Probably the worst chipotle location I've been to ever. Both times I've been here, portion size was so small and not a single time they wrapped my burrito correctly. The black girl with glasses is so rude and the black guy that was serving was giving portions like he was rationing (hopefully this doesn't come off racist, it's only way to describe the employees). Line was also long for absolutely no reason. I will not be coming back to this location. Shame on whoever manages this restaurant.

Chipotle did it again, honestly I try my best not to come here, the people who work here are extremely rude. Today 01/09/2026 My daughter & went, I ordered 2 bowls 1 burrito the the food prepared put it about 4 tablespoons of rice a pitch of steam pitch of cheese on the burrito I didn’t say anything then she started making the other bowl still pitch of this and that I said I want half chicken half carnitas, this silly lady removes 4 pieces of chicken from my bowl throws it in the trash because she said I had to pay extra for chicken I’m looking at her like omg I don’t want to make a scene so I kept it moving, Now it’s time to pay it’s a rude women she literally throws all my salsa sour cream in the bag and just pushes the back towards me, at this moment I had to say something I asked for the manager whom was very professional and nice I told her what happened an apology she tells me she’ll speak with the workers. Does this only happens to me Chipotle charges so much move and they get upset when you ask for a little more rice or any of the things. I think the cashiers name was Jessica and the food prepared lady also unknown but she had red braids hair. Go at your on will heads up they are rude

Do Not waste your money. I can’t believe the amount of food this company (Chipotle Brand) is training their employees to serve, not only because I see it all over social media but I have experience it my self today! Which by the way (ITS NOT REAL MEXICAN FOOD) They are so stingy.. it’s unbelievable. **I deleted my app. I suggest: If you do plan to order and give this location a try it’s better to go in to a different location but also make sure that the food is actually being placed on your plate/burrito properly.**

On my lunch break and it’s 9:42p.m. but they close at 11:00p.m. and they waited until we walked to the counter to tells us no more chicken and no more chips but out of 5 employees, 2 working and 3 looking like statues…. 💩

I've been to this location twice in the last week and both times they had NO VEGGIES, not even in the process of cooking any. The first time I waited about 30mins for the veggies. This time, I just walked out! What happened to cooking more food before you run out? The service isn't great either. Definitely will not come back to this location.

added guacamole to my food. Super super spicy for some reason. Could not eat my food. I was on my lunch break and could not go back to get it remade. Tried to call to warn the staff and ask them to try it personally. Called 5 times but cant get ahold of anyone because automated system will not connect you. Now I'm hungry and upset. $22 in the trash.

I went today and bought 2 barbacoa bowls. When I get home my son was eating his bowl and there was a piece of plastic in my bowl . It seemed like a piece of plastic of where the shredded cheese comes in. My son almost swallowed the piece of plastic. My son ended up throwing away his food. We are very unsatisfied.

Ordered a plan burrito bowl with chicken, pinto beans, fajitas, and cheese & sour cream, and since it was busy the workers decided to take my order while in line. This bowl was suppose to be for my 1 year old daughter and after giving her portion, 5 minutes later she was in tears. It’s because the beans were spicy!!! I found red pepper flakes in the beans which means they were cross contaminating their spoons just to push the volume through. My daughter cried for 30 minutes because she couldn’t handle the spice, and this was the worst bowl I ever had. I asked for corn on the side , and they couldn’t even get the order right .

I was really enjoying my bowl when I felt something hard while eating my meat I found the paper they use at the restaurant on my meat unbelievable. A refund that’s all they did that’s why I don’t really eat here is either there portions are small or find something on my food

I've ordered 3 times via Grubhub from this location. Every single time I order drinks and you guys put empty cups in the sealed bad. It is not the responsibility of the Grubhub driver to open the bag and fill the drinks. I could understand if it was one time but not every time. You guys are absolutely lazy. I will NOT order from here again

I ordered for takeout and the Steak is all fat. This is disgusting. That’s all the steak they gave me so now im left with a bowl of rice and cheese. Completely lost my appetite. I will not be ordering again
