Ordered the limited edition ginger boba during Christmas, doesn’t surprise me, average boba shop (¥8 dollars for this)

I've been coming here for years. It's hard to walk past one without stopping in. Definitely one of my favorite bubble tea spots.

You can never go wrong with a Gong Cha milk tea. I happened to be in the area and craved for a sweet, cold drink to enjoy in this summer heat. Popped in at this Flushing outpost and got myself an Earl Grey Milk Tea. Knocked off one star because they are cash only when I visited.

Gong Cha is still my favorite bubble tea spot. The quality of the tea is very good and their drinks almost always are delicious. My new favorite is the iced tea and coffee combo with boba and milk foam!!! It’s a small shop so get ready to take your drink to go.

It's a small store with no seating inside. You can dine in but standing room only, otherwise you order what you want, get your order, and leave. I ordered the peach yakult and it was very refreshing and cool on that hot, summer day. Again, this place is small so it can become crowded pretty quickly.

Nevertheless, a service customer was so poor. A staff didn’t say anything about welcoming or thanks. I quit don’t like that.

I went here a few times, the ginger brown sugar tea is a miss, and the taro bubble tea made me actually sick. It would be nice if they had a dairy free selection of milk. Vivis has almond milk. Good chewy bubbles at least. Employees are kinda awkward and not friendly. The options without milk are better

I like their drinks, except for the last Saturdays that I have gone the attention of the two young people is very bad and they did not prepare the drinks just like the rest of the staff

I like Gong Cha, but this location wasn't not my favorite. Whenever I order slush, it instantly becomes watery and boba is hard texture.

What is the chance that they get your order wrong 2 out of 2 times? Both times I ordered the exact same drink for 12 people. The first time they gave me 12 of the same drink but not the flavor I ordered. Second time they gave me different types of drinks. Listening skill is a bit lacking. But what really got me angry was that they told me to pick up in 20 minutes but when I showed up in a 90-degree day the drinks are not ready. The reason is that there were "other orders before mine" but can't they estimate their time more accurately? Time estimation skill is also lacking.

They were rushing my drinks, my hot boba drink had no toppings! And I paid extra for the toppings.

I informed the staff about my request and even showed them the note on my order that clearly stated "no ice." They briefly glanced at my drink and proceeded to shake it a few times, claiming that there was no ice left. However, there were still ice cubes in the drink, despite their insistence otherwise. The staff should refrain from being clever and consider that customers may have medical issues preventing them from consuming icy drinks.
