Triple pepperoni pizza is delicious 😋 Cheese sticks were phenomenal and huge! Looked like a cheese pizza! Will definitely eat here again when in the area.

Called in 6 pizzas for a wedding rehearsal in route from Johnson to Hood counties. The were very courteous on the phone. Pizza was hot and ready to go. Popped in picked up and hit the trail again in 5 minutes.

I'm not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from this pizza is as good as any we've ever had. We used to order from Pizza Hut but their policy with books to children with bad subjects in the books have stopped us from ever doing business with him again. Keep your social/political agenda to yourself.

The pizza is the best we've had since pre-covid. We had a large supreme with thin crust ... Amazing! Go get one! Plus, even in a busy night, Jesse goes over and above to take care of his customers.

Omg, they have green olives! So few pizza places have green olives anymore. My pizza was amazing and I'm sad my home town doesn't have one like this. Next time we are in town we will get the giant pizza.

Another local pizza place closed early with no notice, and was still accepting orders. We were still charged and never got our pizza. We called Simple Simon’s 15 minutes before they closed and the manager gladly accepted our order and got it to us in 15 minutes! Fantastic service, so thankful for them. Great experience!

My family and I are new to town, and we gave this Pizza place a shot and man. First off, folks are friendly and the food is absolutely immaculate. Honestly, the Pizza is literally 11/10 best ive ever had. Will be a regular customer.

I'm a huge fan of this place. Their ingredients are the freshest in town. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and professional. 100% satisfaction with everything I have eaten from the place. The only thing about this business that I can't honestly recommend is dining in, due to this location only having a small bar with barstools along the front of the building. If I were younger, that wouldn't be an issue, but having back issues and sitting on bar stools in most places isn't a pleasant experience for me, but at least they do have some seating for dining in, as opposed to another pizza place that I shall not name that has "Hut" in their name. This place may very well be the cleanest overall in Glen Rose from the few times I have gone in vs. going through their drive-through.

I don't understand the one-star reviews I've never gotten anything but delicious pizza from any Simple Simon's I've been to.... extremely generous with toppings prices are very fair and some of the best pizza I've ever had! Keep doing what your doing!

Great pizza at a good price! The calzone is delicious. It is definitely one of the best calzones I have ever eaten. The meat lovers pizza was great too. Didn't skimp on toppings and it was very filling. It's a small place with a small dining room but large on taste. I will definitely be back again.

Called to have my order remade and everything was great. Told them my name and issue they verified Information and no problem she took my order to have it correct for me. Well I had car issues on the way up there and couldn't call and told them what was going on They were gonna deliver the pizza to me. What a blessing greatly I was grateful. Well it's an hour till closing so I call and try to see what is going on I get put on hold before I can even say anything and it's been almost 7 mins since I've been on hold? Guess the gentleman forgot he put me on hold. So.. can I still have my order though?

I called in a large half and half triple pepperoni and BBQ chicken pizza. My order was ready roughly 15-20 minutes after I placed it. The person that took my order over the phone was polite, patient, and understanding. The pizza tasted good, and I wouldn't mind buying another pizza from Simple Simon's Pizza.

Great Job on recovering from a simple mistake. Ordered. Leto pizza that was cooked by accident on the wrong side of the foil. We called and the employees on duty were polite and apologized and remade and delivered the pizza cooked right. Now let’s talk about the Veggie pizzeria style crust - this is how pizza should taste - not too salty, just perfect. Great Job!

We followed their journey of rebuilding and were so excited to be able to go there again when they opened. We have only been able to successfully eat their pizza once out of four attempts. We tend to be in Glen Rose between 11am and 1pm. Twice we have gotten there after their open time to find no one on premise, no answer at the phone and no one there for over 20 minutes before we left. The other time we weren't able to eat there they were open, but were out of cheese. We were disappointed but understood and were happy they had done so well the night before. All in all, we will continue to try to eat at Simple Simons on our way through Glen Rose because we like their pizza and it is a time-honored tradition to stop there on our way to or from Hico, BUT it is frustrating that we have only been able to eat there 25% of the time we have tried so far.
