Went in to get a brown sugar milk tea with boba but they don't sell that specific drink. The alternative was suggested to me by the cashier: Chai milk tea with added brown sugar boba. I noticed they use lactaid brand milk which is great for those lactose intolerant. Total came out a few dimes over five dollars. Happily enjoyed this drink and would recommend to anyone.
Drinks were splendid, i love their honey guava slush particularly. The boba is so chewy, i’m obsessed. I prefer this location since it isn’t as busy as the one in the mall. The staff are kind and they answer all of questions i had. Not sure why this place gets so much hate:)
The people there are so nice and hospitable. I had just left the gym at night and decided to get a boba after. But the small sizes costed five and I only had two dollars. But a very kind man who worked there bought it for me for free. I'm am so very greatful to have gone and I highly recommend going to this location. I hope he has an amazing Christmas again please go to this location. 🙏❤️
Love this Location! Sophia and Percy were the girls that took our order ! Very friendly and fast at getting our order out! Def coming back!
Kung Fu Tea is an amazing boba shop that I highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious drinks (like myself Lol) From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that is both inviting and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions you may have about their menu or make recommendations based on your taste preferences. The staff was actually really kind and took the time to adjust my drinks to my liking. I will say as a loyal customer, the thai tea is made WITHOUT the artificial flavoring so it looks a bit brown, and isn’t orange. But everything else was 10/10
Came here tonight, they were very busy… to my surprise the line moved fast and the drinks were amazing. My kids love the strawberry milk slush, but beware of the claw machine my kids loved it. I will be back !
Love their winter melon tea cap with pudding!!! 70% sugar and less ice! Bomb!!! The staff is very nice and helpful. Cozy atmosphere inside their store. Will be back!
Located next to 99 ranch . There are many cold tea places and this is one of them. They had good options of tea and had sugar level option too from 0 to extra sugar 120 . Based on this they mix the sugar and give us. We had oolong tea and classic kung fu milk tea . Both were good. We do get regular coffee but they are popular for boba tea and other stuff.
I love their boba teas which i get everytime, but this time i tried their fruit tea. This is so so good. I loved it! Best place and good customer service.
Wonderful place, fast, friendly, at least gets your orders right (cough Preston kiosk cough). Picture below is the ginger tea I ordered today from them, 01/08/2022 compared to the one I ordered from the Preston kiosk yesterday, 01/07/2022 (the one that looks and tasted like milk). The one I got today was actually Ginger Tea, don't let the other location scam you. If anyone from corporate QA is browsing, please give this store your attention and shut down the Stonebriar kiosk. They have a wide variety of drinks and it's conveniently placed for an after dinner dessert or after shopping snack.
The boba here is always fresh and tastes amazing. They have lots of different flavors to choose from and the quality is great.
Absolutely love the bubble tea from here. The honey milk tea with chewy honey boba is the perfect combination!! Cant find any other places better than here!! Awesome customer service.

This was my first visit. The two young gentlemen at the counter were very helpful. They made a suggestion of passion mango green tea. It was delicious. It’s nice seeing young workers give good customer service.

Pretty good overall. The milk teas are awesome except I don’t drink caffeine and they have no caffeine-free milk teas. The two I have tried are the ginger one (it’s ok) and the wow milk and it’s not good at all. It’s just lactose milk and some bubbles. Please get more caffeine free options!! I have a heart condition and cannot drink caffeine!
I’ve been coming here for a while.. I always get a taro milk tea. It tastes fantastic, it’s purple but not the bright purple you’d expect. It’s the best taro i’ve ever had though compared to other shops around my house. The boba is always extremely sweet and i love it. I just thought i’d leave a review because the staff here has always treated me kindly and I haven’t had any issues here. I reccommend the mango slush, taro milk tea, and the yogurt orange (my husband and I love those ones hahahaha) . Anyway, i came today and the staff was very kind even though they were being rushed with orders, they handled every drink with care.
Ordering ahead through the app is hit or miss. From my experience, they don’t prioritize app orders so you’ll still have to wait when you arrive when they get busy. That said, most of the times I’ve visited were without issue. They’re fairly consistent with the drinks and while service can be slow, the staff is generally nice.
This is a cute place for having tea. It’s a bit on the small side, since it only have about 4 Tables, but it’s actually cozy. They have 3 main base tea: green, black, and Oolong, and there are fruit flavors to match with them. The guys were pretty fast, and prices were good when compare to other tea places. Not a huge fan of the flavor of the oolong tea, for me it’s a bit rusty, but the orange green te la was amazing! Perfect combination between refreshing and citrusy.
Never understood the boba craze in the past but this may change that a little. I tried their coffee variation and it had me coming back for more. Is it the best out there? Probably not but worth giving it a shot.

Not great, not bad. Too many choices around here sometimes. If Kung Fu Tea is the only choice near me, then I have no problem getting it. Some people will say that all boba tea taste the same, but that's not true. It's all about your taste. Kung Fu Tea isn't bad, but I don't like to come to this location anymore. Before Covid, it always seemed understaffed like usually only 1 person taking orders and also making all the drinks. I come to get a fast drink, not to loiter for 20 min waiting for someone to take my order. At that point, I can walk to another tea shop in the same plaza to get a drink so I just don't bother with this location and go to another tea shop.
I keep on going back to this place thinking maybe i just couldn't find the flavor that I like. Then came to realize they are all just too bland for me. I've finally tried their thai milk tea. It is also bland for me. It's as if they put too much water or ice or something that makes it almost water with "tint" of flavor. Even so I am rating this place 3-star because they are not too bad. Pretty sure someone else find it the best, just not for my taste buds.
Hello. Out of town visitor here. Service and drinks were great, but you guys need to do some dusting. As a place that serves consumables I was a little bothered at how dusty/dirty this location was. The decorative light fixture was particularly dirty as well as the return vents over the counter area. Otherwise had a positive experience.
Not the best location I've been to. The mango slushie was so so.. more large chunks of unbroken ice. The mango jelly I. It wasn't that flavorful either. Tates more like ice than good mango. Not the cleanest, and service was just ok. They ran out of Boba as well and were turning people away at 9 pm.

To be fair, the product is fair, but the customer service is horrendous. This has happened before, but this time I feel the need to say something. I walked in around 11am on a Saturday and there isn't a line. I stood at the counter and this guy walks out from the back and starts to make drinks for the people waiting behind me. He does greet me, doesn't say "I'll be with you," "I am backed up," or even acknowledge me while I'm standing at the cash register. In fact, he doesn't make eye contact. I purposely gave it a fair shot to see what would happen after 6 minutes of not moving and yet still ZERO acknowledgment that I am standing there. If this is how employees are trained here, then I'll take my business elsewhere. Sub-par service for a fair product. The return on investment (ROI) at this location is very poor.
The 2 employees were straight up flirting with each other and messing around so much they dropped my drink and I had to sit there while they remade it. Then one of them dropped a metal pan and nearly shattered my eardrums. Super unprofessional location and the tea was definitely not worth the money
Their oolong tea tasted as if it had been steeped 3x longer than it should have. Bitter and just... bad. When told about it, they attempted to remake my drink using fresher boba and the same tea, but watered down. It was still incredibly bitter and oversteeped. Go to one of the other local boba shops nearby, they deserve the business more than this KungFu location.
I was in the mood for some boba tea after eating at Kura and shopping at 99 Ranch next-door and decided to come try this location out as Kung Fu Tea has been one of my goto boba shop. While the drinks are consistently good, the service attitude at this location need some improvement. There seemed to be a problem with them being accommodating with customers. When I was about to order the good-o milktea with boba, they have informed me that they are out of boba. I went and ask what other drinks are popular without the boba, the cashier then named all the other toppings I was not interested to try. While I was thinking to do other drinks to try, the other employee asked if I wanted to try the brown sugar boba, which I never had before. That is also when they told me they have less than 1 serving of the brown sugar boba left. Since they did not charge me for the Boba, I finally went ahead and got the boba milk tea with brown sugar boba ordered. I also noticed that they play loud music in the store making it hard to communicate in a transaction. The drink was made quickly, but people should be aware of how employee behaves at this location.
Did not like the taste of the bubble tea , could taste the powdery flavour
I love boba.! I love Thai tea. Most Thai Tea’s are orange…. The thai tea I got tasted more like chocolate milk. Boba quality is great!. Warm and soft, not chewy and stale like most places.
The wait to order was long. Employees were rude and not very helpful. They do not have dairy substitutes only a lactose free option which was super disappointing. I ended up adding almond cream to mine once I got home. Wouldn't recommend.
When i enter almost every single KFT, it's not bad per se, but it leaves a lot to be desired. The overall cleanliness and attention to detail are subpar of all stores. I attribute this to the local franchisee putting experience at the bottom of their priority list over profits and costs, thinking the name alone will carry their business. Today, I was eating at a restaurant, Hunan Chef, close by and thought a yummy drink would top off the afternoon meal, and earning AA miles would be an added bonus. Looking at the website, I saw a plethora of drinks and thought the Fruity Flurry fit our craving with a mix of strawberry and lemon. I could have ordered through the website, but it said 15 minutes, which seemed excessive given that we were in the same shopping center. We decided to just walk over and order in person. Upon arriving, the Fruity Flurry was not on the menu, so I asked if they could make it. Apparently, no, a strawberry lemon slush was beyond their capability, so I resigned to ordering a pina colada slush. The drink came out quickly and was delicious, but I did leave a bit disappointed with the disparity between corporate website ordering and local store capability. I wonder what would have happened if I ordered online for pickup. While leaving, a group of people were half inside the store ordering and half of their party waiting RIGHT outside the door, literally blocking the outward swinging door. Opening it slowly and saying excuse me seemed to confuse them as they didn't really get out of the way for a good 15 seconds. Have some spatial awareness when you're out in public and maybe dont block the front door. While not the fault of Kung Fu Tea, it just led to an overall negative experience.

I had ordered a Thai Tea with boba… worst I have tried by far. When you first take a sip, it’s flavorless. Then it transforms into one of the worst aftertastes in existence. Normally Thai Milk Tea is orange, but this looked a lot more like watered down chocolate milk. 0/10, would not come back. Waste of money.
I ordered two boba milk tea and got one drink without boba after 15 min of waiting. No notice for out of boba or ask if I want any substitute. The female staff is ridiculously rude and acting like it’s my fault for asking about the missing boba. Will not return! Customer service is a joke here.
Ordered online, turns out they don't check orders from chowbus, so 3 minutes after our estimated delivery time I asked and they said oh yeah the order is here... Then they proceeded to not even move us to the front of the drink queue, so it took an additional 9 minutes after that for them to finally have drinks ready. Ultimately, the drinks were ok. We got 30% sugar taro boba. The taro flavor was not very strong. If I hadn't waited for the order that long I'd maybe give it 3 stars. But with the wait and zero apology or effort to rectify their disregard for my time, it gets 1 star.
Employees don't know the ingredients! I avoided a big problem by double checking the website when the employee told me the milk powder is dairy free. It is lactose free, but not dairy free.
My first time. I asked the "Barista".....Lol. About the drinks on the menu and they don't even know what's in it. I end up ordering a S'mores Slush for me and a Longan Jujube tea for my wife but it tasted very bad. They should get better trained.
Employees are so rude. I understand all the hardships of working in customer service and annoyance that might bring(some customers might certainly be rude) but this was first ever boba shop where I was judged for my order! Doesn’t matter how annoying my order might be, please save your dirty looks and annoying face for AFTER I leave the shop!
Ordered Cocoa Cream Wow Large got ripped off with plain milk+boba..Was not expecting that.😐 I couldn’t taste or see the additives that was supposed to be in my drink. I was immediately thrown off by how my boba didn’t match the picture. No effort whatsoever. 👎👎👎 Last time I ordered the original Taro milk, and the drink didn’t even look purple, it was my first time trying I was completely let down. It tasted like a sugary milk. Not once, but twice has Kung Fu Tea disappointed me, and ruined my boba.
Came in, no one in front of us in line. Friends each ordered separately, 3 drinks total. 3 workers, yet 15 minutes later no sign of drinks and two people walked in, ordered, and received their drinks before us. I walked up and told a worker of this fact and he said the black tea was broken (he had just served someone a milk tea with black tea 😐). Finally 2 drinks were put out for us. I asked where the third was and he said someone must have took it and that he would make another. It had been a total of 30 minutes since we ordered that we received all three drinks. No reimbursements at the end and one drink was made wrong.
I ordered 2 strawberry milk before closing at 9:15 and both of them are spoiled they smell very bad. I spoke with store manager they ignored what I said. I am not coming back again.
I've gotten boba here twice and it has been terrible both times. The first time I ordered, the boba was not cooked properly and I could hardly chew it. The second time I ordered a drink they forgot to add the boba pearls completely despite the fact I specially asked for them. Don't waste your money on a boba shop that can't make boba.
One of the lowest quality drink I have ever had. Red bean slush was completely watered down with no red beans whatsoever. Everything was artificial flavors and sugar. No real ingredient.
Every category is a 0. The manager CINDY LU is so unprofessional. We found a bug in our drink after unsealing the top and she told one of her employees on 2 occasions she didn’t want to speak with us when we came back and returned the drink. I will be calling corporate and getting to the bottom of this because this is absolutely disgusting.

Haven't been to this location in a long while. Dropped by Sun 01/18/26, ordered three drinks, which were made super delicious. So, I stopped by again today, 01/21/26, around 6:15 pm. The mango slush has zero sugar and has a horrible taste. The winter melon slush was not a slush at all ... it was melted, liquified, and nasty. . I don't see how the employee could not see this as they poured from blender to cup. The fact they still served this disgusting mess is disconcerting. I don't think it's the quality of the supplies. More so, it's who is making these drinks. Some put TLC, and some will just DYI the recipe it seems ..I threw both drinks away into the trash can after one sip. What a waste of time and money!
Today was the first time that I visited a Kung Fu Tea and I wound up leaving without getting anything because the people behind the counter were too lazy to pour milk into a cup of green tea for me. I went across the street to Coco Tea. They were more than happy to give me a cup of green iced tea and pour some milk into it for me.
Third time in three weeks that I bring my girls here and they’re out of tapioca based boba (sweet and unsweet). Not sure why I even tried. The business is obviously struggling and can’t get supply of the most important part of…boba tea. Like an ice cream shop with no cones. Not to mention, it’s overpriced for the size.
5/11/25 9:15pm The shorter girl at the register was very kind but said she couldn’t add an extra scoop of matcha when I was ordering my drink… even though I offered to pay for the extra scoop. The girl wearing glasses with the tattoos making the drinks was eye rolling and giving me constant dirty looks. Check your cameras and see the attitude being given). Anyways, I walked out because they wouldn’t add an extra scoop of matcha. Too many good places around to buy a drink that tastes like milk without adding more.
