On a busy corner in Flushing. Right by the subway entrance. Order at one window and pick up on the other. Lava pearls has brown sugar. Both drinks were good. They had to remake one drink but she did that fast when she saw the other worker made it wrong.
Got a passionfruit green tea with popping pearls I believe, and can I just say this drink is so good. The server was also really nice and smiled when he spoke… nice change from the flushing atmosphere.
My go to place in NYC for bubble tea. Nothing else satisfies in the milk teas category. Unfortunately they were out of Caramel milk tea last time I went. Bit of a bummer. Np got to try something new. Love the concept of a secret drink on the menu. Really cool! ~and extremely creative
A pretty good boba spot. It's pick-up only and is built into the corner, so don't expect to sit down here. Lines move pretty fast and the orders come out faster. I have yet to be disappointed, overall it's provided quality service and drinks.
Close to Hotels. Great Locatiom. Open late. Lots of good stuff to eat. And it all tastes goid. Safe neighbord for the elderly and kids.Nice service.
Great spot for boba to go! I love their Bubble Gaga and Passion Fruit Green Tea.
Honestly, one of my favorite drink places out there. Prices are affordable, drinks are made quick and fast. Wow I LOVE THIS PLACE. I go there like almost every week for a drink because of how delicious their drinks are. Especially one of the workers, so sweet and amazing! I'm not sure what her name is but she has black hair, she's asian, probably 5'5, amazing lashes, she's great and efficient! DEFINITELY WILL BE GOING BACK NEXT WEEK!
This spot has been here for so long and has been one of the best. Super reasonably priced and high quality. Workers are also super nice, especially this one girl who served me. She had black hair and was quick with my drink on a busy afternoon (I think her name was tiffany). She was very polite would go back again as a fan favorite.
Jason was awesome. Gave great recommendations and made our drinks really super swag. Bro Jason changed my life bro I can’t even lie bro
5 STAR EXPERIENCE 100000000000000%. THE WORKERS THERE (HIGHLIGHTING TIFFANY) ARE VERY ATTENTIVE, NICE, POLITE, AND FAST. THEY ARE ABLE TO MULTITASK AND PREPARE MY DRINK WITHIN 3-5 MINUTES!!! THE DRINK QUALITY IS GREAT AND THE MANGO DRINKS ARE TOP TIER!! THE LOCATION IS GREAT BECAUSE IT IS IN THE CENTER OF MAIN ST! WHAT A SPECTACULAR BUBBLE TEA SHOP, I HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE I WAS AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CHILD!!! LOVE IT HERE ONCE AGAIN 5 STARS!!!
I LOVE THIS COCO LOCATION BECAUSE THEY HAVE THIS AMAZING EMPLOYEE NAMED TIFFANY. SHE GENUINELY DESERVES A RAISE. SHE WORKS VERY HARDLY AND IS VERY DILIGENT. SHE MAKES MY DRINKS TASTE BETTER THAN ANY OFHER COCO LOCATION. BLESS THE HEAVENS FOR GIVING THEM AN EMPLOYEE LIKE TIFFANY!!!! 🤣🤣😊😊🥹🥹🥺🥺💘💘😊😊🥰🥰🙏🙏
The mango smoothies were soooooo good. I’d give it like a 6 out of 7 snd I hope that I can get some more in the future. I will bring 6 or 7 friends to all get mango smoothies. 🥺🙏
I have lived in NYC all my life and it was my first time trying Raising Cane’s. I ordered the chicken sandwich meal and to my surprise both the sandwich and fries were really tasty. Also, I want to say all the workers here were friendly and professional! I definitely recommend it here over neighbors Mcdonald’s and Popeye’s, which are always filled with the homeless people at night.
Cane’s in Flushing is absolutely AMAZING 🤍 We were celebrating a birthday, and the experience was beyond anything we expected. The staff made us feel so special, with gifts, sweet notes, and genuine love. A huge thank you to Ti and Francesco — you both were incredible! Your kindness, positive energy, and attention truly made our celebration unforgettable. The whole team was so warm and welcoming, and they really went above and beyond to celebrate with us. This is more than just a restaurant — it’s a place that makes memories. Highly, highly recommended!
Never been to Raising Cane's, ever. Heard so much about it and decided to go to a fairly new location in Flushing that opened with my bf. When we first came in, it was a bit crowded but we found a seat. The table was messy but after a minute or so someone came by to clean up for us, the gentleman was so nice and welcoming. We placed our order thru the app and waited like 10min for our meal and dined in. BRUHH! I got a 4piece combo and it was out of this world!! The chicken was so tender and crispy. The fries, crispy! Toast was weird to me for a meal, but it was so soft and fresh that I ate it in 2 seconds. What really sealed the deal was the sauce. It was the star of the show was unlike anything I ever tasted before. I really don't not have a single complaint about this location, service or anything about the food. Def a must try for anyone who is still debating on it!!
I recently visited the new Raising Cane's location, and I am thoroughly impressed! The food is absolutely amazing - the chicken fingers are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with flavor. The Cane's Sauce is a perfect complement, making every bite a delight. The service here is exceptional. The staff are not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly attentive to every customer's needs. Their positive attitudes and prompt service really enhance the dining experience. The interior design is another highlight. It's clear that a lot of thought went into creating a modern, comfortable, and visually appealing space. The ambiance is inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. Overall, this new Raising Cane's location has quickly become a favorite. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit!
After conquering Times Square, Raising Canes has come to Queens. Specifically in the heart of Flushing at the intersection of Main and Roosevelt. It may be a simple understated exterior but the interior has a borough specific and unique decor. I doubt there are any fast food restaurants that can match their attention to detail and eclectic vibe. Raising Canes has elevated the chicken finger to another level. Tender and juicy with a light breading. Feel free to get lost in their sauce, the chicken won’t mind. Warm crinkle cut fries, finely diced cole slaw and the famous Texas toast make for a great all around meal. You can have lemonade or iced tea, but since I can never decide, I just get an Arnold Palmer and combine them. If you want something different with a great atmosphere and upper deck seating, run don’t walk to Raising Canes. One last note: If you’re arriving by subway, it’s like door to door service with the Main Street station literally about 10 steps from the front door. If you dare to drive and want to park, may the Lord be with you. Just order ahead via the app and like a bank job, stay in the car and have your passenger pick it up. * P.S. I heard there are more Queens locations to come.
One of my favorite Bubble Tea places! [+] Prices are really good [+] Bubble Tea tastes really good [+] Location is really good (conveniently located close to Subway station) [+] selection is really good (so much to chose from) [+/-] there is nearly always a line [-] no plant-based milk alternatives [-] staff is not always the fastest I can strongly recommend this place IF you are not in a rush. I have not found the staff unfriendly (like mentioned in some other reviews), but have been asked to come back to pick up my Tiger Milk Tea twice already (after standing in line for approx. 10 mins each time)... so, yeah, bring patience. They seem to have an app, which makes ordering ahead possible (see pictures), so maybe that is an option IG you are in a rush but still want Bubble Tea :) There are vegan options, but not for milk teas, as this place does not offer plant-based milk alternatives. Can adjust sugar and ice levels to taste.
The Brown Sugar pearl milk tea was amazing. The tea and milk flavors were fresh and prominent. When the cup was ready, it was warm, because the brown sugar was heated up and dripped on to the inside. This I believe added to the flavor profile. Of course it also assured that powder form of brown sugar it wasn't!
This a bubble tea spot in a corner of a super busy street. You can make a nice mix with different toppings or milk. Maybe also check the amount of sugar, I had the chunky mango green tea and thought it was a little too sweet.
4.33/5 Raising Cane's is what Chic fil A should be. The sauce is the winner and the food that surrounds it came out fresh. Chicken was extra crispy. I love the fact that you can order coleslaw on the side. Plenty of seating available at this location. The bathroom could've been better maintained, however, guess it beats not having access to one at all in NYC.
this is my first time visiting raising cane’s. so perhaps i just came at a bad time since i see the other reviews raving about how crispy and tender the chicken is haha. i will update this if i ever try it out again, but for now, here are my honest thoughts: the food is mediocre at best. chicken was okay, sides were good, but menu lacks variety. —————— context: it’s been on our food bucket list for a while but we never got around to it cos we were trying other places. needless to say, i’m glad we didn’t rush to try it out because it’s unremarkable. the place is well staffed and it’s quite clean for how packed it was, but the food is really nothing to be hyped about. especially since there is pretty much two chicken items (the chicken fingers and sandwich), as well as three variety of sides (fries, toast, coleslaw). really not that many menu items so you’d think they’d make up for it in consistency. the chicken was not crispy and dry. it was flavored pretty well but that’s about it. the toast was great, fries were crispy, and coleslaw was what you’d expect. the sauce tasted peppery and was pretty good. but overall the food definitely did not live up to the social media hype. it’s just so interesting to me because you don’t see other fried chicken chains getting this level of media exposure. which really makes me question the integrity of these food reviews overall, not bad if you are just looking for a quick bite, but quite honestly you’re better off going to other fried chicken chains. especially in flushing, where there are much better options. order details: visited at ~2pm and ordered the $20 caniac combo that came with a drink, 2 cane sauce, fries, 6 chicken fingers, and a piece of toast. priced a bit higher than its competitors
I've never been to a Raising Cane's and I probably never will after this visit. The Chicken fingers which is literally in the name of the chain, should be the best thing on the menu. I've never had such a dry piece of tasteless chicken. The sauce is also mid. For 2.50 per finger you'd think it would be at least decent. And if you don't order the combo, they just won't give you the sauce. The only saving grace is the chicken sandwich is at least pretty good. They should've named it Raising Cane's Chicken Sandwiches.
this is my go to coco location and i’ve never had an issue here ever and never thought i’d give a one star to. they recently added kiosks, but kept the register open with a cashier there, so I assumed the cashier would take my order (keep in mind, there’s a cashier plus two other people working in the back, so there’s 3 people on the shift). the guy on register, who I overheard be called something rhyming with the word bank, seemed slightly busy prepping cups with tapioca bubbles so I waited a bit to give him the benefit of the doubt since I myself work in the food industry. he sees me waiting to order, but continues prepping cups with bubbles/working on making drinks for other orders despite having two other people in the back who are working on the drinks too, having me wait for a good 5 minutes. there was a lady behind me who had a question and only then did he look up to answer her question, but not to take my order, directly going back to making drinks. i never got my order taken as i left due to being blatantly ignored and waiting a good amount of time. if they are no longer taking orders at the register, they should make it clear, not just ignore customers who choose to not use the kiosk and making them hopelessly wait to get their order taken. i understand he was maybe trying to help get orders moving, but taking my order would’ve took less than a minute. horrible customer service.
They’re literally paying attention more to taking pictures on Instagram. They’re their customers and they took my order wrong instead they gave me a slush without bubble bubbles. They should if you’re gonna do a job with a good cause I’m paying.
Out of the many boba shops located in flushing go anywhere but here! The male worker had a nasty attitude but I gave him the benefit of the doubt due to the employees working in tight corners, and the stress he may have endured throughout the day. Later on when drinking my boba, I found foil trash in my drink. This place has no regards for attempting to improve their customer service nor the quality of their drinks. Please go somewhere else, there’s so much better out there.
The website shows they close at 12:00, but they don’t let u order when it’s 11:55. She told me she doesn’t have anything left:)
I went there yesterday. The drinks were OK, but one female staff member had a bad attitude, which really ruined my mood.
Absolutely horrible experience. After eating at this Raising Cane’s, my entire family ended up violently vomiting, along with diarrhea and fever. This was not a coincidence — we all ate the same meal and got sick shortly after. What’s most upsetting is the lack of trust I now have in the food safety and cleanliness here. Getting sick like this isn’t just “an upset stomach” — it ruined our night and caused real concern. This was extremely uncomfortable, exhausting, and avoidable. Food should never make an entire family ill. I would not recommend eating here and will not be returning.
8/27/25 2-3PM, I ordered a package on the E-buy machine in the store, and when I was eating, I found an additional machine accessory. In the review, you asked me to contact you. I thought you could solve the problem, so I cancelled the review. However, you said you couldn't find my feedback. The staff who answered the phone in the store said they didn't know what I was talking about, so take a good look at what it was!
Had some at the same chain back when I was living in the Midwest and thought the bread, chicken fingers, and fries gonna be the same here in NY. I was so wrong. The fries had ZERO flavor (i.e. no salt at all not sure if the employees were concerned about my blood pressure); the chicken tender was also very bland, and the bread was cold with no crispness. The worst part was that 4 groups of people ordered after me got their food first and they only gave me mine after I coming to the front and demanding for it. The environment in the restaurant was okay though but that’s about it. Not gonna to come again lol.
On June 27th after spending the day with my daughter before I headed out of town I took her to Canes on Main Street in Whitehall because it's her favorite place and I get my GF son something to take to take back as well. We get there and go thru the drive thru and as soon as I started ordering there was an issue. The young lady who was taking the order clearly wasn't paying attention or she was distracted because I simply ordered a 4pc box meal and kids meal. Both with Hi-C fruit punches. She kept repeating the order back wrong saying either Ice Tea or Sweet tea. Then she messed up and said 4 4 PC box meals and I said no just one 4pc and a kids meal. I get to the pay window....the cashier says it would be over $50 I said how is that he said because you ordered 5 dinners total. I said no I ordered ONE 4pc box meals and a kids meal both with Hi C fruit punches. He said ok he'll have to get his manager to override. No big deal the young lady obviously wasn't paying attention despite the back and forth. Get to the next window to get the food and I hear a young lady saying something in reference to the order but I didn't pay any attention. I get home drop her off she takes the food inside I tell her I'll take to her later. The next day when I powered my phone up back up I saw a text message from her saying they found a brown napkin inside his cup with a brown substance because he said it made his tongue feel funny. My issue is this ...it's one thing if the young lady put it in a cup she thought was for me, doesn't make it better but she intentionally put it in a cup that she knew was for a child. She didn't know that the kids meal was for another child she intended that for my daughter. She assumed the 4pc meal was mine and the kids meal was for my daughter. My GF called up the next day spoke to someone and made a complaint. They called back the next day and ADMITTED that video surveillance showed the young lady intentionally putting something in the cup and offered a couple free meals on the next visit. On what planet does anyone think compensation for such a disgusting malicious intentional act of targeting a child is a couple free meals from the place that could have potential caused irreparable harm. NO THANK YOU. All because the person taking the order couldn't get it straight initially.
