Gong Cha Flushing Reviews
Great spot! Delicious drinks and really friendly staff. I got my usual passion fruit black tea boba. It was very tasty and fresh. Cane out quickly as expected and it’s in a great location as well. Will be back soon(:
My go to for grapefruit green tea. Love it, but I get it without ice and sugar. I knew better, but decided to try the Vietnamese iced coffee from here. Don’t ever get it. It was awful. Still love this place for their other drinks.
Great teas. Great service. The store is very busy on saturdays. I love their grand opening deal of buy 1 get 1 deal. Being next to Bear Papa is a plus as well.

I got the mango slush with 10% sugar and it was delicious! Has real mango purée pieces and real fruit flavor. I also like their Thai tea especially since you can get it with no sugar love the customization options and teas are authentic.
Gong Cha isn’t usually my go-to, but I decided to give it another shot since they now offer a new XL size. Not all drinks come in the big size—only select teas—so I went with the Passion Fruit. The size is great for those who want more bang for their buck, but the tea itself was still very sweet, even after asking for less sugar. I’d recommend the staff double-check the cup before handing it over—mine was quite sticky and could’ve used a quick wipe. Gong Cha really needs to work on consistency and service. With so many better bubble tea options out there, they can’t afford to slack on the basics. One star off for the overly sweet tea and sticky presentation. Hope to see some improvements next time!
Ordered the limited edition ginger boba during Christmas, doesn’t surprise me, average boba shop (¥8 dollars for this)

I've been coming here for years. It's hard to walk past one without stopping in. Definitely one of my favorite bubble tea spots.
You can never go wrong with a Gong Cha milk tea. I happened to be in the area and craved for a sweet, cold drink to enjoy in this summer heat. Popped in at this Flushing outpost and got myself an Earl Grey Milk Tea. Knocked off one star because they are cash only when I visited.
Gong Cha is still my favorite bubble tea spot. The quality of the tea is very good and their drinks almost always are delicious. My new favorite is the iced tea and coffee combo with boba and milk foam!!! It’s a small shop so get ready to take your drink to go.
It's a small store with no seating inside. You can dine in but standing room only, otherwise you order what you want, get your order, and leave. I ordered the peach yakult and it was very refreshing and cool on that hot, summer day. Again, this place is small so it can become crowded pretty quickly.

I have never been there before. This is my first time for this tea brand and this branch. I ordered Matcha slush added bubble no sugar on yesterday afternoon. It was so good. I like that! Nevertheless, a service customer was so poor. A staff didn’t say anything about welcoming or thanks. I quit don’t like that.
There’s no way when you’re sealing up the drink, you don’t check if the seal is ripped or not. I noticed this after I poked my straw. If another customer shook their drink, there would’ve been a spillage.

I went here a few times, the ginger brown sugar tea is a miss, and the taro bubble tea made me actually sick. It would be nice if they had a dairy free selection of milk. Vivis has almond milk. Good chewy bubbles at least. Employees are kinda awkward and not friendly. The options without milk are better
come here all the time for Felix 🐣 staff are always rude, tea is mediocre, but Felix is still standing ^^
I like their drinks, except for the last Saturdays that I have gone the attention of the two young people is very bad and they did not prepare the drinks just like the rest of the staff

I like Gong Cha, but this location wasn't not my favorite. Whenever I order slush, it instantly becomes watery and boba is hard texture.
What is the chance that they get your order wrong 2 out of 2 times? Both times I ordered the exact same drink for 12 people. The first time they gave me 12 of the same drink but not the flavor I ordered. Second time they gave me different types of drinks. Listening skill is a bit lacking. But what really got me angry was that they told me to pick up in 20 minutes but when I showed up in a 90-degree day the drinks are not ready. The reason is that there were "other orders before mine" but can't they estimate their time more accurately? Time estimation skill is also lacking.
THE WORST ATTITUDE IN TOWN They won’t be seeing me there ever again. I would have given them 4 starts if the milk tea was good but even the Earl grey milk tea I order tasted funny, made me abit sick honestly.
They were rushing my drinks, my hot boba drink had no toppings! And I paid extra for the toppings.

The customer service at this place is terrible. Today, I ordered a drink and specifically asked for it without ice. However, when the drink was prepared, it still had a thick layer of ice on top. I informed the staff about my request and even showed them the note on my order that clearly stated "no ice." They briefly glanced at my drink and proceeded to shake it a few times, claiming that there was no ice left. However, there were still ice cubes in the drink, despite their insistence otherwise. The staff should refrain from being clever and consider that customers may have medical issues preventing them from consuming icy drinks.
The cashier and barista took my order, misheard me about every part of the order but that was okay and not an issue I was okay with repeating for him to make sure I had it right. After confirming the order was still wrong because they gave me tea instead of the milk tea I asked for. I told them I ordered a milk tea and he accused me of ordering a regular tea while in mandarin cussing me out to his coworkers and complaining that I keep ordering wrong (I’m chinese but they probably didn’t know). then while laughing he asked me 4 times if i was sure im getting a milk tea.
