As you enter you are greeted first by the sweet, smoky, and enticing aroma of great barbecue, then the friendliness of the pleasant staff behind the counter. The meat selections and portions are both plentiful, as well are the all you can eat sides. Fresh steamy rolls meet you at the table and are a perfect compliment for the barbecue. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy, like a backyard family cookout. Finish off your meal with the cobbler and ice cream and you can't go wrong! The family and I had a great experience overall and will definitely return soon.
Service was good. Tables were clearly labeled to maintain the spacing. Employees were all wearing masks. Got the two meat plate with okra and pinto beans. I asked for moist or fatty brisket and ribs. Both were delicious. Ribs were very tender and tasty. The fried okra was good and it was enough for two people. The pinto beans were a little more like BBQ beans as opposed to traditional pinto beans so I am not a big fan of that. Top it off with those fresh from the oven rolls and it makes for a delicious meal. I re-discovered Spring Creek BBQ.
In the words of my nine year old, "I was not expecting these ribs to be so good. They have to be some of the best I have ever had!" He added, "the sauce is so good too! I wish I could take the sauce with me." I couldn't agree more with his rave review. For the price we got a great value for what we were given. When I thought our lunch couldn't get any better a server walked around with a basket of fresh rolls offering them fresh out of the oven. We will definitely be back and recommend others come check out this restaurant.
Love eating here. Have had great experiences with all the Spring Creeks I've been to. Lunch special is a great buy and they have a good selection of sides. Not to mention you can pile on as much sides as you want.
Spring Creek is one of my favorite barbecue joints. There is a good variety of meats to choose from. The portion sizes are generous and baked potatoes are huge. The staff comes around every 10 to 15 minutes with freshly baked rolls. Th extra rolls are hard to pass up they are so good.
It’s all about the fresh baked rolls. A server brings them around directly to your table. I like the brisket but I’ll admit that it’s better if you go at lunchtime. The brisket is more moist if you get it earlier in the day. And their baked potatoes with brisket on them are also good. It’s another cafeteria style restaurant but it’s casual and consistently good food.
Things have changed since my last visit in May, the ribs are still good, but the green beans that I liked now are spicy with pepper sauce in them. They have never been spicy before and I loved their rolls with butter. However this time they had no butter at all, it was the cheap whipped vegetable oil spread that tasted weird. If this doesn't change, I won't go back. I saw your responsed below, but do you intend to change these items for the better???????????
Moist marbled brisket and fresh, not hard rolls....great staff. I ate too much to try the pecan pie, but it was looking yummy licious....
I have been to this restaurant in the past. The food is great and just love the way their BBQ ribs are made. It looks nice, smells good and with a great taste. The staffs are very nice and will do anything to satisfy the customer. I buy few rolls and will get some free. They also gave drinks to all parties while waiting for our food on the house. Great place to eat BBQ of assorted meat. Best to dine in.
I found my new BBQ spot!! Bye bye Hutchins!! Delicious good that isn't encrusted in pepper so you can actually taste the food. Generous portions and friendly staff.
10-18-24 Update: we showed up tonight and the food was Terrible. The ribs where beef jerky and super dry. The moist brisket was like eating meat in the Sahara desert smh. The man cutting the ribs in the back was not very welcoming. I felt like he hated us lol. The other staff was very pleasant. Sadly the only thing that was good here was the fresh baked bread. Won't ever come back here super disappointed. Will stick with Tenders or Hutchins BBQ. This location is great the food taste great, the people are friendly but can't stand those dumb mask but thats not there fault. Love this place the buttered rolls are the best in the world
The anniversary deal is awesome and it is great they offer a lean cut of meat option. Plus they gave me an extra roll, I got the large meal for me and my parents. It comes with 14 rolls, so I asked if I could have 1 more so everyone gets 5 (no fighting over who gets more rolls). LOL... They were happy to do that. Plus they helped carry everything out to my car. Great food and great staff.
Food was very good. Succulent chicken and tender brisket. Generous portions. 1 dish filled the 3 of us.
We ordered from here through DoorDash and the fried okra was missing. I called and spoke to Reggie, they were very apologetic and offered to deliver it. They brought two orders okra and a dozen of the awesome rolls. Thank you for being so generous. Spring Creek rolls makes being quarantined so much easier. We love this place ❤️.
My dad and I were visiting, from Virginia, and wanted a good meal. We decided to try this place. We loved it! Great food and a great atmosphere! We all agreed that if we were locals, we would have to eat there every week! Keep up the good work and we'll be back, eventually! Thanks!
The staff was amazing and the food was great. We were there to support a local school spirit night and with the chaos of young kids and fundraiser pickup; the team had a smile on their face and was very helpful. The baked potatoes are awesome!
food was excellent and people were even walking around serving free ice cream today!
Barbecue was great, but the real standout is the fried okra. The very best in town.
I went there and we had a mistake on our order. I called them up. It was immediately taken care of and corrected. It's okay to make mistakes. It's how you deal with them at the end. And it was handled masterfully. Great job 👏
Clean, friendly and very good food. Daniel and his team provided a great experience.
If Springcreek BBQ wanted to franchise, I'd be selling them all over, especially up North where it's needed the most! Great food, great Company, great family owners, great investment, great service, great loyal customers, and highest in customer satisfaction, except my own customers ! ☺😊
The food was excellent, the value was great, the employees were extremely helpful and friendly.
Excellent customer service, kids friendly, good food portions, extra bread to your table all the time and easy to park. It was our first time and we really enjoyed it. Although my order came out wrong, they switched it very quickly. We have been in some very nice restaurants in Dallas and some left us waiting for 15 min until someone decided to check on us to order. At this location, we had employees checking on us multiple times.
Great food and service. Love their dinner rolls and ice cream!
Great food & service. If there is a wait it’s worth waiting for. My food is always warm and comes out right
Thanks to Woody- general manager and Daniel for a great dining experience at the Frisco location. The BBQ was excellent and the store was super clean! This is the best location that we have visited! Don K.
I love this place, and they serve free ice cream on Sunday! I never use to like coleslaw, but theirs is on a whole different level. Great place!
Delicious food. Had the brisket and the pulled pork. Solid A for the Italian green beans and B+ Mac and cheese. The rolls were hot out of the warmer and melted in my mouth. Great staff. Brought fresh rolls to the table for our entire meal. Was there at lunch for lunch menu pricing. The peach and pecan cobblers looked fantastic but I was too full to try dessert. A good choice for BBQ in a comfortable spot.
Run of the mill TX bbq, no frills, but also less expensive than others. The brisket was tender and juicy with a slightly underdeveloped bark, pulled pork was decent for texas. Their ribs are a bit sweeter than most in TX, more akin to Southeastern BBQ, they also had St Louis style ribs. Their sides are pretty typical and nothing stands out on its own but nothing is bad either. Their hot yeast rolls are a highlight and their sweet tea is SWEET.
Thank You, Janet! 🥳 Huge shoutout to Janet for the amazing birthday lunch at Spring Creek BBQ in Frisco, Texas. OMG, the brisket sandwich with BBQ sauce was out of this world—savory, smoky, and perfect with every bite. The sides were fantastic too: potatoe salad, purple onions, and those jalapeños gave it just the right kick. Grateful for your thoughtfulness and for a delicious celebration with great company. You made my day extra special! 🎉 If you’re ever in Frisco and craving BBQ, Spring Creek BBQ is a must-visit. Thanks again, Janet! 🙌
Huge thank you to Woody and the entire team here at the Frisco location. They continuously help me with my large groups. Everyone loves the friendly faces, the outgoing personalities, and, of course, the world famous bbq. Love this Spring Creek location!
Came at an off hour, in between the lunch and dinner rush, but still had fresh food. The BBQ was so good. The sausage was not too oily but cooked just right. The French fries were hot. The staff were were attentive and friendly, when asked questions or when needing to go boxes. The prices have risen significantly since our last visit, which wasn't too long ago. Be aware that your total may be a bit steeper than expected. Still well made and good but may not be able to come back as often.
We went to the one in Frisco and it was so good. Fresh food....the bread and desert was so yummy. I usually go to the one in Richardson, but it has been lacking, so we changed up and was not disappointed . And received a complimentary dessert. It was so good, and the bbq sauce was totally saucing.
Visiting from NYC and our cousin took us here and the baby back ribs were amazing! Our toddler loved it also. The hot bread right out of the oven, 😍 The workers were also so hospitable and made us feel so welcomed! He brought out some pecan pies for us to try. They were crispy and warm, absolutely delicious. Coming back next time we visit!
I am in Frisco for work and asked a mall security person where some decent bbq was. She told me about this place and it was awesome. The people were great and quick to service along with the food. I had the brisket platter with Mac and cheese which was creamy and delicious . I also had the potatoe salad which was great. The brisket was moist with the sauce on it and bread. Great meal and worth stopping in for sure
Why would a vegan go to a BBQ restaurant? Because they make one AWESOME garden salad!! Hubby was so happy! He got his brisket fix and loved the Southwest salad (minus the cheese and chicken on the side). Thanks for making our visit so special. Update: 4 years later and I still come to this location a few times a year for the amazing fresh salad!
Food is ok. Brisket was alright, but the pulled pork was pretty solid. The sides were eh, I had both kinds of beans and the baked beans were fine, but the green beans weren't great. A lot of people go with the Mac n cheese so maybe that's the way to go. I will say that where this place really shines is customer service! They bring bread to your table and they're just kind and enthusiastic about their bbq. This place has a great atmosphere too. So really the only thing that keeps this place from being 5 stars is the food quality.
I enjoy the BBQ & huge fluffy baked potato Always a solid choice
Really good barbecue Service is always friendly price wise. It’s really good.
Would be nice to have some type of seafood for us non barbecue meat eaters when we're at a gathering.
The food is delicious for the most part! The mac n cheese is pretty watery, but the baby back ribs and st. louis ribs are good. The service is not the best; the cashiers always seem to not know how to do their jobs every time I'm there. They all seem confused, like we asked for a drink and she kept ignoring us.
Love this place. Friendly faces & warm fresh rolls given to your table when you dine inside. Best: baby back ribs… usually very tender. Sides we prefer: mac n cheese, coleslaw, bbq beans. (Don’t love the corn- tasteless) Love: the pickle and red onion bar bc kids love making bbq sandwiches. Thank you for friendly & good service and yummy food! We appreciate this restaurant in our neighborhood.
Nice place, roomy with plenty of light. Courteous, helpful staff. Good food with reasonably priced lunch specials. 😋 I would return.
Located in a convenient spot that's easy to find on Google Maps, this restaurant offers up some of the most mouthwatering food you'll ever have the pleasure of tasting. My personal favorites are the brisket and sausage. The brisket is cooked to perfection, with a juicy, tender texture that melts in your mouth. The smoky flavor is just right, and the meat is never dry or tough. The sausage is also outstanding - perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor. In addition to the meats, there are plenty of tasty sides to choose from as well. The mac and cheese is especially noteworthy - creamy and cheesy with just the right amount of seasoning. The restaurant's atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The staff is always friendly and helpful, ensuring that every guest has a fantastic dining experience. The brisket and sausage are definitely the best items on the menu and are not to be missed. Whether you're a local or just passing through, make sure to stop by this amazing restaurant for some truly exceptional barbecue.
Cafeteria style food and tastes as much. Very bland , The sausage is extremely processed ( think bar S hotdogs) In flavor and texture. The turkey was pretty good and their fatty brisket was edible luckily the fat is there for flavor. Service felt dry and I won't be back.
We placed a large order approx $300 and my husband picked it up first thing this morning. He watched a customer in front of him get assistance from a Spring Creek employee to their car with their order. The employee offered to help the customer take their food to the car using a cart. When my husband paid for his food he was not offered the same assistance. He felt overlooked and disregarded. He mentioned it to the employee and they helped him transport the food. The food was good but service was lacking. He decided not to order additional food like he intended due to the lack of consideration. He went down the street to another bbq restaurant and they greeted him at the entrance and he received exceptional service and great food.
It's a nice place to quickly get food. People are nice , but since it's more like a self service not much to mention there. However, the food was quite dried out , we had tried the platter with brisket, shredded pork and sausage. I think the meats get over dried as they are all sitting on the cook top all the time... otherwise good place...
It was okay. The brisket wasn't bad, but there was nothing spectacular about the barbecue sauce, and the sides tasted store-bought, not made from scratch. The best thing was the rolls. Overall, however, I've had much better BBQ.
Service was near nonexistent. Had to track down server to get rolls. Paid for a piece of pecan pie and got a small piece of some type of pecan square that was 50% crust. Won’t be back.
I’ve been to other barbecue places but first time here. Not a BBQ connoisseur, and they did not win me over. We tried their BBQ rib special in regular and St. Louis style, both were light on the rubs, although quite meaty, it lacks tastes, the fresh meat juicy flavor. However, after we smothered bbq sauce on it, it’s fine. Mac n cheese barely have any cheese flavor or taste, green been was soggy, tastes like it’s from a can. Baked potato was nice size and cooked perfectly. Great atmosphere made me feel like I was in an old Texas barn, it’s packed with patrons on a Thursday night,
We dined in last Friday night and were disappointed with our experience. Although the staff brought out a new rack of ribs straight from the oven, wrapped in foil, the ribs were only lukewarm, which made us suspect they might have been reheated from cold rather than freshly cooked.
The food is good, but this is the second time that I went and the chicken wasn't done and the ribs were dry. I would still go back, but if it happens again, I would stop going.
Wasn’t bad and wasn’t great it tasted like a typical chain bbq restaurant. I got the brisket lunch and did a mix of fatty and lean, along with some beans and mac and cheese for the sides. The brisket bark could have used more salt and pepper before smoking it and was just kind of meh. I’m not really into bbq beans, but they tasted fine, maybe a little sweet for my liking and the mac and cheese was good. The fresh bread was really good, and they’ll bring you as much as you want…
I had somewhat high hopes for this place as I've had some good experiences at their other locations throughout the DFW metroplex. But unfortunately I was disappointed overall. First the good: they still have their hot fresh bread baked fresh and served at your table. There's something very welcoming about the baking and giving you as much bread as you want. The sides were also good and the chicken was excellente today. Unfortunately the same can't be said about the two main meats I got, the brisket and the sausage. They were both rather tasteless and uninspired today. Add on top of that the butcher really butchered his attempt at getting me decent cuts and you get what you see in the picture I posted. The guy really just didn't know what he was doing, which is a damn shame given that's one of the most important positions on the staff. And then there was the check. Since when did a two meat plate cost $20!?! Plus tax and *tip and you're look at $25 for average bbq. Heck no. For that money, I'll go further up north to Hutchins or Rudy's. A bit sad since the value and flavor proposition for Spring Creek has apparently gone out the window. *No tip was given since the cut of meat received was atrocious.
This place looks great at first, but there are some downsides that should be mentioned first. When I was in line, I managed to see them bring a fresh cooked brisket and cut it right in front of me which looked so steamy, so I was disappointed when I took a bite and the meat was slightly dry and tough. The accompanying sauce for the brisket has tang, but if you like bbq sauce, it will be mild for you. My mac n’ cheese was cooked okay, but the cheese sauce is very liquidly and lacks a lot of that cheese flavor. The pinto beans were seasoned nicely, but the beans were slightly tough and could have been cooked for a little longer. The bread is too soft for my liking, and they attempt to appease to customer service by bringing a bread basket around. Overall this place is mid when it comes to bbq. Some dishes could be cooked better for better texture and experience. The flooring is tiles of multitude of colors to hide messes, and the tables are a little worn down. The following image is a picture of the interior.
The BBQ wasn't bad. It wasn't amazing but it was a good option to go to. They have a good lunch deal where you get the chicken and a large amount of sides for around 10 bucks which is a great deal and you get a lot of food. I also appreciate the lady that comes around with a basket of fresh bread rolls asking if you want more which we happily obliged. The ribs and brisket were pretty good and had a sizable portion and the mac and cheese was very tasty as well.
Went for the first time with our family of 5. We had never been there before so we were not aware of the process for ordering and moving through the line. We actually stood in front of the sides for almost 2 minutes before we were told it was self serve. My daughter grabbed a jello for herself and I was surprised when it wasn't on the ticket. That's a nice surprise except we had 3 kids meals in all so if it was included in the meals, it would have been nice to know so our 2 year olds weren't fighting over big sister's dessert. Food was pretty good as my kids ate well. My biggest complaint comes from an exchange I had with the MOD when we asked to speak to one. We calmly explained our experience had been marred by the fact that no one had bothered to inquire if we had been there before and were we familiar with how the process worked. Only thing said to us before holding up the line waiting for sides was "you will need a tray and silverware" as they were pushed towards us. (We were smart enough to have figured that one out on our own and were already in possession of said items.) The MOD listened to our story and then said "my bad". Not I'm sorry, not I didn't realize, just simply "my bad" and walked away. It's a shame because the food was good, but bad service and bad reception will keep me from ever returning to this location.
So I am in Frisco for work, decided to try this place tonight because I skipped lunch. Mac n cheese was one of the blandest and had zero cheese sauce, could not eat. Potato salad too heavy with mustard for my taste but the ribs were cooked to perfection! The rolls are amazing also and the green beans were great.
I start by saying the service was great! The food on the other hand. My husband and I had the 3 meat plate. I had brisket, chicken and ribs and husband had chicken, brisket and sausage. The rolls were over cooked ! Put it like this! The chicken was good!
This is the first time I’ve been in your restaurant in a long time. I asked for moist beef. What I received was two orders of ribs and beef, It seemed to be old Meat not fresh. The meat was tough and burnt and dry. To the point where I couldn’t even eat it. That lady with rolls came by once. But delivered higher rolls to the other side of the restaurant twice. I’m sorry, but I don’t think it will be back. The quality is dropped at Spring Creek barbecue.
Went on a Sunday around 12. We got in right before the rush so there was no reason to rush us. You walk in, grab a tray and silverware and walk to the meat man. The meat man was very short with us but we kept moving. They had 4 sides. Mac n cheese, green beans, Cole slaw and potato salad. Potatoes and fries were an upcharge. Fine. We paid and sat at a table. I saw a basket of rolls and went to ask if I could have one. She waved me off. I asked where could I get some from and I pointed to the food line and she said yes. Come to find out she walks around and passes them to people. Fine she could have explained that. The food was not seasoned at all, not even the fries. The meat was OK at best. There are plenty other restaurants in the area that you can go to before I'd reccomend this one. This will be my first and last time here.
Been going to Spring Creek BBQ for years. Always been good until this time. Ribs were terrible. Smaller ribs than used to, very little meat, mostly fat. Just not good. Sides have been going down hill for sometime, but we kept going since the meat was always the highlight. No longer our place for BBQ.
Been going to this place for years and always enjoyed it. Upon arrival on Saturday around 1pm I was surprised that only a few cars were on the lot. Not to many customers and we soon found out why. Brisket plate use to be $15ish now it’s $19. The meet is almost half what we used to get before. Potato salad was bland and cole slaw was not tasty either. So sad to see this happening since it’s gonna go out of business soon.
If I could give it a zero I would. Food was horrible. Brisket was cut super thin and was tough. Ribs were dry and tasteless. Best part of the meal were the fresh hot rolls the young lady brought to our table. The worst...having the staff take their lunch break at the table next to us. Lound and unprofessional. I visited there for the first time last year and it was really good. This will definitely be my last time ever going there.
This location did not provide me with the items I purchased on 12/14. I ordered a 3 meat plate and only received the one meat. I called and advised the store the same date and they advised me that there was nothing they can do. I asked since they only gave me the one meant they should have refunded the difference. Also, the food was very subpar this day. I go here frequently but will not be returning due to the feedback from an employee and manager on duty.
For 3 people I paid around $70 bucks plus they threw in that tip screen so ended up paying $90 . Food isn’t that great and the portion that they give is small… I should have waited to go back to Lewisville to eat at Soul’s Man Barbecue
We ordered online. I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered a 3 meat combo with Chicken, ribs & chopped brisket. I got sliced brisket, chicken & sausage. The meat was spicier than normal so I wasn't able to eat it. This is the last time we order from online since they can't seem to get their act together.
We got two plates that totaled about $40. The food was sub par. The sides were tasteless, the meat tasted as if it had freezer burn, and the rolls were warm, but just ok tasting. Not worth our time nor money.
They short weighed the sausage I bought this evening togo! When I called to let the Manager know she offered me a free dessert! I never order dessert when I go there so I Don't want one for free. Fix your scale and stop cheating your customers! I appreciate you want to prove to me you can do it right. But I wouldn't eat in any of your restaurants for free! If you want great BBQ in Frisco try Tender BBQ down the street. It's great no comparison! Spring Creek is below standards. Also send Ryan the manager back through training he needs to learn how to talk to and treat a guest!
Just came to the Spring Creek BBQ in Frisco off Preston and will NEVER come here again. I have never been treated so rudely and like an inconvenience by managers in my life. There were 3 sitting down together for lunch and they left us standing at the counter looking at us for 5 minutes before one of them got up to make our food. Then all three were there and there was a TON of attitude for sides that came with meals. Just absolutely the worst guest experience I have ever had. We are all working hard to drive guest counts and sales, especially during these summer months, and it baffles me how just basic customer service eludes. They won’t have to worry about my business again. Ever!
A barbecue place next to it is full, and this place was totally empty. There was only one single table occupied. Quality of meat, attitude of people both third rated, at a price unreasonably higher than the next door which is not a chain. You order and they respectfully bring the food to you. Here... would rather don't say. I wish them well. Will never go to a Springcreek again.
Terrible customer service. Wanted to charge me for a full dinner plate because I asked for a small bowl for my beans so my roll would not get soggy. I thought they didn't understand what I needed, but they clarified that I heard right. If you ask for an extra small bowl, you have to pay for another full entree because they need to wash the bowl. Called the General Manager and after I explained this he only said, "what do you want?". I just wanted the GM to know how customers were being asked to pay an extra entree fee for a small bowl that is already part of my entree and I wanted to keep my beans away from my roll. GM just kept saying "and what do you want?". I'm perplexed why the customer service was so bad. I wonder if management is still the same. Disappointing because we love BBQ and have always supported Frisco restaurants.
This place used to be a good family BBQ place but unfortunately noticed that their employees are not as friendly as they used to be and their plate portions are more like a French restaurant than a Texas BBQ. It’s not very clean and most of the young people that work there are not well trained on customer service, we had a three meats plate and the brisket looked like a kids size portion. We ask if that was it, and sarcastically the employee told my wife “yes thats all you get” then once sitting down we wanted more slices of bread but the girl passing it around, also said “that’s all you get today” 😳 definitely stay away from this place there are many other BBQ places much better for the same price like Hard Eight or Hutchins all within 5 min from this location
I really wanted to like this place, but the St. Louis-style ribs were a huge disappointment. There was barely any meat on them—maybe an ounce total that was even edible. What little there was ended up being extremely dry and tough. I appreciate the great customer service, but unfortunately, the barbecue was bad enough that I won’t be coming back.
We ordered brisket from here twice and was terrible, it was very dry … ..we decided to try Hutchins bbq and were very happy with the food .
It was clean bc I went at opening at 11:00. I ordered take out so I guess they get the food from the back for to go orders. I asked for a 1/2 pound of ribs and got 3 small ribs which I know wasn't a 1/2 pound my cell phone weighed more than those ribs. I ordered brisket and it was dry and cold. I ordered chop beef sandwhiches which were cold also. Everything was cold and nasty to the point I will never go back to that location EVER. I wasted $73 for nothing even after warming the food the taste was awful. I really feel played. If I ever go back to Spring Creek it will be in Irving or Grapevine not Frisco. The worst experince I've had. I expected better and it was a total failure.
My wife and I came here for Mother's day and for the two of us our bill 70$ I ordered the brisket &sausage plate that comes with 2 sides 20$ on the bill they charged me a ind side green beans 4.00...My wife ordered a 2 meat plate comes with 2 sides she orders okra and a baked potato with cheese and chives a d is charged a chop baker which is a loaded bake potato with meat 15.00! That's not what she got! Cashier was young seemed like she was charging whatever. We'll stick to Hutchins.
If I could give zero stars I would. The system was down during the lunch special time, the servers were non-communicable and the cashier/point man was rude. A less than favorable first impression. I will NOT be back to this establishment.
forgot part of the order and the buns for the sandwiches were hard. will not return anytime soon. No part of the website allows for contact or feedback directly. Disappointing when we finally got out and about.
Most incompetent staff ever. I place an order for 8:20 pick up. Get there 8:25 , still not ready. Employees are taking selfies and messing around. They didn’t even know there was an online order until they went to the receipt machine . Them took another 20 minutes to prep it. Girl at the front constantly lies and gives me Bs wait times too. Food wise this has to be the worse BBQ spot in the entire area. Literally go anywhere and else.
I placed an order yesterday, Chopped beef on a bun and baby back ribs, I got chopped beef thrown in a container no bun and my ribs weren’t baby back ribs even though I was charged for them, and the meat by the taste and look was OLD, that was my first and LAST time at this location. There seems to be a breakdown in communication at this place..
Food was cold & expensive. Wait staff not nice. Been up all night with upset stomach. Will never eat here again. Gross
Very un satisfied with this restaurant. From the little in the back taking the order slamming the meat. I asked if I could add another meat he look at me like bother told me it will be extra charge. Get to the cashier area ask her for drinks she slammed cups barely acknowledged us or greeted us. For the area this restaurant is located I would except better customer service. Only good person was the Hispanic lady passing out the bread
