OMG KFC Twister wrap is at the Fishkill location. One of the most rarest Best item to find at a KFC in this country. It’s like a secret menu because I didn’t see it listed, but it’s there if you ask. The other half the restaurant is A&W and you can order from both. The service was great, food fresh and all the items was in the bag.

I came in on a cold windy night, weary from my travels and hungry for excellence. The boy, Michael, was nervous but eager to please i couldnt help but see a glimmer of my younger self in him. i gave him my order and he typed it in with unparalleled speed, exactly to my specifications. at the second window i received my order, warm from the raging fire of the oven, the grease molten and trickling down from the golden, crispy meal. upon my return i plan to shake the hand of every employee of this quaint establishment. may the winds of time be kind to you, chicken folk

I believe that this Fishkill, NY location is "One of a Kind" as their Original recipe their Extra crispy, mashed potatoes/gravy, etc...how I remember Kentucky Fried Chicken food back in the day...delicious and authentic!!!

I wish they hadn't have run out of chicken. Otherwise the tables were adequate, none collapsed under the weight of our food and the cash registers all seemed to work. Had a soda, quite bubbly. Didn't care for the cookie though. I threw that away. Ribs for dinner tonight, unfortunately not offered at KFC, we'll try the Arby's

I’m a regular customer at this location for the past 14 years. I’m deaf and physically challenged, so communication can be problematic when ordering food on the go. KFC ( this particular one located in Fishkill ) has always tried to make communication a breeze. The girls usually write on a piece of paper to ask me questions, such as: “ Do you need anything else ?” and “ The price is $7.35.” I also use my iPhone to type out my order so they can better understand me if they are having trouble comprehending what I’m trying to say. The employees always greet me with a smile when I pull up at the window and always politeiy wish me a great day when I’m leaving. As for the food: I will say there are times the chickens are juicy and delicious and other times they can be dry and not so enjoyable. However, this is not a problem solely related to this particular KFC restaurant; I’ve experienced the same issue with every other fast food place. If you are worried about dry chicken ( old chicken ) your best bet is to go at a time when the chicken are freshly made. I would say in the mornings and around 1pm in the afternoon. Lastly, this particular KFC restaurant is exceptionally clean and has plenty of parking spaces.

This is one of the better stores: clean inside and friendly, helpful staff that cared about the customer. The order was correct and food was hot. Good job.. this was on Sunday 10/01/2023 about 2 or 3 pm.

Unfortunately they are to busy worrying about opening that they forget to put the chicken to cook, I purchased what will be my last time there because now I know that if I want uncooked food I can always go to the supermarket and buy raw meat. I would rather have leftover from the night before that's cooked than uncooked supposedly to fresh,unfortunately CORPORATE AMERICA has done it again stick it to the working class well I'm not the only one there will be others to follow good luck.

One of the best KFC restaurants I have ever eaten at. The chicken is always so crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The cleanliness of the interior is also very impressive for a fast-food restaurant. The mashed potatoes are also very delicious and not grainy at all.

Four stars only because this is fast food. This store is way cleaner and more efficient than the franchise that I pass to get there. Quick, and efficient, never a hiccup, they always have everything onvyhe menu. Their best employee is Carolina. I love seeinvbher at the drive thru. I know my order will be accurate. We have found that the food is the best Monday through Thursday. The weekends sometimes isn't that great that's why there's not five stars.

KFC is good. What can you say about chicken. This location also has an A&W in it as well which has good burgers. And location is easy to get too.

The cheeseburger was very good, the strawberry shake was excellent, but the cheese bites was average. The staff was very good at explaining things to me. And the service was top notch. And this is not just KFC, it is A&W/KFC.

Better than most... I got the 4 piece box with a two sides and a biscuit. I took one star off because one of the pieces was half dry, like it's been sitting there for a long time and the outside area where you fill up your soda was VERY wet. Other than that, it was clean the workers were nice. I would go back again if I was in the area.

I'm a fried chicken JUNKIE!!! The side's are good, it seems that the fried chicken recipe has changed. 😠 I still like it and I'll be going back again soon. But what I really appreciate is the customer service, training and management are superior to others!

I got the coleslaw which I like, one of the best and I got a root beer fizzy drink. I wish they would give more ice on the beverages. By the time I left the parking lot the soda was not as cold as it should be and the ice is gone, melted away. Please more ice

Waited a long time for our order tonight and was ignored by an employee who literally gave my order to another customer and then had to wait for them to remake my food.

Tried the chicken and waffles sandwich. Not bad. Sweet and spicy. Came out hot, which is nice. Potato wedges are always good. Brisk lemon tea to drink, nothing special.

Compared to the other KFC this place is just okay.. Their customer service is pretty awful. On the good part since it is kind of inside , the place is less crowded and decent ..

Food is fine, the TV volumes in there were set way to loud. Especially noticeable with a constant screaming sports announcer/debater for over 25 minutes on a sport network!!

I've ordered from this location in the past and had no problems. Well different story this trip. I saw that ordering ahead was available on their website. Did that because it's a timesaver. Not this time. I arrived at the restaurant and found out that the inside pick up was closed.....so I ended up on the drive through line anyway for over 20 minutes. What's the purpose of ordering ahead if you end up wasting time on the drive through? After I picked up my order I rushed back home because now it's late and I have hungry people waiting for food. I got home and the order was wrong. Instead of a bucket of legs and thighs I got a bucket of mixed tenders. The sides were right but they were doubled in size.....and I ended up with a KFC bowl I never ordered. Everyone was so hungry we ate what we had. Not a total loss because at least the massive sides were the right items. Someone at KFC was definitely not on their game this time. Don't offer order ahead if it's not available. Waste of everyone's time.

This is a good restaurant I love this concept, however, the people taking the orders should at least understand basic English to communicate with the guests. I asked for butter and was given barbecue sauce. However I will be revisiting this place again soon.

Cashier don't pay attention to what I ordered and I received the food not the way I wanted. While I was eating watched the manager (the only person with a different shirt) dip stuff in the Chilli to eat it. Hot dog microwaved. The only good thing was the cheese curds. But again what can you expect from a fast food place.

This used to be a great place, good fast food, and nice folks working there. My wife wanted some KFC, I gladly took her here. Our joy quickly left us. First the server could not understand what we wanted to order even though I read it right off their menu verbatim, the name of the meal and it's description,,, TWICE! In the past all I would have to do is give them it's name, once. The server gave up and called whom I believe was the manager. She spoke to the young man in Spanish, then spoke to me, of which she had no idea what we wanted to order as the young man obviously couldn't even tell her in Spanish. She got our order correct, so we sat down and waited, and waited, and waited. We went there just after 5pm, dinner time, when one would think they would have a ton of food ready for the evening rush, and no, it was NOT crowded, after this visit it's obvious why they weren't. Fast food place this isn't, and maybe they should think about hiring people that actually understand English, we are in America you know. I will say the food was tasty, but we will choose a different KFC next time, one that actually is fast food and is faster because they understand English. 👌👍

We used to get great root beer floats here. They must have changed the way that they make them. Now, you barely get any ice cream in it. I even asked them to fill the cup with ice cream then put the soda in. When I got it today, there was barely any ice cream and the soda seemed flat. Disappointing.

This place is horrible for any pick up orders. Regardless you have to wait in their long dirve-up line. I will DECLINE any order pick up from this spot until they figure out a better system to pickup of preordered/prepaid food

Order two 3 piece chicken with my fiance and step daughter tasted old and was hard like they never changed the oil an over cooked it. Then as we were sitting there I saw something move on ground and didnt pay much attention till I saw it the second time. Literally watched a cockroach go under the seat and down along the wall. Absolutely disgusting!

The chicken was dry and burnt on the bottom! Waited inside for 20 minutes to be helped ordering. I was told to order on line. The children(workers) in the restaurant are not friendly and act like you should go to drive thru. Or not come at all. The doors to the branch still do not work right.

Went to the drive through. I wanted a chicken pot pie 5 dollar fill up and as I was ordering she cut me off. Then I pull up to the window and they charge me for the wrong meal. I correct them and they charge me 4.56 I paid 5.06, I didn’t get my change and all I got, despite my order, was a pot pie. No drink. No sides. I was trying to just brush it off I was in a rush but then I discovered that they hadn’t even provided an utensil! Would rate 0/5 if I could.

The Small kid with the frosted hair has the worst attitude and customer service ever, The first time I dealt with him I thought he was having a bad day I came back another time got the same guy, He was rude to me as if he had other things to do but his Job, He was out of uniform had a gray t shirt on with some kind of advertisement and a maroon sweatshirt wrapped around his neck by the sleeves no name tag and again was very rude poor customer service. He's so short that he has to stand on the shelf to get the chicken out of the top warmer I believe this is a OSHA violation and also against health code let alone it's a safety issue. I don't believe there was a manager there if there was they don't care either. I'm very surprised that this company does not have customer service and videos to teach your people how to present themselves properly. Another thing you should know is that you should tell them especially the little little guy with the frosted hair that he should not talk smack about the customers in Spanish because in this country Spanish is the first language no matter how white people are they understand Spanish especially baby boomers that had to take Spanish class in school they talk about all the customers in Spanish and they talk smack. And is it KFC's standard to hire Spanish people because the whole crew I've never seen a non Spanish person working there I've had to deal with some of your employees that can't even speak English well. I also manage a multi-billion dollar truck service shop I am the shop manager and if any of my people acted or spoke to customers the way this person did I would have fired him. A year later and still horrible service. Went in the evening on 3 different occasions and there’s never grilled chicken. It’s as if they’re too lazy and careless to make more. Zero consideration that causes losing a ton of business I bought a 8 piece family meal and was given 7 pieces, I asked for grilled and got original. Inside was empty so I don’t understand why my order was screwed. Always check ur food before leaving the drive through!

This is the third time I've tried to order food at this establishment after work. It was 939 and I went through the drive through. They took our order, one order of 12pc nugget combo and another order of the 3pc with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Went to the cashier window to pay for the order and the cashier said that they were only taking cash because their debit card machine was broken. I did not get the order because I only had card for purchase. This is something that should have been stated at the order window. After pulling off at 943 they closed down the restaurant. The restaurant closes at 10. This has happened a couple of other times. I believe they had already shut down the computers and were going to pocket the cash.

HORRIBLE. I ordered a chicken sandwich plain meal with a water. The girl in the drive through put my bottle of water in the bag on top of the sandwich. She shrugged her shoulders when I asked why she would do that. When I got to my hotel the sandwich was not plain. With this I decided to go back to get a plain sandwich. Girl at the counter did not apologize and said she shouldn't because she didn't make my sandwich. Now I ask for the manager, told him about both issues but he didn't seem to care. Got to the hotel to open a sandwich dripping with Greece. Not even edible!

HORRIBLE. Just ordered about $30 worth of food. Specifically the bacon cheeseburger. I drove home 18 minutes. The chili cheese fries, hot and spicy wings, french fries all arrived HOT. The bacon cheeseburger was FROZEN. Not luke warm, not cold but frozen. The bun was COLD to the touch. The meat itself was cold. But like I said EVERYTHING else in the bag arrived warm even after a 18 minute ride. So I called the manager and let me say he DID NOT care one bit. Do you really think I have time to complain about one burger, one $5 burger if it weren't really cold? No I have no time for that. He was not helpful in any way shape or form. He did give me the 800 complaint number and said call them. Utterly ridiculous and disgusting. What I think they did was had this burger pre-made, sitting somewhere in a frig, heated up in a microwave and threw the cold bun over the burger. Never again under any circumstances.

Wow. KFC has new chicken nuggets and I have to say....extremely underwhelmed. They are tiny as hell and weren't even crispy. I've seen popcorn chicken that was bigger in size. What a waste of money. I will continue to eat nuggets from McDonald's instead. It may be mystery meat but at least they have size and weight and crispy.

Arrived at 9:30 pm and they were closed. Sign says they close at 10 pm. Workers inside laughing at me as I call the store and knock on the door. They didn't answer the phone. Never again.
