The annoying thing is asking me how many hot sauces I want and having to wait in line for a drink refill. Thankful they offer refills. I get why they do things this way. Keeps costs down. The staff are always friendly. The food is always good. The place is clean inside and out. They do a very good job.
Always consistent no matter which Taco Casa I eat at. My fav is the Super Burrito and Super Taco with Tea! Need a snack, Casa Delites are a must! I normally dine at the Taco Casa in Benbrook.
Ryan is awesome!!! He is always nice and makes sure we have enough sauce because he knows we love it. Patrick
Quick, and tasty. Everyone I have interacted with has been, if not pleasant, at least very helpful. It's a tough job, dealing with the public, and I commend anyone who does the job. The food, like the service, has been consistently top notch. Thanks to the staff for helping make my day a little better.
I just wanted to brag on the lady who works the window. I think her name is Diana. She is always so kind and happy every day. There has not been one day that I’ve been in the drive through, where she’s not upbeat and friendly. I hope she gets the recognition for her hard work and kindness. Thanks ! - Tessa S.
My mother and I stopped to eat dinner here last night! Food was great, service was good! Nathaniel was such a joyful young man! We enjoyed chatting with him while he was stocking the napkins in the dining area! We left there feeling wonderful!
I love Taco Casa, it's good cheap fast food. This location doesn't put out hot sauce for guestss to get on their own. They ask you how many hot sauce packets you want, then don't give you how many you ask for. Why even ask? It's a very clean store.
I dined in and got 3 soft tacos. I never ate there before and I was welcomed in so nicely. I said I never been here before so I don't know what to expect. They guided me to the menu and asked what kind of things I liked. I ended up getting 3 soft tacos and they where so good. I had a amazing experience and would go back.
Foods good, prices are ok. Can make this stuff at home really but they save you the time
What is happening to your food! Its been a few months since I have eaten at a Taco Casa, which has been my go to for fast tex mex. Last night I ordered 2 bean burritos and 3 crispy beef tacos. I was shocked when I got my order. All the food has shrunk in size and quantity. The tacos have shrunk in size while the price has ballooned to $2.89 each! The size of the tacos looked like the party size of what you would get at Taco Bueno. The size is at least 30% smaller than last time I visited. Furthermore the Taco Casa staple used to be stuffing each item with tons of food, especially cheese. These tacos were anemic and barely had any food in them. The burritos have shrunk in size as well. But the most egregious thing is my burrito barely had any food in it. The burrito was 75% tortilla with hardly any beans in it at all and almost zero cheese. The burrito was so skinny that there were bites that had nothing but tortilla. Did I get a bad order or is this the new standard from Taco Casa? I specifically came to Taco Casa because of the size and quantity of food relative to the price. Now we are getting insane price increases while the food size and quantity has shrunk at least 30%. I feel like I paid over $15 for $8 worth of food.
We ordered meat burritos, received bean. Counter guy didn't seem like he cared, so through it in trash and left.
I am pissed I spent 45 bucks on food for 3. We asked for 12 hot sauces and got none. We asked for jalapenos with nachos and got none. This might seem small to y'all but these items make the meal and when you don't listen and include them you failed manager please respond.
This is gotta be one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. Zero customer service and every time I’ve been here there has been an issue. I will never go back.
Everything on the menu is double the price it used to be. And I get that. But my burrito is half the size it used to be. Please pick one. Don’t do both. Paying double for half of what it used to be. Burrito is square cause there’s nothing in it. Mostly tortilla and red sauce. Very disappointed.
Never had bad food from here but, this drive through is ridiculous. Takes forever, and they forget utensils/condiments. Why ask my the exact number of sauce packets I want if you don’t even give me any? I guess they’re hiring people from whataburger. Recently they shut down the second lane so the lines out the driveway, so I try to just door dash and they removed themselves from it! Get a grip this is not a complicated task. Every other casa I goto delivers the same quality food twice as fast as this one.
Worse service ever I come here all the time and it’s always been fast and great even when busy. Tonight it was busy but maybe if the employees spent more time working instead of arguing the wait would not have been for everyone.
The food tasted terrible. I waited in the drive through for over half an hour. I asked for extra hot sauce in the bag. No sauce in my bag. I needed a fork. No fork or napkin. I waited that long for food that, at best, tasted mediocre and dropped in my stomach like a Wile E. Coyote anvil. I won't eat here again and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. Do yourself a favor. If you're craving burritos and Taco Casa is your only option, consider this the moment to begin intermittent fasting.
Arrived at taco casa, both lane lights were on, pulled into the second lane and when we finally arrived to the order box, we were informed that they had turned off the second lane light and that we needed to pull around and go to first lane, I understand turning the second light off if busy to prevent more people pulling in, but the people in the second lane before the light gets shutoff should still be served without having to pull all the way around and wait all over again
I am writing to formally express my deep and repeated frustration with the Taco Casa location in Granbury, Texas. As someone who genuinely enjoys your food, it pains me to say that the customer experience at this store has consistently been nothing short of abysmal. I’m not exaggerating when I say that every time I visit this location, it feels like the entire staff is operating on a shared brain cell—and barely making use of it. Let me break it down. Every single time I go to this location, the staff is painfully slow. I’m not talking about the usual fast-food rush or an occasional understaffed shift—I’m talking about standing at the counter, directly in front of the employee, and having to wait five or more minutes just to be acknowledged or rung up, even when there is no line. It genuinely feels like the employees are unaware of their surroundings or responsibilities. There’s a consistent vibe of confusion, disorganization, and sluggishness that has made this location practically unbearable to visit. But the slowness isn’t even the worst part—it’s the complete and total disregard for accuracy. I can clearly, politely, and directly say that I want unsweet tea, and without fail, I’m handed sweet tea. It’s happened so many times that it no longer feels like a mistake—it feels like they’re actively not listening. It’s like talking to a wall that nods and smiles and then goes right on doing whatever it wants. And this isn’t just about tea—my orders, in general, are almost never correct. Whether it’s missing items, incorrect combinations, or poorly assembled food, the quality control is nonexistent. What makes this situation even more ridiculous is that the ONLY competent person in the entire store appears to be the manager. Every time I’ve seen them step in, things suddenly start moving efficiently. Orders come out correctly. Customers are greeted and served properly. But the second that manager disappears, the rest of the crew seems to fall apart like they’ve forgotten how to do the most basic parts of their job. It’s honestly baffling that a store can continue to operate at this level of dysfunction day after day. I don’t know if the issue is a lack of training, poor hiring choices, or just plain apathy, but it’s very clear that something is broken at this location. And until that’s addressed, customers like me will continue to walk away irritated, disappointed, and wondering why we even gave Taco Casa another chance. I strongly urge you to take this complaint seriously. Re-train your staff. Hire people who give a damn. Reward the manager who is clearly doing the job of ten people. Because right now, this store is an embarrassment to your brand, and I’m not the only person in town who feels this way.
I don't think they people working here have ever been to a real taco casa i ordered a super barreto and I am still hungry i was able to fold the barreto over twice i usually eat 1 and you can barley get it closed. And then I finishes my wife's for her. But at taco casa in granbury she finished hers by her self she has never been able to do that this store is ripping people off the store in Weatherford is way better in fact all other taco casa even tho ones at gas stations are better.
