Alright, you probably wonder why I gave this great little Pizzeria 5 stars? Well, we were stopping overnight in Geneva and passing through downtown when my wife saw this corner pizza joint. We were feeling like some pizza! Takeout. OK, so we stopped and went in. The owner, Mark, was very cool. Told us what the choices for slices were at the moment and we got two huge slices of pepperoni pizza. OK then I asked if by chance he served up fries too? He does! So I get a fresh order of fries to go also. Alright... so we get back to our room, open up the pizza boxes and dig in. Man the pizza was just like when I was growing up in Chicago! Perfect crust.... lottsa delicious tomato sauce, thick portions ah da cheeze and enough pepperoni to go around those slices! It tasted like honest mouthwatering, pizza joint pizza I LOVED! It was so good. The flavor was spot on! OK. Then we got to the fries. So I can imagine what you folks who live in Geneva might be thinking now........ Man those fries were PERFECT. They were hands down the best freakin' fries I've ever had. I mean it. I've had a lotta fries. Fries from so many different places, in so many different places, but these were wonderful. We didn't even want to put anything on these golden taste treasures! Nothin'! Just the fries, straight up. They crunched, then melted in my mouth. Ok, youze guys in Geneva got some ah da' best fries in the country. So the Finger Lakes region has some pretty decent wines — but you gotta try Mark's Pizzeria fries. They ARE the best in the region. Thanks Mark, I'll be back.

I ABSOLUTELY love this place the staff are friendly and the service is very fast. It's my favorite place to order pizza aand a few other items. I would DEFINITELY recommend this Restaurant to all patrons. Although parking is not the best

Our local Marks is so friendly & makes every effort to be as helpful as possible. Their food is always cooked just as I specify. I keep coming back for their spinach & mushroom calzone, in particular.

I’m from the junkyard but I live in Holley New York, I got Pizza from Marks over in Hamlin. I think it is , but this pizza is twice if not three times better !!!!somebody takes good care of the pizza in this place.absolutely delicious 🤤

Haven't had marks in years..my family had to come up for a family thing last month and we were so excited to try the pizza again..it definitely did not disappoint 😋👍☺️ order a chicken bacon ranch pizza with hot sauce (on the side) 🔥🔥🔥..wish Ohio (atleast where we're at) knew good pizza like y'all🥹..hope to be back one day to atleast eat more yummy upstate NY foods 🤞🙏❤️keep up the good work marks team 👍

Needed hot pizza to feed 100 people and Mark's came through with flying colors. Pizza was delicious - crust, sauce, toppings, all first rate! 11 delicious hot fresh sheet pizzas were ready for pickup precisely at the agreed pickup time. Service was friendly and thorough. Manager made sure we got the best deal with community pricing and tax-exempt status. Mark's is THE PLACE for great pizza and a great price!

Just Ordered from here and I gotta say.. 5 stars well earned! I placed an order online and I had made a mistake on my phone number.. so after I placed the order I called and the guys there made it easy and convenient. So I normally expect it to be 1 hr and some change to get done.(((My order was party pack pizza and 1 traditional wing set. With drinks))) I'm not too picky on the time but I was really suprised when 45 mins later I got a knock at my door and it was Reese (sorry if I messed up the name) with my order! He didn't even need to call for help, he knew where I lived. Other places always call but he made it without the help. Very nice addition to the team and local knowledge really helps.. Very nice and polite! These guys rock and I'll be ordering from here for now on! Thank you Mark's Geneva Team! And this pizza looks amazing!

In town for a few days and after coming off the water last night we ordered delivery of two pizzas loaded with lots of stuff. Have to say all 3 of us agree it was the best late night pizza we’ve ever had when out of town. Pizzas were cooked exactly to our instructions and loaded with meats and veggies. Highly recommend this place and I own a restaurant with a pizzeria!

We stopped at Mark's pizzeria on our way home from our honeymoon. Been traveling for hours and was hungry. Brian got a large ham sub and i got a small tuna. It was excellent. It was made just the way we wanted and the chips were very good. Not something that comes out of bag. They were very good. If we ever get back to Geneva, we will definately stop again. Friendly service. Ordered a sub and fried was delicious, a little pricey but you get quite a bit of food for that price. I called ahead and ordered and food was ready by the time I got there right on time, i would reccomend this Mark's for the friendly service.

Look, the pizza is not going to blow your mind but it is totally adequate. I do really enjoy their calzones - that are enormous. Mostly I just think the guy that runs the place is super nice and cool. I support that!

The pizza was good, but I could have used a little more seasoning in the sauce. Medium (specialty) was about $20. Manager was great. Busy little shop. There was no seating except a waiting bench.

They need to work on paying attention to orders when they make them & put them together they don't pay attention to what they are doing & they need to worry about work & not worry about anything else while they are at work!

Mark's pizzeria is Mark's pizzeria....no matter what location it's in...I said it, and you can't change my mind.

Over priced and order frequently comes wrong. Food isn't consistent. It's either okay or a sloppy mess

I've discovered that not all Mark's Pizzeria's are created equal. Their sauce is good and they use decent ingredients, but I feel that their pizza is always under cooked. When I order pizza from Mark's I make sure to order it well done or tell them to leave it in for about 5 more mins.

I ordered garlic bread and a dozen wings. Total came to 18.79. Over priced. They do have quick delivery, but the prices for the quality are ridiculous. It's not bad pizza, but it's not great pizza. If you want pizza and it's late night in Geneva, it's one of three options, so that's probably how they can get away with the prices. You can literally buy a medium pizza and a dozen wings for 17.99.

Marks is usually great but the dude at the counter didn't warm up my slice nor did he ask. I thought that was like the only question you needed to ask when serving singular slices.

Really hit or miss, very inconsistent. Have had some great pizzas from here and some that were terrible. Definitely a thicker crust, tho even that varies. Topping amounts vary a lot too. They use canned vs fresh mushrooms, wish they would use fresh. The app is convenient, which is probably why we keep ordering from them.

Went in on my lunch break ordered 2 slices to go.Went back to my car to eat and open box Had about 2 bites the rest was all crust .Thick crust that was uncooked.Both slices.I called right away and told the.Manager just said oh I look into it.I said that's all?He said thank you for letting me know and hung up on me.Never freaking again will I go there.Showed all my co workers the way they gave me the slices and uncooked dough because the crust was so thick it turned their stomachs too.Plus the way the manager reacted to me ..I'll go eat from Bryne and Dairy and my co workers too.Jerks.

Marks has really good pizza but my issue is every time I order they always mess it up last time they didn't give me my blue cheese this time they gave me a mushroom pizza when I ordered a pepperoni pizza are they ever gonna get it right maybe they should reread the order back and also check the order before it leaves the store!

They gave away the order we were supposed to be doordashing to the wrong driver, refused to remake. Told us it was somehow our fault they gave it away. Will not be going back, will be refusing orders from this location.

I like their pizza. I was disappointed in their calzones. Bought one from the Geneva store. Thin over cooked. Cam's have the better calzones, hands down.

I've been a regular customer for a long time and I can say the quality has been going down over the years. More often than not it takes too long for the food to arrive and when it does it is often cooled off or even cold. On occasions it's fine, but more often than not it has been underwhelming lately. I may try it again in the future, but as of right now I'm not really a fan anymore.

The worst pizza I have had in NY. Not the worst ever but it's definitely not good.

One of your drivers needs to retake the road test and maybe some anger management classes too.

They are rip offs $17 for chicken tenders and fries and the chicken tender were not the right size for that price especially were overcooked if I can put a picture of what I got they are not worth getting food from Domino’s in cams are better than them that’s why I will never order from them again

Ordered a pizza sub. Asked for pepperoni on it and was told it comes with it and lite sauce. No pepperoni and bottom bun was soaked with pizza sauce. Never going again, high prices for below average food

I placed an order for delivery at 8:06 pm... gave address, phone number, hotel room number, debit card information. As I hung up the phone, the girl said, "You are all set." An hour later, no pizza, so I called back only to be told that they had no record of my order and was asked if I was sure I was calling the right location. I explained that I hit redial on the number I called an hour earlier, so I knew I called same number I'd placed an order with. I was asked again for the my phone number and address, and then I was told that they don't deliver to the hotel I'm staying in. I was told the "phone girl" didn't know she took an order from someone outside of their delivery area. So I have a pending charge on my debit card that shows MARK'S PIZZERIA GENEVA NY, but they don't deliver where I'm staying. What I can't figure out is why didn't anyone call me back to let me know of the "phone girl's" error? They had my hotel phone number and room number, so there's no excuse for such poor customer service.

They don't even deserve a star. I accidentally ordered a fried dough and I didn't realize it until it said your order is being made. I called saying I'm so sorry I didn't realize it I apologize and the manager said okay thanks for wasting our man power then hung up. Very rude staff never will I even think about going on their website again or ordering their food. I will stick with domino's

Marks pizza is just way to greecey, their crust is way to thick and it feels like it's under cooked inside! When I asked to get a veggie slice over there the other day, my slice was way to messy, to greecey and the crust is under done! It almost made me threw up and it got me sick after a 1/2 an hour later! 😷 do not I repeat DO NOT GO TO MARKS! 🍕😣🚫

Ordered a cheeseburger sub, was given a pair of flavorless hockey pucks on a too small roll, slathered in mayonnaise and oil, and not much else... I have given this place three chances, and have been disappointed each time. I will not be giving them any more business. If this how they treat family, call DSS.

This is the worst pizza I have ever had. I was told it would take 30 mins for my food I waited almost 2 hours. When I called all I got told was 'we are busy your food is in route' for almost 2 hours?! I get my food and it's cold and missing things, what a surprise! I don't even care to call back because I'll have to wait another 2 hours. This isn't the first time this has happened, lesson learned this time.
