Jack in the Box

I went to Jack in the Box at 11 PM yesterday and I ordered everything online didn’t take anything off the meal. Everything Was ordered as it was I get home with my meal. I got a double jack with a curly fry and a large Dr Pepper and hot mess loaded potato wedges. My burger was not a double jack. It was a single with Cheese at all, and then my potato wedges were plain we call up there after we figure this out and he’s saying that our Potato wedges said that we ordered the hot mess and took off everything when my receipt shows I didn’t take anything off of it.

BEWARE THEY OVERCHARGE!! Went there this morning and ordered 2 sanswi he's. Menu showed price but the window person told us more. Told said person what the menu said and he said he changed it. So we paid and he handed us a receipt charging me the higher rate not menu rate. Took photo of menu to send with receipt Pic to management.

Got the order wrong then had to wait for 2 tacos. Never called us that they were ready and had to go ask for them. Women’s restroom had no bathroom tissue.

Ordered twice from them in the same week and twice they SCREWED up my order. So I then called to speak with manager today and a lady answered saying the manager is not available, (hardly believe her). Anyway I explained to her this was the 2nd time in 1 week they messed up my order and she immediately says "well accidents happen and we get busy". I say to her I understand restaurants get busy but that can't be an excuse each time they mess up and the least she could do is talk with her team to reinforce they slow down and pay closer attention to what they're doing. She has audacity to get upset, cut me off, and repeat herself about them being busy is the reason why. She was rude and disrespectful so I just hung up, and won't be ordering from here again.

Half the time they ignore my doordash orders if its after midnight even though they are open till two and it says theyre open on the app and on google. Absurdly bad service

went through the drive thru at 1:20 pm Friday, no answer for about 4 minutes at the intercom. saying hello to get attention but nothing, next car pulls in behind so I had enough waiting. drove around to window and skinny guy in black shirt refused to even look at me. drove off no lunch and wasted time.

I have gone here twice and the first time I was shorted on my change back, then was told “there’s a line your holding it up, your change is right now go” Second time: got shorted 2 tacos and a wrap. Was given no reciept so wasn’t able to get what was not given that I paid for. Over all rude staff, money snatching, and just can’t get a order right.

In the last 2 weeks I've attempted to get hamburgers 5 different occasions. Every single time my order is wrong. This was my last time eating at this location. Love getting burgers drowned in mayo everytime when I asked for none. I understand messing up but 5 times in row proves they are not even trying.

They didn't get our order right charged us for for what we ordered but didn't give us what we ordered. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich I've had chicken tenders bigger then the piece of chicken on it.
