Wing Stop

Not only did they forget my ranch, give me soggy and brown veggie sticks, help the interrupting door dasher before anyone waiting in line, but they were also playing around with kitchen knives and waving them at each other. This location is literally nothing but teenage workers that come to work as a joke. Oh, and they were kind enough to leave the feathers on my wings.

DO NOT GO TO THIS WING STOP JUST A BUNCH OF LAZY PEOPLE STANDING AROUND TALKING THAN WORKING ON PEOPLES ORDER!! WHO ever is the manager needs to be fired and also needs all new employees every one there need to do their job

I placed an order at 8pm and it said it would be done at 8:45pm I get there at 8:40pm and wait almost another hour for them to get order. They kept getting everyone’s order wrong as well.

Waited more than an hour and a half with no communication on how long it would take! Kept saying the same thing it would be out shortly and “sorry” this is the worst location to come to. Stay away and go to another location.

I will NEVER go to this location again (Pat Booker Rd) We were at this location Saturday, October 18th between 7-830pm. Cashier took her retainer/invisalign out, put it on the counter in a napkin, and proceeded to eat chips at the register while there were customers at the counter & in the store serving people. Not washing her hands once in between all of this! Not sanitary AT ALL! Two cashier ladies were also on their phones VERY often and loudly talking about their personal lives, even while there were customers at the counter waiting.

I'm Saturday Oct 11, I ordered through Wingstop.com a delivery order. I never received my wings. I called the driver that was listed on my order. He told me that the restaurant had told him that a different driver picked up my order. He went to the restaurant so that I could speak to them. They told me there was nothing they could do. Also the boyfriend of one of the workers pulled a gun on the driver. Wingstop's website is also of no help as there is no way to contact anyone for my refund.

STAY FAR AWAY!!! Even after they gave the wrong order and said id get refunded, it’s now been over 2 weeks with no refund. Called to see what’s up and the manager says he needs to “check to see if it was issued”! Clearly it has not been. This place is absolute trash hole. Could hardly understand the person on the phone when we called to get our money back and it seemed the girl working the register had no idea what she was doing. Fries cold and nasty. No sauce on the wings. This will be the last time I go to this location. Update: second visit the wings all tasted over cooked and burnt. Sauce was gooped on and extremely dry. Soda might as well been a 8oz in a 20 oz cup due to the ice basically over flowing out of the cup. The bad tasting wings took my original 3 star down to a 1. Made the mistake of ordering from this trash hole again and once again received the complete wrong order.

It’s 923 pm and Jay the young cashier (brown hair in pony tail with braces) stated they refuse to do an order of all flats or “well done” because the wait time was 30-35 mins. I told her I was willing to wait the time frame and she refused to complete the order and take the money stating they were too busy?!! Wingstop needs to fire the employees that don’t want to make them money when customers state they are willing to wait

Wings were old, and reheated, not crispy as per my request! Plus the manager hangs up on me cuz I’m irate that I got a reheated order and my dressing spilled all over the inside of the bag. $38 meal down the drain and with attitude!!!

The food is good, typical Wingstop. As for the customer service, the girls at the register need more training. My order was scheduled to be ready at 9:21 per the online app. I arrived at 9:30 with my order still on the line. As I wait I watch these girls chit chatting so much that they place order after order on the rack without a word. It took us as customers to get up and ask for our order for a second time. As one girl hands it the order to one customer she says “I don’t know why they’re not calling the names out when they put them here.” She literally placed the bags there INCLUDING MINE as I watched her. I don’t want to forget to include, one of my orders said no pickles. We got pickles. I waited an extra 30 minutes. Holidays or not, Wingstop has been around long enough to do better. The management needs to get it together.

Waste of money ! My last straw with them ! Never make my order how I ask. I ask for crispy and I get under cooked chicken. The ranch today is SUPER THICK. I was scared to eat it and the fries looked like they was soaked in greasy. I’m not gone waste my time calling. Because this the 3rd time so lesson learnt

We came to place a dine in order. We saw that a different customer returned an order of wings and then the employee put that exact returned order on our tray and brought it out to us. We saw the entire thing so we sent it back and the cooks tried to give those exact same wings to us. It was super gross and unsanitary. We asked for a refund instead and the manager was super rude and didn't even know how to process our refund. No apology or attempt to make things right. The manager didn't say anything to us at all not even his name. It was such an awful experience especially since we saw it all happen imagine what they do to your food when you're not there watching them cook. I will never be back to this location.

I ordered for delivery, 16 boneless, 6 tenders, 3 ranch, and buffalo fries. The boneless were too small, they look nothing like they are supposed to. This isn’t the first time I get a bad order from them, last time i ordered in the store, my order did not have ranch even though that’s what I asked for.
