Have you ever had a burger from here?!?? I just had the flamethrower double burger today and it was pretty damn good! I was amazed! I got a blizzard too since that's what I was craving, but the burger was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely try another burger because they got a whoooole variety there now lol.
I like this place since lockdown was laid up They have super awesome varieties of ice cream especially the banana ice cream and fudge Icecream !!! They have a nice drive through where you can park your car and pick up your icecream and then have delicious time enjoying the best icecream in town!!!
One of the very last Grill & Chills in the NYC metro area did not fail to satisfy. Service was snappy with the employees serving my order just SECONDS after I placed it. The fries were really good as usual; a little too heavy on the BBQ for the chicken tenders, but I could live with it. Lemonade was alright. Dipped cone was very good, but it began to melt a little too soon. Decent experience overall. Would go again if my time, commute, and wallet allows.
We have been coming here for years. After the DQ’s near us closed. It is always clean inside. The staff is young but always courteous and ready to take your order. They have new dairy free dilly bars. They have cakes and other frozen take out treats. My blizzard was perfectly mixed with enough Oreos.
The service was friendly to us, and the ice cream was good enough. The chicken was kind of bad. Maybe get ice cream here and your dinner somewhere else.
Strawberry shake was not mixed, chunks of strawberry were not mixed well at all couldn’t drink it smoothly annoyingly. not he cleanest place either
I got a snickers blizzard and the team member didn’t put it upside down when he gave it to me :( i look forward to that experience but the reason for the 3 stars is my boyfriend got the strawberry shake and it was just barely blended, it’s not something he would order again that’s for sure. The team members barely acknowledged us also no communication at all. I come often to this location and this time was just disappointing.

I placed an online order and arrived at the designated pick-up time, but I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my order to be ready. During this time, no staff members acknowledged me or offered assistance. Furthermore, when my order was finally ready, it was incorrect. The chicken tenders basket was missing the advertised toast. A staff member retrieved the toast from the back without wearing gloves, which is a health and safety concern. I hope that you will take steps to address these issues and ensure that future customers have a more positive experience. 🤢. I recently visited your establishment to pick up an order of two blizzards. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding when I received my order. I had misheard the staff member and thought he had said two cheeseburgers instead of blizzards. When he brought out the order, he displayed an unprofessional attitude and questioned if that was what I had ordered. This situation left me feeling quite upset. In addition to this incident, I have noticed a group of young men, approximately in their mid-twenties, who frequent the establishment and engage in disrespectful and inappropriate behavior. They often sit outside and engage in conversations that are not suitable for a public setting. It appears that one of these individuals may be an employee, as I have seen him on multiple occasions, both during the day and at night. I am concerned about the overall decline in the quality of service and the atmosphere at your establishment. It used to be a welcoming and friendly place, but it seems that things have changed for the worse. I would like to suggest that you take steps to address these issues and ensure that your customers have a positive experience when visiting your establishment. I would also like to bring to your attention that the advertised toast is often not included with orders, which is misleading and disappointing to customers. In the future, I may consider visiting the Carvel in Union instead, as I have had more positive experiences there.
The worst customer service ever. I went in attempting to get the new cookie crunch dipped cone. That’s advertised for 1.99. When I inquired about the price the cashier said oh that’s the wrong price. I was puzzled because it’s advertised for 1.99. Then was told oh it’s for the dip itself. I wasn’t ordering just dip I was ordering a dipped cone. That is advertised for 1.99. The rude manager Edwin came out cut me off in the middle of sentence and said the owner put that there . I said you just cut me off and you don’t know what I was going to say. He replied yea cus yours going to keep arguing with me. No one was arguing I was making a point. Needless to say he was rude, and I don’t spend my money with rude people. That sign needs to taken down cus he stated that I was not the only customer to point that out. Edwin needs management training.
I used to frequent this establishment quite often and I recently started back, but i'm beginning to regret it! The staff that work here are very very unfriendly! Their customer service skills are horrible! They always seem to have an attitude or they seem like you're bothering them because you came there to spend YOUR money! I just went here last night and the guy that was assisting me was rude! This Dairy Queen is about to lose my business!!! The lady owner is fantastic, but she's not always there so last night might have been my last visit to this one!
Went to Dairy Queen and ordered $50.00 worth of ice cream for my family. I ordered the dipped cone with sprinkles. The cone was stale and unpleasant to eat. The Asian guy working had an attitude because I wanted a refund. He smashed the cone and said, it feels soft to me. How rude and condescending was that!!!! If my cone is stale, then it's stale. No apologies, just attitude. I hope I was refunded, else I'll go through my bank. My family has come to this Dairy Queen for over 10 years and this is how we are treated??!! We will NEVER come back here again!
I just got food there yesterday for my husband and watched the person at the counter put a scoop of ice cream from someone half eaten ice cream back into the container. Then my husband got really sick after eating the chili dog and fries here. I would be careful with the food quality here. I sent in a form using that link.
I had a terrible experience at Dairy Queen. The customer service was absolutely awful. The employee was rude and arrogant, making us feel unwelcome. To make matters worse, they refused to fill our sundaes to the portion size advertised. The manager didn't offer any help or attempt to resolve the situation. I won’t be returning to this location again.
