My son took us ( wife, older brother, and I) for dinner. Everything was delicious, big plates, a generous amount of food. We skipped the wine because driving. Overall, we'll be back again, and again, we all love the food.
Food was amazing. Very delicious. Though, I believe they may have to work in the quantity. At the time, we felt it was too much food for us. But your opinion may be different. Otherwise it was worth for money.
Olive garden is kind of like McDonald's in that you consistently get same high quality food with the same good service, and this location of Fremont was no different. I ordered the chicken parmesan which was cooked to perfection a little bit small but that's okay, I had the minestrone soup and Arnold Palmer which they filled up twice and overall it was great. Our server was fantastic, he was attentive, the quality of the food was a 10, the atmosphere was good, I highly recommend this location and of course we'll go back.
Exceptional service that went above and beyond our expectations. The wait staff was prompt, courteous, and attentive to our every need. They offered insightful recommendations and made us feel like cherished guests throughout the entire dining experience. An absolute delight for any food enthusiast. The flavors were an authentic tribute to Italian cuisine, showcasing the chef's dedication to using the freshest ingredients. Each dish was a symphony of tastes that left us craving more. The restaurant's cozy and inviting ambiance was the perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. The charming Italian-inspired decor and soft lighting created an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. It felt like being transported to a trattoria in the heart of Rome.
I was there for a surprise short notice belated birthday dinner. We dined at about 9:40p.m. and they closed at 11p.m. I was concerned that the service would be rude because we showed up near closing. Our server was not rude nor did he try to rush us at any time. He was very polite and helpful. He answered all questions about the menu, even stated if he didn't know. At closing time, we were not quite done eating, our server still offered dessert to go. So, if you want excellent service without going to San Francisco, go to the Olive Garden location in Fremont. It'll be well worth it. Ps... the food was great 👍🏾
All the dishes were delicious, as usual. The service was excellent! We all loved it and had a wonderful time, as always.
Excellent food quality and service.
Compared to several prior visits today's early dinner was spot on. Perfect portions, which was both surprising and appealing given that prior visits had become increasingly smaller with each visit. I noticed that even the end of meal survey now asks about portion size, nice job! The food was really fresh and tasty. Not very crowded since we went in the afternoon, also nice. Ample parking but know that most of the parking is actually to the side and behind the restaurant. Well-maintained. The specific waitress we had was nice at the beginning of the meal but for some unknown reason became a bit surly toward the end.
Felt bad about going here on Christmas Eve.. so can't knock anything as it was as it good as could be knowing staff were also wanting to get home for Christmas.
Had a great experience. Great service and food was delish. Thanks!
Here's a quick Google review based on your input: --- Visited this Olive Garden last night and had an excellent time! Linda and the team did a phenomenal job ensuring everything was perfect. The service was outstanding, and you can tell the team really tries their best to make every guest feel special. Highly recommend!
We had exceptional service we were asked several times by several people how our meal was love that. And most of all our meals were all really good too. We had a nice relaxing time.. But 1 thing please change the breadsticks no one seems to like them anymore no flavor bricks... But all in all we had a great relaxing time.. So thanks for that. Have a great day! 😉
We have come here many times and rarely, if ever, had an issue. Service is always quick and generous. Portions are big enough for the next day too!
I recently dined at Olive Garden in Fremont and had an amazing experience, thanks to Jessica! She was so friendly, and attentive, and made sure our table had everything we needed. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making sure guests have a great time, and it made a difference! The food came out quickly and was delicious, and Jessica even had great recommendations that made our meal even better. If you’re stopping by Olive Graden, make sure to ask for Jessica — you won’t be disappointed!
The food is delicious. I really enjoyed the new menu items. The lasanga Frittas, and steak tip alfredo dish were delicious.
Went to a later dinner and it was great! Breadsticks are always delicious. Enjoyed the creamy chicken gnocchi soup. And did the build your own pasta, with the rigatoni and creamy mushroom sauce plus chicken! That mushroom sauce is so tasty! Chocolate lasagna for dessert, yes, please.
I took my friend in my wife to Olive Garden tonight and had a reasonably good time. The food was properly made and reasonably well seasoned. My buddy told me that meatballs and spaghetti was a little Bland but not bad it was pretty good. I have the afraido sauce and breadsticks and a salad. A little-known secret. If you order a boat of alfredo sauce is $4. But if you order a bowl of alfredo sauce you get four times as much for $2 more. My wife had a three-cheese pasta on angel hair pasta. She loved it. We had the server Fernando tonight and he was pretty darn confident. Towards the end of our meal however he got a big table and became a little bit less attentive. But he still did a good job and we left a 15% tip. Overall I recommend this place.
I love the Olive Garden chain of restaurants. This one is Fremont is really nice. Rachael’s service was impeccable tonight. I love the breadsticks, salad, minestrone soup and vegetarian Cavatappi pasta with Parmesan Pesto sauce and bell peppers. My little one loves the kids menu activities and the characters like Bene Breadstick, Tonya Tomato, Ricky Ravioli, Gina Grape etc.
5 stars to our entire experience, especially to our friendly and professional waiter Ali. Our lunch was pleasant and enjoyable, including the service, atmosphere, and the food. The soups and bread sticks were delicious, and the shrimp scampi was yummy. All around, quite a wonderful treat.
My recent lunch experience at Olive Garden was nothing short of exceptional, and it was all thanks to our wonderful server, Brianna! Her knowledge of the menu was truly impressive, and her enthusiasm for the food made our dining experience even more enjoyable. She ensured that our drinks were never empty and that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. What truly stood out was her attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to make our lunch special. She even took the time to engage in pleasant conversation, making us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. Her professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to ensuring we had an amazing meal deserve all the praise. We will undoubtedly be returning soon, and we hope to have the pleasure of being served by Brianna again.
The food was amazing and our waitress Aire was the best!!! She checked on us frequently and made sure we were taken care of.
Let's stop at the Olive Garden Restaurant there in Fremont before we go to San Jose, said my pal Diablos Hellraisier, because our task with the old woman Yelta Hoffstelter tells me we need to have a satisfied meal. I told him next time just say I'm hungry. I keyed in the Olive Garden on the GPS and off we went. It sure is a nice feeling to walk into such a welcoming restaurant like the Olive Garden, it's almost like coming home from a long trip, my pasta was capital A Amazing! 5 stars for the food and service. ☆☆☆☆☆
The waiter was very helpful, kind considerate very knowledgeable about his job. The place was super clean, employees where wonderfully kind. The food was great for the price. It was just right.
Good thing we came here for dinner hungry. But hungry as we were, I only ate a bit of my entrée as portions were generous. Calamari was yumm, Shrimp Scampi Fritta was so delicious, Salad was fresh, vegetarian Minestrone soup was good too! Oh the fresh soft breadsticks...excuse the carb overload! 😄
My girlfriend took me here for Father's Day. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that there was no waiting. The restaurant was very clean in the service was excellent which was very impressive for a large Father's Day crowd. Our waiter was very friendly neatly dressed and appeared to be pretty cool under pressure for such a busy day. The food and the drinks were good. We had a huge plate of spaghetti and meatballs. The salad was very tasty and fresh. It's was so good that I found myself sucking the Italian dressing right off the lettuce leaves 🍃 The bread rolls were fresh and warm. The price for the food and drinks was under $100. I will return.
Our waiter was super kind and the food came out quick! My favorite, which is always the salad, was delicious! I wish we had been offered a refill on it but it was still perfect!
We love this place. Unlike pther restaurants its a quieter venue where you can chat to and hear your fellow diners. The food is reasonably priced, and when I asked for manicotti, which I was informed as bring removed from the menu, they made it specially for me. All of our choices were delicious. The service was excellent, doors were opened on arrival and departure. We will be going the extra distance to eat here.
Best olive garden not to packed. Waiters are at the ready for any requests, with friendly staff.
We had such a wonderful experience thanks to Anna! She was incredibly sweet and attentive, always making sure we were enjoying our food and had everything we needed. Her friendly demeanor and thoughtful service truly made our visit special. Next time we come back, we’ll definitely be requesting to sit in her section again!
Great food as always. Helped by Enrique who was friendly and provided excellent customer service. My take out was correctly prepared.
We were here for our son's birthday celebration dinner last night and had the pleasure of being served by Luisa. She was absolutely fantastic. She was warm, attentive and genuinely friendly. The drinks were never empty and our food was served on time. I highly recommend Lusia
I absolutely love the tiramisu at Olive Garden. It’s so light and creamy. For entrees I really enjoy chicken and shrimp carbonara pasta, Alfredo pasta, ravioli carbonara, and chicken scampi. Appetizers shrimp fritto misto appetizer and calamari. Their chicken gnocchi soup is one of my favorites too. Unlimited breadsticks that taste amazing. The place has a very welcoming and family friendly vibe. Staff here is amazing too!
Ari was such a great server I don’t usually do reviews but she definitely deserves good recognition
Our waitress was named Adriana and she did a phenomenal job. She was serving a large party of over 20 people at the same time as us and was still very attentive. The food was delicious and we were frequently offered refills on our bread, soup, and drinks. Looking forward to coming back soon.
Great trip to Italy 😄. Soup, Salad and Bread was complimentary on order of an entree. They were extremely awesome and tasty and served as good appetizers before the Entrees arrived. We had ordered the Eggplant Parmesan, Cheese Ravioli and Lasagnia Frita. Superb hot, yummy awesome, tasty and from Mary Poppins movie tasted "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious". Go Olive Garden Go
Adrianna was an amazing server when we visited in mid December. She was friendly and service was prompt. Drinks were always full and she checked in on as at the right times. I hope we have her as our server next time. I have always been happy when I'm in town and visit this Olive Garden. The GM does well here.
Highly recommended!! This was my first time trying Olive Garden, and everything was amazing. I had one of their homemade soups as an appetizer, it was so flavorful. I also ordered the Herb-Grilled Salmon 😋 and it was absolutely delicious, definitely a 10/10. The Chicken Alfredo was really nice as well. The whole staff was welcoming and polite, especially our server Andy. Thank you for the great experience! 🙏🏽
So i just came to this location for a 2nd time and had a 5-star experience BOTH times! I have been to other Olive Garden locations but never had an experience like I did hear. I noticed how the servers were kind to each other, very professional and operated as a well put together team. I could tell my server went on a break because at some point 2 other servers brought my food items separately and even the manager came over to check in on me. You can tell the manager is on top of her game and runs a tight, well organized ship (in a good way!). Also, I ordered the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo and if you've never had Gorgonzola cheese, it can be an acquired taste but the sauce was PHENOMENAL!
Olive Garden Restaurant Review Our recent dining experience at Olive Garden was exceptional. The pasta was prepared perfectly al dente, and the Alfredo sauce achieved an ideal balance—creamy yet not overly heavy. The mushroom sauce was particularly impressive, offering a rich and savory flavor that elevated the dish. As always, the signature breadsticks were warm, fresh, and consistently satisfying. Our server, Justin, provided outstanding service. His attentiveness and professionalism greatly enhanced our experience. He frequently checked in without being intrusive, ensuring our beverages were always refilled and that we had everything we needed. It is often said that a server can define the overall dining experience, and in this case, Justin’s exemplary service left a lasting positive impression. We look forward to returning and will be sure to request his section in the future. The value of the meal was excellent. The Endless Pasta Combo offers an exceptional choice for families seeking both quality and quantity. Highly recommended.
Delicious, excellent service. I was impressed I stopped going to Olive Garden over 6 years ago, and I just happened to get a gift card for my bday and I was so happy to have the food so fresh and good. Service is a great young man and a woman working hard and helping each other, not just standing around. Manager so professional and solve a small problem with my card, no attitude helping with a smile. Me and my husband and I will be bringing the whole family here. Thank you, keep up the good work, there's not many restaurants left where they really care about the customers. 10✨️
My family had a great time at Olive Garden in Fremont! The atmosphere was quite relaxing, and the staff were phenomenal. Angel, our waiter, was professional and caring — he took our orders and made sure we had all we wanted in no time. The manager also gave us a visit as well. Food was delicious (no surprise there). 10/10
Visited here for a Birthday lunch with Family and Friend's Family on Sunday. Party of 7. We arrived around 12.115 and we were seated in a.cozy corner. The crowds were easy and started to pick up there after. We got our starters and drinks fairly quickly. We went for veggie starters. We opted for veggie entrees for main course along with Salad, Soup and bred sticks. Plentiful portions, food tasted good and we were served well. By the time we made it to the dessert, we were stuffed. We ended with a round of Birthday Song by the Crew with a Chocolate Mousse and Tiramisu. !! Great Location, Ambience and Service. Would definitely visit again.
Great experience our waiter was quick and friendly. Two of the kids patiently waited for their dinners which were mistakenly forgotten. Not a problem we had a large group and he was very present and kept everyone with full drinks and soups. Once we notified the server he quickly got the order in and management checked in and insisted on comping those meals for us. The food was good and everything came hot and ready to eat. Definitely recommend.
Our dinner was So delicious! Bread was soft and warm. Salad was crispy and fresh. Shrimp was very tasty. Appetizers were awesome and the kids ate their entire meals. Everything came out in great time as expected. 1st time to that location. Everyone was so attentive. That was most appreciated, since we had 2 young boys with us who were wiggle worms.
Excellent service. Leticia V. Was so gentle and friendly. She is awesome \nI definitely coming back. Love the service

Happy, warm ambience, very reasonable price. Friendly staff. Lots of Birthday parties happening all the time. The manager comes down often to your table and personally inquires how you are enjoying the service. Recommended for causal visits.
I've been coming to this Olive Garden since I was a kid. They have a decent selection of Italian dishes, new specials and drinks, Over the years I've had both great and terrible experiences. If there was ever a problem, the management staff is keen to remedy it. One thing hasn't changed - the pasta needs more sauce. Ask for extra sauce.
The food was delicious and we were frequently offered refills on our bread
Spinach -artichoke dip is always been a big hit at this place and the drink that I love most here is spiked strawberry lemonade . Anyhow the reason that I missed one star here is our server who took a while to bring our breadsticks at first and next time too. Everytime we needed help from our server even after the food was served , they took a long time to come up.Overall food is delicious though so loved the quality of food and drinks here.
Very Nice food. Good service. Enjoyed.
Olive garden is a safe choice with delish breadsticks. The salad comes out ice cold. Pasta is fine and the service can be hit and miss.
Went day time and had a long wait. The hosts & servers seemed very busy but kind when greeting. The woman in charge was quite rude to the employees and our medium size group coming to dine. There was plenty of room in the servers’ opened seating but the manager shoved our group into a back corner resulting in poor service. Food was good and I don’t fault the poor service to the server but to the manager for placing us so far away from the rest of the server’s tables. I hope the next time I visit the manager doesn’t have a breadstick shoved up her a—— 😂 Other than her, this place was 5 stars.
We always enjoy dinner at Olive Garden. Recently we were here with a group of people and everyone liked the experience. Breadsticks are always a good idea! We also had various Dips for the bread sticks. In appetizers we had Spinach Dip which was tasty and good quantities too. Two of us shared an entre of Make your own Pasta. By the way, if you are planning to share it, it's better to tell them while ordering so they will bring it in separate plates. Service was good even though it was a busy day. However out of 10, only 2 people were coming in another car and they were a few minutes late to the restaurant, others were all present but we still had to wait for them to get a table. So just a heads up for your reservations, that entire party should be present at the restaurant on time.
"Disappointing Seating Experience for a Special Occasion" I recently visited this restaurant for my birthday dinner with my elderly mother, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed with the seating arrangements. I specifically requested a quieter area, knowing there were several such spots available since we’ve dined here many times before. Instead, we were seated right next to the restroom at a table that didn’t even have settings or condiments—clearly an overflow area. This was particularly frustrating given that there were plenty of open tables in other, more suitable areas of the restaurant. While the seating choice was incredibly disheartening, I do want to point out that the service at the front desk was outstanding, and our waitperson more than made up for the initial disappointment. She was attentive, courteous, and even went out of her way to help us pack our leftovers—a true bright spot in an otherwise underwhelming experience. The food, as always, was excellent, and I definitely overindulged (almost went into a food coma afterward!). It’s unfortunate that such great food and attentive service were marred by an uncomfortable seating experience on what should have been a special occasion.
Had a good experience on our last visit! For vegetarians, there are relatively fewer options but I liked the pasta, and the salad. The soup I felt is average as it comes with a lot of veggies. For a big place with plenty of seating, the vibe is great and feels homely. Our server Ed was prompt and flawless, I had a nice chat with him and he was great! PS: One note of caution, there are games available in the tab on the table, all those games are paid, but somehow when you start the game, you don't get any prompt to know it is going to get charged!
Weekend service can be bad, long wait, food is not hot... Kitchen is not able to scale. On a normal day however I'm a big fan of their unlimited soup (minestrone is my favorite), unlimited salad and bread. Tip - ask for vinegar and olive oil for the bread Tiramisu is the best. While on food, every dish I tried is too salty for my taste. So not a good place for people with hypertension. In drinks I always order margarita with Patron extra shot of tequila on the side. Good family place, decent food, avoid to go over weekends and you may not be disappointed.

Christian is the best waiter! He made our experience here so nice.\n\nIt's been years since we been back here and he was so helpful walking us through the menu. Making sure our drinks, soups, bread…
I found it a bit sterile. Food a bit stodgy. No great atmosphere. Won’t be rushing back here
Average. Food was hot and fresh, as one would expect at any restaurant. Nothing to write home about. The waiter was below average and not very attentive.
Olive G....In Fremont, Ca. Traveling...took guests to dinner there. Normally, I like O.G. This one lacked decent food. Or, maybe I ordered wrong entree? I did not think my food was any good, tasteless! It was fettuccine with shrimps. Tasteless with rubber schrimps.
I recommend ordering meals "to go" inside the restaurant and wait to pick it up if you want to enjoy your meal. Curbside delivery takes 45 minutes to get to your car and the pasta will be ruined.
Overall the food was good. The soup was too salty. I changed it for a salad instead. Some plates were stained permanently and don’t look clean, even if they are. The coffee cup had a slight smell of eggs, so that wasn’t washed properly. Also, don’t expect the food to look like the pictures in the menu. The best part of this experience was the service. She was outstanding.
The staff was outgoing and friendly. The food was a disappoint ... again. The pesto angel hair lacked flavor. The lasagna tasted more like it came from a frozen TV dinner.

My family came in for Easter (4/20/2025), and service was extremely slow. Although it was a busy day other tables were attended to promptly, even if they arrived after my family. My sister had to physically get out of her seat after about 20 minutes of waiting to ask staff for salad/bread/water. We waited a long while after that for the waiter to come back and take our order. When the food came there was a mistake on one of the meals. Instead of fixing the meal the waiter decided to bend down over my Greatgrandmother and ask her in a patronizing tone, "are you sure that's what you ordered??" since he was "absolutely sure what was ordered" and "you guys must have made a mistake". It took stearn redirection for the waiter to place the correct order. The food was decent but that was the only good thing about that visit. Please treat your guests better in the future.
Saltiest food ever! World has changed to healthy options BUT Olive Garden is committed to saltiest options. Server was too busy and bread came out later than the soup. Salad came out with soup. Had to wait for another server to get our soup. Went back after 7 years thinking food quality got better But I guess never going back again or not recommending. Health hazard food
Although we were a party of 13 we waited for an hour to be seated. Our waiter was quick to take our orders but not to serve us. Two of our orders did not come out with all of our other orders. After complaining to our waiter, he finally returned with the last two orders after our other family members finished eating theirs. One of the last two orders was made wrong. What a disaster 😑. I'm a firm believer that tipping at any restaurant should be based on the service received. It should also include gratuity fees. I will not be returning to this restaurant !!
if i could give the service one star i would, because the waiter we had assigned to us on easter was absolutely rude and condescending to my family but more specifically my grandma which was beyond inappropriate. we understand the wait time at hand given it was a holiday, but the wait started to become absurdly long & we weren’t event given water nor menus within the span of 10 minutes at the very least. overall i think staffing could be better because it plays a crucial role in one’s dining experience. if you hate your job that much then quit.. food is mid, it’s americanized italian food, you get what you pay for tbh.
I went out with family today and co-incidentally my neighbor happened to be sitting next to me. It was SO EMBARRASSING, the service I received. They took entire 15 minutes to bring out fork just for my salad AND THE BREADSTICK CAME OUT THE LAST, what should have been the first and it was just 3 breadsticks for 4 people. They took so long to attend, our entire mood was ruined. It was horrible service. If I could give a negative stars, I WOULD!!
Every time I come to the Olive Garden on Farewell the service is terrible. I barely come here anymore but when I do I regret it every time. My most recent visit was on 9/25/24, me, my best friend, and her kids got seated and thought we’d get great service this time considering the was only two tables sat in the restaurant. Well I was wrong. We sat at our table without drinks, bread, and anyone to greet us for about 25-30 mins. I was shocked. Waiters and others kept looking at us and kept walking seemingly not wanting to serve our table. Then I asked for the manager after being fed up and the waiter kept repeatedly coming back trying to push the problem away and just take my order. I told him I wanted to speak to the manager before anything else after THREE times of him coming back to try to take my order. The manager Ann came out very monotone, apologized but didn’t even seem like she cared to be honest. I brushed it off and just ordered my food with no complaints to avoid causing a scene. She never came back to comp us for anything or bring up the issue again it’s like they didn’t even care. And not to mention Ann kept blaming the issue on something they had going on but is anything so important to leave paying customers unattended for 30 minutes??! 10-15 mins is explainable but this was Ridiculous they need new management.
The food and service in Olive garden is good but the reason for one star is the wait time. I called upon for reservation and they told me first come first serve, no reservation and also mentioned about waitlist. I added myself to waitlist and was late by 5 min due to traffic on Friday's. When checking in at restaurant they didn't find me in waitlist since I was late by 5 min. I had to wait another 50 min to get the table.
I would have given 0 but the lowest was 1. The service is bad and they don't ask if all is ok or you need more . We have to press the call server button for help which I wasn't told by the waitress and I discovered the button by chance while paying at the very end of the meal. I wasn't given bread till more than half the meal was done , no refills offered , no " how is everything or would you like more " etc. The waitress pretty much banged food and water on our table like she's doing us a favor . There are other happier restaurants in the block where we would have happily eaten !! Do not visit here service sucks. If the food wasnt good we would not have visited.
Cheese Ravioli barley had Sauce and they brought the plate super hot got burn and is not about not touching knowing is hot! I accidentally! touch the plate trying to get to this dry food the whole place sucks the vibe of the service is bad they are all just rude honestly the management there is very rude and doesn’t care at all about the people or anyone I gave 2 starts because the place is very well situated but I’ll remove it because the real atmosphere inside is bad
We had dinner here at October 24, 2025, around 8:30 PM, and unfortunately, it was a bad experience. My wife ordered the ravioli with crispy chicken fritta, and after we got home, she started having a stomachache. Later that night, she began vomiting and showed food poisoning symptoms. I’m taking her to urgent care today. This has happened for one of my friends a few months ago exactly in this same branch too. Also, in my salad, I found pieces of lettuce that were either spoiled or not properly cleaned. This makes me seriously question the food hygiene standards at this location. Very disappointing experience. We brought the leftover food home and hopefully now we have some samples for lab test!
I ordered eggplant parmigiana for takeout last night and found the eggplant uncooked and couldn’t eat. I called them and informed about it in the morning and they offered to give another one which I appreciated. However again it is uncooked and this time I am extremely disappointed that it happened inspite of letting them know the issue. I have been eating here for a while, both food and service have always been very satisfying but this experience is surprising to me. Something definitely has changed and I am afraid to order again at this location.
Reception: Upon entering, there was no host at the front desk. We requested a table through the bartender, who told us to wait. After several minutes, a host finally came to the front. He said he would help us, then disappeared for several minutes. When he returned, he was walking back and forth to the bar several times, not helping us. I asked him if it were best if we just left, he said he'll take us to our table. But then he answered a phone call. Aside: It's important to note that I am disabled, and was visibly struggling to stand there this whole time. After he was done with the call, he then struggled to find menus for us. So that took another few minutes. Then finally, when he was ready to show us to our table, he walked off at a nearly sprinting pace. Given my slow, struggling walk, we lost him for a minute. Then we found him standing in the middle of the dining room about 40 feet away, which I guess was our direction to get to him. Dinner: Soups were filled with dried, old. bland veggies and flavorless meat (minestrone & Tuscan chicken); couldn't finish those. First I ordered the Tour of Italy, but had to cancel the order because they were out of lasagna. Then ordered the chicken parm with spaghetti. The chicken was old, dry, and hard as a rock. The spaghetti tasted like it was cooked in dirty bath water. Completely inedible. My friend's chicken alfredo wasn't even slightly better. Old, mushy, flavorless pasta and broccoli, like an old microwaved bag of food. Didn't eat more than a few bites of my dish, yet, it was not offered to be taken off the bill. I know you don't go to Olive Garden for Italian food, but it should at least be edible. Horrible experience all around.
We have been going to this Olive Garden since they reopened post covid as we moved nearby. One of the first feeling we have got after so many years that they are either indifferent or racist to Indians without interest of serving them. Now I’ve always taken full entrees with Soup (chicken and gnocchi) & one of the chicken dish (Parmesan or Scampi) with their offer of breadsticks. And I always taken two servings of soup before digging into the entree. This time while the serving was slow, we ignore as it was Friday evening (& near holiday season). We got warm and not hot bread, we ate bread over napkins without plates cause that didn’t come till they had food ready. When I asked for the second serving, our server said the main dish will get cold, so he can pack on way out the soup. I took his advice & it was worst mistake. Below is water down crap attached which was given as take away. Some beef or pork with uncooked potatoes (no idea). This is not one off incident but the final nail for us to stop going to Olive Garden. Spend min $100 on a night doesn’t deserve such a good experience!
