Been coming here for more than a year now as a regular, and I have no complaints. Keep in mind that it gets busy like any other franchise at specific times, so waiting may happen. Even mobile ordering will sometimes result in a short wait time, but what do you expect when you order peak time in the morning. Everything is great and the staff is super diligent and on task. Update: I placed a mobile order of four different items but it got sent to another Starbucks location somehow. When I showed the digital receipt, the worker there, Eleanor, was very kind enough to remake the order for free. The orders were immediately made. Great service! Thank you to that worker! Another Update: I mistakenly ordered a hot latte drink when I wanted an iced drink. I didn't know how to cancel an order through the Starbucks mobile app, so I knew I had to mention this when I picked up my drink in store. I did so. One of the baristas, Yujin, very kindly made me an iced drink on spot. Thank you to that worker! Customer service like this keeps me coming back.
I drive a few extra miles because there is always available parking. My orders are always correct and the customer service is consistently satisfactory.
The customer services war really bad. I have visited different starbucks and when they don't make the drink how you ask for the change it. I had to wait a long time for my drink. Adriana, should learn how to please customers that paid for the drink and drinks should be delivered as ordered.
They've improved over the last few years and are consistent with their drinks. They use the correct ingredients and are properly trained baristas. It's a busy area and the line can get big, but it's worth it.
My favorite place. Sayo, has the best combinations to drinks. She is so upbeat her personality is friendly and professional. The staff is truly dedicated to their skills and customer oriented. I love this particular store because of Saya, and her team mates ❤️ ♥️ 💙
Management should be ashamed for having a busy location understaffed. It’s unfair for the workers who have to go above and beyond to hold it down and still have to deal with people’s attitude while remaining composed. Thankful for the girl and the guy working tonight, they were great.
I have been going to this location for Starbucks for four years. I love their drinks and other edibles that are sold. My favorite thing about this location is that their staff is excellent. Not once, in the four years that I have been going have I had an employee be rude to me. I appreciate their kindness and the way they make my coffee.
I felt fairly safe inside with the guards and the separated hand off station they had. The workers, especially Ryan at the register was very nice a d cheery. The hand off lady, I didn't catch her name, was working hard and made sure she was clear the names of the drinks she was handing off.
The staff is always friendly, the drinks are typically made pretty quickly.
They recently renovated this Starbucks. The design and lighting is great. It's more colorful and vibrant. It feels more welcoming as compared to its previous layout. There's more space lining up to place an order and more space to walk to the exits. Previously, it felt so cramped. Great job on the design. The food and drinks are still great quality.

This Starbucks location, just like the others, is nice. It is clean and well organized. The staff works feverishly but, the wait time is a little long because it is usually very busy, especially in the morning and after lunch times. There is, seating available, and if you're lucky, you can get one.

great customer service!! employees always spoil my dog with love when i come in ❤️ i have been a loyal customer for about more than a year now and have never had an issue! if there's a wait it's usually during student dismissal which is understandable. it does get super loud when the kids come in tho. but anyways def come here!!

Probably the best Starbucks I’ve been to. Everyone greeted me once I walked in. I ordered through the app and the workers actually acknowledged me at the pick up area, every other Starbucks whenever I order ahead say nothing to me, so this was a welcomed change of pace!
I had stopped coming here about a year ago and the past few weeks returned, I was pleasantly surprised! The workers are extremely friendly and fast now they even remembered me from the day before. I will be making this store one of my regulars again!
Very big place but there is only 6 tables and I understand that people sitting there to eat but all table was busy because people are working with theirs laptop and they don’t give us a chance to take our break,
Overall it's nice. Love the redesign as it managers flow better and feels more spacious. The few times I stop by spontaneously and order in person, they are nice and friendly However, the one thing that annoys me is that they keep the mobile orders out of reach, but far too often don't acknowledge that you're standing at the pick up counter. They make eye contact and go off to do something else. If it were busy and/or they were rushing, I'd understand, but it's quite manageable at 7am for the people vs staff there. Ideally, I'd like to walk in, pick up, and go without interrupting their work, but that's not an option here unless they change their pickup setup.
Staff is nice and friendly and get your coffee in decent time considering the traffic. It is often difficult to find seating if you are trying to get some work done, however there is a parking lot adding to the convenience. Over all a great place to grab some coffee! Coffee meets Starbucks standards.
Stopped by for my mobile order. It was a good idea placing another table with an employee distributing the orders, instead of people touching items looking for their names, even though the person distributing also kept touching the lids of the cups. 🤢
I felt welcome by the baristas, who quickly completed my order. The dining area was clean; the snack/lunch fridge/ merch area was neat and stocked up. I gave four stars because the matcha latte was a bit lacking but that could be due to my preference for a strong matcha flavor.
Nice, modern Starbucks in an area with high foot traffic. Drinks come out fast and it's pretty clean. Friendly staff. My only gripe is that there is limited seating which was the issue before the remodel too. It's also sorta loud. Definitely worth checking out if you want a drink / want to kill time though.
After being closed for about two weeks, Starbucks in fresh Meadows is finally reopened again. It looks very nice in there and it looks like they have different staff (some of them.)Everything is nice and clean, space flows much better, coffee was good, Staff was really nice. no complaints here. I’m going to go there again today since I’ll be in the area. It used to be so tight in there but now they have seating against the window only and the whole entire wall that’s backed up to Boston Market is now the barista and service area.
My local Starbucks, and might I say there are very Friendly baristas! Always a pleasure ordering from this Starbucks. Remember to order ahead on your app, as some days lines are out the door. Generally packed with customers so no tables, but there are PLENTY of outdoor seating options. However bumped down the rating to 4 stars because when I went to buy some mugs as a gift, they were a bit dusty. Cleanliness is important!
Decent Starbucks location. Standard offerings. Good service. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. The main entrance from the parking lot will put you close to the cashier. The pickup section is towards the 188St side of the store where the other entrance is. Seating is available. It was not crowded at 8am Wednesday morning.
This review is about Nat. A few months ago she got her picture taken by customer. This customer shared a bad review with such pictures. I have to tell you that Nat is a great barista. She is always friendly will to help, patient and nice. She even writes little messages on the coffee cups. In addition, she is always changing her hairstyle so she can present a fresh image to her customers. Overall I think that Nat is great. Come to Starbucks and meet her, you will like her.
This visit to Starbucks, located at 61-51 188th St, was to find a comfortable spot for my afternoon boost-in the hope of enjoying that traditional environment always associated with the brand. Immediately after going in, the cozy and warm atmosphere embraced me like a blanket, and it was a great place to either relax or work. The staff received me with honest smiles and seemed very well trained, really smooth in making drinks and giving suggestions according to customers' tastes. Refreshing, isn't it, being treated like a customer? The coffee was well-brewed, yielding that rich flavor I look for, but seating was scanty at peak hours, which might be an irritation to those who want to get settled down. If you want to enjoy your coffee in a more inviting atmosphere, this Starbucks definitely strikes a chord; hence, it will be a detour worth going out of your way for when you're in Fresh Meadows. But consider sharing the space during peak hours. Rating: 4.5/5.
Very busy location and I went on my birthday and got a strawberry Frappuccino which I sipped and brought home as we went out to Uncle Baccala for my birthday with my wife and sisters in laws who drove. I didn't realize I was coming down with a cold. Item was fresh made though not as thick as it should be but watery and less flavorful. Manager was training rep on how to give credit for birthday treat on app.
I frequent this SB. I love this place as this is near my home, has been my morning go to since the pandemic and they reopened for dine in. I just find the service inconsistent. Some crew are quite friendly while some are just neutral (not rude at least). But since SB’s stocks needed to improve, I assumed the crew would be more consistent with their service. I also think sometimes the music is too loud and doesn’t give that chill cafe vibe. I love hanging out and I will continue to come here. Just some improvements from my perspective.
I have been a frequent customer of this establishment for several years and have consistently had a positive experience. The premises are always well-maintained and clean, and the staff is efficient and accurate in fulfilling orders. The coffee is consistently excellent, and the food is always served hot. Occasionally, the merchandise section may be somewhat depleted, but this is a minor inconvenience. Overall, I highly recommend this Starbucks location.
Place is pretty fast paced and clean. This location has recently been remodeled as such its large and roomy unlike the previous setup where you felt trapped and couldn't walk around. They now have around 7 tables with varying seats etc. Staff is OK, sometimes a bit serious but respectful.
If you are looking for a place to buy fluids(coffee) and not be able to use the restroom after then visit this place. The bathrooms are closed from 2-4 pm, and if you are trying to get some work done, it's inconvenient not to be able to use the restroom. This is such a poor customer service coming from such a big cooperation
Although this is my go to Starbucks, lately I have been disappointed in the appearance inside and outside of this business. The floors and courter often looks dirty and trash build in their outdoor seating area. Also if you have outdoor seating, maybe clean it.
Nice location. No plugs for charging though, which is pretty bad, especially if you wanna study.
I like this Starbucks the drinks are amazing. I don’t like that they don’t always have the drink I want . I like the pumpkin spiced latte and the caramel Brullee latte but these drinks are only available during the holidays which is very frustrating. Every time I go they don’t have it and only during specific holidays . If they can make the availability of their drinks better it will definitely enhance my experience and make it much better.
Poor leadership and staff etiquette training. all i asked the guy with the cowboy hat is to re make a drink that was made wrong, with "hello, please, thank you" no need to throw an angry face and charge me for the drink again. ill pay but store policy is to remake it if its not satisfactory. Don't use that as a way to thwart off a polite request. Store is also low on cleanliness, again it all goes back to management and leadership.
Edit: Since the new renovations, it seems they have removed probably 50% of the seating available at this location. I used to study here quite a bit, but the new tables are very small and extremely close to eachother. Thankfully though they have maximized standing room for people (sarcasm). My choice of coffee shop when I need to get a lot of work done. Only 2 power outlets and they are located away from the main table, so be aware of this. Typically fairly busy before 8 and after school lets out but most other times are okay. The staff is awesome. They seem to run a tight ship and everyone seems happy.

Will not revisit that particular Starbucks again. Had to wait longer than I deemed necessary for second order.. while waiting, several customers came in ordered and left. At that point I decided to take a sip of my hot black tea and realized it wasn't what I ordered. Something green and thick. I returned it.. the servicer seemed surprised. It took the third person to get first order correct.. Now the 2nd order was given hot and should have been cold. The young lady tried to have patience but failed when asking which flavor my husband wanted. I had to step in because he was losing patience too.. the wrong size was given.. in the end the young man that corrected my ordered refund me $1 and cents also gave a $4 coupon for next trip.. HE did well,, his temperament and customer service techniques were well displayed. Although both orders were wrong, they were corrected in the end.
This place is pretty noisy, the music is way too loud I can't hear myself think, considering the small size maybe it's done on purpose so you don't stay too long? there are few seating outside but not good on a cold or hot day plus the noise from traffic include many buses that run through the street right next to it since it's facing the traffic. Food and drink here is not consistent, ordering the same thing still yield different taste each time. I don't think the workers here including the supervisor are train properly. As other stated refill often has problem depends on who you talk to. It's easy to look up Starbuck policy but each store made up their own rules, or "dreamed up" is more like it. Sometimes I see people who looks drunk in or around the store but they don't bother you, just something to look out for. There are other Starbucks that are managed better with better trained staff but this one is just convenient with a good location that they don't care about improving in my opinion.
This review is strictly for the appearance of the shop and not the staff nor the products sold here. The shop is aged and unkept. I would like to see Starbucks Corporation invest in the appearance of this location and allow for more staff to look after the cleanliness of the shop.
I have been here so many times, and I am very thanks for the warm service provided by every employee. However, today I witnessed something that left me very uncomfortable. Around 2:30 PM, I came here and ordered a coffee. At the same time, noticed an employee who is taking a red hat was chatting with colleagues while constantly wiping her nose with tissue. The last action of cleaning her nose was actually using her fingers, I believe 'something' was on her fingers! I thought she would wash her hands or at least use hand sanitizer before touching anything else, but unfortunately, she did not clean her hands at all and then directly took cups and lids from the cabinet to refill. Yes, she touched the inside of lids and the cups with her same fingers that had been in contact with 'something' . I informed the front desk to remind that employee to wash her hands. Seeing this series of uncomfortable actions shocked me, but I will continue to be a customer here. I am writing this review with the best intentions, hope that everyone pays attention to personal hygiene so that we can make our environment better.
I could tell the partners on the floor were new , but my drink was rang up on and I noticed the barista making it hot instead of iced so I spoke up and he argued with me about the sticker coming to find out they rang it up as hot with adding ice which changes this price point and recipe for the drink . It was really no problem i remember being a new partner at Starbucks I was just taken aback he argued with me about it
Went here late night and barely anyone was there.. still had to wait at the register for 12 minutes to get order taken, then the lady left mid order to finish something and came back. Total 15 minutes. Then as I waited for my drink the guy kept sweeping the back area and my entire 5 minutes became a 25 minute delay. Hire different workers or have a different crew at night.
Could have at least left a few charging Ports or outlets open to accommodate customers who want to use their devices/computers to study and charge them. Should not of been that hard to do, All of them are covered up at this Location..
Easily the most inefficient Starbucks I've ever been to. It was full of employees yet we still waited so long for a pretty basic beverage. The line went out the door because the employees moved so slow. This was also during lunch and not peak time.
When I got there, 5 people waiting and 15 people came in, got their orders and left (5 mobile app and 10 went through the register). Questions: Why did I had to wait for my order individually, 4 items separately? Yes they separate the order,... this is mind blogging, being a manager for 14 years. Why was there was no quality control? Someone acting to get orders out, but not performing with any efficacy per order. When I go to other businesses, they don't separate my orders, why is that?!? Unbelievable, you train people to do this to customers by making them hold 1 item at a time, waiting for the next item to show up.
I order a dark roasted hot coffee and they serve me right away. I took it and when i reached at my car i had it. They serve me cold coffee. I was not hot though.i always have a regular Starbucks coffee everyday. I didnt experience such a bad and horriable experience before. I had very bad time and i waited for more than half hour for that coffee. Really really disappointed.
Very bad experience the service was horrible my order was forgotten we ordered 2 coffees and 2 pumpkin slices the server gave 1 cup of coffee and the rest of the order didn't come until 15 minutes later no one apologized just looked at me like I was crazy never had a bad experience at Starbucks before so I guess I can forgive it. Just spent 8 bucks on a coffee they can't get it right. I ordered a grande cafe latte extra espresso and add brown sugar. It was 7.93. I didn't get a receipt. No name. My drink doesn't even have a label. I asked them to re make my drink because the first one was just all milk. No foam what so ever. So she re made my drink and this time she steamed the milk atleast 7 times and burned it. They had bad attitude. No thank you. No nothing. Didn't even tell me it's my coffee. They didn't put any liquid brown sugar in there although I paid extra. And when I asked for brown sugar on the side it the packages were all wet from her hand. It was at 10:00pm exactly. I didn't wanna create a scene. I know they must be tired but I paid 8 bucks for a coffee which was all burned and wrong.
Rude customer service. So far, I have never wrote a bad review but I feel needed for today. I ordered four drinks and went to pick up my order. One of the drink was already out, so I used a tray and waited for the other drinks to be ready. The girl who hands out the drink saw me waiting with a tray, gave me a dirty look and said ‘next time let us do it’. She should have not said it that way and looked at customer like that.
Hi. I just finished ordering from Starbucks. It was a horrible experience. Wanted to try something new and have to say, it was kind of a long order. The barista taking my order was sooo nasty. Dirty looks, attitude, not helpful what so ever, and she was making it completely obvious that I was bothering her. I’m young and it’s not my fault if you hate your job. Also not to mention thy forgot my croissant. Not worth my time and they did NOT deserve my money.
Extremely expensive. I literally paid $8 for a cup filled to the brim with ice and some coffee that tastes like burnt hair. I had to wait 15 minutes for it. Not worth your time or money go to local shops and you will get much burger service and coffee
I have been shopping with this Starbucks for 3 long years, but never had such bad experience like tonight. My friend wanted to order a small coffee, since I also wanted to have a coffee, so I combined the order to ask for a bigger coffee, also a tall cup so that my friend and I both can drink. But, one of the crew, showing attitude like told me that it’s now possible, they need to charge me extra for the cup. In addition, the coffee was almost half way filled and not all the way to the top of the cup, as well. As a regular Starbucks customer, I had great respect for Starbucks and also for this store for showing gratitude in the past. I guess they are losing the respect. I felt very disappointed as a long time customer at this store. I hope the management would take care of this issue sooner and not later.
I went into the store and ordered 4 drinks- 3 hot chocolates and 1 caramel macchiato. 2 of my hot chocolates came 20 minutes after I got the first one and the caramel macchiato. Those two got cold so I had to drink cold stuff. I had to ask the barista for my last 2 hot chocolates a few times and they were so rude. Very bad experience here.

This was my first time visiting this Starbucks and I would just like to say it will be my last. On Thursday morning 8/2/2023 around 7:00am I came into the establishment with my boyfriend. We ordered 2 matcha lattes and a cappuccino. About 20 minutes later my boyfriend said his cappuccino tasted like steamed milk so I tried it out and spilled some out just to find out it was a full cup of steamed milk. When we went back I told the guy who had made the drink how he messed up my order and I wanted an actual cappuccino. His coworker Sha (a female around her early twenties with black hair and a mole right above her lip) told me “shawty why you coming at him mad hostile and didn’t you order this an hour ago?” To that I replied “I wasn’t being hostile, I was simply being direct and I wanted my drink to be made correctly”. She then told my boyfriend “grab your daughter before she get slapped”. My significant other and I have never been so disrespected in our entire lives. This has by far been the worst experience I’ve had to go through considering I’m a loyal customer at Starbucks. I’ve had high expectations of Starbucks and it’s unfortunate I’ve had to go through this.
Ok service and they get the job done . Came in today and the barista with the black bucket hat wastes so much product . I think he needs to be retrained when it comes to measurements. How are you making a venti matcha latte and you are throwing out 1/3 of the mixture because you made so much .
Came after a long time to give another chance to this location, but the disappointment was much bigger then the previous time . Service -0 Atmosphere-0 Food , Ok ( with a dirty attitude of the current manager makes food taste like dirt) To whoever this may concerns , please educate your employees to be polite and start saying sorry when they mess up , do not dump customers coffee into the sink and force them to take thier money back even the fault fales into employees hands they did not see the order they made a mistake and not even said sorry . So please stop controlling customers and be the Starbucks the we knew while back . Great things don't fall easily but when they do they never recover. I'm taking my business somewhere else .
Horrible experience here at Starbucks on 188th. I ordered a drink and a rice Krispy and went to go pick up my order. I saw only the drink and asked KAT where can I pick up the rice Krispy. She looked at me like I was bothering her and told me they were out of it and I could go pick up something else from the front and there was nothing she can do about it. When I looked over there were only peanut and almond options available and I am allergic. I told her I don’t want the other options and I would like my refund. She gestured away and told me he will help me referring to her male coworker. He apologized and offered me something else and I denied. Looking over was a row of 8 rice Krispys sitting out Ima row. This means no one in the store as well as Kat bothered to even prepare my order. Kat wouldn’t even look up to talk to me and was very rude. This horrible attitude goes against the customer service standard Starbucks has all over. This is not the first time dealing with Kat’s horrible attitude. I will be calling corporate. I am a local and I am ashamed at the type of Starbucks that i live near. I pay too much money to be treated like I’m at a mc Donald’s. Kat, please work on your customer service skills. She should go work at a dmv. I can’t imagine working with the public being easy but I could’ve been a horrific customer and I was not. I was respectful and patient and I did not get that reciprocated back to me today. Will be staying away from this Starbucks from now on. There are plenty of Starbucks stores! Why deal with a horrible employee like Kat.
I was waiting more than 20 min for an order that I placed in advance . I watched her making my order . She was fighting with it . Frozen mango lemonade dragonfruit. Adding ice making it think couldn’t put it in the cup then adding syrup to make it thinner then ice to make more portion and keep going till I finally got my order that was nothing that I asked for with all that ice and syrup. Horrible . Paying all this money to get this horrible thing
The workers here are highly unprofessional. Served 6+ people who ordered AFTER ME and always have me and my daughter waiting over 15 minutes to be served, every time we come here and it’s not because someone else ordered online. The customers who are served first order after us. This is the last time I’ll be supporting Starbucks. Seems highly discriminatory every time we enter this shop.
One of the workers there was extremely rude. Short skinny blonde guy. Threw my drink out in front of me as I was walking up. Arguing with me about how I didn't hear the first time. The place had more than 20 people. Even if I didn't hear, it was not even 10 mins all together. Why throw my drink out in front of me to disrespect me. Don't think Starbucks even throws their drinks out. Plenty of drinks on the counter still. And got my other drink wrong even when I said I didn't order this.
There is an extremely rude employee there who chooses to display her attitude and discontent in general forgetting that she’s on the clock and that she is representing Starbucks and is to handle customers with respect when it comes to service. I do not choose to come in here to place an order to be treated like a burden or as if they are doing me a favor by servicing me. I can and will take my money to be serviced elsewhere from now on. This location is obviously below standards for Starbucks.
If someone can’t even figure out what comes before and after, it’s impressive they’re trusted to manage anything at all.

Well, Howard Shultz's dream of a 'Third place', a welcoming place where you were encouraged to linger officially died at this Starbucks on Oct 29, 2024 when they closed the store specifically to remove all the electrical outlets. RIP Ironic how it coincides with a front page article in The NY Times about how Starbucks has lost it's mojo and appeal. I'm a remote worker. After Covid I like to spend time out of the house. The battery on my laptop only lasts 5 hours, so I go someplace to charge in the AM. I'm not sure their penny pinchers know the concept of LTV.. Lifetime customer value. It involves someone being a repeat customer who accumulates much more value than a transactional relationship. Obviously they have no desire to keep people like me. If you read this far, well I'm going to spend much more time at Panera Bread whose 'sips club' thing seems to have been specifically tailored to people like.
Food and service are extremely excellent. But the atmosphere not some much. In door dining is clean but the outdoor dining area not so much. They allow people who aren’t customers to sit in the area smoking and spitting making it uncomfortable for paying customers who just want to sit and unwind.
Very mean and nasty disgusting worker who works for pick up. I was waiting for my in store order for over 10 mins and I told the mean worker that the other lady was ordering far away after me also got her drink. I asked her about my drink and she keeps saying if you don’t hear your name, your drink is not ready. She keeps YELLING at least THREE times that if you don’t want to wait, go to the front desk to get REFUND. She should ask what is my drink and helps me out. She is a very mean, nasty and disgusting worker. People also complained her in the previous message. She should get fired. I don’t understand how the store manager let it happen again and again.

Ridiculous worker in charge of the pickup/mobile station of the store on Saturday morning August 5th who worked till 12pm. I was literally standing there waiting for my drink for the past 20 minutes and she had the audacity to keep telling me to wait when I placed a mobile order 30 minutes ago. She had the worst attitude, rolled her eyes at customers and even looked them up and down. Im glad she stormed out of the store as soon as it was her break time because the rotating shift staff was a sweetheart. She was very attentive and I was able to get my drink since she separately asked the barista to make my order on the spot. Not going to publicly shame the horrendous worker here by putting her name but hopefully someone from management will read this review, find out who the worker is and teach her the basics.
The Chai Crème Frap COMES WITH CINNAMON! I don’t work there but I know it comes with it and comes with it for a reason. Just look at the app and you see the cinnamon. And this tasted AWFUL! Like sugared milk and ice. Where was the chai! I went yesterday on July 14th early afternoon. Whoever was working and making the drinks sucked. Teach them how to make this drink because it’s summer and folks like this drink on a hot day. It was so bad. Never coming to this Starbucks. Waste of money and crowded and hot in there. People just waiting. Yeah there are better Starbucks spots. Skip this one.
Actually just did a pickup order of a chocolate croissant and coffee. I'm sure they were a little busy, but to leave the croissant in the plastic bag it comes in and cold... Just no. Bro how hard is it to test open the bag and out it in the auto oven??? Reason why I don't do Starbucks
Order a hot venti caramel macchiato with 2 extra shots. I got water with very little coffee flavor. Never going back to this location. $9 later I wish I had just bought water, would’ve taste better!! Update: I would’ve had an employee remake the coffee if I had the time to sit around and sip on it. Most of the time I’m rushing to get to places as many New Yorkers do. Only reason I go to Starbucks and pay the $9 for coffee is because I’m expecting the person thats making my coffee to follow the recipe so that I can just grab it and go without having to do a trial taste.
Worst service and communication. Half of the staff don’t even know what they’re doing. One day I come they say the hot coffee turns off at 10:30 then another time I go before 10:30 they say coffee closes at 10 and another time same thing before 10. Never drive here even as soon as you walk in all the employees go to back or pretend like they’re doing something. It’s like they don’t want to work. WISH I CAN GIVE A 0
I ordered in Uber eats- iced coffee with ice, whipped cream, and caramel drizzle. But I don’t get any of them and the Iced coffee is like watery. Without ice how I can drink the iced coffee? Also, I ordered three chocolate croissants to warm it up but I got hard chocolate croissants. I’m so disappointed I’ll never order from this store. I never tasted iced coffee like that from Starbucks. Seriously it's not expectable
I made an order on the mobile up when I got there they seem very busy and was asked to wait. I got my coffee right away I was already running late for work and I decided to asked after 30 Minutes standing there they told me no worries your wrap is coming out. I asked again and then some other girl told me sorry no more. The lack of consideration! Disappointed and disgusted
Absolutely horrible service. Just because I made modifications to my drink (subbing oatmilk for whole milk BECAUSE OF ALLERGIES) the barista took it upon herself to be nasty to me about my beverage choices??? Train your staff better. I understand it was busy but it’s not that serious it’s just coffee. You don’t have to attack me personally for it!
One of the worst Starbucks locations I've been to. The woman at the register today treats customers differently based on race and it's very obvious. She treats non-white customers rudely, no greeting, makes you repeat yourself to embarrass you even though she clearly heard what you ordered. The atmosphere seems chaotic and messy. Had to wait for my drink for over 20 minutes and that's not including sandwiches. The baristas also are inconsistent, they will call out your name for some orders and not for others so you will need to be near the counter and check the drinks yourself. Please retrain your staff especially in such a customer facing role that discrimination should not be tolerated. Get it together.
I would have give 0 stars if I could, I asked for 2 cup of water after my purchase for my daughter and me and they refused water to us, the girl at the register told me she couldn’t give me water because they were having plumbing issues so I asked her how do you guys make the refreshments to which she replied the filter water so I asked can I please have water from there to which she replied No, so I think if the store is having plumbing issues it should not be Open just my thought. I can’t not believe this store refused water to their customers after spending so much money with them shame on you Starbucks I know I could have purchase water because they have for sale but would not spend a penny on this location ever.
It turns out that the day I visited that location, I had ordered two drinks online for pickup. When they handed them to me, I asked the person who gave me the drinks if they could give me the code to use the bathroom, and she replied —with the deepest look of hatred someone can give to a non-white person— “the bathrooms are for customers only,” while looking at the drinks I was holding in my hands. At that moment, with the drinks from their store in my hands, I was in shock. I simply walked out, because the looks from the other customers made me feel very judged. So then I ask myself: are people who order online for pickup not considered “customers”? Or are their bathrooms only for white people? Didn’t “racial segregation” end in the United States of America in 1965?
Manager bought 3 bears cups when the register opened before the store opened. Then opened the back door when she saw people lined up at the front door from 3:30 am, so shady
I waited over 20 minutes for a drink today, never got it ended up being helped by the nice barista to get a refund because I could not wait anymore. It was clear this store was heavily under staffed the moment I walked in, absolutely not ok and disrespectful to loyal paying customers as well as those working.
NOT PET FRIENDLY!!!! Been going to this place for years every early morning where I would get 3 cups of various coffees. At 12pm I walk my pup and about 1-2 times a week would stop into this Starbucks to get a pup cup (Pupuchino). I was recently informed that they no longer give out free pup cups which consists of a small little cup and whip cream. I was told I had to buy something to get the pup cup (or even water! for that matter). I explained that I'm here every morning picking up coffee but during the afternoon when I walk my pup in this direction, he always looks forward to going in and getting a Pupuchino. He even walks me up to the door of this establishment. Initially they used to give out a large cup with whip cream where when you asked, the cashier would make it right away (considering it took less than 15 seconds to make). It then transitioned to a small cup where the cashier would make it right away. When I asked about the transition, they mentioned the manager set these rules. OK no problem. Not a big deal. My guess is, to make it even more inconvenient to not ask for the cup, you now had to wait for their team to get to the order where you would have to sit and wait for the pup cup. Just last week, when I went in and requested the pup cup, they told me I had to buy something to get it. I explained "I come in here every morning" to their reply, "those are the new rules". I left with my pup where when we got outside, he was nudging me for the Pupachino but unfortunately, this time around, I was empty handed. I could tell he was sad as if he did something wrong not to get his treat. Was infuriated. Well your new rules to skimp out on a tiny cup with whip cream once or twice a week just cost this location 3 large cups of coffee 5 days (sometimes 6) each week. Needless to say I will no longer patronize this or any Starbucks on the bases of pure greed. I cant speak for the other locations but this particular one is grimy and looks out for their profit margins above and over the customer. Iv overlooked the staff always being upset, the price hikes and the inconsistency on which they service me regarding the pup cup as mentioned above. To now just refusing to give them out unless you buy something? Feel free to read excerpts from reddit regarding other Starbucks employees from other locations. This Starbucks is NOT PET FRIENDLY. For all you pet lovers, I would recommend NOT supporting this location. There are coffee spots all over this area and suggest finding your coffee elsewhere.
