I enjoyed my iced caramel machiato (I can't spell it lol). It was tasty. They only have 1 size 16oz but it's more than enough. Price was ridiculously high ($7). Plus a tip. I spent $10 just on coffee lol. But the service was great. So can't complain. Friendly and helpful. Large seating area, kind of cozy and quiet. Its connected to apartment complex but there's enough parking space. There's also covered patio seating but there were so many flies outside, I wouldn't have sat there. Halloween decor was def cute. Would definitely return.

Had my usual 16 oz americano with an extra shot and man what a different flavor. Really unique, smooth, nutty, and just really interesting and tasty. Very confused about the complaints about the drinks in other reviews, but maybe they ordered different things. Service was excellent, and I really love the atmosphere. I door dash down here and saw it on one of my routes and made a mental note to check it out. Highly recommended.

First time visit! The staff is super friendly and helpful! The environment inside is nice and cozy. The outside patio is wonderful. It can be noisy if there are many cars on the road lol. The bagel sandwich is yummy! The two coffee we got is a Vanilla sugar free latte and a Cherry Blossom Milk Latte, one of their seasonal drinks. Both of the coffee are good and yummy! Definitely come back and highly recommend 😊👍

Absolutely a great place to relax and get some work done. I had a salted Carmel latte and an egg and avocado bagel. taste was exquisite and atmosphere was delightful. They even have the cutest little cozy pod to work in silence and isolation if you need to. Servers were polite and friendly. Very clean and tidy.

Just stopped in this lovely cafe today. The staff was very friendly. The individual who took our order was very patient and knowledgeable, helping us with any questions we had. I ordered a hot latte with cardamom and it had just the right amount of cardamom, smooth flavor, and not too sweet. The watermelon matcha and chai that my sisters ordered were equally delicious. The interior is very clean and beautiful with spacious seating, and there's a large covered patio outside as well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!!

The coffee (and lattes) tastes like someone who knows nothing about coffee or coffee preparation is in charge of buying it and making the recipes. It’s really terrible. The ratio of grounds used is off, because the coffee doesn’t stand up to cream at all; it just makes your drink milky dirty hot water. The pesto flatbread is good and the service is good.

Ordered nutty mocha and hazelnut mocha and both tasted the same also Ordered a cappuccino.. all coffees were cold. Definitely wouldn’t go there for coffee again Ordered flatbreads Pesto chicken 3/5 odered twice and it was salty the second time. It was pretty good. Firenza margherita -4/5 which was good Quesadillas-1/5 tasted really bad Please serve the coffeees hot.

Neat place, excellent service. Food and hot beverages are served in a nice way. The coffee taste, however, was not that good. The espresso shot had a very acidic taste, probably due to coffee beans storage issues, a fermentation, poorly roasted coffee, or even low pressure espresso brewing. The pastries bar was empty! Coffee shop without pastries is like food without salt. 5 stars for the staff, though!!!

Place used to be packed all day before the ownership change and now it's dead empty at any given time of the day, tells you all you need to know Forget visiting this place if you have dogs, they don't even know what a pup cup is And since the owner clearly reads the reviews, this is for you- this store used to have a near 5 star rating before you took over, so before you start talking about being considerate and compassionate, maybe you and your wife shouldn't suck as much at running a cafe which sits empty surrounded by nearly fully occupied apartments when it wasn't the case earlier, reevaluate how you run your business and how you treat your customers or you will indeed go bankrupt soon People give negative reviews only when you suck and when most reviews in the recent months are negative, you gotta figure out something is wrong with yourself, not your customers complaining for no reason If you still think you are correct, contact me and I will give you an elaborate explanation as to why karmic grounds is so bad, and yes, I visited your cafe today(and quite consistently in 2024 might I add) in the evening after months to get a coffee and a pup cup but the lady at the counter was non communicative and outright clueless The cold coffee sucked too btw Take this as honest feedback and restructure your business instead of getting defensive in the reviews Update: I ordered a drink on Thanksgiving(27th), google says its open, revelup says its open I go to pick it up and lo and behold, the place is closed And now I gotta deal with said non communicative person at the counter to get my refund Y'all deserve to go bankrupt Update 2: Been going back to this place to give them another chance and I do understand they are still learning the ropes, so plus 1 on the stars(+3 for service), still a long way to go but definitely on the right path

We ordered $50 worth of coffee and food here and had to wait 25 mins for our order. As we were waiting another customer came in and the barista made his order first. When we finally got our order, my husband's egg, cheese and bacon bagel was missing the bacon (which we paid extra for). We had a baby and grandma waiting for us in the car. What we thought was going to be a quick stop turned into a long wait and our food came out incorrect.

Came in on valentines day with my girlfriend and son. Barista made a huff when I asked for a cup of water for my son because "the cups cost money". We had already ordered 2 coffees. Coffee was fine but service was horrid. Sure home karma comes around to this place lol

If you are looking for a coffee shop to relax or have a good drink then this is not the one for you. No parking, poor quality. Always long wait. Poor service. Today I came and the service was extremely slow. I waited 30 minutes for only one drink, while three customers who arrived after me received theirs first. When I asked, the staff admitted they forgot my order and then called someone who didn’t even know how to make it to make my drink. I asked for a refund, but the manager lady made it difficult and refused to apologize. She spoke loudly and said waiting 30 minutes for drink was normal because they were busy time. Very unprofessional service and bad customer service I ever have. I will never come back to support this Business again. Very disappointed with the manager
