejected it ALL. In a matter of minutes, it all came right back up, and nothing stayed down for days. It took major system flushing and multiple cloves of garlic to even out. Long story short; #NEVERAGAIN!! 🤮
Ordered through uber eats with double meat, they literally drowned the good in pico and cheese to hide the fact there was literally no chicken. You would think they get a bonus for skimping customers.
Food is not Consistent. Meaning they don't stick to the ingredients. I stop coming to this Chipotle. But decide to give it another try. One day the food is ok. Next it could be different taste. Rice Stuck together. You do not taste Cilantro. Chicken not completely cooked or cut up into the portions sizes. Chips are over cooked. Meaning to hard. Never have lime. And the customer service, Terrible and most of the time it is a Manger. Most of the time food is not Presentable. I suggest Cooperate do something you see the reviews you're having here. Someone needs to pay attention to this store. Going to Attach a photo of my bowl. This is how you serve food? Didn't enjoy this AT ALL. THIS IS PLAN WHITE RICE. SMH. They don't allow you to take a photo.
This is most unprofessional Chipotle I have ever been too. Employees are rude and act as if your a ghost whenever you come to pick up an order. I came in for a pick up order and sat there for 15 minutes before anyone said anything to me. When I told her I'm here to pick up a order and I've been waiting she says I didn't say anything to her, how is she suppose to know. I said to her you guys work here you should have said can I help you when I walked in. I'll never go back there again. Chipotle needs to retrain or fire the entire staff asap. They're always laughing and keekeeing with one another.
I like the food of chipotle. But this store has a poor management system. Line is all the way up to the door and cashier prioritize stocking rather than cashing out customers in line. Manager did nothing about this and not even helping out the line to be done. I’ve been waiting at least 15mins to get my order. Workers taking their time making the food rather than making it fast for the line to get done… im never going back to this branch. POOR management, SLOW workers and RUDE Workers. Need some supervising in this store.
This chipotle always infuriates me. If you order online they don’t give you extra nothing even when you pay for it so what’s the point. Then I started going in, the line is always so long while the people behind the counter are either annoyed you even came or just taking their time. I only ever encountered one woman who was so kind behind the counter. Tonight I go in and for the second time they tell me no steak. This made no sense to be personally because they just put out new meat across the board and new rice, but no steak?? They don’t close for another 2 hours. The first time I came they had steak and told me I couldn’t have it because it’s for an online order. Then why is it even on the line?? Chipotle has really gone down hill and it’s sad, but honestly there are many other options. Just posting this to tell you don’t even waste your time, go elsewhere.
In my recent visit to Chipotle, it has been quite disappointing. I regularly place online orders, but it seems that almost every time, my order is incorrect when I arrive for pickup. To make matters worse, the employee at the pickup area, a red-haired lady, who is always there, has consistently displayed rudeness and disrespect during our interactions. It often feels like I’m left waiting until she decides to help me. The food is the only thing I look forward to at this location, however the customer service has me DREADING every visit. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and it has certainly impacted my overall impression of Chipotle.
Staff need to triple check pickup orders! Always something missing
i usually come to this chipotle all the time. I went there 2:30 new year’s eve .. and there is one person doing the orders and one person on register and one person doing order pick ups. I waited on line for 25 minutes and the person doing the orders did not seem to care that there was a line out the door taking his sweet time. He’s moving very slow with the line growing. He was taking orders making the food and looking at people on line seeing how angry everyone was getting. Please get your staff together. This is horrible service.
Portions were good but found a strand of straight black hair while my hair is curly and brown. Then I felt nauseous then attempted to finish eating and found another straight black strand of hair and felt nauseous again. I ended up having to throw away my entire bowl and wasted $18, not coming back very disgusted.

This time I went and the guy‘s friend that was giving me the food was in front of me in the line and he gave his friend triple chicken for free when I asked for double I wasn’t given double and had to pay for double This also happened to me last time when the worker thought there was an attractive girl gave her triple chicken and skimmed me on mine this time I went and asked for guacamole which they had at the to go counter, but they refused to give it to me unless I made an online order so I proceeded to make an online Order The worker, then put the guacamole in the container didn’t fill the container and gave me the bad part of the guacamole and threw it down on the table in front of me. The workers are rude. The managers are rude. I highly do not recommend this location. I would drive an extra 45 minutes to go somewhere elseunbelievable.
Hi, I was Christmas shopping and I happen to walk into this location to grab a bite to eat. There was a tall Asian guy behind the counter dressed in black. I’m assuming he was the manager and I told him I would like a chicken bowl. He slams the rice in my plate. He slams the beans in my plate. he gave me approximately six tiny pieces of chicken which he also slammed in the plate. I confronted him about it and he told me that’s the portion. I said no it’s not. I said to him you’re angry and you’re taking it out on me. Horrible customer service for manager , I’m assuming that he is because he was telling everybody what to do. Then he had attitude when he had to fill up my plate appropriately. Never coming back there again. Terrible customer service. I lost my appetite. I had to throw out the food. Terrible place
We placed an order online at 1205pm, available for pick up at 12:20pm. All three orders were cold: the meat, the rice, the beans, everything cold. The order was not seating on the pick-up rack as it was being prep when I arrived. I will also be contacting Department of Health as well. A restaurant should not be allowed to serve cold food, there are regulations around the prep / holding table to be at appropriate temperatures. Food safety is definitely an issue at this location!
I got delivery, I ordered my usual bowl, and normally at any other place all is fine. I ordered delivery from these guys, and k received a bowl not even half way with just rice lettuce and cheese. I contacted everyone I could on this, nothing. I essentially got scammed. I asked for a refund, nothing. This is angering me and I expect for someone to make this right
I'm always understanding when it comes to things not working or out of service. But when I drive 25 min out of my way to find out chicken or ingredients are never ready. The quesadilla press have been "broken" for over a month. Or something else is not working. It's becoming annoying. This location is ALWAYS busy. So it generates money But no one is putting the nessasary money for supplies and maintenance. I'm just over Chipotle as a whole. It's becoming a waste of money and time. There are so many mom and pop mexican spots that are reliable, affordable, more flavor and better ingredients. These places make all this money and can't even cover the basics. Truly pathetic.
Terrible experience. The employee who made my bowl rushed me when it was slow and nobody was in line behind me. He put my bowl together with no care, extremely sloppy and rude. Very short with me as if i was inconveniencing him. It was so bad that my wife decided not to order anything. It ruined my appetite with how careless, rude and sloppy this employee was that I couldnt even eat my food. Do better Chipotle. Thankfully there’s a Moe’s nearby. I feel robbed having to pay for this.
This was by far the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The entire place was dirty — tables weren’t wiped down, the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in hours, and the trash bins were overflowing. It honestly made me question the hygiene standards in the kitchen. On top of that, the portions were ridiculously small. I paid full price and barely got half a scoop of rice and meat. When I politely asked about it, the staff acted annoyed instead of fixing it. The employees were unfriendly and looked like they didn’t want to be there. No greeting, no energy, just poor attitude. Customer service was basically nonexistent. For the price Chipotle charges, this was unacceptable. Dirty store, tiny portions, and bad service. I won’t be coming back.
This location is beyond disgusting .when you google Cross contamination . This location pops up. Workers don’t change their gloves , swipe the food from off the counters back into the serving tray . They’re not children or teens and have nasty attitudes before you can even get the order out of your mouth. The overall location is amazing but the staff are more of a turnoff than the lack of cleanliness and proper sani-safe practices. I’m contacting corporate , health department and FCC because they’re going to give someone salmonella poisoning or worse . I highly doubt the management onsite is competent as they’re more micro aggressive for logical complaints like 4 scoops of rice to one scoop of protein . … just call it a rice bowl even if you pay 5.85 extra for meat it’s pointless . ( I threw my Order out not risking sickness ) waste the of $20
12/31/25 I just left this store-620 Hempstead Tpke Elmont as an upset customer!! After leaving the gym after a long workout, I ventured to this location to order a high protein, high fiber bowl which cost $10.80, without tax of course. After waiting in line for approximately 20 minutes, I placed my order , having to repeat myself several times and having to state the components of a high protein, high fiber bowl. When I approached the register I was informed by the male cashier that my order was $ 16. 19. After inquiring why the cost was so high, it was stated that I got extra chicken. After I express that I did not ask for extra chicken, the young lady that prepared my order came over, OPENED my bowl and EXAMINED IT!!!! She the took my already prepared meal, and placed it to the end of the counter and commenced to prepare a second order!!!! Upon seeing this and not wanting to wait for any additional time, I informed both employees that I would take what was already prepared. The up charge of adding extra chicken to an order when it was not asked for was unethical and should not have occurred. Additionally, after learning of HER ERROR, both the young lady that prepared my order as well as the cashier should have informed a manager of her error. AS I AM SITTING HERE WRITING THIS REVIEW, MY ANGER IS INTENSIFYING AS A RESULT OF REALIZING THAT MY BITES OF EXTRA CHICKEN IS ABSENT!!!!😡😡😡 DO BETTER CHIPOTLE!!!!!! Acknowledge your wrongdoings and train your employees better!!!!
Didn’t even bother to check her name but lady who handles orders always arguing with the people seems like she wakes up and decides to be sour always has a scrunched up face you guys need to work hiring people who can handle they emotions and know how to be respectful but clearly she doesn’t know what manners are
I waited about 30 minutes in line at this location and attempted to use Chipotle’s Unwrap Extra burrito BOGO promotion which took place on 12/13/2025. I purchased a burrito and was expecting to be able to get one free entree of my chose with it(which is what the promotion states I am allowed to do) but staff incorrectly told me a burrito bowl could not be the free entrée, despite the official terms. After waiting so long and needing to feed my family, I went through with the purchase anyway. This felt unfair and poorly handled. Staff need clearer training on promotions to avoid putting customers in this position. Wish a refund or credit could be issued but not likely.
I recently placed an order through Uber Eats, and my friend went to pick it up. Unfortunately, the staff member who assisted him—a short Black girl working at the counter—was very unprofessional. She did not communicate politely and refused to give my friend proper answers when he asked about the order. The experience felt disrespectful and uncomfortable. I hope the management addresses this behavior so future customers have a better experience.
Service is SOOOO SLOW. Kathleen took way too long. There were 4 people in front of me and it still took 17 minutes until it was time to order. I asked for medium sauce on the side and she put queso in a cup….Even the cashier had to go over to stop her and correct her. Please have more than one person serving. I live in elmont and much more prefer ANY other chipotle and just didn’t wanna go too far today. Never again.
I will never go here again. Wish I could give this place a zero. It is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to and I usually love Chipotle. Firstly, it is so nasty, the counter tops has stale food stuck to it, the back has food all over and on the floor. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Secondly, the containers with the food were almost empty so my server brought a new one with white rice. Then some girl from the delivery side came and took it and said something to him in their language so he had to go in the back and mix more rice. Another girl scooped or rather scraped what was left and gave me the hard dried rice. I also order a salad bowl and he used his gloved contaminated hands to take out my salad. I also ordered a queso cup and then found pieces of chicken at the bottom of it. Worst part is that I do not eat meat and the sorfitas was watered down. Cross contamination, filthy and worst service. It wasn't even that busy. What a waste of $45 but I will not go back to this location.
It's always packed here. There is usually only one person preparing all of the pick up orders, so the wait is ridiculous. They always forget things too. They don't even acknowledge you either. Also it got really pricey. This chipotle doesn't have shelves where you can grab your to go order. This chipotle needs a lot of work. It is also very dirty. They are always low on the drinks and utensils. Never going back to this one.
I just opened my food literally, they are so stingy with their food for $25.00. I barely have rice and meat. This is a robbery literally. For me to make $25 I have to work hard and the staff here need more training or the manager needs more training. This is absurd with how little food they served. If this is their new initiative chipotle will not be here for the long haul.
