Love this place! Only place I can come get KFC because everyother KFC's in Poughkeepsie are trash they are very dirty. But this one in Fishkill are best clean, friendly, kind, and hard working people that run it are amazing really appreciate their hard work Thank You For Serving us!!
Food was fresh. Store appeared clean. Workers seemed like they worked hard. There was a little language barrier but we got past it. Overall, good experience.
Ate from the A&W menu. Food was freshly prepared, generous portions, dining area and restrooms spotless. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices.
Unfortunately they are to busy worrying about opening that they forget to put the chicken to cook, I purchased what will be my last time there because now I know that if I want uncooked food I can always go to the supermarket and buy raw meat. I would rather have leftover from the night before that's cooked than uncooked supposedly to fresh,unfortunately CORPORATE AMERICA has done it again stick it to the working class well I'm not the only one there will be others to follow good luck.
I got the coleslaw which I like, one of the best and I got a root beer fizzy drink. I wish they would give more ice on the beverages. By the time I left the parking lot the soda was not as cold as it should be and the ice is gone, melted away. Please more ice
This place is decent and fresh! Now they get busy and super busy so they make some errors but it gets handled ! Food is super fresh! DO NOT GO TO NEWBURGH LOCATION!
⚠️ Warning to other customers: Order online at your own risk. I ordered a bucket of chicken online for the Tuesday special. The app said it would be ready in 5–15 minutes and later showed “ready,” but that was not true. When I arrived, they kept changing the wait time—26 minutes, then 36 minutes, then another 20 minutes. In total, over an hour of waiting. If they were sold out or too busy, they should have been honest instead of wasting our time. To make it worse, they closed the order online without refunding it. How hard is it for you to answer the phone you messed up my order two days in a row so now you get no more money for me. I hope the restaurant gets no money from anybody just do the job you assigned to do.
The Small kid with the frosted hair has the worst attitude and customer service ever, The first time I dealt with him I thought he was having a bad day I came back another time got the same guy, He was rude to me as if he had other things to do but his Job, He was out of uniform had a gray t shirt on with some kind of advertisement and a maroon sweatshirt wrapped around his neck by the sleeves no name tag and again was very rude poor customer service. He's so short that he has to stand on the shelf to get the chicken out of the top warmer I believe this is a OSHA violation and also against health code let alone it's a safety issue. I don't believe there was a manager there if there was they don't care either. I'm very surprised that this company does not have customer service and videos to teach your people how to present themselves properly. Another thing you should know is that you should tell them especially the little little guy with the frosted hair that he should not talk smack about the customers in Spanish because in this country Spanish is the first language no matter how white people are they understand Spanish especially baby boomers that had to take Spanish class in school they talk about all the customers in Spanish and they talk smack. And is it KFC's standard to hire Spanish people because the whole crew I've never seen a non Spanish person working there I've had to deal with some of your employees that can't even speak English well. I also manage a multi-billion dollar truck service shop I am the shop manager and if any of my people acted or spoke to customers the way this person did I would have fired him. And I did tell this person that he needs to watch the way he speaks to me as I am the customer and he is being rude as I'm making my order it was just his attitude and the way he answered me as if I was one of his homeboys just very unprofessional and very condescending when I asked about how many sides do I get and just some other things I asked he was just rude condescending if he does not like his job or the fact that somebody put them on The late Shift that's not my problem and he should get a new job again worst customer service ever I will come back again and if he still gives me the same kind of customer service I will check and see if there's a manager there cuz I don't believe there was today
Extremely rude manager fed us inedible food made me show her half chewed nuggets for a refund and then talked so nasty to me. Not going back there.
A year later and still horrible service. Went in the evening on 3 different occasions and there’s never grilled chicken. It’s as if they’re too lazy and careless to make more. Zero consideration that causes losing a ton of business I bought a 8 piece family meal and was given 7 pieces, I asked for grilled and got original. Inside was empty so I don’t understand why my order was screwed. Always check ur food before leaving the drive through!
This is the third time I've tried to order food at this establishment after work. It was 939 and I went through the drive through. They took our order, one order of 12pc nugget combo and another order of the 3pc with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Went to the cashier window to pay for the order and the cashier said that they were only taking cash because their debit card machine was broken. I did not get the order because I only had card for purchase. This is something that should have been stated at the order window. After pulling off at 943 they closed down the restaurant. The restaurant closes at 10. This has happened a couple of other times. I believe they had already shut down the computers and were going to pocket the cash.
HORRIBLE. I ordered a chicken sandwich plain meal with a water. The girl in the drive through put my bottle of water in the bag on top of the sandwich. She shrugged her shoulders when I asked why she would do that. When I got to my hotel the sandwich was not plain. With this I decided to go back to get a plain sandwich. Girl at the counter did not apologize and said she shouldn't because she didn't make my sandwich. Now I ask for the manager, told him about both issues but he didn't seem to care. Got to the hotel to open a sandwich dripping with Greece. Not even edible!
HORRIBLE. Just ordered about $30 worth of food. Specifically the bacon cheeseburger. I drove home 18 minutes. The chili cheese fries, hot and spicy wings, french fries all arrived HOT. The bacon cheeseburger was FROZEN. Not luke warm, not cold but frozen. The bun was COLD to the touch. The meat itself was cold. But like I said EVERYTHING else in the bag arrived warm even after a 18 minute ride. So I called the manager and let me say he DID NOT care one bit. Do you really think I have time to complain about one burger, one $5 burger if it weren't really cold? No I have no time for that. He was not helpful in any way shape or form. He did give me the 800 complaint number and said call them. Utterly ridiculous and disgusting. What I think they did was had this burger pre-made, sitting somewhere in a frig, heated up in a microwave and threw the cold bun over the burger. Never again under any circumstances.
Wow. KFC has new chicken nuggets and I have to say....extremely underwhelmed. They are tiny as hell and weren't even crispy. I've seen popcorn chicken that was bigger in size. What a waste of money. I will continue to eat nuggets from McDonald's instead. It may be mystery meat but at least they have size and weight and crispy.
