Amazing restaurant with great food! Seems to be a family owned restaurant where they take pride in their food. You can’t go wrong with anything off the menu! The chef shared they added a bunch of new things to the menu so we ordered sesame beef, orange chicken, and drunken noodles. I really liked that the calamari wasn’t heavily battered. Great place to bring a group since they have a variety of options so if someone doesn’t like sushi, there’s plenty of hot dishes to go around.
This place deserves more love, came here for the first time and employees were kind and wait time wasn’t bad as to mention I ordered the Dynamite sushi and chicken fried rice, both were amazing! Will come back this time to dine in
Love the atmosphere. They have great food and everything is made fresh everyone there is very friendly, especially Rose 😌
Had the most wonderful time at Chihiro Sushi! The gorgeous and super friendly bartender, Jennifer, hooked us up with amazing cocktails that we can’t stop talking about. I’m picky about sushi 🍣 but everything was fresh and delicious!
Chihiro Sushi is amazing! The hostess/bartender Jennifer is a true master mixologist — she introduced my sister and me to some fantastic cocktails we absolutely loved. As a Louisiana native, I’m pretty picky about seafood, but everything here was so fresh and delicious. I can’t wait to come back soon and bring a special date to experience it too. Highly recommend!
This was all soooo good! My partner and I are both gluten free and had so many options to choose from! The waitress (Jennifer is the MVP) was incredibly knowledgeable in what could be made gluten free and I felt really safe and taken care of. The food was incredible and we will for sure be back and have a new go to sushi place.
We love Chihiro! They offer a lot of foods that I can't get gluten free anywhere else and it's always delicious! Tonight was the shrimp and vegetable tempura (yes, gluten free!) appetizer for my husband and I and chicken fried rice for me (also gluten free). 😋 Their orange chicken is my husband's favorite, he's an especially big fan of the onions that accompany it. His was not gluten free, so I didn't include a picture, but if you like orange chicken, gluten free is an option! 😍 The service here is great. It's clean and inviting and just a comfortable place to dine overall.
This isn't just another sushi spot; it's a culinary haven for sushi enthusiasts and sports fans alike. The centerpiece of Chihiro is undoubtedly its vibrant bar, strategically positioned in the center. As a sports fan, I was thrilled to find that I could enjoy watching my favorite events on their screens, all while indulging in some of the best sushi I've ever had. Chihiro elevates the experience to a whole new level. Their commitment to quality is evident in every bite. The highlight for me was their option to upgrade to real crab. In a world where crab mix often dominates sushi menus, this was a refreshing and delicious change. The crab was succulent, fresh, and perfectly complemented the other flavors in their rolls. I got the fried philly roll with extra spicy mayo and it was fabulous. The service at Chihiro deserves a special mention. From the moment we were seated, the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They made excellent recommendations and were quick to ensure our drinks were always full and our plates were never empty. I'm already planning my next visit and I can't recommend Chihiro enough to anyone looking for a top-notch sushi bar with a lively twist.
This is a lowkey, non-pretentious sushi place. The bar is very prominent, but also has tables for those who want more of a restaurant experience. I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by people who were clearly regulars. Their menu, both food and cocktails, are very extensive. It's pretty good quality too. The staff was also friendly. If you want a chill place that has good sushi and a bar you can chat with friends and strangers alike, this is a good place to check out.
This has become our go-to sushi place. Chihiro has the best sushi around hands down. Small place that’s super friendly with a bar and great service. Not a chain! It has a nice neighborhood feel. (Did I mention the sushi is great? – none of that mushy mystery filling you get in rolls like at other places.) Try the volcano roll… And the streamliner… and the cherry blossom! Meet your friends there… Or take a date.🍣
New location (across the street from old location) with a lot more space. The food was really, really good. We had great customer service. A surprise addition was a live band! Currently, there is entertainment on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Definitely give them a try, especially the Grilled Seafood dish.
Been gluten free for almost 2 years and this place put the sushi back on the menu for me aswell! I couldn't believe everything we ordered was gluten free. I've never been to a place that was so accommodating. I'm glad they survived the pandemic because I never want this place to close! The server was kind and the food came out fast aswell. UPDATE: Just as gluten friendly and delicious as usual, the bartender Stella was very nice too. Had some Jasmine tea while I had my favorite dishes of Tuna/Salmon Tower, Futo Maki, and Torched Salmon. 2/27/23 UPDATE: New location is larger, but it's taken on a more sports bar aesthetic, which isn't to my taste but there's nothing truly wrong with it. They have a jukebox now, but the music was too loud, I nearly yelled during my visit so my friend could hear me. I don’t like how they changed the menu a bit, but the food still hit the mark, taste wise.
This was my second time here, the first time I remember the sushi being good. Maybe that was where I went wrong today, or maybe it was an off day. It was about 2:30 on a Wednesday this time. today I ordered the chicken katsu bento box, some type of basil-berry mocktail, and my sister got tonkotsu ramen. We had crab rangoons for an appetizer. Everything came out really fast. The ends were a little burnt on the rangoons, but the inside was good, 6.5/10. The basil mocktail, it was really strong in basil flavor, but refreshing, like a drink you know is healthy for you but it has an acquired taste, 6/10. My chicken katsu bento box, it was average, nothing special honestly. Altogether, 5/10, which is average, and not bad. Again, maybe I shouldve ordered sushi. My sister said the ramen could use a bit more flavor, and they put a huge chunk of pork in it, she rated it a 7/10. Service was great though. I will have to come back to try the sushi.
I was sitting with my boyfriend who wrote the recent review and you just called him a liar!! I am the one the spoke up and said to the VERY rude waitress who said “we can get you something else but how would we ever make money if we gave out free food” when I requested a refund and by the way we NEVER received an apology. I work in food safe serv and know that ANYONE who serves spoiled steak knows that it was spoiled before cooking it. Don't gas light him like it didn't happen and that we weren't disrespected. If you want me to go on and post the receipt and my bank statement that i should have disputed the charge for😒😒 i would give this place zero stars if i could
This was a TERRIBLE experience. The place was nice looking, but they served us rotten food. after I pointed it out I asked for my money back to leave, they offered to bring us something else and told us they can't refund us. I don't even TRUST this place, yet you deny me the option to take my business elsewhere after you intentionally gave me rotten steak. The server was nasty about it as well.
Chihiro Sushi & Bar in Euless- Westbound Harwood just west of Highway 360. PSA: do NOT go. The miso soup was good. The interior of the restaurant looked really nice and new. The bathrooms are completely touchless except for the faucet, and extremely clean. The staff was really courteous. The digital jukebox on the wall is kinda cool. The Karaage (fried chicken) was squishy and PINK in the middle. Warning sign #1. Pic shown is after we quit eating it. The sushi bento box (2x) came out and immediately to MY nose, smelled extremely fishy. I'd never smelled sushi like that before, anywhere. My wife didn't notice any smell at all, so I held my nose and ate it anyway. First piece on the right stunk the worst, but tasted ok. Shrimp was rubbery. Squid- something really funky there, spit it out. Salmon and tuna didn't bite cleanly through as they should (if they were fresh), and they were kinda squishy too. The tuna roll- nope. I should have sent it all back on first smell. I didn't touch the salad, shu-mai, or the fried dumping. The wasabi and soy sauce were ok? But those come pre-packaged in tubes and bottles. Either the fish is just old or it's not stored and processed properly, which is really worrisome for a sushi place with 4.5/5 stars on Google and Yelp after hundreds of reviews (which is why we tried it out). Even though it's not actually supposed to help since any bacteria transfers once it's in your mouth, I forced myself to vomit out as much as I can once I got home, which for me always means stomach acid burning a line up my esophagus and spitting bright red blood for a while. Yay! I hope we don't get sick, but it's not looking too good based on the 1-star reviews I just read. This place won't make it onto our lunch list. Don't put it on yours either.
I’m actually too disgusted. Feel ripped off and taken advantage of to write a proper review. The sushi place moved across the st. I feel taken advantage of. They combined with a sushi place that had good reviews. I spent $35 on what looks so disgusting I don’t even want to eat it. And I’ve never seen a smaller serving of calamar than this for $12. Run! Feel free to count it’s about 10 pieces of squid and a lobster roll with stale crunch on top. Plus I specifically asked for no siracha sauce.
